Against the background of China's economic transformation, it is of great practical significance to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on enterprise innovation to promote innovation-driven development strategies. Using patent data from Chinese industrial enterprises and robot data provided by the International Federation of Robotics, this study empirically tests the impact of artificial intelligence on improving the innovation abilities of Chinese enterprises. The study finds the following: (1) Artificial intelligence significantly improves enterprise innovation, and this conclusion remains valid after robustness tests. (2) Artificial intelligence optimizes the skill structure of the enterprise labour force, increases enterprise R&D expenditure, and strengthens the technology spillover effect, thus improving enterprise innovation. (3) The domestic market and the development of the Internet have further strengthened the role of artificial intelligence in promoting enterprise innovation. (4) Artificial intelligence is more helpful in promoting the innovation ability of technology-intensive, general trading, mixed trading, and non-state-owned enterprises. This study provides important policy implications for promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence and real economy and realizing high-quality economic development. The use of machine learning methods to control heat supply systems is a pressing issue worldwide. The aim of the work is to develop methods for intellectualizing the operating modes of individual heat supply units (IHU) to improve their efficiency and reliability. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: creating and debugging methods for diagnosing IH operating modes; using the cluster analysis method, in particular the K-means algorithm, to identify pre-emergency situations at an early stage; analyzing the relationship between outdoor air temperature data and the pressures of direct and return network water in IHU operating modes using Novosibirsk as an example. The most important results of the work include dividing the measured parameters into five clusters, each of which characterizes a certain IHS operating mode. This was confirmed by the "Elbow Method", which determined the optimal number, which made it possible to significantly improve the forecasting of emergency modes. Studies have shown that a sharp increase in outdoor temperature leads to an increase in the pressure of direct network water, which can cause accelerated wear of heating networks due to the peculiarities of weather-dependent automation regulation. Introducing additional parameters into the initial data, such as the service life of heating networks and weather conditions, can improve the accuracy of forecasts. The significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of early detection of emergency and pre-emergency modes of IHU operation, which helps prevent accidents and reduce repair and maintenance costs.

The purpose of the study is to characterize the impact of intellectualization on the management system in public service activities in society 5.0. The main objective of this article is to determine the factors of intellectualization that significantly affect the effectiveness of management processes in public service. The essence of intellectualization and the management system in public service activities is studied, and an analysis of ordering hierarchies is conducted to identify key factors. The hierarchical analysis method is used. It is established that intellectualization contributes to the optimization of management decisions through the implementation of modern information technologies, improving the skills of employees and automating routine processes. The impact of intellectualization on increasing transparency, flexibility and adaptability of management structures in public service is characterized. The need to integrate innovative approaches to management is emphasized to ensure the effective operation of the public service in the conditions of rapid changes in society 5.0. It is proven that the implementation of intellectualized management systems contributes to improving the quality of public service provision, ensuring better interaction between state institutions and citizens.

The aim of the article is the formation of scientific and practical aspects of assessing the labor potential as the basis for the development of the process of intellectualization at industrial enterprises in modern transformational conditions. According to the results of the carried out study, it is found that a significant level of instability and the impact of global transformations significantly affects the fundamental transformations of the socioeconomic system of society. Under their influence, the demographic structure of society is changing, innovative requirements for the labor market are being formed, the intensity of migration flows is increasing, labor resources are being integrated into world labor markets, etc. Since Ukraine’s independence (1991), socioeconomic development has had significant fluctuations, which were formed under the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors. The economy of Ukraine during the period of independence has had significant fluctuations, which affected the level of the average wage of the population. For the most part, the formation of the country’s development depends on the efficiency of the labor potential (physical, intellectual, material, etc.). On the basis of the study, it is determined that the dynamics of the growth rate of the average wage in Ukraine for 2019–2023 in hryvnias and dollars practically had a corresponding upward trend, except for cases when there were fluctuations in the exchange rate. This is verified by the fact that changes in wages are influenced by the following factors: economic factors; social factors and political factors. Despite the increase in the level of average wages in Ukraine, it is much lower than in other developed European countries. The results of the carried out analysis of the indicators of the dynamic series of dependence of the size of the average wage and the number of employees involved in the implementation of research and development in Ukraine for 2019–2023 indicate a close distinct monotonous dependence. This is confirmed by the fact that the growth in the R&D performance rate in Ukraine includes several key aspects: funding, cost structure, research results, impact on innovation and the country’s economy as a whole. Current tendencies should be aimed at increasing the focus on applied and innovative research, namely: increasing the commercial and practical significance of scientific research and strengthening the links between science, the State and industry. The research actuality of the study is due to the fact that in fast-paced world of IT, the ability to adapt, innovate, and proactively address challenges is key to sustaining success and anticrisis marketing should be seen as an ongoing, dynamic process that evolves alongside the industry it serves. Aim of the paper is to justify the necessity of forming a model of anticrisis marketing of IT companies on the example of the adaptation of Ukrainian IT companies to the crisis conditions of their activities. In order to achieve the research goal, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, logical and situational analysis and specific methods inherent in management sciences (subjective-objective approach, economic and statistical analysis, method of ranking, grouping, comparison, classification) were used. The practical and theoretical relevance of this study is that the proposed and substantiated ways of IT companies’ anticrisis marketing model forming can be of practical interest to managers and leaders of these companies when avoiding or mitigating the consequences of crisis situations. Research materials can be used on practice when solving the problems of increasing the effectiveness of marketing activities of both Ukrainian and other IT companies during the crisis period in order to increase their competitiveness on the national and global markets.

Tax risk behavior causes serious loss of fiscal revenue, damages the country’s public infrastructure, and disturbs the market economic order of fair competition. In recent years, tax risk detection, driven by information technology such as data mining and artificial intelligence, has received extensive attention. To promote the high-quality development of tax risk detection methods, this paper provides the first comprehensive overview and summary of existing tax risk detection methods worldwide. More specifically, it first discusses the causes and negative impacts of tax risk behaviors, along with the development of tax risk detection. It then focuses on data-mining-based tax risk detection methods utilized around the world. Based on the different principles employed by the algorithms, existing risk detection methods can be divided into two categories: relationship-based and non-relationship-based. A total of 14 risk detection methods are identified, and each method is thoroughly explored and analyzed. Finally, four major technical bottlenecks of current data-driven tax risk detection methods are analyzed and discussed, including the difficulty of integrating and using fiscal and tax fragmented knowledge, unexplainable risk detection results, the high cost of risk detection algorithms, and the reliance of existing algorithms on labeled information. After investigating these issues, it is concluded that knowledge-guided and data-driven big data knowledge engineering will be the development trend in the field of tax risk in the future; that is, the gradual transition of tax risk detection from informatization to intelligence is the future development direction.

The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of the process of intellectualization on the innovative development of entrepreneurial activity of economic entities in turbulent conditions. According to the results of the carried out study, it is found that intellectualization plays an important role in the formation of an innovative environment and ensuring competitive advantages for the active development of economic entities. The article analyzes an aggregate of approaches to the definition of the concept of «intellectualization». On the basis of the carried out analysis, the author’s own definition of the concept of «intellectualization» is formed as follows: it is the process of effective use of the intellect of an individual or a group of individuals through the production of innovative knowledge, the use of a creative approach and the introduction of creative technologies for the formation of effective tasks aimed at achieving the tactical and strategic goals of development of economic entities. A scientific and practical approach to determining the level of influence of the process of intellectualization on the innovative development of entrepreneurial activity of economic entities through the prism of the main functions of entrepreneurship is proposed. On the basis of the analysis, it is determined that the process of intellectualization should be considered in the analysis of not only the innovation function, but also other functions of entrepreneurship. With the help of the analysis, it is found that intellectualization should be considered in symbiosis with the concepts of «creativity» and «motivation». For this purpose, the creative aspects of the process of intellectualization, which affect the development of economic entities, were considered in detail. Separately, the ways of development of the innovative and creative environment of economic entities have been studied and suggested. The study emphasizes the importance of developing intellectualization, creativity, creatively oriented corporate culture by economic entities to ensure high productivity, efficiency and competitiveness in the global market environment. Through the development of intellectualization and creativity, economic entities can adapt to the challenges of the modern environment, develop the potential abilities of staff and become more competitive in domestic and foreign markets.

The paper shows the development of technologies and tools of mechanization and automation in livestock farming for the period from 1930 to the present. (Research purpose) Given the cyclical nature of processes and the nuanced interpretations of scientific heritage, it is necessary to investigate the historical experience and contributions of scientists to the development and practical implementation of mechanization and automation tools in livestock farming. (Methods and materials) The paper examines the primary stages of mechanization and automation in cow milking, starting with the development of the first Soviet three-stroke milking machine DA-3. It considers the contributions made by specialized institutes of the All-Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and individual scientists in formulating testing methodologies for milking machines. Additionally, it explores the development and adoption of novel electromechanical tools for dairy farms. (Results and discussion) Considered in this paper are the pioneering efforts in the creation of the first milking parlors. These include the stationary herringbone type machines with a parallel-pass design, spearheaded by V.S. Krasnov, V.F. Korolev, V.P. Larin, V.P. Pokhvalensky, and A.N. Dormidontov, and the development of mobile carousel parlors of the «rotating herringbone» type, engineered by the design bureau of the Siberian Research Institute of Agriculture under the supervision of I.I. Teslenko, N.V. Krasnoshchekov, K.S. Shapovalov, N.K. Vazenmiller, A.V. Goldenfang. (Conclusions) The paper notes the significance of adopting a systematic approach to the developing of machinery for livestock farming mechanization. This approach was actively pursued by N.M. Morozov, the member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A significant milestone in the advancement of the theory and practice of animal husbandry processes was the pioneering work in developing and implementing technology for flow-conveyor animal service, headed by Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences L.P. Kormanovsky. The paper reveals the necessity of conducting a historical practices from previous generations. This approach helps to develop modern models of machinery and equipment and avoid mere replication of foreign designs. It also facilitates independent research and development efforts, incorporating insights from the accumulated experience of utilizing equipment and technologies in Russia.

The aim of the article is to study the methodological aspects of the spiral dynamics of the development of the process of intellectualization in the context of globalization changes. The article discusses the features of the development of the process of intellectualization in the context of globalization changes through the prism of the theory of spiral dynamics. Spiral dynamics, as a conceptual model of the evolution of human consciousness, allows us to analyze the transformations of society at different stages of its development. The influence of globalization factors on the processes of intellectualization is studied, emphasizing the role of information technology, network society and knowledge economy. The article allocates that the synergetic evolution of human potential is based on different phases of order (stability – homeostasis) or chaos (crisis, danger) under the influence of endogenous and exogenous environment. The analysis of literary sources provided an opportunity to form a methodology for managing the intellectual potential of enterprises in the context of global transformations. The paper focuses on the interaction between different levels of consciousness that determine the evolutionary movement of society, and shows how these interactions form new paradigms of thinking and activity. Also, the challenges and opportunities that arise in the process of intellectualization are considered, strategic approaches to change management based on spiral dynamics are proposed. This paper addresses the substitution elasticity of capital on the labour force in the context of the development of intellectualization. Given the substitution of capital for labour, China's benchmark listed logistics companies are compared with an American company to discuss the evolution of capital – labour substitution. A large-scale intellectualization process began in 2017, and based on a variable elasticity of substitution, this paper creates an econometric model of substitution elasticity between capital and labour and its evolution between 2017 and 2021. The American logistics company UPS maintains a relatively high level of substitution elasticity, and Chinese logistics companies are quickly catching up. The substitution elasticity of capital on labour in Chinese enterprises trends upward year after year. In 2021, the capital – labour substitution elasticity of logistics enterprises in both countries showed considerable growth. The calculation model of substitution elasticity presented in this paper can be extended to different regions and industries to measure intelligent development levels and the relationship between capital and the labour force. 目的 构建个体化可视化健康教育方案，并探究其在缺血性卒中患者中的应用效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法，前瞻性纳入2020年8年—2022年12月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院血管神经病学科2病区住院的缺血性卒中患者为研究对象，采用基于医院信息系统制订的个体化可视化健康教育形式，分析健康教育视频使用频率，患者服用降压药、降糖药、抗血小板聚集药物或降脂药物的用药依从性、患者满意度及护士满意度。 结果 共纳入1569例患者，干预期间无患者死亡。自2020年8月个体化可视化健康教育方案实施以来，患者观看最多健康教育视频的维度为饮食康复宣教，人均观看频率为（2.30±1.15）次/日，患者干预前后8条目用药依从性量表评分差异有统计学意义[（6.30±1.30）分 vs.（4.80±1.17）分，t=39.96，P

The current stage of industrial production digital transformation consists in developing and integrating artificial intelligence technologies. Strategic importance of Russian industry intellectualization requires synchronous involvement of all industries in this process in order to ensure effective and proportional development of the country’s economy. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to develop proposals for coordinated and balanced strategizing in the field of intellectual development of the country’s industry. The subject of the study is the relationship of digitalization processes and the use of intelligent technologies with strategies implementation for developing all industries and the Digital Economy National Program. The hypothesis of the study is based on the problem of low efficiency of implementing existing strategies of sectoral development and production digitalization processes, the causal result of which is inconsistency and imbalance of their development in time due to the lack of common views, common standards, and common space of information and communication interaction. Research objectives are to study statistical materials and practical developments in the field of industry digitalization; to analyze the current strategies for developing industrial sectors up to 2035; to analyze the processes of industry digitalization on the basis of reports on implementing the Industry 4.0 concept, various digital platforms for production dispatching, predictive analytics, etc.; to develop the concept of intelligent industrial development and the mechanism of integrating all participants in the processes of digital transformation, including the state. The authors propose the CBS concept for the development of the strategy of industry intellectualization and the mechanism of integrating subjects of the strategic process in a single space of information and communication interaction for the purposes of systematic linkage of industry development strategies on the basis of end-to-end technologies and artificial intelligence.

The paper highlights the importance of clarifying scientific terminology to delineate the exclusion of humans from technical systems, in particular the concepts such as «mechanization,» «automation,» «robotization,» and «digitalization» that are commonly used in scientific literature without a precise definition of their essence and distinctions. (Research purpose) The paper aims to provide clarity and systematic categorization of terms employed to describe the exclusion of humans from agricultural technical systems. (Materials and methods) The paper employs the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), the Theory of Decision Making, and the System Method as theoretical frameworks. (Results and discussion) The paper provides a comprehensive clarification of the conceptual meanings attributed to terms such as mechanization, automation, robotization, and digitalization. It outlines their classical (Aristotelian) definitions and systematically categorizes a broad spectrum of related concepts, including mechanization, automation, robotization, intellectualization, digitalization, cyber-physical system, precision agriculture, digital agriculture, and smart (intelligent) agriculture. The obtained results are compared utilizing the approach of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). (Conclusions) It is concluded that the concept of mechanization, in contrast to the FAO approach, does not encompass farming reliant on manual labor and animal traction. It is determined that robotization necessitates intellectualization, whereas automation does not necessarily require it. Furthermore, digitalization is demonstrated as a means of implementing automation, robotization, intellectualization, and optimizing the operation of technical systems.

In today's environment of rapid technological changes and the increasing demand for sustainable community development, the necessity of effective planning and implementation of modernization measures in the infrastructure sector becomes paramount. The article explores key approaches to systematic modernization management, including strategic planning, the integration of innovations, financial support mechanisms, and the establishment of partnerships between various levels of government and business entities. The study also delves into the impact of local conditions on the effectiveness of modernization processes, highlighting the critical importance of adapting general methodological approaches to the specific needs and conditions of individual communities. In this context, particular attention is paid to issues of social justice, ensuring that modernization efforts equitably benefit all segments of the population. Additionally, the article emphasizes the significance of environmental sustainability in the modernization of infrastructure, considering the need to reduce the environmental footprint and enhance the resilience of communities. The role of public engagement in the decision-making process is also underscored, as community involvement is seen as a key factor in the successful implementation of modernization projects. The research focuses on the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations required for the development and justification of tools to ensure the effective modernization of the functioning processes of engineering infrastructure enterprises, particularly in the context of post-war reconstruction efforts. One of the functional vectors of the Cybersecurity Strategy of Ukraine is the development and implementation of protection systems for various information platforms in society's infrastructure, particularly focusing on creating safe technologies to detect deepfake-modifications of biometric images, based on neural networks in cyberspace. This paper presents the security principles of neural network information technologies (IT) within the context of deepfake-modifications. It delineates a basic approach for safely detecting deepfake-modifications in biometric images and outlines a security methodology for multi-level neural network IT systems, organized according to the "object – threat – protection" concept. The basic approach integrates information neural network technology with decision support IT, structured by a modular architecture for detecting deepfake modifications. This architecture operates across the stages of "pre-processing of feature data – classifier training." The core of the IT security methodology emphasizes the integrity of neural network systems for detecting deepfakemodifications in biometric images, coupled with data analysis systems that execute the information process of "dividing video files into frames – detecting and processing features – evaluating the accuracy of image classifiers. The security methodology for multi-level neural network IT relies on systemic and synergistic approaches to construct a comprehensive IT security system. This system accounts for the possibility of emergent threats and incorporates cutting-edge countermeasure technologies at both hardware and software levels. The proposed comprehensive security system for detecting deepfake-modifications in biometric images encompasses hardware and software tools across several segments: automated classifier accuracy assessment, real-time deepfake-modification detection, sequential image processing, and classification accuracy evaluation utilizing cloud computing. The paper considers the use of the graphical formalism of event trees when creating prototypes of knowledge bases for intelligent systems. Here, the knowledge is represented in a declarative form as logical rules describing the relationship between external signs of a malfunction, possible causes, and operations for their localization and elimination. The previously developed technology of prototyping the rule-based expert systems, implementing the principles of visual programming and model transformations, is used as a methodological basis. Its application is described in the creation of knowledge bases for aviation diagnostics, including the main models and stages, an example is given. This study proposed the multi-coupling grouting system with the aim to tackle green mine problems such as surface collapse, water resources destruction and coal based solid waste accumulation.Successfully applied, this system yielded the following major achievements: this study (1) probed into the patterns of development and evolution in mining separation space and primary fracture space, and conducted the intelligent identification of grouting space by means of theoretical analysis, physical and numerical simulation and field detection.(2) prepared multi-source inorganic high-performance grouting materials for different scenarios by using coal-based solid wastes (coal gangue, fly ash), and developed a new KEP grouting material with underwater dispersion resistance, high volume coefficient and high plastic strength.(3) applied cluster well and feather well to grouting hole drilling and and developed an all-weather, high pump pressure and large flow intelligent grouting system; The reinforcement grouting technology is applied for the first time to strengthen the effect of grouting to reduce settlement.(4)put forward the technology system of grouting effect monitoring and detection, and emphatically expounded the borehole detection method of combining drilling core and well logging.(5)formed an intelligent technology system based on the methods of separation space grouting to reduce settlement and treat waste, caving zone grouting to treat waste, goaf grouting to strengthen foundation bearing capacity and treat waste, and roof fissure grouting to control water gushing as the core.Engineering demonstrations of this system have been carried out in Xiadian coal mine, Xinpu phosphate mine, Caojiatan coal mine, Gaojiabao coal mine and other places, which yielded good results.

The formation of a new global system and systemic global interdependence has generated new competitiveness factors for market participants, determining their appropriate strategic behavior to ensure a highly competitive position and leadership. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to identify the countries of intellectual leaders in the global market and the factors that influence the positions that countries achieve in terms of leadership. The following research methods were used: multifactor regression models, cluster analysis, and comparative analysis. Based on the authors’ methodology for assessing countries’ intellectual leadership, the clustering of countries in the global economy is determined. The evaluation algorithm was based on three levels: 1) resources, 2) the intermediate results of intellectual activity, and 3) the final results of overall progress. Using a multifactor regression model and cluster analysis, four clusters of countries were identified according to key indicators of intellectual leadership. For each cluster, the specialization of the two countries in terms of merchandise exports was analyzed: cluster 1 – the United States and Germany; cluster 2 – Israel and Italy; cluster 3 – Brazil and Ukraine; cluster 4 – China and South Korea. Each country is assigned an index of economic complexity, and the change in position of each country within a cluster over ten years is noted. An important goal is to understand the determinants of the leadership of countries in each geographic region. The analysis is based on the cluster analysis carried out in previous publications. The clustering of countries was carried out based on the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators over the past 15 years.

Marine research equipment is critical for the development of marine science. In recent years, China has made breakthroughs regarding the independent research and development of marine research equipment, and some types of the equipment have reached the advanced international level; however, technologies for the equipment still face various challenges. In this paper, the current status of the marine research equipment is reviewed, including research vessels, underwater vehicles, buoys, marine sensors, and marine observation networks. The problems encountered in the technical development of China’s marine research equipment are analyzed from the aspects of key components, technology research and development, data management, basic support, and demand matching. The future development trends are summarized, namely, green, unmanned, intelligent, and collaborative development for deep sea and polar sea research needs. Meanwhile, the key and core technologies for the overall and each category of marine research equipment are analyzed. To provide references for further promoting the rapid development of marine research equipment, the following development suggestions are proposed: sorting out the technical shortcomings, strengthening the coordination of resources to improve supporting capacity, improving the innovation mechanism to promote interdisciplinarity, strengthening the role of the market to promote the industrialization process, and relying on advanced scientific research platforms to expand international cooperation.

The article discusses the main trends of changes in mass media communication based on informative and analytical genres of the modern press and electronic media. The research is performed within interpretative discourse analysis and is based on quantitative analysis of the data. The authors of the article claim that in the modern information age, traditional media are no longer the most influential sphere of communication. The media are forced to give way to social networks that are far from complying with the norms of the Russian language. In conditions of such fierce competition, traditional mass media have to adapt to the modern reader in order to meet their needs and expectations. This leads to the fact that their genre and stylistic appearance is gradually changing. The most important changes taking place in modern media are the convergence of genres, visualization of information, interactivity, democratization (which is expressed not only at the linguistic, but also at the extralinguistic level: in changing the nature of the information conveyed in the media and cooperation with non-professionals when creating mass media product) and the intellectualization of language.
