The advent of coronary CT angiography derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) calculation technology has brought great improvements to the clinical diagnostic process and treatment decision-making towards coronary artery disease. In recent years, CT-FFR technology has gradually begun to be taken into clinical practice in China, however, currently, the popularization is not widespread, and it is imperative to further standardize the clinical application of CT-FFR technology. This paper focused on the opportunities, significance and challenges of CT-FFR application in China from the advantages and disadvantages perspectives of this new technology based on three international studies. Combined with specific national conditions and the latest evidence-based clinical medical results, this paper proposes a win-win cooperation initiative between cardiologists and radiologists for the reference and caution of both clinical practitioners and medical affairs bureaus.基于冠状动脉CT血管成像的血流储备分数（CT-FFR）计算的出现，给冠心病的临床诊断流程和治疗决策选择带来了极大的改进。近年来CT-FFR技术在我国逐渐开始运用，但目前的开展普及并不广泛，亟需进一步规范CT-FFR的临床应用。本文通过三项国际研究的发布，从CT-FFR的优势与劣势阐述我国 CT-FFR 开展的机遇、意义和挑战，结合最新循证临床医学证据和我国具体国情，提出了心脏科与放射科合作共赢的倡议，以及当前研究需要注意的事宜，以供临床从业者和医疗管理部门参考。.

GRO J1008-57, as a Be/X-ray transient pulsar, is considered to have the highest magnetic field in known neutron star X-ray binary systems. Observational data of the X-ray outbursts in GRO J1008-57 from 2017 to 2020 were collected by the Insight-HXMT satellite. In this work, the spin period of the neutron star in GRO J1008-57 was determined to be about 93.28 seconds in August 2017, 93.22 seconds in February 2018, 93.25 seconds in June 2019 and 93.14 seconds in June 2020. GRO J1008-57 evolved in the spin-up process with a mean rate of − ( 2.10 ± 0.05 ) × 10−4 s/d from 2009 – 2018, and turned into a spin down process with a rate of ( 6.7 ± 0.6 ) × 10−5 s/d from Feb 2018 to June 2019. During the type II outburst of 2020, GRO J1008-57 had the spin-up torque again. During the torque reversals, the pulse profiles and continuum X-ray spectra did not change significantly, and the cyclotron resonant scattering feature around 80 keV was only detected during the outbursts in 2017 and 2020. Based on the observed mean spin-up rate, we estimated the inner accretion disk radius in GRO J1008-57 (about 1 - 2 times of the Alfven radius) by comparing different accretion torque models of magnetic neutron stars. During the spin-down process, the magnetic torque should dominate over the matter accreting inflow torque, and we constrained the surface dipole magnetic field B ≥ 6 × 10 12 G for the neutron star in GRO J1008-57, which is consistent with the magnetic field strength obtained by cyclotron line centroid energy.

DNA methylation was one of the earliest discovered epigenetic modifications in vertebrates, and is an important epigenetic mechanism involved in the expression of genes in many biological processes, including muscle growth and development. Its effects on economically important traits are evidenced in reported differences in meat quality traits between Chinese indigenous pig breeds (Wannanhua pig) and Western commercial pig breeds (Yorkshire pig), and this presents a unique model for analyzing the effects of DNA methylation on these traits. In the present study, a whole genome DNA methylation analysis was performed on the two breeds using methylated DNA immunoprecipitation. GO functional enrichment and pathway enrichment analyses identified differentially methylated genes primarily associated with fatty acid metabolism, biological processes of muscle development and signaling pathways related to muscle development and pork quality. Differentially methylated genes were verified by sodium pyrosequencing, and the results were consistent with the sequencing results. The results of the integrative analysis between DNA methylation and gene expression revealed that the DNA methylation levels showed a significantly negative correlation with gene expression levels around the transcription start site of genes. In total, 41 genes were both differentially expressed and methylated; these genes were related to fat metabolism, lipid metabolism and skeletal muscle development. This study could help further explore the molecular mechanisms and phenotypic differences in pig growth and development among different breeds.

Electrical Impedance Myography (EIM) based on the four-electrode method is a common method for assessing muscle state in the fields of sports and medical rehabilitation. The electrode configuration of EIM significantly affects the measurement results. However, commonly used configuration of electrodes (size, spacing, arrangement) of four-electrode EIM method is not suitable for the wearable field, because of its large total area and low sensitivity. In this paper we propose EIM technique for real-time monitoring of the degree of muscle fatigue and we optimize commonly used electrode configuration for application in wearable field. Changing electrode arrangement from in-line (model A) to placing two pairs of electrodes are arranged symmetrically along the z-axis (model B) results in more compact electrode configuration and higher potential sensitivity, and also provides new attempts for the development of wearable devices in the future. Equivalent circuit model B is established and in-vivo measurements of the electrical impedance of the biceps muscle are carried out. The experimental results show that the variation in muscle electrical impedance measured using the optimal configuration of model B is twice that measured using the optimal configuration of model A. The optimized electrode configuration of EIM based on this approach is model B.

A comprehensive and integrated review about the current state of ultrasonic spot welding of aluminum to copper with numerous crucial issues containing materials flow, plastic deformation, temperature and stress distribution, relative motion, vertical displacement, and behavior of the aluminum oxide layer at the weld interface, as well as macrostructure, microstructure, mechanical properties, and electrical conductivity is provided. Meanwhile, the future trends in this field are offered.

Ultrasonic spot welded Al/Cu joints with and without Al2219 particle interlayer are successfully achieved. For the Al/Cu joints, as the welding energy increases, the T-peel failure load increases up to the maximum value at the welding energy of 1500 J, and then decreases; the hardness at the center of the cross-section is lower than that of the base metal; micro-joints expand until a strong interface bonding is established, excessive welding energy promotes the formation of sonotrode tip sticking. Under the action of Al2219 particle interlayer, significant mechanical interlocking and swirl-like flow are generated at the weld interface. The maximum T-peel failure load (336.8 N) of Al/Al2219/Cu joint is 32.3 % higher than that (254.6 N) of Al/Cu joint.

To establish an indicator system for assessment of schistosomiasis transmission risk after transmission interruption in Hubei Province, so as to provide insights into the precise control of schistosomiasis.The indicator system was preliminarily established based on data collection, literature review, expert interviews. Two rounds of expert consultation were performed. The indicator system was screened based on the importance, operability, sensitivity and comprehensive score of the indicators, and the weights of each indicator were calculated. The credibility of the Delphi method was evaluated by calculating the active coefficient of the experts, degree of expert authority and coordination levels of experts' opinions.An indicator system for assessment of schistosomiasis transmission risk was preliminarily established, including 3 primary indicators, 12 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators. A Delphi consultation was performed among 17 experts participating in schistosomiasis control, management and research. Following two rounds of consultation, a risk assessment indicator system was finally constructed, including 3 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators. Among the primary indicators, the variable with the highest normalized weight was the current status of schistosomiasis (0.420 2), followed by social factors (0.397 3) and natural environments (0.182 5). Among the secondary indicators, those with high combined weights included risk monitoring (0.142 3), current snail status (0.140 1), and current prevalence of human and livestock infections (0.137 8). Among the tertiary indicators, those with high combined weights included the positive rate of wild feces (0.049 8), the prevalence of snail infections (0.047 4), and the area of snail habitats submerged by floods (0.046 8). During the two-round consultation, the active coefficients of the experts were 85.00% and 100.00%, the degree of expert authority was both 0.75 and greater, and the coordination levels of experts' opinions were 0.405 to 0.521 and 0.592 to 0.695 (allAn indicator system for assessment of schistosomiasis transmission risk is successfully established after transmission interruption in Hubei Province based on the Delphi method, which provides insights into the identification of the schistosomiasis transmission risk and the targets for schistosomiasis control in Hubei Province.

Multimode tumour ablation therapy is a treatment method that combines cryoablation with radiofrequency ablation, guided by medical imaging technology and based on precise planning, targeting, monitoring, and control of the thermal energy delivered, with the aim of achieving a whole-body antitumour immune response to malignant tumours. To develop standardized criteria for the application of multimode tumour ablation therapy to malignant hepatic tumours, to facilitate actualization of the criteria in various hospitals, and to ensure therapeutic efficacy and safety, the Society of Interventional Therapy of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and the Solid Tumor Theranostics Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association assembled experts who specialize in oncology to discuss this treatment method and to arrive at a clinical practice consensus guideline for the indications, contraindications, and techniques of multimode tumour ablation therapy for malignant hepatic tumours.

Cockscomb seeds-derived carbon dots (CSCDs) were fabricated by hydrothermal method with common cockscomb seeds. The prepared CSCDs exhibit selectively antibacterial properties towards Gram-positive bacterias, such as Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Staphylococcus epidermidis (S. epidermidis). Then, the CSCDs were separated to three groups with lipophilic, amphipathic and hydrophilic ones by simple gradient extraction. Interestingly, the three groups of CSCDs exhibited different antibacterial activities, and the amphipathic CSCDs(ACSCDs) showed best bacterial inhibition. This phenomenon might stem from the surface properties of the amphipathic CSCDs, which have both hydrophilic region and hydrophilic region on the surface. The structure might help the samples to penetrate the bacterial membrane more easily, and finally cause apoptosis. This work not only supplied a novel antibacterial carbon dots, but also further revealed that surface chemistry might be an important factor which could affect the bactericidal performance of carbon dots.

Monolayer graphene aligned with hexagonal boron nitride ($h\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{BN}$) develops a gap at the charge neutrality point (CNP). This gap has previously been extensively studied by electrical transport through thermal activation measurements. Here, we report the determination of the gap size at the CNP of $\mathrm{graphene}/h\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{BN}$ superlattice through photocurrent spectroscopy study. We demonstrate two distinct measurement approaches to extract the gap size. A maximum of $\ensuremath{\sim}14\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{meV}$ gap is observed for devices with a twist angle of less than 1\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. This value is significantly smaller than that obtained from thermal activation measurements, yet larger than the theoretically predicted single-particle gap. Our results suggest that lattice relaxation and moderate electron-electron interaction effects may enhance the CNP gap in $\mathrm{graphene}/h\text{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{BN}$ superlattice.
