The crankshaft is one of the main components that converts the potential energy of the fuel into rotating power for the piston engine. Because in the process of working the crankshaft changes the piston's back and forth motion into a rotating motion of the shaft. To minimize the effects of damage that occurs due to various types of dynamic loads acting on the crankshaft components, the design process should first know the working stress distribution. Meanwhile, as a tool in analyzing it, Solidworks software is used. From the results of this analysis, the location or position of the damage due to too high a loading can be identified early. This the authors in this study want to raise a title, namely "Analysis of Stress in the Crankshaft Yamaha Rx-King Year 2005 Using Solidwork Software". Based on the results of the theoretical calculation with the radial force loading of 1.4 N, the bending moment is 10388.1 N / mm, the normal stress is 33.76 N / mm2 , the shear stress is 10.328 N / mm2, the maximum stress is 33.21 N / mm2, and the minimum stress is 3.55N / mm2. Based on the simulation results with solidwork software, the maximum stress is 4,83511e-007 N / m2. FOS (factor of safety) based on analysis using software obtained by 4.339e + 004 N / m2.

The aim of the research was to determine the feasibility level of the landfill site in south Manokwari Regency according to national standart of Indonesia no. 03-3241-1994. The method used in this study was descriptive with field observation techniques. Primary data were obtained through direct field surveys, while secondary data were obtained from government agencies or literarature studies. The data were analyzed using the buffering and overlay scoring methods with the assistance of a geographic information systems (GIS). In the regional feasibility analysis, parameters considered the feasibility of a landfill location according to national standart of Indonesia no. 03-3241-1994: rock type, groundwater level, slope, distance to river, distance to coastline, distance to airport, 25-year flood period, and protected area/nature reserves. The result of research of the 10 parameters with the measurement (scoring) that has been carried out, the prospective landfill site in the South Manokwari Regency in the first interval class, with a score of 122. This value shows that the waste landfill location is included in the interval class 32- 128 and is not feasible category.

Specimen cutting is one of the most important and widely used processes in the metal and nonmetal industry. From several existing specimen cutting technologies, mechanical testing in the form of micro cutting was chosen to design and analyze micro-scale specimen cutting machines. Micro cutting specimen is a machine operated in manual or automatic cutting mode, equipped with safety protection function. Design and analysis of micro-scale specimen cutting machines for mechanical testing in the form of micro-cutting using the Solidworks application. There are 3 components analyzed using Solidworks in this study, namely the swing arm, cutting arm and frame components. The results of the stress analysis for the swing arm are 21.797 MPa, the displacement is 2.468 mm and the factor of safety is 2.85. For the cutting arm, the results of the stress analysis are 37,344 MPa, the displacement is 2,296 mm and the factor of safety is 16,613. For the framework, the results of the stress analysis are 2.177 MPa, the results of the displacement analysis are 0.0175 mm and the factor of safety is 12.664. Keywords : Micro Cutting, Solidworks, Pemotongan specimen adalah salah satu proses paling penting dan luas yang digunakan dalam industri logam maupun non logam. Dari beberapa teknologi pemotongan specimen yang ada, dipilih pengujian mekanik berbentuk micro cutting untuk mendesain dan menganalisis mesin potong specimen skala mikro. Micro cutting specimen adalah mesin yang dioperasikan dalam mode pemotongan manual atau otomatis, dilengkapi dengan fungsi perlindungan keselamatan. Desain dan analisis mesin pemotong specimen skala mikro untuk pengujian mekanik yang berbentuk micro cutting menggunakan aplikasi Solidworks. Ada 3 komponen yang dianalisis menggunakan Solidworks dalam penelitian ini yaitu komponen lengan ayun, lengan potong dan rangka. Hasil analisis tegangan untuk lengan ayun 21,797 Mpa, displacement 2,468 mm dan factor of safety 2,85. Untuk lengan potong hasil analisis tegangan 37,344 Mpa, displacement 2,296 mm dan factor of safety 16,613. Barrier Gate is a stopping mechanism that has a function for the security of a place such as the entrance to an office or agency. The design and analysis of the construction of the automatic barrier gate made of glass fiber composite and leaf gewang fiber (hybrid polyester) aims to limit crowds so that safety and comfort are always maintained. This test uses software solidwork 2015. The results of the analysis of three variations of the crossbar components are, variation 1 with a maximum stress of 12.255 Mpa, variation 2 with a maximum stress of 10.217 Mpa and variation 3 with a maximum stress of 37.359 Mpa. Of the 3 variants, the one that produces the better stress is variant 3 with a length of 250 cm width 3 cm and a thickness of 4 cm which gets the largest with a value of 37.359 MPa. Static analysis of frame components with a length of 40 cm width 40 cm and a height of 100 cm, resulted in a maximum stress of 7.499 MPa and a maximum displacement of 0.134 mm.

The social and economic benefits are intended for continuity in efforts to expand access to electricity services in areas not yet covered by electricity, and to encourage economic development and growth as well as improve the welfare of farmers. These social and economic benefits have long-term effects, such as increasing reading and learning opportunities, improving people's health standards, and with electricity at night farmers can carry out social and economic activities, as well as facilitate and speed up information from electronic media. The existence of electric lighting will pave the way for the development of the various talents that exist for innovation and entrepreneurship. Abstrak – Kegiatan ini mencoba untuk mengungkapkan dampak pemasangan solar home system dengan lampu hemat energi terhadap manfaat social dan ekonomi bagi keluarga petani di dusun Niskolen. Manfaat sosial dan ekonomi dimaksudkan untuk kelangsungan dalam upaya perluasan akses pelayanan listrik pada wilayah yang belum terjangkau listrik, dan mendorong pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta meningkatkan kesejateraan petani. Manfaat sosial dan ekonomi ini berpengaruh secara jangka panjang, antara lain seperti, peningkatan kesempatan membaca dan belajar, peningkatan taraf kesehatan rakyat, dan dengan adanya listrik pada waktu malam hari petani dapat melakukan kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi, serta memudahkan dan mempercepat informasi dari media elektronik. Dengan adanya penerangan listrik akan membuka jalan kepada pengembangan berbagai bakat yang ada untuk inovasi dan kewirausahaan.

Motorcycle lift, merupakan alat penunjang, yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi cedera otot akibat kegiatan perawatan dan perbaikan, dengan mengatur posisi tinggi rendahnya motor terhadap postur tubuh mekanik (montir). Walaupun motorcycle lift telah ada, tetapi alat tersebut menggunakan tenaga hidrolik atau pneumatik dengan listrik sebagai tenaga utama. Hal ini berpengaruh pada daerah yang tidak memiliki tenaga listrik. Selain itu pada studi ini, konstruksi motorcycle lift yang didesain menggunakan software Ansys 17.0. Dengan menggunakan software Ansys, analisa desain struktur lebih detail dan dapat melihat titik kritis lebih detail. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah mendesain dan menganalisa konstruksi manual motorcycle lift untuk daerah yang belum memiliki jalur listrik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode simulasi dengan software Ansys 17.0. Parameter yang digunakan adalah beban 3600 N, panjang alat 180 cm, lebar 78 cm, dan tinggi maksimum 60 cm. Material yang digunakan adalah baja konstruksi (karbon rendah). Bahan digunakan adalah baja konstruksi (baja karbon rendah). Analisa konstruksi terbagi atas 3 posisi ketinggian kritis, yaitu minimum ketinggian (120 mm), medium ketinggian (360 mm), dan maksimum ketinggian (600 mm). Tegangan dan regangan equivlen untuk masing-masing ketinggian dianalisa menggunakan Sofware Ansys 17.0 tersebut. Nilai maksimum terdapat pada daeran pin., The motorcycle lift is an equipment that is needed to reduce muscle injuries due to maintenance and repair activities by adjusting the height position of a motorbike to the mechanic's posture. Even though several motorcycle lifts have been produced, they use hydraulic or pneumatic with electricity as their primary power. This condition affects areas that do not have electricity. Also, in this study, the construction of the motorcycle lift is designed using Ansys 17.0 software. By using Ansys software, structural design analysis is more detailed, and the critical points are detailed. This study's aim is to design and analyze the manual construction of a motorcycle lift for areas that do not have electric lines. The research method was used is a simulation method with Ansys 17.0 software. The parameters used are 3600 N load, 180 cm tool length, 78 cm width, and 60 cm maximum height. The material used is construction steel (low carbon). The material used is construction steel (low carbon steel). Construction analysis was divided into 3 critical height positions, namely minimum height (120 mm), medium height (360 mm), and maximum height (600 mm). The equivalent stresses and strain for each height were analyzed using the Ansys 17.0 software. Maximum value were founded at pin.

The air blast freezer has been used as a freezing method in the fish processing units before being frozen for a long time in cold storage. For this reason, the use of hydrocarbon refrigerants that are more environmental friendly has become a demand and a central issue in the future. This paper presents a performance analysis of using R290 and R600a as a drop-in replacement to R404A and R507A. The system performance analysis is based on the evaporation temperature variation using CYCLE_D-HX software with the condensation temperature maintained constant. The important quantities analyzed are mass flow rate, pressure ratio, temperature discharge, heat released, power consumption, coefficient of performance and refrigeration efficiency. The results show that at minimum evaporation temperature, system performance using R290 and R600a is on average ±14% higher compared to R404A and R507A. R290 has characteristics that are closer to R404A and R507A so it is more suitable to replace the two refrigerants compared to R600a. However, this is a performance analysis that can lead to higher performance than normal conditions.

The growth of Indonesian tea industry requires a serious attention. Land conversion due to weather changes is considered as one of the reasons why the tea industry decreased. This is proved by the declining of Indonesian position as tea exporting country to rank 7. The potential of Indonesian tea plantations is considered to be high due to both quality and quantity. This research is aimed to explore the relationship between production and weather conditions (rainfall, temperature, and humidity) that cause land conversion. Another aim is assessing the dynamic change of the institutional role within tea plantation in West Java. The first research was initiated by literature review and sampling of primary field, meanwhile the second research was conducted by interview and questionnaire in Bandung Regency and Cianjur Regency. The results showed that humidity factor determines the tea production in West Java. The institutional role as a weakened agent in all sector is a second finding.
