The development of language teaching method continuously develops fast. However, a classical language teaching method is still commmonly used in learning activity of language classes. This article investigates the classical method which is still used by a course institution of OCEAN Pare, Kediri namely Audiolingual method, and how effective the method is for developing language skills. This research employes fenomenology approach in which the researcher tries to understand the meaning of an even and the relations toward the people in a certain situation. The finding shows that the use of audiolingual method in learning Arabic language in OCEAN Pare, Kediri has been implemented in many years and resulted some students having good skills in Arabic language. Current systems used by medical institutions for the management and transfer of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) can be vulnerable to security and privacy threats. In addition, these systems are centralized, often lack interoperability, and give patients limited or no access to their own EMRs. In this paper, we propose a novel distributed data sharing scheme that applies the security benefits of blockchain to address these concerns. We deploy smart contracts on Ethereum blockchain and utilize a distributed storage system to alleviate the dependence on the record-generating institutions to manage and share patient records. To preserve privacy of patient records, we implement our smart contracts as a method to allow patients to verify attributes prior to granting access rights. Our proposed scheme also facilitates selective sharing of medical records among staff members that belong to different levels of a hierarchical institution. We provide extensive security, privacy, and evaluation analyses to show that our proposed scheme is both efficient and practical.

A formal education institution is an institution that specifically aims to educate the younger generation before entering the world of work or lectures. With the existence of a school, it can provide smoothness in achieving optimal development for the younger generation, one of which is the existence of counseling services for the 17 plus pattern. This study aims to make it easier for teachers to approach students to identify students' interests and talents. Implementation of a website-based counseling application, from the problems that have been described, a system is needed that can facilitate teachers in handling student counseling. This expert system uses two methods, namely the forward chaining method to handle the facts of each question given by students and the certainty factor method used by the teacher to determine the treatment taken in consulting student interests and talents. System testing using the certainty factor method produces values from each field including personality field 49.67%, career field 67.94%, learning field 76.67%, and social field 71.67%.

Most utilities across the world already have demand response (DR) programs in place to incentivise consumers to reduce or shift their electricity consumption from peak periods to off‐peak hours usually in response to financial incentives. With the increasing electrification of vehicles, emerging technologies such as vehicle‐to‐grid (V2G) and vehicle‐to‐home (V2H) have the potential to offer a broad range of benefits and services to achieve more effective management of electricity demand. In this way, electric vehicles (EV) become distributed energy storage resources and can conceivably, in conjunction with other electricity storage solutions, contribute to DR and provide additional capacity to the grid when needed. Here, an effective DR approach for V2G and V2H energy management using Reinforcement Learning (RL) is proposed. Q‐learning, an RL strategy based on a reward mechanism, is used to make optimal decisions to charge or delay the charging of the EV battery pack and/or dispatch the stored electricity back to the grid without compromising the driving needs. Simulations are presented to demonstrate how the proposed DR strategy can effectively manage the charging/discharging schedule of the EV battery and how V2H and V2G can contribute to smooth the household load profile, minimise electricity bills and maximise revenue.

Este texto emerge como producto de dos procesos que se desarrollan de manera paralela y simultánea. Por un lado, una revisión documental en relación con las categorías: procesos evaluativos y grupos operativos y, por otro lado, como elemento significativo de la experiencia práctica desde la docencia en la aplicación del grupo operativo, como estrategia de aprendizaje. En este sentido, se busca exponer los procesos evaluativos en el marco de la experiencia Prevención Intervención Psicológica en Salud Comunitaria. Texto y Contexto, del programa de psicología de la Universidad Católica Luis Amigó, en relación con la teoría y técnica del grupo operativo, el cual ha sido una estrategia implementada en la institución para fortalecer a los estudiantes tanto en la aplicación propia de la técnica, como en su proceso formativo como psicólogos. De tal forma, el presente texto propone una estrategia propia de evaluación que integra los elementos analíticos del cono invertido del grupo operativo articulados con el proceso de autoevaluación y coevaluación propios de la institución.

A preoccupation with a search for the authentic self has become widespread for individuals living in contemporary Western societies since the 1970s. Because academic consensus had been reached regarding the university student population anchoring their experiences of authenticity in a personal ( impulsive or subconsensual) sense of identity in the last 35 years, the sociological-empirical study of the real self among students has been abandoned as a discipline for about the last 20 years. This article shows that this should not be the case any longer. I found that students’ meanings of authenticity are predominantly constructed within their social ( institutional or consensual) roles. I present data from a survey conducted with 138 respondents from a university in Victoria, Australia, in 2013, and compare it with sociologist Ralph Turner's ground-breaking research on the same topic. I explain these findings through generational and cultural change reasons related to millennials’ Web 2.0 technology use.

This article reviews on the administration of teaching Balaghah at higher institutions in Malaysia was done to: (1) identify past research on the teaching and learning of Balaghah in Malaysia, (2) locate gap within related research on teaching and testing Balaghah in Malaysia, and (3) analyse new issues regarding teaching and testing of Balaghah which can provide references in the future. This review used a qualitative method, involving data retrieval and content analysis. Among the analyzed documents include journal articles, dissertation, books, working papers and proceeding seminars. The result shows that a balaghah testing and assessment is not given adequate emphasis, and the balaghah test is still lack of application aspects. Based on this finding, the recommendation of this review is to develop an instrument as an model for Balaghah Test in Higher Education Level (UPBal). Although the triple helix model has successfully explained the complex evolution of multi-agent interaction in the innovation ecosystem, further research is still needed to classify and examine the mechanism of micro-innovation systems. Different from previous work, we regard the research institution as an independent innovation unit, and on this basis, we redefine the efficiency of the innovation system from the perspective of the collaboration and spatial relationship among the innovation units. In this way, the innovation system is actually carried out based on the accumulation of knowledge in the innovation unit, on the collaborative efficiency as the driving factor, and on the conditions of economic equilibrium under local resource constraints. The microscopic description of mathematical modeling clarifies the interaction mechanism of innovation units and provides a new angle for evaluating the efficiency of innovation systems. In addition, the model can better understand the evolution direction of innovation systems under the acceleration of changes in the economic and knowledge creation paradigm, and it also provides quantitative ideas for predicting the development of future innovation systems.

Technology 4.0 has forced the education system to undergo a huge transformation by changing teaching and learning methods. Teaching 4.0 requires teachers to apply varieties of technology used in the teaching and learning process to make it more appealing to new millennials. However, the response to this change has been relatively slow. Consequently, the preparation of effective teaching methods and strategies from educators that can benefit students through learning from differentiated learning styles. Thus, the aim of this study is to collect and extract information from the literature in searching for the research gap, and analyse the most significant studies on the teaching of 4.0 competency in a Higher Learning Institution. The searching process will focus on papers published in journals or presented at specialised international conferences from 2015 until 2021 using a systematic mapping review (SMR). A total of 380 relevant research papers from Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholars online databases and grey literature were retrieved. Nine final papers were selected in the study. Results from the review showed that the predefined requirement criteria for Teaching 4.0 competencies were not all satisfied in literature. There are limited studies on the Teaching 4.0 competency. Thus, a conceptual framework of measurement for Teaching 4.0 competencies should be developed. The purpose of the article is a scientific interpretation of the concept, essence and general structure of the organizational and legal framework for the functioning of inquiry units of the National Police of Ukraine and their regulatory support. The subject of the study is the organizational and legal basis for the functioning of inquiry units of the National Police of Ukraine. The research methodology includes the use of general scientific and special methods of scientific cognition: dialectical, logical, normative and dogmatic, logical and semantic, monographic, method of generalization. Research results. The analysis of approaches to understanding the concept and essence of organizational and legal framework for inquiry units of the National Police of Ukraine is carried out. The notion and significance of normative bases, which are focused on providing organizational and legal support for law enforcement agencies in general and inquiry units of the National Police of Ukraine, in particular, are outlined. Practical implication. The significance and elements of organizational and legal framework in the context of sustainable and stable functioning of inquiry units of the National Police of Ukraine are clarified. Value / originality. The problems are outlined and recommendations for their possible solution and improvement of the relevant institution are developed.

The purpose of this article is to substantiate and analyze the problem of information development and educational environment of IP(VT)E in the digital space and identify current issues, it inhibits this process, outlining the author's vision of solutions. A set of theoretical and empirical methods was used to study the issue. Using these methods the components were identified and they have became key in determining of the main problems. The current problem of development of information and educational environment in the conditions of digitalization of society is researched in the article. The current state of the digitalization process in IP(VT)E and its impact on the development of information and educational environment are studied. Teachers and students faced with some problems in the training and production process, including in the conditions of distance learning, which is caused by certain quarantine restrictions in the conditions of a COVID-19 pandemic. These main problem issues were determined. The analysis of the activities of the IP(VT) in Ukrainian regions was made as for the creation and development of information and educational environment, by developing models and implementing individual components of the digitalization process; development of electronic educational literature and introduction of 3d-modeling technologies.

The paper is devoted to the concept, purpose, types of inspections carried out concerning the facts of violation of discipline and legality in the system of public service of the Russian Federation. Ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the public officer in respect of whom the inspection is carried out, the decision on the possibility or impossibility of imposing a disciplinary sanction depends on the completeness, timeliness, correctness, legality, objectivity of the inspection. The author analyzes the normative acts and the approaches to the definition of an official inspection that exist in the legal literature. On the basis of the analysis, the author defines the concept. The author argues that from the point of view of the content of the stages of law enforcement and the types and content of the stages of the law enforcement jurisdictional process, an official inspection completely fits into the stage of initiating a disciplinary case, acts as one of its possible stages, along with other forms of clarification and investigation of the circumstances of a disciplinary case. The paper concludes that, in the generally accepted sense, the term “official inspection” in the system of the civil service of the Russian Federation most fully characterizes the purpose, content and possible procedure for actions concerning the facts of committing disciplinary violations and other events requiring examination and analysis. The author proposes to use the term “official inspection” in a uniform manner to unify the verification actions carried out in connection with the commission of a disciplinary offence by public officers of the Russian Federation. This approach makes it possible to streamline the organization and conduct of official inspections for various types of public officers.

There are many influencing factors in the entrepreneurial process, which lead to a variety of unknown situations in the entrepreneurial process and affect the entrepreneurial process. In order to improve the effect of entrepreneurial analysis, this paper improves the traditional machine learning algorithm and proposes an entrepreneurial dynamic model based on improved machine learning. Aimed at the opportunistic behavior of the following venture capital institution under joint investment, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model between the leading venture capital institution and the following venture capital institution under joint investment and constructs an industrial cluster knowledge fusion and entrepreneurial innovation model. Moreover, this paper confirms through the structural equation model that the use of information fusion technology can improve the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of internal and external knowledge of industrial clusters. In addition, this paper uses experimental analysis methods to evaluate the performance of the entrepreneurial dynamic model constructed in this paper. From the research results, it can be seen that the system constructed in this paper has a certain effect.

Este artigo, que apresenta parte de uma pesquisa de mestrado, tem como objetivo discutir a relação pessoal de estudantes do 6º ano do ensino fundamental com a área de figuras planas após a abordagem desse objeto de saber em sala de aula pela professora. O marco teórico desse trabalho é a Teoria Antropológica do Didático, com ênfase na noção de praxeologia pessoal desenvolvida por Hamid Chaachoua e colaboradores. Os dados analisados foram as respostas de estudantes a um teste, elaborado e aplicado pela professora ao final do processo de ensino da área, e entrevistas realizadas com a professora e com alguns estudantes. Os resultados apontam que a divisão das tarefas em tipos de tarefas realizadas pela maioria dos estudantes não corresponde à realizada pela representante da instituição. Foram observadas praxeologias pessoais em conformidade com a praxeologia institucional; praxeologias pessoais nas quais o tipo de tarefa correspondia ao institucional, mas cujas técnicas e tecnologias pessoais estavam erradas e, praxeologias pessoais nas quais o tipo de tarefa pessoal não correspondia ao tipo de tarefa institucional e com a técnica e a tecnologia pessoais erradas.

Purpose. To analyze cataract surgery performed in the Khabarovsk branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution (Khabarovsk branch). Material and methods. The work of the Khabarovsk branch on the treatment of patients with cataracts in 2018–2020 was analyzed on the basis of annual statistical reports submitted to the Head Organization and the Analytical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Khabarovsk krai. Results. Cataract surgery account for more than 30% of the total volume of surgeries performed in 2018–2020. The largest (up to 63%) share of the number of cataract surgery in the structure of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District falls on the Khabarovsk krai. To correct aphakia, the Khabarovsk branch currently uses large arsenal of intraocular lenses, which allows satisfying the ever-increasing demands of patients for obtaining high visual functions after surgery. Conclusion. The Khabarovsk branch has all the modern technologies for the surgical treatment of senile cataracts and satisfying the increasing demands of patients for obtaining high visual functions in the postoperative period and is the leader in cataract surgery in the Far Eastern Federal District. The article discusses the structure of ophthalmic pathology. These results are based on the analysis of statistical data of a large number of patients of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution in 2019 (year before COVID-19 pandemic). In 2019 – 565988 patients were registered in medical database of our institution for the first time. The distribution of ophthalmic pathology among these patients was as follows. Cataract – 25.0%, including complicated cataract 15.9 %. Glaucoma – 3.1%; Vitreoretinal pathology – 8.2%; Diabetes – 2.9%; Oculoplastic pathology – 2.7%; Oncology – 1.1%; Eye diseases in children – 12.9%; Refractive errors – 17.2%; Diseases of the eye fundus – 12.6 %; Corneal pathology – 2.2%; Inflammatory diseases – 10.3%; Other diseases – 1.8 %. The article carefully describes the innovative technologies and the main trends that determine the overall development of such areas of ophthalmic surgery as: cataract surgery, glaucoma, corneal surgery, vitreoretinal surgery, laser refractive surgery, laser surgery of the retina and vitreous body, surgical manipulations in children, oculoplasty, ophthalmooncology. Subject. This article deals with the issues related to the development of internal control procedures defined on the basis of a risk-based approach in order to minimize risks in procurement activities and improve the effectiveness of the procurement department of a budgetary institution. Objectives. The article aims to study the issues of making a risk-based model of internal control of the customer, namely a budgetary institution, in the field of procurement. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of analysis, grouping, comparison, and generalization. Results. The article identifies certain factors constraining the effectiveness of internal control. It describes the risks faced by controllers when verifying the compliance of the customer's activities with the requirements of the Statutory regulations in force in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services. The article proposes a mechanism for the functioning of a risk-oriented model of internal control of the customer, namely a budgetary institution, and it describes the advantages and disadvantages of a risk-based control model. Conclusions. Despite the continuous process of improving the procurement of goods, works, and services, the violations detected by the supervisory authorities are still many. The development and use of a risk-based customer-audit model is an important step towards improving the efficiency of the budget institution.

The article examines the possibilities of evaluating the effectiveness of scientific work of departments of scientific institutions and universities by means of information and digital systems on the example of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Accordingly, the goal of the article is to analyse the existing information and analytical systems for evaluating the effectiveness of the scientific work of departments of scientific institutions and universities. In this study, the following methods were used: analysis to review existing information and analytical systems to assess the effectiveness of scientific work, generalization, and systematization for processing the data. To assess the effectiveness of the department or laboratory of research institutions and institutions of higher education by using formal indicators (quantitative), it is necessary to take into account the direction of the institution/freelancer, the field they belong to, and the specifics of research tasks. Therefore, this study describes and analyses the services of information and digital systems that can be used to assess the effectiveness of the scientific work of research institutions and universities. The authors illustrate popularization of scientific achievements as one of the most important tasks of a scientific institution. We have developed a new foundation-level course at our institution that links the concept of chemical equilibria from four of the traditional subdisciplines (analytical, biochemistry, inorganic, and physical). The course, entitled Solution and Solid State Chemistry (CHEM 210), is designed to serve our chemistry and biochemistry majors, as well as those students interested in prehealth professions. The course functions as a bridge between the introductory and organic chemistry courses and the in-depth chemistry curriculum at our institution. A week-by-week explanation of the course curriculum is provided, as well as the description of the laboratory experiments conducted during the course.

Thirty years after Ukraine regained independence, in many areas of social life, Ukrainian as the state language is still ignored, eliminated or marginalized. The state status for this language in the Ukrainian Constitution of 1996 did not grant it such a function due to the post-colonial domination of the Russian language, the post-Soviet legacy of non-compliance with the law and impunity in breaking the law. The annexation of Crimea and Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine, under the pretext of defending the Russian-speaking population, made the ruling elite and Ukrainian citizens aware of the importance of the language issue for state security and conditioned the need for institutional and legal protection of the Ukrainian language as a state language. The establishment of the institution of the ombudsman of the state language has become a new element in the legal system of Ukraine. The ombudsman's activity in the field of controlling the use of the state language, its protection, functioning and development is an effective instrument for the implementation of the state's language policy. The legal protection of the Ukrainian language as a state language and the establishment of the institution of the linguistic ombudsman is received positively by the majority of Ukrainian society. Criticism from pro-Russian circles and the Russian government shows how important role the language issue plays in the hybrid war with Russia.

Digital transformation involves utilizing information technologies and digital tools to restructure the business processes and increase their efficiency. During the COVID-19 lockdown, this topic becomes even more relevant. This paper covers the digitalization of such processes as preparing the master’s research work and presenting the results. We modeled a system for supporting decision-making when evaluating master's thesis based on the results of expert assessment and automated text verification for plagiarism following the regulatory documents of a higher education institution and general recommendations for observing academic integrity. This paper suggests system implementation via LMS Moodle, determines the resources for loading the master's thesis and accompanying documents, conducting peer review, organizing consulting undergraduates, and communication per the distribution of the roles. To verify texts for plagiarism, the Unicheck module can be integrated with LMS Moodle. The availability of an educational environment in the universities along with the creation of a single user base will allow for implementing the proposed information system with minimal costs.

Most first-year students lack technological skills, which hampers their learning. Within the University of South Africa (UNISA), as an open distance and e-learning (ODeL) institution, first-year students require support to succeed, particularly because they are responsible for managing their own time and studies. Using a signature course, such as ‘Language through an African Lens' (AFL1501), which is a completely online module offered by the College of Human Sciences, the author explores how qualtrics data and narrative analysis aid students in completing their coursework. The article further touches on the significance of UNISA tools and other online resources as fundamentals of connectivism, the theory of technology as an extension of human faculty, and transformative learning theory as a support mechanism. The contributions of the lecturer and teaching assistants in facilitating first-year students' success in the online module are invaluable, as is evident from this report involving 600 survey respondents from Unisa.

In this paper, we study the propagation characteristics of rumors in an institution and develop the rumor dissemination model inside the institution. Different from the traditional model, a person in the proposed model can make a judgement about the message and decide to propagate it or refute it, and most people inside the institution can refute the rumor spreaders and propagate the genuine messages to uninformed people when they have confirmed the message is a rumor. Then, we split all the people into two institutions (inside and outside). Since the rumors and genuine messages from the institution can have a non-negligible impact on people outside the institution, we put forward a new double-institution rumor propagation model , and the model considers the impact of messages on the inside and outside of the institution simultaneously. Based on the two proposed models, the basic reproduction numbers are obtained respectively, and the local and global stability of the rumor-free equilibrium points are discussed separately. We numerically simulate the propagation of rumors in small-world networks. The simulation is carried out to verify the validity of the proposed model, and our model is closer to the reality than traditional models.

Objectives: The knowledge of anatomy is an integral part of dental and medical education that builds the foundations of pathology, physiology, and other related disciplines. Traditional three-dimensional (3D) models used to teach anatomy cannot represent dynamic physiological processes and lack structural detail in the oral regions relevant for dental education. We developed an interactive computer program to teach oral anatomy, pathology, and microbiology in an integrated manner to improve students’ learning experiences.Methods: The computer program, Jawnatomy, was developed as a 3D human head. Cognitive load theory guided the design of the tool, with the goal of reducing the heavy cognitive load of learning anatomy and integrating this knowledge with pathology and microbiology. Keller’s attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction (ARCS) model of motivational design was used while creating the tool to improve learners’ motivation and engagement. Blender was used to create the graphics, and Unity 3D was used to incorporate interactivity in the program. The 3D renderings of oral anatomy and progression of tooth decay were created with the input of content experts.Results: Jawnatomy will be launched in our institution’s dentistry and dental hygiene program to support project- and team-based learning. This program will also be introduced to students as a self-directed learning tool to help them practice and strengthen their anatomical knowledge at their own pace.Conclusions: Surveys and focus groups will be conducted to evaluate and further improve the computer program. We believe that Jawnatomy will become an invaluable teaching tool for dental education.

The contemporary business environment seeks continuous improvement to remain competitive in the market, as customers increasingly demand quality products or services. In this perspective, this paper presents a methodology aimed at evaluating the quality of processes in the project management sector in a Third Sector Organization, based on the Fuzzy mathematical model. For this, linguistic variables (input) were developed according to information obtained from company Y, which enabled the application of the Fuzzy Logic method, in order to determine the output variable, which in this case is quality. After determining the rules, it was possible to obtain results that show that the developed fuzzy model has the potential to help improve the quality of processes.

The accounting of inventories in budgetary institutions is still an important element in the efficient business activities of any institution. This accounting of such resources is separately devoted to the Federal Accounting Standard for the public sector organization “Reserves”, which allows unmistakably to form information about the organization’s available material reserves. The article discusses important issues on the accounting of material reserves in the budget organization. The author provided a conclusion on the done analysis of the SGS “Reserves”, justified the economic essence of accounting for material reserves, defined their main objectives, and showed the impact of this accounting on the activities of the budget organization.

In Poland, probation officers have the power to issue admonitions to convicted offenders. The prerequisite for its use is the fulfilment of the conditions referred to in Article 173 § 3 of the Polish Criminal Executive Code. According to the intention of the framers, it was supposed to discipline the convicted person so that they would observe the law in force and, in the period of probation, submit to the obligations imposed on them. Since this legal institution has been in force for almost 10 years, it has been decided to have a look at how it functions in practice. For that purpose, research was carried out, in which an attempt was made to establish how court probation officers apply the institution of admonition to convicted offenders and whether it is an effective tool in influencing their behaviour. The research included 151 cases in which probation officers applied admonition in 2015-2017. The research was carried out on the basis of an analysis of probation files. As a result, it was established, among other things, that in some of the cases a change in the convicted person’s (offender’s) behaviour can be observed after the admonition was given. It was also noted that the effectiveness of an admonition is affected by the manner in which it is given.

In the article, the author considers the organization of personalized learning of students of higher education by designing a pedagogical model of education. Personalized learning improves the educational process, as the student can build their own educational trajectory according to their individual needs, interests, preferences, and abilities. The proposed pedagogical model reveals the structure and content of personalized education of higher education institutions, the central figure of which is the student, his educational needs, interests, and abilities. We have identified the purpose of personalized learning, the principles and main stages that reflect the dynamics of its operation, as well as the pedagogical conditions for effective implementation of the proposed model. These are the principle of consciousness and activity of the student, accessibility and comprehensibility of the content of education, flexibility and adequacy of the educational process, the principle of consistency and dosage of educational content, social participation of participants in the educational process, control and self-control. The implementation of the model should be carried out in stages. These processes include the processes of initiation, diagnosis, and design, integration, with the latter process occurring cyclically. Pedagogical conditions are the main condition for the effectiveness of personalized learning. In the process of implementing personalized learning, it is advisable to adhere to the normative, socio-psychological, and organizational-pedagogical conditions of the educational process. The development of the model made it possible to identify certain characteristics of personalized learning. In particular, it allows to significantly increase the motivation to learn, to build an individual educational trajectory, to adapt the learning process in accordance with the student's interactions and through the mechanisms of electronic environment systems.

Artykuł został poświęcony instytucji posiedzenia przygotowawczego, która jest jedną z nowych rozwiązań wprowadzonych ustawą z dnia 4 lipca 2019 roku o zmianie ustawy, Kodeksowi postępowania cywilnego oraz innym wybranym ustawom. Wprowadzenie powyższego środka zaradczego powinno doprowadzić do przyspieszenia postępowania, jak również zaangażowania stron w sprawę, jednak jego realizacja może wywołać trudności. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie zmian i ich zastosowania w praktyce, a także problemów z nimi związanych. Przeprowadzona analiza prowadzi do wniosku, że zbyt formalistyczne reguły modyfikacji planu rozprawy mogą spowodować częste odstępowanie od organizacji posiedzenia przygotowawczego.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar quais são os aspectos positivos e negativos no uso de chatbots em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior privada (IESP) para o atendimento ao corpo discente. Foi observado que após incorporar um chatbot na IESP Y, a acurácia no atendimento ao corpo discente e a candidatos aumentou, o que colaborou para números melhores de retenção discente, e que, uma vez em funcionamento, deixar de usar essa ferramenta seria prejudicial ao negócio. É possível avaliar o quão importante é essa ferramenta em uma organização, pois ela proporciona praticidade e agilidade na execução de processos. A presente pesquisa apresentou limitações quanto a dimensão da amostra, ou seja, a aplicação dos pontos positivos e aprendizado dos pontos negativos, não podem ser estendidos para outras instituições sem que antes sejam feitas novas análises. Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания остаются наиболее распространенными неинфекционными заболеваниями не только в Украине, но и во всем мире, однако наши представления о них накапливаются с каждым днем, появляются новые схемы лечения. Именно поэтому в последнее время мы наблюдаем обновления значительного массива кардиологических рекомендаций. Одной из наиболее распространенных в Украине среди тройных комбинаций стала фиксированная комбинация периндоприла/индапамида/амлодипина. В этой статье последовательно рассматриваются обновленные рекомендации Американской коллегии кардиологов/Американской ассоциации сердца (ACC/AHA) по предупреждению, выявлению, оценке и лечению повышенного артериального давления у взрослых, рекомендации Европейского общества кардиологии/Европейского общества гипертензии по лечению АГ, новые рекомендации по диагностике и лечению хронического коронарного синдрома и рекомендации по ведению пациентов с диабетом, предиабетом и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, а также показано, что, согласно данным всех этих обновленных документов, назначение фиксированной комбинации периндоприла/индапамида/амлодипина — актуальный и целесообразный выбор. Более того, теперь на рынке Украины представлена фиксированная комбинация периндоприла/индапамида/амлодипина отечественного производства и европейского качества — Три-Алитер. Это делает эффективное и доказааное лечение, закрепленное в современных клинических рекомендациях, более доступным для украинского пациента.

Em vista a necessidade de adoção de procedimentos adequados a implantação de um novo modelo educacional buscou-se a elaboração de um mapeamento descritivo do processo de inserção que já vem ocorrendo nas instituições de ensino superior. O processo de inserção modelo educacional emergente se configura por meio de um esquema da Instituição de ensino superior como um organismo composto em três dimensões: (1)Sistema de Aprendizagem; (2)Administração e (3)Infraestrutura. Onde, cada uma das três dimensões (1, 2 e 3) seria vista por três prismas: (A)Agentes; (B)Recursos materiais e (C) Processos e apresentas seus elementos.

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с участием представителя в гражданском процессе, классификация судебного представительства, основания представительства и порядок участия в деле. Анализирован институт гражданско-процессуального представительства, осуществляющий в гражданском процессе юридическую помощь и содействующий защите прав и охраняемых законом интересов участников процесса. Автор анализирует практический опыт зарубежных стран по совершенствованию представительской деятельности в гражданском процессуальном законодательстве. В результате исследования внесены предложения и рекомендации по совершенствованию института обязательного судебного представительства в отечественном законодательстве.

The present work’s purpose is to carry out a synchronous analysis of the concept of Coordinating Power, that is an institution created by Alberto Torres in his project of constitutional reform, published in 1914, and which consists in a fourth State power responsible for coordinating and supervising of the political system as a whole. To perform the research, we adopted as methodology the History of Concepts, criated by Reinhart Koselleck, in order to investigate the changes and the permanences of the meanings that a concept can harbor throughout his history. At the end, the Coordinating Power was classified as a engaged concept and as a concept of pure expectation, since it didn’t refer to a concrete experience, but it had as a purpose to operate changes in the reality. There are two key limitations to the literature that explores the relationship between truth and closure in post-violence societies. The first is that this relationship has been assessed mostly as part of a larger debate focusing on the links between the truth and the seemingly related concept of reconciliation. The second is that to the extent that the literature has addressed the connections between truth and closure as such, it has focused almost exclusively on the operations and effects of courts and truth commissions. The article addresses both limitations by examining the relationship between truth and closure through the prism of a different institution, the Committee on Missing Persons in Cyprus. Relying on 34 in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including relatives of missing persons on the island, it argues that the Committee's delivery of the truth has promoted closure in three distinct ways. At the same time it acknowledges that the type of truth and the way in which it is delivered can have detrimental consequences for the promotion of closure. Stochastic forecasting and risk valuation are now front burners in a list of applied and theoretical sciences. In this work, we propose an unconventional tool for stochastic prediction of future expenses based on the individual (micro) developments of recorded events. Considering a firm, enterprise, institution, or any entity, which possesses knowledge about particular historical events, there might be a whole series of several related subevents: payments or losses spread over time. This all leads to an infinitely stochastic process at the end. The aim, therefore, lies in predicting future subevent flows coming from already reported, occurred but not reported, and yet not occurred events. The emerging forecasting methodology involves marked time-varying Hawkes process with marks being other time-varying Hawkes processes. The estimated parameters of the model are proved to be consistent and asymptotically normal under simple and easily verifiable assumptions. The empirical properties are investigated through a simulation study. In the practical part of our exploration, we elaborate a specific actuarial application for micro claims reserving.

Background: Severe acute malnourished children are prone to deranged pathophysiology. Their haematological profile affected mild to severe degree. Our study was done to observe the haematological profile of severe acute malnourished children admitted at P.B.M. Hospital Bikaner, Rajasthan. Material And Methods: This prospective observational study was designed for severe acute malnourished 178 children. Duration of this study was one year from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013. This study was done in special concern of haematological profile of severe acute malnourished children. Results: Our study showed that oedematous malnourished children had anaemia more common than non-oedematous malnourished children.Microcytic hypochromic anaemia and dimorphic anaemia were more common in non- oedematous and oedematous malnourished children. Conclusion: We concluded that Microcytic hypochromic anaemia and dimorphic anaemia is common in severe acute malnourished children. So, our primary target should be prevent malnourishment and secondary should be early diagnosis and management of sequelae by proper monitoring to avoid complications.

The paper presents proposals for the development of programs to improve energy efficiency of educational institutions on the example of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The energy management of the university is planned to be carried out through remote monitoring and creation of an automated workplace of the energy manager with integration into the educational process. The aim of the work is to improve innovative management methods of energy management, taking into account the relationship of energy sources, thermal protection of building fences, the parameters of the microclimate of the premises. The facilities, which are on the balance of the university, are a platform for research work, subject to the cooperation of the Energy Management Service with various structural units. As part of the development of the energy efficiency program, a technical and economic analysis of the proposed energy saving measures using engineering calculation methods was performed, as well as experimental measurements were performed. Statistical data processing, methods of grouping, comparison, generalization were used, and for the decision of separate problems modeling in specialized software products was carried out. With the involvement of the scientific potential of the university, a system of remote monitoring based on software is gradually introduced, which includes a geoinformation map of engineering networks and buildings, monitoring of parameters in the premises and an analytical unit with the ability to predict energy consumption. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. The strategy of innovation development in Ukraine envisages the creation of innovative ecosystem of higher education institutions. Analysis of the current state of interaction between science, business and the state in Ukraine shows that most of the technologies and developments created as a result of scientific and technical activities of higher education institutions have not yet been implemented in the real economy. Communication interaction between representatives of higher school and enterprises involves the initiation of the innovation ecosystem. Practical implementation of conceptual model of Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer in higher education institution will allow to move to a new level of innovative development of higher education institution.METHODS. The study used: the DFD method for constructing a context diagram and diagram 1 level of functioning of the Hackathon ecosystem of technology transfer in higher education institution; information and technological approaches to the project management of HETT creation in the university to ensure effective management of project data flow; qualitative and operational communication between the project stakeholders.FINDINGS. The developed conceptual model of Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer in higher education institutions allows to take into account the specifics of functioning of higher education. The proposed block diagram of the initialization project of the creation of the Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer consists of 7 stages, which allows to take into account the specifics of the university. The optimal composition of stakeholders of the Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer in higher education institutions is defined: initiator, manager, team, customer, curator, owner, competitors, sponsor, authorities, community groups, consumers, organizations, suppliers and contractors.CONCLUSION. Practical implementation of the developed conceptual model of Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer in higher education institutions allows to generate ideas in accordance with market requirements and implement the most effective; to determine the needs and interests in establishing cooperation between representatives of higher education and business; to determine the compliance of the prototypes created with the needs of stakeholders and will provide feedback regarding the functioning of Hackathon-ecosystem of technology transfer.

BACKGROUND Hyponatremia is the most frequently encountered electrolyte abnormality in hospitalized patients, especially those with neurological injury. Acute onset hyponatremia is common in patients with any type of cerebral insult including traumatic brain injury (TBI), subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) and brain tumours. Also seen as a complication of intracranial procedures, contributing to increased morbidity and mortality. Early diagnosis and effective management can reduce mortality associated with this condition. This study was done to estimate the prevalence of hyponatremia in neurosurgical patients in our institution. METHODS This is an observational study that analysed the adult patients admitted to the neuro intensive care unit (ICU) after having undergone the neurosurgical procedure from January 2019 to July 2019. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The prevalence of hyponatremia was calculated with preoperative serum sodium levels in the study population. RESULTS In this study with 61 patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures, the prevalence of hyponatremia was 34.4 %. The majority of patients for surgery comes between 41 to 50 years. 57.4 % cases were with traumatic brain injury, 11.5 % cases were with sub arachnoid haemorrhage and 31.1 % were with intracranial tumour. 26 % of hyponatremia patients belonged to mild grade while 8 % to moderate grade. 62.5 % of patients above 70 years, 44.4 % of patients between 51 to 60 years and 40 % of patients between 61 and 70 years presented with mild hyponatremia. 37.5 % of patients above 70 years and 10 % of patients between 61 and 70 years presented with moderate hyponatremia. CONCLUSIONS Our study showed an increased prevalence of hyponatremia in neurosurgical patients which demand effective approaches for an accurate and timely diagnosis of this electrolyte disorder. Hyponatremia frequently occurs in patients with TBI, SAH and intracranial tumours. It is also essential to differentiate between syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) and cerebral salt wasting syndrome (CSW) as the treatment modalities are entirely different for these two entities. Early detection, close monitoring, etiological evaluation and prompt treatment based on aetiology can reduce the complications and improve patient’s outcomes. Attendance system is very important in schools and colleges' The student attendance program has many problems such as it may not be accurate and critical to maintain. Therefore, an existing system that uses a face recognition system increases accuracy and also requires less time than other methods. There are many systems available such as face recognition using IoT, PIR sensors and so on. With face recognition, hardware devices are helpful. But the challenge is to keep all the nerves properly without getting hurt. After learning all the techniques and techniques we try to use the system with Haar Cascade Algorithm with the highest accuracy among them all. It can take pictures from 50- 70cm. We create a graphical interface that takes pictures, builds a database and trains the database with a single click. After seeing the face it will show the student's name and roll number. That information is stored on an automatic attendance sheet by time and date.

In recent years the contraction of public and private investments in many countries has had a negative impact on the research activities and innovation. The strategic fundraising has become increasingly complicated and the need for accountability to the stakeholder in spending the funding drawn requires full transparency and effective organization in management. The public research institutions to be more competitive and transparent could optimize its management introducing new organizational models such as Performance Management System. The adoption of "traditional" tools to manage performance remains controversial and the balance between respect for the researcher's freedom and personnel management policy represents the main difficulty. A winning strategy for applying Performance Management System could be the implementation of a personalised Quality Management System tailored on the need of the public research institution. In our experience we adopt a custom-made model, which incorporates the Common Assessment Framework developed for the public sector. In this work, we described the implementation of the model and the results obtained after four years of application.

The course is one of the education provided outside the official school (non-formal) to develop self-ability and skills. Santa Car Driving Course is a skills education institution that specializes its students to be proficient in driving a car. However, the institution still registers courses by coming to the institution's location. This study aims to provide an application that helps institutions in providing course schedule information and online course registration. The method used in making this application is the PIECES method for running system analysis and the waterfall method for system requirements analysis. The result of this research is an application that is able to provide information on course schedules, registration, attendance and report notes.
