У статті розкрито інституційне забезпечення та інструменти культурної дипломатії Італії. Італійська Республіка сьогодні активно застосовує культурну дипломатію для просування своєї культури, цінностей і національних інтересів. Культурна дипломатія сучасної Італії є високоефективним політичним інструментом і грає найважливішу роль іміджевої стратегії країни. До основних цілей можна віднести такі: поширення італійської мови, культури, стилю, способу життя, зміцнення позитивного сприйняття держави іншими акторами міжнародних відносин. Інститути культури пропагують образ Італії та її культуру, як класичну і сучасну. Вони займаються організацією різних культурних заходів, пов’язаних, наприклад, з мистецтвом, музикою, кіно, літературою, модою, дизайном, також вони керують курсами з італійської мови та культури, сприяють просуванню науки тощо. Активна політика інститутів культури сприяє формуванню позитивного іміджу Італії на міжнародній арені, посилюючи позиції країни на міжнародних ринках. до головних цілей культурної дипломатії сучасної Італії відносяться поширення культури країни, популяризація італійської мови, способу життя італійців, зміцнення позитивного сприйняття держави іншими акторами міжнародних відносин. Перелічені напрямки реалізуються і координуються в рамках МЗС Італії та започаткованих при ньому інститутів та органів, таких як Генеральна дирекція з просування концепції «Система – Країна», Національна комісія з поширення італійської культури за кордоном та італійські інститути культури, а також за допомогою некомерційних організацій (наприклад, Товариство Данте Аліг’єрі). Ці інститути займаються організацією різних культурних заходів, присвячених мистецтву, італійській мові, музиці, кіно, моді, літературі, дизайну, сприяють просуванню науки, культури та мови у світі, зміцненню міжкультурного діалогу тощо. Активна діяльність даних інститутів та організацій забезпечує досягнення основних прямих та опосередкованих завдань культурної дипломатії: розвитку співробітництва, культурного обміну та економічних зв’язків з іншими державами.

У другій половині XX століття світове співтовариство зіткнулося з низкою проблем, серед яких особливе місце посідають екологічні. Сьогодні спостерігається «екологізація» політики, в міжнародних документах простежується пріоритетність «зеленого» зростання економіки, положення про впровадження безпечних технологій виробництва з принципом «нульового скидання». Через швидкі темпи нарощування впливу КНР в економічній, політичній, соціально-екологічній сферах особливої актуальності набуває аналіз і виявлення специфіки курсу китайської «екологічної дипломатії», що виступає інструментом реалізації КНР своїх національних інтересів у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища та природокористування поза межами своєї держави. У статті розкрито становлення екологічної дипломатії КНР. Висвітлено ключові кроки уряду Китаю в сфері екологізації власної економіки та проаналізовано інструменти, які використовує КНР для реалізації власної екологічної дипломатії (міжнародні угоди, екологічні конференції тощо).

The modern world community is concerned about the search for humane, non-forceful methods for solving hybrid conflicts that characterize the system of international relations of the 21st century. That is why the concept of preventive diplomacy has become popular and in demand. The conflict in the East of Ukraine has shown that this concept has some flaws in terms of its implementation in practice. Using the historical method, the key means of implementing preventive diplomacy are revealed. The article analyzes examples of the use of preventive diplomacy methods for solving conflicts in Europe by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. The authors used the method of comparative analysis to compare examples of implementation of the principles of preventive diplomacy by different international players. Attention is drawn to the fact that excessive caution of the OSCE and unwillingness to call Russia a participant in the conflict and even more, so an aggressor country led to skepticism about the organization itself in Ukraine.

The paper highlights the peculiarities of teaching the students of the specialty International Relations, Law and History professionally oriented disciplines when the attention is paid to the study of professional disciplines. After mastering the core materials of the discipline, the students should know all the components of these disciplines and be able to apply their knowledge in practice. We have confirmed by our research that for the modern student to be able to master all knowledge and skills, modern lecturers at their lectures and seminars should change the teaching methods, tending more to the use of interactive methods, which, compared to the traditional ones, are much more efficient for providing the educational process. Among the modern interactive teaching methods, such methods as Circle of Ideas, Aquarium, Microphone, and Role Play, Imitation deserve special attention, and their use promotes students' cognitive abilities, creative thinking, quick decision making, work in groups, thus stimulating the development of communication skills, and mainly the interest of the student in learning. In the conditions of a pandemic (2020-2021), as the experiment showed, it is also possible for teachers to use interactive methods in teaching professional disciplines for students of the above specialties.

Нігерія та Китайська Народна Республіка розвинули тісні відносини, які включають: китайські інфраструктурні проекти, інвестиції, позики, торгові угоди, передачу технологій, культурний обмін тощо. Нігерія є однією з країн, що швидко розвиваються у тропічній Африці. Найважливішим джерелом державного бюджету Нігерії є експорт переважно сирої нафти й інших природних ресурсів. Тож Китай має інтерес у відносинах з Нігерією, даючи багато позик, інвестуючи у нігерійську інфраструктуру, створюючи китайські культурні центри по всій Нігерії. У статті описано торговельно-економічні відносини між Китаєм і Нігерією у першому десятилітті ХХІ століття. Досліджено основні питання торгово-економічних відносин Китаю та Нігерії, вивчено конкретні сфери економічних проблем. Особливості китайсько-нігерійських торговельно-економічних відносин мало розкриваються у дослідженнях вітчизняних вчених, що має відношення до цього дослідження.

Pakistan and Nepal are South Asian states that are members of the South Asian Regional Cooperation Association. Pakistan is a heavily populated, militarized state with a nuclear arsenal. Nepal is a small country in the Himalayas that does not have a large arsenal of weapons. Both states were officially established in the mid-twentieth century. Conflicts on the border between Pakistan and India continue to erupt. Nepal, which is partially dependent on India, cannot always condemn its actions, if it wants to maintain good relations with Pakistan. Pakistan-Nepal’s relations have been volatile during the XX- at the beginning of the XXI century - from friendly relations to the breaking of diplomatic relations. However, Nepal is a strategically important territory for Pakistan. In spite of poor transport links, Pakistan prioritizes increasing trade and revitalizing relations with Nepal, as such developments will drive India out of this area, with the geopolitical map of the world undergoing change and India losing its dominant position. Both Pakistan and Nepal play an active role in SAARC, reflecting, in essence, their shared desire to promote peace and progress in South Asia. The article describes the relationship between Pakistan and Nepal in the twentieth century. In the course of the work, the history of Nepal-Pakistan relations was investigated, the peculiarities of cooperation within the Association of Regional Cooperation of South Asia were explored, economic and cultural cooperation was studied. The specifics of Nepal-Pakistan relations are hardly revealed in the works of national scientists, which is relevant to this research.

Every year millions of people are victims of modern-day slavery. According to unofficial data, the number of victims of trafficking in human beings in Ukraine amounts to 160,000 citizens annually. Trafficking in human beings is, according to experts, the third most profitable area of organized crime, especially in its transnational component, alongside arms and drug trafficking. The U.N.O. (United Nations Organization) Center for International Crime Prevention estimates that the global human trafficking market generates 12 $ billion annually. Moreover, there is reason to believe that the proceeds from the sale of people are contributing to the financial support of international terrorist activity. Thus, the scale of the problem of trafficking in human beings is impressive, so this problem requires immediate action. The article highlights the fate of Ukraine in terms of trafficking in human beings on the international level of practical and practical aspects of combating human trafficking. In the robots of daily understanding of the understanding of human trafficking, the main aspects of the robots of international companies are analyzed, the main steps of the powerful programs are characterized. On the basis of the analysis of regulatory documents, the difficult process of identifying international trafficking in persons was analyzed. In the process of completing the work of the robot, the main characterization of the scientific study of the problem and that of the base base was analyzed, the particularities of the difficult process of identifying international trafficking in human beings were analyzed. The process of taking into account the process of taking advantage of the international cooperation of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the sphere of trafficking in human beings was taken into account. It is stated that the introduction of compulsory insurance in the domestic insurance companies of persons traveling abroad to work at the expense of enterprises, institutions and organizations engaged in employment of these persons abroad is urgent. It is necessary to carry out constant control over the activity of travel agencies, matrimonial agencies, as well as economic entities that are licensed to carry out business activities through mediation in employment for work abroad; to provide systematic clarification and consultations among the persons at risk, to provide them with qualitative assistance; to provide sociological and criminological studies of human trafficking problems, to summarize the data received and to submit appropriate proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; to work on the further study, comparative analysis, synthesis and dissemination in Ukraine of international experience in preventing and combating trafficking in human beings.

Peculiarities of informational and psychological influence on social consciousness as a destructive tool in the conditions of conducting the information-psychological war are considered in the article. The danger of informational and psychological influence on the citizens’ consciousness is that such influence changes the normal behavior of people, their reactions to the surrounding world. It makes the person's psyche vulnerable and encourages the individual to destructive actions against society. This is a danger not only for the psychological state of an individual member of society, but also for the whole country. The purpose of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of informational and psychological influence on social consciousness in the conditions of the information-psychological war. The research was conducted using the following methods: methods of mathematical statistics, experiment, prosopographical method. It was proved that the verification of information received from the media is not verifiable by representatives of student youth on the basis of the survey. Informational and psychological influence is an important tool for conducting the information-psychological wars and operations. It is seriously detrimental to social consciousness. Young people need special protection because the future of the country depends on them. It is noted that there is a need to develop mechanisms for protecting young people from negative informational and psychological influence. The media must submit proven information in a dosed form using a simple vocabulary. Government agencies should develop rules of work in the Internet space of the state, which will help to protect society as a whole, and student youth in particular, from the negative informational and psychological influence.
