The article discusses the current characteristics and prospects for the development of the world energy market, as well as factors affecting the current market conditions. The key parameters have been identified that have a key impact on the formation of the characteristics of energy companies. The analysis of the fundamental goals and objectives of the management sector of Russian companies in the gas industry is carried out. The place, role and significance of production programs for the development of Russian companies in the gas industry have been determined. Harmonization of the management of the hierarchy of industrial relations in the formation and implementation of production programs is considered as a tool for the effective implementation of investment projects in the gas industry.

Cyberphysical systems (CPS) integrate embedded sensors, actuators, and computing elements for controlling physical processes. Due to the intimate interactions with the surrounding environment, CPS software must continuously adapt to changing conditions. Enacting adaptation decisions is often subject to strict time requirements to ensure control stability, while CPS software must operate within the tight resource constraints that characterize CPS platforms. Developers are typically left without dedicated programming support to cope with these aspects. This results in either to neglect functional or timing issues that may potentially arise or to invest significant efforts to implement hand-crafted solutions. We provide programming constructs that allow developers to simplify the specification of adaptive processing and to rely on well-defined time semantics. Our evaluation shows that using these constructs simplifies implementations while reducing developers' effort, at the price of a modest memory and processing overhead.

Among the first detected patients, there was a reduction in the proportion of subjects with posttuberculous changes in the lung decreases in the presence of the deteriorating epidemiological situation. Risk factors of social diseases are of much importance in the development of tuberculosis at present. Infiltrative processes with lung tissue destruction and bronchogenic dissemination are essential in the clinical pattern of the disease. Exogenous infection and superinfection play an important role in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis. For most patients with tuberculosis without residual changes in the lung, the optimum hospital stay is 6 months and the total duration of a basic treatment regimen is 1-1.5 year. To reduce the time of treatment in patients with tuberculosis developed in the presence of residual changes in the lung is now inadvisable.

The paper discussed the results of stabilographic examination of the children suffered from the spastic form of child cerebral paralysis (CCP) treated by means of graded wearing of "Adel" suit which is a modification of the "Penguin" spacesuit. There has been studied the state of 30 children before treatment with the use of "Adel" suit and after the treatment as well as following the several courses of wearing the suit. Besides the patients, eleven healthy volunteer subjects (control group) were examined. There have been obtained the results pointing to the fact that in the healthy persons when they try to achieve the standing posture the leading role pertains to visual analyzer, at the same time, in the patients with spastic form of CCP the realization of standing posture depends upon the severity of the motor function disorders. When in the process of control stabilographic examination the patients suffered from spastic form of CCP demonstrate the significant role of the visual analyzer in achieving the standing posture, the use of the "Adel" suit is most desirable. The use of the "Adel" suit in the CCP patients with a decreased role of visual analyzer in achieving the standing pose as it was found under control examination enhances its significance in controlling the position of the center of gravity of the body.

A preclinical study on safety of a new antialcoholic drug inmecarb was carried out on three species of experimental animals (rats, guinea pigs, dogs) receiving the drug at different doses including a subtoxic one (1/5 of LD50) for 6 months. The authors concluded that on the basis of a relatively low toxicity and the absence of specific toxicity and long-term side effects the drug may be recommended for clinical use as an antialcoholic agent.

A study was undertaken of the history of cementing materials in which the historical-literary and archival investigation was combined with experimental study of many samples of cements, mortars and concretes from different buildings from different periods and nations and also with the historicoetymological study of special terms. Plasters used in Greco-Roman-Byzantine times and mortars of the middle ages were studied and their standards were compared with those of today. Comments are made on cements and construction in the Russian empire. Questions regarding the theory of hardening and corrosion of modern cements, mortars and concretes and problems relating to the strength and durability of modern buildings are considered.
