The purpose of presented research was to develop feasible model for leadership competence management in metallurgical companies. Results of the research are presented in the form of a structured procedure for leadership competence development and performance review. Analysis of entry requirements for employment in metallurgical companies synthesized presented set of leadership competences and matrix for calculation of leadership success was developed. With usage of these two tools it is possible to quantify the leadership performance which represents great advantage in leadership benchmarking process. During the research additional set of problems was defined. These problems were addressed heuristically in the framework of this research.

For decades manganese steel casts have been most used materials for manufacturing elements subjected to impact and high stress abrasion. These materials are used in countless industrial applications that involve crushing of raw material by impact. Some of most important characteristics of manganese cast steels are work-hardening and high strength. Opposite from manganese steels, highly alloyed white cast irons are materials with high amount of hard carbide phases that shows better abrasion resistance but have lower strength and impact energy. Aim of this paper is to investigate possibilities to reduce costs and maintenance periods by implementing bimetallic materials.

Is investigated the possibility to be accounted the raw material’ s quantity for each casting on the basis of design draft and mass of casting. Procedure for identification and quantification of raw materials during designing process of casting production will be defined. This task can be reached if correlations between kind of castings, shape complexity of castings, relations between total and net mass of castings, relations between mass of cores and mass of net casting will be established, with all respect toward applied technology and production methods of cores, the molding box and models.

The Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) has seemed to fail when trying to work together with the Performance Management Systems, e.g. the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Therefore, the aim of this article was to consider the possibilities to combine an EPPM-BSC model at both the strategic and project level. The past studies show that BSC, when integrated with EPPM, can be successfully cascaded from the strategic level on to the project level and thus enable managers in developing their own project scorecards. Still, further research is needed, especially in finding a suitable model for KPI selection.

Enetrprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) ima ključnu ulogu u poboljšanju uspješnosti upravljanja projektima tvrtke,.Unatoč njegovoj vrijednosti, EPPM je do sada bilo teško povezati sa modelima za mjerenje rezultata izvršenjem,kao što je npr. Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Stoga je glavni cilj ovog rada bio razviti jedinstven EPPM - BSC model, kako na starteškoj, tako i na projektnoj razini.Model je testiran na slučaju iz farmaceutske industrije, gdje se pokazao vrlo uspješnim.Za razliku od prijašnjih istraživanja,ovaj rad dokazuje kako BSC i EPPM mogu uspješno funkcionirati zajedno. Nadalje, njihova sinergija dovodi do kaskade ciljeva sa strateške na projektnu razinu te tako omogućuje projetknim menadžerima razvoj ključnih pokazatelja izvršenja, koji direktno ocrtavaju ispunjenje poslovne strategije.Ovaj rad je posebno koristan za tvrtke, koje su fazi razvoja vlastitog sustava upravljanja učinkom, jer ovaj članak pokazuje testiranje modela na primjeru stvarne farmaceutske kompanije. Global or even corporate projects require the involvement of virtual teams. The virtual team effectiveness plays an important role in project performance. Establishing strong communication, cooperation and argue among the project manager, stakeholders, team members are the critical factors for the success of the project. This article presents an importance and impact of some of the factors which contribute to project performance on an example from pharmaceutical industry.

The importance of project management is not in question when one-time goals defined in a project are observed. However, only with the coordinated program management strategic goals can be reached. In that context project goals can be observed only as milestones on the way to the strategic goals achievement. In this article the specifics of project and program management are reviewed from different aspects on the grounds of increasing the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the enterprise resource usage taking into account the constraints and quality. Analysis and synthesis presented in this article are founded on relevant and recent scientific research in the field of project management, and its validity is verified against a case study in a pharmaceutical company. Automotive industry is one of the first industries that created their internationally recognized standard and specific procedures. Those procedures are timeline-based, with specific requirements for each stage of product/process development. Some major automotive producers adopted those specific procedures due to specific requirements in their geographical region. This article shows Advanced Product Quality Program (APQP) for developing new parts generally accepted in automotive industry and Quality Program for new Parts (QPN), as its derivative used by Volkswagen group

Information and communication technologies have a central role in the manufacturing system integration process. In this paper, a conceptual framework for the integration of available software applications is presented. Analysis of Croatian industrial enterprises is used to create a feasible computer aided process planning model. The suggested model uses the built-in ability of installed software for sharing information derived from processes with which they are connected. Information is then used for generating the optimal process plan for the current surroundings in the central CAPP module. Using the presented conceptual framework, modular CAPP solutions are created and customized to fit the needs of different manufacturing enterprises, taking into consideration the implementation costs and time.

Duration of the processing cycle is related to the wide range of problems and requires knowledge of the set of variables: the order processing, the spatial arrangement of equipment and schedule of production quantity. The planning of production cycle includes a number of interdependent variables which includes all activities: technological and transport operations. With graphical depiction of the production cycle it is possible to simulate the material flow in production systems, and the value of this way of planning is most obvious in cases of multi products production systems.

The paper describes the implementation of T-Plan (technological planning) method in the shipyard specialized in yacht building. The aim of the T-Plan procedure is facilitation of introduction of a new yacht into production program. In four workshops the participants consider the basic business factors (market, technology and product characteristics) as well as the ability of the ability of the enterprise to satisfy customer demand. The result of T-Plan method is a diagram presenting the roadmap and activities to be undertaken upon introduction of a new product. The successful implementation of the T-Plan method leads to conclusion that it can also be used in a variety of business processes.

Core of this review is presented with two most important business portfolio matrices - ADL and DPM. Large companies are often agglomeration of complex organization of strategic business units with various production and marketing programs. The aim of this article is to point out the positive synergy of portfolio analysis on a company market growth, competition and future business planning.

A combined empirical-mathematical method, which uses classification of materials based on their supply and consumption characteristics is required to calculate the quantities of each material and material replenishment schedules. The volume that is required to store certain material is always greater than the actual real volume that material occupies in space. Materials with simple configuration, if sorted properly, require fewer warehouses, transport or stock volume, than the ones that have complex configuration. An optimization model for a replenishment schedule takes into consideration the material volume factor. If an entity ordering in the given storage volume is taken into consideration, the financial resources related to the manufacturing of a product can be reduced. The problem of entity ordering in the drafting phase of inventory management can be solved by using 3D CAD software which provides and supports a generation of optimal entity ordering, using simulated and real objects, handling, storage and carriage equipment, as well as other influential features. In this way, engineers can generate all possible variants of entity ordering. Every variant must be estimated in relation to the financial context and manufacturing context. If more than one variant satisfies the limitations, the one that has the biggest cost saving influence becomes the new operative replenishment schedule. To check the usefulness of the new approach for the replenishment of schedule optimization process that integrates an entity ordering optimization procedure, an example of a simple assembly is presented.

Die casting process uses high productive level machines. Machine capacity utilization is a key goal in achieving minimum time consumption. Changeover procedure during die casting process is recognized as possible area for reducing time consumption. The SMED method has been improved by additional procedures simultaneously applying the 5S method. Their contribution is evident in recognition of internal and external activities, particularly while transferring internal activities into external ones in as many numbers as possible, by minimizing at the same moment the internal ones. The validity of the method and procedures are verified by an example application of die casting foundry for casting automobile parts. Significant time savings have been achieved with minimum investment.

In order to define of one long–term production development program plan it is necessary to perform many complex activities generally known as product development marketing research. This article analyses the marketing role in product development with a specific overview of research and market analysis with the purpose of establishing the tendencies, demands, wishes and market needs of the business product system. The distribution of the collected data is shown along with the method for their obtainment in view of methods and market research techniques.

This was developed and tested on examples, representing an efficient mean of more rationale, creative and quality planning activity. With this kind of software’ s reaches quality project result, reduced planning time, generation of multivariate results, segmenting of a CMS into BMS, based on suitable grouping of similar work pieces and planning costs reducing.

It is very important to realize that PLM does not define a piece of technology, but it is a business concept that defines the approach for solving the problems in product and product information definition and management process. The main reasons for a review of this subject emerges from the need of today’ s enterprises for support in business decision process, collaboration and integration of tools, information’ s and skills across the entire enterprise. This paper presents the basic approach to PLM and its solutions today.

The aim is to forming the group of work pieces which are manufactured in one production system. Second aim of grouping is to smallest number of different work pieces be operated in one production system. Preliminary technology process has to be making for each work piece. Based on them, the matrix which connects the work pieces and machine tools is formed. The matrix of utilization gradients for machine tools and production system are accounted. The single work pieces, with utilization gradient which are higher of demanding, would be extracted from matrix. The rest of work pieces forming the sub matrix. The groups of work pieces are formed through joining of each work piece with all others. Proceed with extraction of two-pieces, three-pieces till n-pieces groups. As result appears the groups of work pieces with manufacture similarity, clear technology and manufacture concept, define kind and quantity of production's equipment, necessary production space, transport equipment...

In continuous casting steel production a significant loss reduction – in terms of scrap material, time and money – can be achieved by developing an appropriate algorithm for the prevention of molten steel sticking onto mould. The logic of such algorithm should be simple and manageable to ensure its practical implementation on a computer system via the usage of thermo sensors. This suggests that both the algorithm and the automated data collection can be implemented by means of applicative software. Despite its simplicity, the algorithm should accurately trace physical phenomena in molten steel., U procesu kontinuiranog lijevanja čelika, značajne uštede - u smislu smanjenja škarta, uštede vremena i novca - mogu se postići razvojem odgovarajućeg algoritma za prevenciju lijepljenja metala za stjenke izljevne posude. Logika algoritma treba biti jednostavna i praktična kako bi bila moguća njegova fizička implementacija uz pomoć računalnog sistema i termo senzora. To navodi na zaključak da ovakav matematički model, kao i sistem za automatsko prikupljanje podataka mogu biti implementirani u vidu aplikativnog softvera. Bez obzira na jednostavnost, algoritam mora točno opisivati pojave u rastaljenom čeliku.

Modern productions of rolling mill products assume high level of automation. This automation does not fit just within the role of production execution but also serves the part of process that represents connection between the production and rest of business. This connection is represented by automation of material tracking from the production entry point, in accordance with planned orders received form the production planning function, till the exit of material from the production line for the finalization and packing of the finished products.

Each manufacturing process has general characteristics which coming from manufacturing program (assortment of products which are processed, their quantity, manufactuting dynamics), production equipment (the way of manufacturing, flexibility, productivity and time for preparing and finishing the process), space layout (model, korelation's factor, flow of work piece), system permeable capacity (the number of operations on one equipment, bottleneck) and utilization gradients (technical and economical). The conceptual characteristics coming from manufacturing program (one or more products), structure of manufacturing model (single capacity or production system), and flow of materials (flowing in line, flexible flowing, flowing in waves, flowing against purpose and kind of process). Thirteen basic models of manufacturing systems are possible to be formed by combinations of above mentioned charateristics. Based on production policy, targets from project's task and results which coming from Process Method of Grouping the Work pieces, the optimal way of launching has to be define. Finally, based on all mentioned the optimal basic manufacturing system model has to be determining which produce specified assortment of work pieces in same stable production condition on optimal way.

This paper present machining parameters (turning process) optimization based on usage of artificial intelligence. To have greater efficiency and productivity of machine tool, optimal cutting parameters have to be obtained. In order to find optimal cutting parameters, genetic algorithm (GA) was used as optimal solution finder. GA is optimization algorithm based on artificial intelligence. Optimization has to yield minimum machining time and minimum production cost, while considering technological and material constrains.

Technological casting process is composed of certain number of successive stages. These stages are interdependent, and have significantly different characteristics of applied procedures, tools, equipment and materials used in certain stage. Organization science, especially process planning and process monitoring demands holistic observation of entire casting process for specific entity. There is a necessity to form unique annotation system for every entity which is a part of casting process to ensure high level of system management. To ensure that, capability for precise entity identification is assured. Well organized enterprises must have well defined entities. Numerical entity annotation is providing ability for entity identification and classification according to type and characteristics to organizations. Good entity annotation system sets the foundation for good enterprise management system.

In the paper a method of mathematical modeling and optimization of bulk metal forming is being presented. The application of mathematical models in bulk metal forming processes is founded on implementation of modeling, simulation and optimization which is base for transfer of the conventional processes into the modern ones. In this way forming technologies could be improved implementing appropriate modeling, simulation and optimization methods without remarkable financial investment. The influential parameters of process are chosen on the basis of an experimental knowledge and theoretical data on chosen process. Relationship between input variables and output effects of bulk metal forming process R = R (xi) is established. The represented example of bulk forming force modeling and the parameters optimization of forming process shows how with relatively few experimental data can be obtained mathematical model of bulk forming force which is the base for the determining of optimal values of the wall thickness, friction and work piece diameter. In the paper used simulation technique by means of finite element method (using Abaqus software) have an especially meaning regarding process optimization.

Factors of organization influencing on shaping of organizational structure and they cannot be observed one by one during this process. The reason is in mutual influence of factors and their connectivity. The final choice between possible organizational structures will depend about factors which influence is strongest within specific phase of developing process of enterprise. Previously, the organizational factors have to be classified regarding the size of influence on shaping process of organizational structures. Based on that will be performed the quantification of this influence. Some of organizational factors act alone and in relations with other relevant factors. Will be necessary to determine the total value of influence of all relevant organizational factors corresponds to the relevant type of basic organizational structures.

After the phase in which is performed classification of all objects in machine industry the next phase is uniformed identification of each object. To predict the volume of objects, which is in enterprise, calculation of needed identification mark capacity is necessary. In this paper is presented the way and how to do it with example of calculation in real case.

To optimization be successful is necessary to more parameters, which are different and specific for each production system, has to be taken in consideration because characteristics of production program, production system and production policy influence on them. Optimization for each, well organized, production system has own specifics which coming from the fact that each manufacture are based on operational plans from which come out many characteristics of optimization which has to be implemented. Primary there are supplying and consuming characteristics. Will be shortly explained combined empirical-mathematical method which use classification of materials based on their supplying and consuming characteristics. For each class of material is defined the accounting model of the minimal and maximal quantities on stock. The quantities of each material and terminus of stock renewing are defined considering the renewing of material stocks based on operational plans of assembly-line production.

Istražena je mogućnost izračuna materijala izrade tijekom projektiranja proizvodnje odljevaka na osnovi konstrukcijskog nacrta i poznate neto mase odljevka. Utvrđen je postupak za identifikaciju i kvantifikaciju materijala izrade odljevaka tijekom projektiranja proizvodnje odljevaka. Postavljeni cilj moguće je postići, ako se uspostave korelacije (odnosi) između složenosti oblika odljevka, vrste odljevka, odnosa bruto i neto mase odljevka, odnosno mase jezgri i neto mase odljevka, sve to uz uvažavanje primijenjene tehnologije i postupaka izrade jezgri, kalupa i modela.

Analyzing internal and external factors which influence on organization structures Modern theory of science of organization developing the new organization structures, investigate their weaknesses and strenghteness and give us possible systematical approach to organization of work and to job resources. From this reason designing of organization structures is subject of many scientific researches.

Internet, informational and communications installation are main technology base of organization. Beside that, acknowledgement and organization are main competitive advantages of enterprizes. With help of this knowledge and organization, enterprize initialize the processses of changing and adapting itself toward the demands from enviroment. The part of these acknowledgements are new methods of management and new strategies which goes in direction of entirelly changes, with help of modern organizational structures. This mixture of new methods and strategies, beside the new organization structures, are named modern organizational concepts.

In order to predict the process parameters for the manufacturing of the hollow tinplate lids the computer simulation of the forming process was done. Needs for the exact present of process are higher with the development of modern and intelligent manufacturing systems. The simulation enables real process to substitute for numerical model so the procedure of analysis and examining could be faster and cheaper than on the manufacturing process. The FEM analysis applying ABAQUS 6.4. code as well as experimental analysis have been used in order to predict the influences of wall thickness and lubrication on process parameters and estimate their influence on reduction process force and energy. The accuracy of the numerical results is confirmed through the comparison with the experimental ones.

Organizacijska struktura predstavlja temelj svakog poduzeća i uz sustav upravljanja i sustav odnosa među dijelovima poduzeća jedan je od tri elemenata organizacije poslovnih sustava. Poduzeća moraju stalno razvijati i češće mijenjati svoju organizacijsku strukturu, usavršavati postojeću te adaptirati je okruženju u kojem djeluju, a sve kako bi učinkovito ostvarivala svoje ciljeve. Moderna teorija organizacije razvija nove organizacijske strukture, istražuje njihove prednosti i nedostatke, analizira unutarnje i vanjske čimbenike koji utječu na organizacijsku strukturu. Organizacija se pokušava prilagoditi onim čimbenicima koje ne može kontrolirati. Čimbenik odnosno čimbenici čiji je utjecaj presudan za pojedini poslovni sustav odredit će izbor određene organizacijske strukture u istom. U radu je dat cjeloviti teorijski prikaz poznatih organizacijskih struktura, identifikacija i analiza poznatih utjecajnih čimbenika na organizacijsku strukturu te cjelovit prikaz poznatih organizacijskih koncepata i metoda upravljanja proizvodnjom. Cilj ovog rada bio je razviti novi matematički model izbora optimalne osnovne organizacijske strukture za zadane uvjete poslovanja. U tu svrhu izvršena je analiza i klasifikacija utjecajnih čimbenika. Nakon toga izvršena je njihova kvantificikacija i uspostavljena veza između dodijeljenih im vrijednosti i osnovnih tipova organizacijskih struktura na način koji je omogućio izbor optimalne organizacijske strukture za zadane uvjete poslovanja u datom okruženju. Zaključno, primjena iste metode prezentirana je na konkretnim primjerima uz pomoć, za potrebe ovog rada, razvijenog računalnog programa.

The aim of this work is to present a mathematical model for prevention of molten steel shell surface breakout and how this model can optimize continuous casting workflow. Also will be mentioned practical ways of how the data used in a model can be collected. Moreover this paper will present possibilities to apply mathematical model for molten steel shell surface breakout prevention by means of applicative software.

Needs for the cheaper energy solving of processes are higher, therefore numerical modeling and simulation of process were performed. It is useful to perform the numerical simulation of the energy consumption of production process on computer before expensive real manufacturing process. In this way, energy consumption in process can be made at the start stage of production, before tools and process parameters are set. The numerical simulation and analysis were performed using Abaqus 6.4-1.software. Numerical modeling and experimental investigations of determined processes were performed according to the active experimental design applying in the modeling and adaptive control in the processes with more variables.

Jedan od bitnih činilaca za dobro operativno upravljanje operativnim proizvodnim procesom jest ciklus obradbe. Precizno determinirana struktura i trajanje svih aktivnosti ciklusa obradbe osnovni je preduvjet za njegovu sigurnu upotrebu pri operativnom terminiranju protoka izratka kroz proizvodni proces. Međutim, javljaju se značajne teškoće oko njegovog preciznog utvrđivanja. Jedan od mogućih načina, dovoljno precizan i pouzdan, jest određivanje ciklusa obradbe grafičkom metodom, bazirano na diskretnoj simulacijiuvjeta u proizvodnom procesu. Provedena istraživanja strukture i trajanja ciklusa obradbe u različitim modelima proizvodnih sustava pokazuju da je grafička metoda dovoljno precizna i pouzdana.

Utvrđene su godišnje potrebe sirovina po asortimanu i količinama, vrsta i količina otpadnih materijala i gotovih proizvoda.Sniman je i prikazan grafički hodogram kretanja, zastoja i skladištenja pojedinih vrsta materijala i proizvoda.Izrađen je prijedlog poboljšanog toka materijala i proizvoda uzimajući u obzir optimizaciju količina i dinamike pristizanja sirovine i otpremu otpadnog materijala i gotovih proizvoda uz investiranje u opremu, ulazne i izlazne pretovarne rampe i skladišta.Poboljšani tok materijala prikazan je na više dispozicionih nacrta hodograma pojedinih materijala ili proizvoda.

Autor dokazuje, na uzorku iz proizvodnog programa Tvornice odljevaka TORPEDO, da se u fazi projektiranja tehnološkog procesa izrade odljevaka može pomoću prikazane metode približno točno odrediti vrsta i količina potrebnog materijala, ako su pozbnati osnovni parametri tehnološkog procesa. Pored osnovnih tehnoloških dokumenata za tehnološki proces izrade odljevaka autor razrađuje i specifičan tehnološki dokument "normativ" koji je osnova za pravovremenu i točnu nabavu repromaterijala.

Današnja proizvodnja susreće se s izazovima izrazito promjenjivih zahtjeva tržišta koje karakterizira velika fluktuacija u raznolikosti i količini proizvoda. Nije dovoljno proizvoditi visoko kvalitetne proizvode po prihvatljivoj cijeni već je potrebno biti prilagodljiv prema hirovitim promjenama koje diktira tržište i to na ekonomičan način. Jedan od odgovora na takve zahtjeve je postavljanje odzivnih i troškovno učinkovitih proizvodnih sustava na način da se osigura potrebna razina fleksibilnosti i autonomnosti kroz simultano upravljanje životnim ciklusom proizvoda te proizvodnim procesima. Rekonfigurabilni proizvodni sustav kao nova paradigma predstavlja model sustava koji omogućuje upravo takvu učinkovitost zbog mogućnosti podešavanja proizvodnih kapaciteta i funkcionalnosti. Važna značajka takvog modela je skalabilnost. Ona osigurava, za razliku od ostalih proizvodnih modela, preciznu prilagodbu proizvodnih kapaciteta čime se rješava problem vezan uz njihovo povećanje ili smanjenje na dinamičan način. Svrha ovog doktorskog rada je proširivanje spoznaja na području istraživanja upravo takvih proizvodnih sustava s naglaskom na skalabilnost i dinamičke implikacije koje uvjetuju brze promjene kapaciteta u proizvodnji. Analizirat će se i identificirati prednosti i nedostaci dosadašnjih spoznaja na području istraživanja proizvodnih sustava te mogućnosti prilagodbe takvih sustava novim tržišnim trendovima. Pokušat će se objediniti nove značajke koje pružaju rekonfigurabilni proizvodni sustavi, prvenstveno skalabilnost, u cilju izrade cjelovitog rješenja za projektiranje proizvodnih sustava. Osnovni cilj istraživanja je formiranje dinamičkog modela primjenom genetskog algoritma za projektiranje i izračun proizvodnih kapaciteta optimalnog višepredmetnog rekonfigurabilnog proizvodnog sustava za obradu grupe proizvoda., Today's production meets the challenges of an extremely changeable market demands which are characterized by large fluctuations in the variety and quantity of products. It is not enough to produce high quality products at an affordable price but it is necessary to be adaptable to the sudden changes dictated by the market in an economical way. One of the answers to such demands is to set up responsive and cost-effective production systems in a way to ensure a certain level of flexibility and autonomy through simultaneous management of the product life cycle and production processes. Reconfigurable manufacturing systems, as a new paradigm represents a system model that enables just such efficiency due to the possibility of adjusting production capacity and functionality. An important feature of such model is scalability. It provides, unlike other models, a precise adjustment of production capacity, which solves the problem of increasing or decreasing them in a dynamic way. The purpose of this doctoral thesis is to expand the knowledge in the field of research of such production systems with an emphasis on scalability and dynamic implications that cause rapid changes in production capacity. The advantages and disadvantages of current knowledge in the field of production systems research and the possibilities of adapting such systems to new market trends will be analyzed and identified. Attempts will be made to integrate new features provided by reconfigurable production systems, primarily scalability, in order to create a complete solution for the design of production systems. The main goal of the research is to create a dynamic model by applaying a genetic algorithm for designing and calculating the production capacity of an optimal multi-product reconfigurable production system for processing the product family.

U radu je istražena, razrađena i utvrđena nova metodologija povezivanja izrade strateškoga i projektnoga planiranja s jedinstvenim i istovremenim pristupom. Temeljem glavnoga cilja tvrtke i strateških tema definiranih od strane vlasnika kao i temeljem informacija o poduzeću i okolini. SWOT analiza je akronim engleskih izraza: strenghts (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O) i threats (T), što u prijevodu znači snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje. SWOT analizom definirani su SWOT faktori. Za odabrane SWOT faktore definirane su strateške opcije. Odabrane strateške opcije pomoću matrice rizika, matrice dobiti i matrice položaja strateških opcija postaju strateški ciljevi koji se pomoću (engl. Balance Scorecard, BSC) metode kaskadiraju po funkcijama tvrtke i tako je moguće dobiti BSC stratešku mapu tvrtke za određeno strateško razdoblje. Dalje, nova metododologija predviđa definiranje jednog ili više projekata za svaki strateški funkcijski cilj, a koji trebaju omogućiti ostvarenje vršnog cilja. Rangiranje, a time i odabir projekata projekata radi se pomoću matrice rizika i matrice prihoda kao i s ocjenom njihovog doprinosa ostvarenju pojedinog cilja. Metodologija je primijenjena na slučaju farmaceutske industrije gdje se pokazala vrlo uspješnom. Za razliku od prijašnjih istraživanja ovaj rad dokazuje da ovaj izbor metoda, postupaka i ključnih pokazatelja izvršenja poslovanja pri strateškom planiranju daje s jedne strane najšire sagledavanje mogućih aktivnosti (projekata) radi izvršenja glavnoga cilja tvrtke, dok s druge strane omogućuje optimalan izbor projekata (funkcijskih ciljeva) sukladan interesima vlasnika, kolektivnim znanjima i iskustvima odgovornih osoba za provođenje strategije. Nadalje, ovaj pristup strateškom planiranju dovodi do kaskadiranja ciljeva sa strateške na projektnu razinu te omogućuje projektnim menadžerima kvalitetnije, projektno planiranje ciljeva kao i izvršenje projekata (ciljeva) koristeći ključne pokazatelje izvršenja koji indiciraju ispunjenje poslovne strategije. This paper explored, developed and established a new methodology of making connections for strategic and project planning with unique and simultaneous access. Based on the overall objective of the company and strategic themes defined by the owner as well as on the basis of information about the business environment and SWOT analysis are defined SWOT factors. For selected SWOT factors are defined strategic options. Selected strategic options by risk matrix, the matrix gain and matrix position of strategic options becomes strategic objectives using the Balance scorecard method cascading by functions of the company and so it is possible to get BSC strategic map company for a certain period of strategic planning. Furthermore, the new methodology involves defining one or more projects for each strategic objective function, which should enable the achievement of goals. Ranking, and thus the selection of projects projects is done using a risk matrix and the matrix of income as well as the assessment of their contribution to the achievement of individual goals. This methodology is applied to the case of the pharmaceutical industry where it proved very successful. Unlike previous research, this paper proves that the choice of methods , procedures and key performance indicators of business in strategic planning on the one hand gives the widest possible consideration of activities (projects) for the execution of the main objectives of the company, while the other side allows optimal selection of projects (functional goals) consistent with the interests of the owners, the collective knowledge and experience of the persons responsible for implementing business strategy . Furthermore, this approach to strategic planning leading to cascading strategic objectives with the project level and enables project managers better , project planning objectives as well as the execution of projects (goals) using key performance indicators that indicate the fulfillment of business strategy .
