This article has as its central scope to capture the challenges faced by service providers for delivery applications and urban mobility on demand such as Uber, 99POP, iFood, Rappi, among others, a profession that has emerged with innovations in technology and Industry 4.0, which with the Brazilian economic crisis, a mass of workers changed their careers out of necessity and faced new challenges, with a category that is not recognized by law, there are flaws in terms of job security, and the study will also analyze the main diseases and injuries acquired while working. In addition to highlighting other risks faced by this new category of workers, such as urban violence in large cities. For this, a descriptive research was carried out with qualitative and quantitative analysis of data using books, articles, dissertations, newspapers and magazines to support the analysis of the content extracted from the interviews that took place from January/2020 to March/2020, where it was possible to know and describe the routine, the difficulties, as well as the activities that directly affect the health and safety of this service provider's work.

This article aims to emphasize the importance of Auditing and Expertise with civil construction companies, as well as to investigate whether Internal Audit systems can be considered as a tool in management procedures. Due to the fact of the constant growth in the last years of the companies are linking the concept of Strategic Management to the existence of a specific branch of the new administration, which reflects in the main objective that is to know the biggest obstacles that deprive the companies of civil construction to adopt the audit as a management tool for the purpose of ascertaining the procedures adopted by company managers. For this, a comparative analysis was performed between the literature review and the opinion of the managers of the organizations, through semi-structured interviews. The research problem was adopted qualitatively using books, articles, dissertations, legislations and manuals to support the analysis of the contents from 2009 to 2019. Finally, there is a need for transparency in procedures. In this context, there are tools available to organizations for systematic use. In this sense, Internal Audit should be understood as a Strategic Management instrument that completes the objective, systematic and periodic assessment of companies. This tool can and should be extended to the entire organizational structure of the company. In other words, it can be stated that Internal Audit procedures aim to ensure the financial protection of an organization through correct accounting practices.

This paper aims to highlight the importance of Internal Auditing for the Treasury sector in particular for a Construction Industry, as well as to investigate whether Internal Auditing systems can be considered as a tool in the procedures. management Due to the constant growth in the last years, the Construction Industries, linked to the existence of a specific branch of the new administration, reflected in the main objective of this work that focuses on proposing an Independent Audit work in the financial sector with the accounting sector of the company object of our study, for the purpose of ascertaining the procedures adopted organization with its customers. Regarding the methodology adopted by this research we have that the research was descriptive and bibliographic, because it was based on material published in books, newspapers, magazines, websites, among others. However, a case study carried out in the month of August/2019 in the premises of a Construction Industry that makes up the subject of this research stands out. Finally, regarding the need for transparency in the company's treasury, it was found that there are tools available to organizations for systematic use.

This work has as its central theme: “The contribution of the expert in the labor court decisions”, where it begins to point out that in the work related issues, such as dangerousness and unhealthiness, the expert examinations will be performed by a single expert. For its work consists of a set of technical-scientific procedures designed to bring to the decision-making body the necessary evidence to support the just settlement of the dispute or the finding of a fact. In response to the problem of this study consisting of the following question: What is the contribution of the expert in labor court decisions with a construction company? This study highlights the role of expertise rests in the search for truthfulness linked to the facts that require appreciation of the Occupational Safety sector, which is one of the fundamentals that should be prioritized in the work. In this regard, this study also highlights that the expertise in the Civil Construction industries must be technologically rigorous and closely correlated with the expert records, translating into formal truth, which will assist in the magistrate's conviction regarding the objects in dispute. In this line of reasoning it is understood that expertise can be considered as a product under development, as it is in constant transformation.
