Abstract In this paper, we present an improved calculation for the decay rate of the rare Z-boson decay into $$J/\psi + J/\psi .$$ J / ψ + J / ψ . This decay is dominated by the photon fragmentation mechanism, i.e., the transition $$Z\rightarrow J/\psi + \gamma ^{*}$$ Z → J / ψ + γ ∗ followed by the fragmentation $$\gamma ^{*}\rightarrow J/\psi .$$ γ ∗ → J / ψ . In our calculation, the amplitude of $$\gamma ^{*}\rightarrow J/\psi $$ γ ∗ → J / ψ is extracted from the measured value of $$\Gamma (J/\psi \rightarrow e^+ e^-),$$ Γ ( J / ψ → e + e - ) , and the amplitude of $$Z\rightarrow J/\psi + \gamma ^{*}$$ Z → J / ψ + γ ∗ is calculate through the light-cone approach. The higher-order QCD and relativistic corrections in the amplitude of $$\gamma ^{*}\rightarrow J/\psi $$ γ ∗ → J / ψ and the large logarithms of $$m_{_Z}^2/m_c^2$$ m Z 2 / m c 2 that appear in the amplitude of $$Z\rightarrow J/\psi + \gamma ^{*}$$ Z → J / ψ + γ ∗ are resummed in our calculation. Besides, the non-fragmentation amplitude is calculated based on the NRQCD factorization, and the next-to-leading order QCD and relativistic corrections are included. The obtained branching fraction for this Z decay channel is $$8.66 ^{+1.48} _{-0.69}\times 10^{-11}.$$ 8 . 66 - 0.69 + 1.48 × 10 - 11 .

ObjectiveTo comprehensively analyze the impact of health literacy on fourth-grade students in a primary school in Changning District through the implementation of interactive interventions， providing a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of school health literacy initiatives.MethodsUsing a cluster random sampling method， the effects of a 6-month interactive intervention were assessed among all fourth-grade students through two rounds of health literacy questionnaires conducted before and after the intervention.ResultsFollowing the intervention， there was a significant increase in the overall rate of health literacy （86.80%）， knowledge of health beliefs （71.57%）， adherence to a healthy lifestyle （92.89%）， and basic health skills （76.14%） （P

The protection of historical and cultural heritage sites is the main focus of land space planning and use control. Its protection and utilization are important for promoting the revitalization of rural culture and building a pattern of historical and cultural protection, and are essential for the research on comprehensive land consolidation in recent years. The historical trail of South China is a linear cultural heritage site of Guangdong's historical development. Exploring the connotative relationship between comprehensive land consolidation and the protection and utilization of linear cultural heritage is conducive to enhancing their synergy and superposition. This study begins with a connotation analysis and trend analysis of comprehensive land consolidation and linear cultural heritage protection and utilization, taking the connecting line of the Gutian section of the ancient Meiguan historical trail of the Southern China historical trail in Guangdong Province as an example to explore the working relationship between comprehensive land consolidation and the protection and utilization of linear cultural heritage. It proposes a comprehensive land consolidation path for linear cultural heritage protection and utilization. Results showed that: 1) The problems faced by the protection of historical trails were closely related to the goal and content of comprehensive land consolidation; 2) The protection of historical trails and the comprehensive land consolidation could be integrated into the implementation of land space planning, rights and interests protection, policy incentives, public participation and landscape coordination to jointly promote the enhancement of land space value; 3) Focusing on the dimensions of development orientation, planning layout, engineering design, overall planning funds and service operation, it is necessary to constantly innovate the path of comprehensive land improvement across the region, and comprehensively promote the protection and utilization of rural cultural heritage. Guangdong Province can fully utilize the platform tools of comprehensive land consolidation in the protection of South China historical trail, achieve the connection and integration of ancient cultural protection and utilization with land consolidation projects, and establish a mutual feedback relationship in work, innovate and establish a working mechanism for the integration and development of comprehensive land consolidation and historical trail protection, which is conducive to the synergistic effect of rural revitalization and historical and cultural protection, better service and support for rural revitalization and high-quality development.

In this paper, we present an improved analysis of the top-quark pair production via the process e+e−→γ⁎→tt¯ near the threshold region up to next-to-next-to-next-to-leading order (N3LO) QCD corrections. Near the threshold region, the top-quark velocity v tends to zero, leading to Coulomb singularity. To achieve a reasonable prediction in the threshold region, we reconstruct the analytical expression for the Coulomb-terms up to N3LO accuracy by using the PSLQ algorithm, whose numerical values agree well with the previous N3LO-level calculations. It is found that the N3LO series still has sizable renormalization scale dependence, and to improve the precision of the series, we apply the Principle of Maximum Conformality to eliminate such scale dependence. After that, the Coulomb part is resummed into a Sommerfeld-Gamow-Sakharov factor, which finally leads to a much more reasonable behavior near the threshold region.

Background It is of great significance to clarify the characteristics of the main population served by community health service institutions for the precise reform of community health service institutions in the next step. Objective To provide accurate data support for the next reform policy formulation and adjustment by analyzing the characteristics of the beneficiary population in terms of curative care expenditure (CCE) in community health service institutions in Beijing before and after the comprehensive reform. Methods The basic data of this study was obtained from the basic database of total health expenditure accounting in Beijing from 2016 to 2019, and other data was obtained from Beijing Health Statistical Yearbook, Beijing Health Financial Statistics Annual Report, and Beijing Health Expenditure Accounting Report from 2016 to 2019. The multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was adopted to select community health service institutions, and the annual out-patient data and in-patient data were included from HIS system. System of Health Accounts 2011 (SHA 2011) was used to calculate and analyze the situation of the beneficiaries of community health service institutions. Results The CCE of community health service institutions in Beijing increased from 12.181 billion yuan to 22.245 billion yuan with an average annual increase of 19.07% from 2016 to 2019. The CCE of middle-aged and elderly patients over 40 years age accounted for more than 92% over the years, and CCE of patients in the age groups of 60s and 80s increased rapidly, with an average annual growth rate of 24.08% and 25.84%, respectively. Among the CCE, endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, abnormal symptoms, signs and test results, circulatory system diseases accounted for the highest proportion. The CCE of endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, abnormal symptoms, signs and test results increased rapidly, with an average annual growth rate of 40.11%, 48.40% and 32.43%, respectively. Conclusion The effectiveness of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment has begun to emerge after the comprehensive reform. Community medical service resources in Beijing are mainly consumed by middle-aged and elderly patients and patients with chronic non-communicable diseases such as endocrine and circulatory diseases. The comprehensive reforms guided more middle-aged and elderly people and patients with chronic diseases to community health service institutions. Community health service institutions should improve their service capacities in many aspects, such as service capacity, human resource, chronic disease management and medical consortium construction, to consolidate and maintain the effectiveness of the reform.

Due to the low oxidation potential and high electrochemiluminescence (ECL) quantum yield, Luminol has been widely applied in analytical and detection fields, especially in immunoassay, food safety and environmental monitoring. However, there is a lack of sufficient experimental evidence on the ECL mechanism of Luminol, which affects the further improvement of its ECL efficiency. Herein, an electrochemistry-micro tube-mass spectrometry (EC-MT-MS) device was constructed for on-line monitoring of Luminol ECL reaction. In this EC-MT-MS device, a high borosilicate glass tube with a nano tip was used as electrochemical cell and electrospray ionization source, a platinum working electrode and a platinum counter electrode were inserted into the tube and connected to a customized power station, which could simultaneously input a low voltage (volt level) for the ECL reaction and a high voltage (kilovolt level) for the formation of electrospray. Prior to the EC-MT-MS experiment, the composition of the reaction solution was optimized to obtain the highest MS signal response, and Luminol was dissolved in acetonitrile-water (4:1, V/V) solvent with ammonium acetate as the electrolyte. The concentrations of Luminol and ammonium acetate in the prepared solution were both 0.1 mmol/L, and the pH was adjusted to 11 using ammonium aqueous. The oxidation potential of Luminol was subsequently studied using a traditional three-electrode system by cyclic voltammetry in the same solution, and the determined oxidation potential for ECL reaction was 0.87 V. During the EC-MT-MS measurements, (2.5 kV+0.87 V) and 2.5 kV were input to the working and counter through the power station, respectively. A series of short-lived intermediates and products such as L1 (m/z 198) and the luminescent precursor AP- (m/z 180) in the Luminol ECL reaction process were successfully captured and analyzed by MS. The molecular structures of these products were characterized by tandem mass spectrometry (MSn) technique. There are mainly two fragments of m/z 163, 136 present in the MS2 spectrum of luminescent precursor AP-, attributed to the (NH2+H) and COO losses, respectively. In addition, the promotion mechanism of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for the ECL performance of Luminol was also investigated. A key reaction intermediate LO2H- was found in the MS spectrum at m/z 208. Meanwhile, the peak intensity of luminescent precursor AP- significantly increased from 1.3% to 15.7%, proving that the presence of H2O2 effectively promoted the generation of key luminescent intermediate. Finally, by adding 1,4-benzoquinone to the Luminol-H2O2 system, the central role of the superoxide anion radical (O2·-) derived from H2O2 in the Luminol ECL process was confirmed. The relevant results provide a direct data reference for the study of the Luminol ECL mechanism.

To evaluate the influence of grinded particle size on the determination of aflatoxin B1(AFB1), improve the sample preparation method and the repeatability of the current national standard detection method for the determination of AFB1 of corn raw grain samples, this study uses natural AFB1-positive corn as experimental material, and four grades of samples with different particle size ranges were obtained by means of graded preparation, so as to maximize the differences of particle size distribution of samples at all levels. The influence of sample preparation on AFB1 determination values was evaluated by AFB1 determination values and coefficient of variation in samples of all levels, and the optimal sample preparation requirements and sample size were obtained and verified. The AFB1 content of different particle size samples was inversely proportional to that of the sample after grinding. When the sample weight is 5 g, it should be crushed until all through the 0.6 mm sieve. When the sample weight is 10 g, it should be crushed until all through the 0.9 mm sieve, so that the test results meet the requirements of GB/T 32465—2015《Requirements for verification & validation of detection methods and internal quality control on chemical analysis》. The results give consideration to the determination accuracy and operation efficiency of AFB1, which can be applied to the detection of other mycotoxins and has important significance for improving the detection methods of mycotoxins in foodstuff.

The low-permeability reservoir is one of the important oil production positions in Shengli Oilfield， and its reserves accounts for more than 20% of the total oilfield reserves. The low-permeability reservoir always presents characteristics such as a narrow pore throat and strong heterogeneity， which results in high injection pressure and difficult injection during water flooding. At present， the main measures to improve the development effect include active agents for reducing pressure and increasing injection， water injection under high pressure， and narrowing the distance of drainage wells. However， there are still some production problems， such as short effective time， low well injection per well， low liquid production per well， and small swept volume. Therefore， it is urgent to develop new and efficient development methods. Since the “13th Five-Year Plan in 2016-2020”， the synergistic development modes have been implemented， such as replenishing energy injection enhancement in injectors， increasing production by imbibition in producers， and increasing swept volume by displacement between injectors and producers， which can enhance displacement pressure gradient， water displacement， and recovery. The synergistic development mode has been applied in Chunhua Oilfield. The injection pressure of the well in 62 Block of Chunhua Oilfield has been reduced by 20%； the water injection has been increased by 25%， and the daily oil production of the single production well has increased from 0.45 t/d to 5.08 t/d， with obvious yield increase benefit. The overall recovery has increased by more than 8%.

Objective·To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic risk factors of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and evaluate the prognostic effects of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and rituximab maintenance therapy on DLBCL patients.Methods·The clinical data of 160 patients with DLBCL who were first diagnosed by pathology and immunotyping were collected from the Department of Hematology, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to January 2020, and the risk factors affecting the efficacy and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Moreover, the clinical characteristics of patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL and the effect of salvage ASCT on overall survival (OS) were assessed. For those high-risk patients who achieved complete remission (CR) in the interim assessment, the impact of ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy on survival outcomes was further assessed.Results·Patients with initial age of treatment >60 years (P=0.005), International Prognostic Index (IPI) 3‒5 scores (P=0.032), low albumin level (P=0.001) and anemia (P=0.007) had poor efficacy. Multivariate analysis showed that the initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.788, 95%CI 1.575‒4.936, P=0.000), non-GCB subtype (HR=2.230, 95%CI 1.150‒4.324, P=0.018), elevated lactate dehydrogenase level (HR=2.064, 95%CI 1.006‒4.234, P=0.048) and low albumin level (HR=2.052, 95% CI 1.169‒3.602, P=0.012) were the independent risk factors for progression-free survival (PFS). The initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.269, 95% CI 1.060‒4.860, P=0.035) and IPI scores of 3 to 5 (HR=2.557, 95%CI 1.132‒5.778, P=0.024) were independent factors affecting OS. For patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT was found to significantly improve the prognosis of these patients and was a protective factor for the death event of patients (P=0.030). For patients in the high-risk group who achieved CR in the interim evaluation after chemotherapy, there were no deaths in patients on maintenance therapy with consolidation ASCT and rituximab to the end point of follow-up; however, it did not prolong the OS of the patients (P>0.05).Conclusion·In patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT can significantly prolong the OS, whereas in the high-risk patients of DLBCL, consolidation ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy can't prolong the OS.

In order to better promote the work of civic education, all other courses share the responsibility of civic education. Using information fusion technology to integrate cloud classrooms and rain classrooms, we construct a strategy to realize the fusion path of civic education and music teaching based on the catechism. The K-modes algorithm is improved based on the basic idea of k-means, and the expected effect of the fusion path is evaluated using the algorithm and the learning evaluation model based on the hierarchical analysis method. The results showed that the integration path resulted in more than 70% of teachers’ evaluations being qualified, students’ evaluation scores in music increasing from no more than 70 to more than 85, and the average rating of overall quality increasing from 66.98 to 77.45. It can be seen that the proposed pathway organically integrates aesthetic and moral education, which enables students to improve their artistic and moral qualities and achieve all-around development in the process of music teaching.

In mountainous landscapes, the diverse geotechnical conditions amplify landslide susceptibility. Factors such as precipitation and seismic activity can trigger landslides, while inherent hazards such as voids, fissures, and compaction deficits jeopardize long-term slope stability. Detecting and forecasting these susceptibilities accurately is crucial. In this paper, the time-domain finite-difference approach and the gprMax software are used to conduct forward modeling of landslide susceptibility. An electrical model of subsurface aqueous structures is created, including water-filled and air-filled cavities, fracture zones, and fault lines. The distinctive radar signal responses within these environments are examined, and a dataset of B-scan images associated with their electrical models is constructed. By employing deep learning algorithms and the robust nonlinear mapping ability of convolutional neural networks in the Pix2Pix generative adversarial network, we accelerate the intelligent inversion of the geological radar data on landslide susceptibility. This innovative approach effectively reconstructs hazard models, offering a reliable basis for interpretation of radar signals.

Cantonese soy sauce is an important type of traditional Chinese brewed soy sauce that was developed in southern China, mainly in Guangdong. Due to the long fermentation period and complex microbiota in Cantonese soy sauce, there are few reports on the microbial metaproteomics of Cantonese soy sauce. In this study, integrative metagenomic and metaproteomic analyzes were used to identify the changes in the dominant microbiota and amino acid synthesis-related enzymes and metabolism during Cantonese soy sauce fermentation. Metagenomic analysis revealed that Tetragenococcus halophilus, Weissella confusa, Weissella paramesenteroides, Enterobacter hormaechei, and Aspergillus oryzae were the dominant microbiota. Using the Top 15 dominant microbiota identified by metagenomics as the database, LTQ Orbitrap Velos Pro ETD mass spectrometry was used to obtain metaproteomic information about the microbes in the soy sauce, and the results indicated that the active enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids were secreted by microorganisms such as A. oryzae, T. halophilus, and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii. During the Cantonese soy sauce fermentation process. Among them, early fermentation (0-15d) was dominated by A. oryzae and T. halophilus, mid-term fermentation (60-90d) was dominated by Z. rouxii, A. oryzae, and T. halophilus, and late fermentation (90-120d) was dominated by A. oryzae, Z. rouxii, and T. halophilus. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis revealed that the main enzymes involved in the metabolism of umami amino acids were aspartate aminotransferase, citrate synthase, aconitase, and isocitrate dehydrogenase, which were produced by Z. rouxii and A. oryzae during early fermentation (0–15 d) and the middle fermentation stage (60–90 d). This study constructed a regulatory network of enzymes potentially involved in the metabolism of flavor amino acids, which provided a theoretical basis for studying the amino acid metabolism of Cantonese soy sauce.

Background: Peak oxygen pulse (O2Ppeak) can reflect the condition of cardiovascular function and provide supplementary information for maximal oxygen uptake, but its direct measurement requires the precise instruments under the guidance of professionals, and the subjects should strive to the state of exhaustion. Objectives: The aim of the present cross-sectional study was to establish a prediction equation to estimate O2Ppeak of Chinese adults aged 20–39, from routine measures of anthropometry and cardiovascular function. Methods: 252 adults (20–39 years old) were recruited and randomly allocated to the validation group (n = 226) and the cross-validation group (n = 26). To be included in the study, subjects were required to be healthy, none-professional sports experience (healthy individuals who are not athletes or have had experience as athletes), and no medication taken recently. Subjects with cardiovascular diseases, lung disease and musculoskeletal diseases were excluded. The subjects’ anthropometric and cardiovascular variables were measured and each subject performed a maximal exercise test on an electromagnetic cycle ergometer. Results: The O2Ppeak estimated equation was developed using multiple linear regression models, O2Ppeak = 30.394 + 0.083 x body mass (kg) - 0.090 x resting heart rate (bpm) - 0.157 x age (years) - 2.710 x gender (1 = male, 2 = female) - 0.035 x systolic blood pressure (mmHg). The equation had the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.804 and the standard error of estimate (SEE) = 1.619 ml/beat. An ANOVA and Akaike’s information criterion (AIC) were tested. Abstract We present a novel method for precisely determining the QCD running coupling from R uds measurements in electron-positron annihilation. When calculating the fixed-order perturbative QCD (pQCD) approximant of R uds, its effective coupling constant α s Q ∗ 2 $$ {\alpha}_s\left({Q}_{\ast}^2\right) $$ is determined by using the principle of maximum conformality, a systematic scale-setting method for gauge theories, whose resultant pQCD series satisfies all the requirements of renormalization group. Contribution due to the uncalculated higher-order (UHO) terms is estimated by using the Bayesian analysis. Using R uds data measured by the KEDR detector at 22 centre-of-mass energies between 1.84 GeV and 3.72 GeV, we obtain α s M Z 2 $$ {\alpha}_s\left({M}_Z^2\right) $$ = 0.1227 − 0.0132 + 0.0117 exp . ± 0.0016 the . $$ {0.1227}_{-0.0132}^{+0.0117}\left(\exp .\right)\pm 0.0016\left(\textrm{the}.\right) $$ , where the theoretical uncertainty (the.) is negligible compared to the experimental one (exp.). Numerical analyses confirm that the new method for calculating R uds removes conventional renormalization scale ambiguity, and the residual scale dependence due to the UHO-terms will also be highly suppressed due to a more convergent pQCD series. This leads to a significant stabilization of the perturbative series, and a significant reduction of theoretical uncertainty. It thus provides a reliable theoretical basis for precise determination of the QCD running coupling from R uds measurements at future Tau-Charm Facility. It can also be applied for the precise determination of the hadronic contributions to muon g − 2 and QED coupling α M Z 2 $$ \alpha \left({M}_Z^2\right) $$ within the tau-charm energy range.

Abstract Ultracompact and soft pairwise grippers, capable of swift large-amplitude multi-dimensional maneuvering, are widely needed for high-precision manipulation, assembly and treatment of microscale objects. In this work, we demonstrate the simplest construction of such robotic structures, shaped via a single-nanowire-morphing and powered by geometry-tailored Lorentz vectorial forces. This has been accomplished via a designable folding growth of ultralong and ultrathin silicon NWs into single and nested omega-ring structures, which can then be suspended upon electrode frames and coated with silver metal layer to carry a passing current along geometry-tailored pathway. Within a magnetic field, the grippers can be driven by the Lorentz forces to demonstrate swift large-amplitude maneuvers of grasping, flapping and twisting of microscale objects, as well as high-frequency or even resonant vibrations to overcome sticky van de Waals forces in microscale for a reliable releasing of carried payloads. More sophisticated and functional teamwork of mutual alignment, precise passing and selective light-emitting-diode unit testing and installation were also successfully accomplished via pairwise gripper collaborations. This single-nanowire-morphing strategy provides an ideal platform to rapidly design, construct and prototype a wide range of advanced ultracompact nanorobotic, mechanical sensing and biological manipulation functionalities.

Silicon nanowire field effect (SiNW-FET) biosensors have been successfully used in the detection of nucleic acids, proteins and other molecules owing to their advantages of ultra-high sensitivity, high specificity, and label-free and immediate response. However, the presence of the Debye shielding effect in semiconductor devices severely reduces their detection sensitivity. In this paper, a three-dimensional stacked silicon nanosheet FET (3D-SiNS-FET) biosensor was studied for the high-sensitivity detection of nucleic acids. Based on the mainstream Gate-All-Around (GAA) fenestration process, a three-dimensional stacked structure with an 8 nm cavity spacing was designed and prepared, allowing modification of probe molecules within the stacked cavities. Furthermore, the advantage of the three-dimensional space can realize the upper and lower complementary detection, which can overcome the Debye shielding effect and realize high-sensitivity Point of Care Testing (POCT) at high ionic strength. The experimental results show that the minimum detection limit for 12-base DNA (4 nM) at 1 × PBS is less than 10 zM, and at a high concentration of 1 µM DNA, the sensitivity of the 3D-SiNS-FET is approximately 10 times higher than that of the planar devices. This indicates that our device provides distinct advantages for detection, showing promise for future biosensor applications in clinical settings.

The precision and predictive power of perturbative QCD (pQCD) prediction depends on both a precise, convergent, fixed-order series and a reliable way of estimating the contributions of unknown higher-order (UHO) terms. It has been shown that by applying the principle of maximum conformality (PMC), which applies the renormalization group equation recursively to set the effective magnitude of αs of the process, the remaining conformal coefficients will be well matched with the corresponding αs at each order, leading to a scheme-and-scale invariant and more convergent perturbative series. The PMC series, being satisfied with the standard renormalization group invariance, has a rigorous foundation. Thus it not only can be widely applied to virtually all high-energy hadronic processes, but also can be a reliable platform for estimating UHO contributions. In this paper, by using the total decay width Γ(H→γγ) which has been calculated up to N4LO QCD corrections, we first derive its PMC series by using the PMC single-scale setting approach and then estimate its unknown N5LO contributions by using a Bayesian analysis. The newly suggested Bayesian-based approach estimates the magnitude of the UHO contributions based on an optimized analysis of the probability density distribution, and the predicted UHO contribution becomes more accurate when more loop terms have been known to tame the probability density function. Using the top-quark pole mass Mt = 172.69 GeV and the Higgs mass MH = 125.25 GeV as inputs, we obtain Γ(H→γγ)=9.56504keV, and the estimated N5LO contribution to the total decay width is ΔΓH=±1.65×10−4keV for the smallest credible interval of 95.5% degree of belief.

Abstract In addition to the evaluation of high-order loop contributions, the precision and predictive power of perturbative QCD (pQCD) predictions depends on two important issues: (1) how to achieve a reliable, convergent fixed-order series, and (2) how to reliably estimate the contributions of unknown higher-order terms. The recursive use of renormalization group equation, together with the Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC), eliminates the renormalization scheme-and-scale ambiguities of the conventional pQCD series. The result is a conformal, scale-invariant series of finite order which also satisfies all of the principles of the renormalization group. In this paper we propose a novel Bayesian-based approach to estimate the size of the unknown higher order contributions based on an optimized analysis of probability distributions. We show that by using the PMC conformal series, in combination with the Bayesian analysis, one can consistently achieve high degree of reliability estimates for the unknown high order terms. Thus the predictive power of pQCD can be greatly improved. We illustrate this procedure for two pQCD observables: $$R_{e^+e^-}$$ R e + e - and $$R_\tau $$ R τ , which are each known up to four loops in pQCD. Numerical analyses confirm that by using the scale-independent and more convergent PMC conformal series, one can achieve reliable Bayesian probability estimates for the unknown higher-order contributions.

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the standardized management and clinical application of food for special medical purposes （FSMP） in secondary and above medical institutions of China.MethodsIn the form of online questionnaire， the medical institutions in 34 provinces / municipalities were sampled through the platforms of Sichuan Provincial Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center and the Clinical Nutrition Discipline Alliance of West China Hospital.ResultsA total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected. In terms of FSMP management： 24.3% of medical institutions set up FSMP management committee； 64.3% of medical institutions formulated the catalogue of FSMP. Medical institutions with FSMP warehouses and FSMP preparation rooms accounted for 47.3% and 50.7%， respectively. 40.7% of medical institutions incorporated FSMP into information management； 43.3% of medical institutions charged unified coding fees. For clinical application of FSMP： 94% of medical institutions required nutrition risk screening before FSMP prescription； 84.7% of medical institutions required qualified prescribers； nearly 90% of medical institutions prescribed FSMP by nutritionists； 67.3% of medical institutions required the superior clinicians/ nutritionists to review the FSMP prescription before implementation. The adverse reaction of FSMP use was monitored in all 300 medical institutions， and only 30.7% reported the monitoring data of the adverse reactions to the provincial / municipal clinical nutrition quality control center.ConclusionThe government should strengthen the construction of specialized fee catalogue and the unification of prescription qualification training； medical institutions at all levels， especially hospitals in the western region and secondary hospitals nationwide， should set up FSMP management committee as soon as possible， and integrate FSMP into the hospital information system. The clinical nutrition discipline should strengthen the formulation of clinical norms， detailed rules for the application of FSMP and supervision system. Safety monitoring and effectiveness evaluation should be strengthened so as to maximize the value of nutritional treatment of FSMP.

This article uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze and study the factors affecting corporate financial risks. At the same time, the regression analysis model is used for risk warning. The empirical test effectively proves that the formation of corporate financial risk is closely related to the industry environment in which it is located. After estimating the model’s parameters, it is found that monetary policy, enterprise-scale, market supply and marketing, and macroeconomic factors are the main factors that affect the financial risks of enterprises.

Systems with human-centered artificial intelligence are always as good as their ability to consider their users’ context when making decisions. Research on identifying people’s everyday activities has evolved rapidly, but little attention has been paid to recognizing both the activities themselves and the motions they make during those tasks. Automated monitoring, human-to-computer interaction, and sports analysis all benefit from Web 4.0. Every sport has gotten its move, and every move is not known to everyone. In ice hockey, every move cannot be monitored by the referee. Here, Convolution Neural Network-based Real-Time Image Processing Framework (CNN-RTIPF) is introduced to classify every move in Ice Hockey. CNN-RTIPF can reduce the challenges in monitoring the player’s move individually. The image of every move is captured and compared with the trained data in CNN. These real-time captured images are processed using a human-centered artificial intelligence system. They compared images predicted by probability calculation of the trained set of images for effective classification. Simulation analysis shows that the proposed CNN-RTIPF can classify real-time images with improved classification ratio, sensitivity, and error rate. The proposed CNN-RTIPF has been validated based on the optimization parameter for reliability. To improve the algorithm for movement identification and train the system for many other everyday activities, human-centered artificial intelligence-based Web 4.0 will continue to develop.

Adenomatoid tumor is a kind of benign tumor, accounts for a low percentage of scrotal tumors. It usually locates in epididymis, less commonly, arises from the tunica albuginea, spermatic cord or tunica vaginalis of male's urogenital tract system. Here, we report a case of a 32-year-old male, which presented as a 6-month history of left scrotal swelling pain with a scrotal mass, and it had progressively enlarged over the last 1 month. The ultrasonography (US) described a giant well-defined hypoechoic mass in the left scrotum, a thick pedicle connected the mass and the left scrotal wall, and the pedicle had large blood vessels in it. Enhanced CT showed an irregular solid mass in the left scrotum, the left testicular artery was thickened to supply blood for the mass, and the radiologist mentioned it could not be excluded as a malignant lesion. The patient underwent left radical orchiectomy, the mass was diagnosed as an adenomatoid tumor of the tunica vaginalis by pathology. We review literature regarding adenomatoid tumors originating in the tunica vaginalis, summarize the ultrasonographic presentations, provide the idea of diagnosis and differential diagnosis to improve diagnostic accuracy and avoid unnecessary orchiectomy.

Diamond has superior physical and electronic properties and it is regarded as an ultimate material of power-electronics applications. Numerous studies have been focusing on the diamond-based power devices, especially on diamond metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs). Due to the existence of two-dimensional hole gas (2DHG) layer on the hydrogen-terminated (H-) diamond surface, hole carriers with high density can be provided and thus H-diamond MOSFETs have been widely investigated, whereas they generally exhibit normally on properties. In recent years, many researchers have been devoting themselves to the development of diamond MOSFETs with normally off characteristics and good device performances. In this work, we summarized recent advances to achieve normally off features for diamond MOSFETs, including the partial surface modification or using some specific insulator materials on H-diamond surfaces, the oxidation of the silicon terminated (Si-) diamond, and the inversion-type p-channel diamond MOSFETs on hydroxyl terminated (OH-) diamond. In addition, we summarized their interface properties which mainly limited the device performances, and put forward to the possible approaches to improve the device performances and thus to promote their potential for power application.

As the single photon detection greatly improves the sensitivity of a traditional detector, it has enormous potentiality in distance measuring. Photon-counting laser ranging is able to extract the target's trajectory from large amounts of echo information in the case where prior information is unknown. This paper first provided the simulation of echo information produced by photon-counting laser ranging system, and then extracted the trajectory of the target through image processing. Comparing with the theoretical moving trajectory, the error is less than 5 m. Considering its advantages in short distance ranging, the photon-counting laser ranging system can be applied to the Beidou navigation system and solve its accuracy defects caused by environmental factors while cable patrolling.

Objective To investigate the effects of Yuzhi Zhixue granules on stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1)/CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) axis and endometrial fibrosis in rats with intrauterine adhesions. Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Yuzhi Zhixue granules low, medium and high dose groups(to establish a rat model of intrauterine adhesions), and were given 30 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg by gavage respectively, once a day for 21 consecutive days. The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) were detected by kits; HE staining and Masson staining were used to detect the number of endometrial glands and the degree of interstitial fibrosis; the protein expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with those in the sham operation group, the uterine tissue structure of the model group was destroyed, the number of glands decreased, fibrotic hyperplasia was found and a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration was found. The levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α and TGF-β1 were significantly higher (P＜0.05) and the expression of SDF-1 protein in uterine tissue was significantly lower (P＜0.05). Compared with those in the model group, the number of glands in the low, medium and high dose groups of Yuzhi Zhixue Granules increased in turn, the degree of fibrosis was weakened, and the number of inflammatory cells was decreased, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and TGF-β1 in serum were significantly lower (P＜0.05). The expression of SDF-1 protein in uterus was significantly lower (P＜0.05), and all of them were dose-dependent. Conclusions Yuzhi Zhixue granules can repair the uterine structure of rats with intrauterine adhesions, alleviate tissue fibrosis and reduce inflammatory reaction by inhibition of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis.

Objective To summarize the clinical, imaging and genetic characteristics of spinocerebellar ataxia 2 (SCA2) families presenting as Parkinsonism. Methods and Results Two families with autosomal dominant SCA2 with Parkinson's syndrome diagnosed by genetic test in Peking University First Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were included. The probands in 2 families manifested as lead⁃pipe like rigidity and cerebellum ataxia. Electronystagmography (ENG) in proband of family 1 showed gaze nystagmus, understable saccade, decreased smooth tracking ability and disappeared optokinetic nystagmus, proband of family 2 showed slow saccade, decreased smooth tracking ability and decreased optokinetic nystagmus. Head MRI in both probands of 2 families showed slightly enlarged third ventricle, while the proband of family 2 showed atrophy in brain stem and cerebellar. Whole exome sequencing (WES) in 2 probands showed no gene mutations, Sanger sequencing showed dynamic mutation of ATXN2 gene and the copy number of cytosine⁃adenine⁃guanine (CAG) with 37 repeats. Two probands were finally diagnosed as SCA2, and two pedigrees were diagnosed as SCA2 pedigrees. Conclusions SCA2 can present as Parkinsonism, which is easily to be misdiagnosed as Parkinson's disease due to the effective treatment of levodopa. ENG is helpful in detecting subclinical cerebellar lesions. For Parkinsonism patients with family history, especially when cerebellar lesions are involved, ATXN2 gene testing is recommended.

Platelet over-activation is one of the important mechanisms of atherosclerosis （AS） in diabetes mellitus. Dietary nutrient intervention plays an important role in the primary prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with AS. Studies have shown that the antiplatelet factor in tomato extract can inhibit platelet aggregation and activation in different environments. Its bioactive ingredient are nucleosides and derivatives and phenolic compounds， which retard the pathological progress of diabetes mellitus complicated with AS. This review aims to explore the mechanism of the antiplatelet effect of tomato extract， and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with AS.

A graphene hybridizing polyurethane/polyethyl methacrylate (GR-PU/PEMA) damping composite was synthesized using the sequential interpenetration method. The effects of the graphene content and the microphase separation structure on the damping properties, thermal stability, and mechanical properties have been studied in detail. The dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that graphene could improve the damping peak value of PU/PEMA, and the microphase separation structure could be beneficial for broadening the damping temperature range. The damping peak (tan σ max) of PU/PEMA hybridizing with 0.5 wt% graphene reached 0.82, and the temperature range of the loss factor (tan σ ≥ 0.3) was expanded to 88.3°C. Analysis of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and small-angle X-ray scattering reveals that graphene is uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix, and the composite with interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) shows more microphase separation structures. Fourier transform infrared analysis indicated that there is strong interaction between graphene and IPN matrix. Furthermore, the addition of graphene improved the mechanical properties and thermal stability of composites.

The Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC), which generalizes the conventional Gell-Mann-Low method for scale-setting in perturbative QED to non-Abelian QCD, provides a rigorous method for achieving unambiguous scheme-independent, fixed-order predictions for physical observables consistent with the principles of the renormalization group. In addition to the original multi-scale-setting approach (PMCm), two variations of the PMC have been proposed to deal with ambiguities associated with the uncalculated higher order terms in the pQCD series, i.e. the single-scale-setting approach (PMCs) and the procedures based on “intrinsic conformality” (PMC∞). In this paper, we will give a detailed comparison of these PMC approaches by comparing their predictions for three important quantities Re+e−, Rτ, and Γ(H→bb¯) up to four-loop pQCD corrections. The PMCs approach determines an overall effective running coupling αs(Q) by the recursive use of the renormalization group equation, whose argument Q represents the actual momentum flow of the process. Our numerical results show that the PMCs method, which involves a somewhat simpler analysis, can serve as a reliable substitute for the full multi-scale PMCm method, and that it leads to more precise pQCD predictions with small residual scale dependence.

Objective: To construct a training program on emergency response ability for all staff in emergency medical wards under COVID-19 epidemic, and to evaluate its clinical effect. Methods: A targeted training program for emergency response ability of all staff in the emergency medical ward was established through literature review, brain storming and online conference discussion. The scheme includes seven modules: training system, training plan, training outline, training course, teaching team, training materials and teaching evaluation. For medical staff, other staff (nursing workers, work attendance, cleaning), patients and family members of different categories of personnel, advanced version, basic version and popular science version are designed respectively, and the training content closely fitted the needs of epidemic prevention and skills required in different groups. During the period from April 5 to May 10, 2022, the training program was conducted to train the emergency response ability in all staff,and effect was evaluated using questionnaires invstigation before and after training, oral questions, operation assessment and on-site inspection, and the incidence of clinical actual infection was monitered. The subsidence prediction method is very important for predicting the negative impact induced by coal mining.Probability integral method is an important method for mining subsidence prediction, but for irregular working face mining, its prediction accuracy needs to be improved.Aiming at this problem, the Green formula was used in this paper to transform the formula of the probability integration method, and convert the integration of the working face to the line integration of the boundary of the mining area; the boundary of working face was simplified and divided into multiple straight line segments, and each straight line segment was integrated separately; the prediction of the movement and deformation of any point on the surface and the surface subsidence basin was completed through superposition calculation; finally, an application study was carried out based on a certain example, which verified effectiveness of the method in this paper.Compared with the result of the probability integration method, the prediction accuracy of the line integral proposed in this paper was improved by 23 %.

In the background of air combat, the situation between multiple unmanned aerial vehicle (multi-UAV) and objectives has a certain impact on the task assignment. In order to improve the efficiency of assignment and obtain the best assignment scheme during the process of performing tasks, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the situation at a certain time. This method is the basis for establishing a multi-UAV objective assignment model. For solving the model, this paper presents the Hungarian fusion Genetic Algorithm. It first uses the feasible solutions solved by the Hungarian algorithm as the elite individuals in the initial population of the genetic algorithm, and then uses the objective function in the assignment model as the fitness function to optimize the results. The algorithm solves the problem that the assignment result of the Hungarian algorithm is not unique, and optimizes the drawback that the traditional Genetic Algorithm is prone to fall into local optimum. The simulation verified the effectiveness of the situational assessment method and the improved algorithm.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a frequently occurring severe disease with high mortality. Cystatin C (Cys-C), as a biomarker of early kidney failure, can be used to detect and prevent acute renal injury. In this paper, a biosensor based on a silicon nanowire field-effect transistor (SiNW FET) was studied for the quantitative detection of Cys-C. Based on the spacer image transfer (SIT) processes and channel doping optimization for higher sensitivity, a wafer-scale, highly controllable SiNW FET was designed and fabricated with a 13.5 nm SiNW. In order to improve the specificity, Cys-C antibodies were modified on the oxide layer of the SiNW surface by oxygen plasma treatment and silanization. Furthermore, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchannel was involved in improving the effectiveness and stability of detection. The experimental results show that the SiNW FET sensors realize the lower limit of detection (LOD) of 0.25 ag/mL and have a good linear correlation in the range of Cys-C concentration from 1 ag/mL to 10 pg/mL, exhibiting its great potential in the future real-time application.

Objective To construct and optimize a high-fidelity polymerase-mediated mutation sensitive molecular switch technique platform for detecting exon 19 del18bp of EGFR gene. Methods Using genome DNA from a healthy volunteer as PCR template, the wild-type and mutant-type DNA fragment containing mutation site were amplified by common PCR and overlap PCR respectively, which then were connected with the vector pMD19-T. The constructed wild-type and mutant-type recombinant plasmid was transformed into competent cells E.coli DH5α further appraised by bacteria solution PCR and genome sequencing. The mutation-specific upstream detection primer was designed with 3′phosphorothioate modification, and two-directional primers extension was performed using high- fidelity polymerase. The annealing temperature, primer concentration, template concentration, cycle number, and other high-fidelity polymerase-mediated PCR conditions were all optimized through an orthogonal test protocol to establish a molecular switch detection platform for exon 19 del18bp of EGFR gene. Results The molecular switch detection platform for exon 19 del18bp of EGFR gene was successfully established. The optimal PCR condition of detecting EGFR gene exon 19 del18bp using mutation-sensitive molecular switch technique was as follows: 57 ℃ optimal annealing temperature, 0.16 μmol/L primer concentration, 1.48×10－2 μmol/L template concentration and 25 PCR cycles. And the allele-specific primer for del18bp can detect the perfectly matched template at a sensitivity of about 10－3 μmol/L. Conclusions Mutation-sensitive molecular switch technology composed of high-fidelity polymerase with 3′ phosphorothioate-modified prime provides a new technology which can implement EGFR mutation test for personalized targeted meditation for treatment of lung cancer.

Efficient production of benzene from lignin is attractive and of great importance, but has not been realized. Here, the authors develop a strategy to transform lignin into benzene over a RuW/zeolite catalyst in water, and the yield of benzene can be as high as 18.8% on lignin weight basis.

UV-induced photoluminescence of organosilica films with ethylene and benzene bridging groups in their matrix and terminal methyl groups on the pore wall surface was studied to reveal optically active defects and understand their origin and nature. The careful selection of the film’s precursors and conditions of deposition and curing and analysis of chemical and structural properties led to the conclusion that luminescence sources are not associated with the presence of oxygen-deficient centers, as in the case of pure SiO2. It is shown that the sources of luminescence are the carbon-containing components that are part of the low-k-matrix, as well as the carbon residues formed upon removal of the template and UV-induced destruction of organosilica samples. A good correlation between the energy of the photoluminescence peaks and the chemical composition is observed. This correlation is confirmed by the results obtained by the Density Functional theory. The photoluminescence intensity increases with porosity and internal surface area. The spectra become more complicated after annealing at 400 °C, although Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy does not show these changes. The appearance of additional bands is associated with the compaction of the low-k matrix and the segregation of template residues on the surface of the pore wall.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of low dose rt⁃PA combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) in the intravenous thrombolysis treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 139 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Anhui No. 2 Provincial People's Hospital from July 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the rt⁃PA standard dose group (0.90 mg/kg, total dose≤90 mg), low dose group (0.60 mg/kg, total dose≤60 mg) and low dose combined with TCD group (combined treatment group). TCD was used to continuously monitor the blood flow of middle cerebral artery for 2 h at the beginning of thrombolysis in the combined treatment group. TCD was only performed before and 2 h after thrombolysis in the standard dose group and low dose group. Two hours after thrombolysis, the recanalization rates of intracranial vessels in different treatment groups were compared. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was used to evaluate the severity of clinical symptoms in each group, and the incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage 24-48 h after thrombolysis was recorded. The self⁃care ability of 90 d after thrombolytic therapy was evaluated by modified Rankin Scale (mRS), and the mortality rate was calculated. Results The recanalization rate in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the standard dose group (P=0.037) and low dose group (P=0.030), and the NIHSS score 2 h after thrombolysis was lower than that in the standard dose group (P=0.046) and low dose group (P=0.026); the incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (P=0.017, 0.024) and 90 d mortality (P=0.005, 0.016) in the low dose group and combined treatment group were lower than those in the standard dose group. Conclusions Low dose rt⁃PA combined with TCD assisted intravenous thrombolysis can improve the recanalization rate without increasing the risk of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and death. doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2021.04.014

However, none of consensus is reached among the target and time for blood pressure reduction of cerebral hemorrhage. This review aims to summarize the current research status of blood pressure management in cerebral hemorrhage, including the characteristics of blood pressure in acute cerebral hemorrhage, correlation between elevated blood pressure and hematoma expansion, and blood pressure variability and prognosis, and combining the several randomized controlled trials of intensive antihypertensive therapy carried out in recent years. doi：10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2021.02.007

Under the background of "double carbon" and large-scale grid connection of clean energy, the uncertainty of clean energy output and the market reforms to deal with this uncertainty will affect the interests of market participants through settlement and unbalanced funds. Focusing on the background of the power spot market for clean energy, this paper first analyzes the unbalanced funds items specific to Chinese power spot market, then conducts a qualitative analysis of the impact of high proportions of clean energy on unbalanced funds. Finally, from the perspective of quantitative analysis, three prediction models for the impact of unbalanced funds are proposed to provide technical means for prediction and evaluation of the changes in the interests of power market participants under the background of China's energy transition in the future.

In pyrrhocorids, digestion of food occurs mainly in the midgut, which is divided into four parts (M1-M4), and takes between three and four days. Food is retained in M1 for about 5 h and passes quickly through M4. However, food is retained in M2 and M3 much longer, about 70 to 90 h. The different stages in digestion may be influenced by different microbial populations in the different parts of the midgut. In the present study, the microbiota in the four parts of the midgut of Pyrrhocoris sibiricus were analysed in detail using high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA V3-V4 region. The most abundant bacteria in M3 were Actinobacteria (Coriobacteriaceae) whereas it was Proteobacteria (gammaproteobacteria) in M1, M2 and M4. Actinobacteria was the second most abundant bacterial group in M2. According to the PCA analysis, M2 and M3 have the most similar bacterial communities. Burkholderia, which is closely related to the plant-associated beneficial and environmental (PBE) group, was also found in M1, M2 and M4. Predictive functional profiles of the metagenomes revealed that metabolism mostly occurred in M2 and M3. The PICRUSt results were consistent with the 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis and indicate that the bacteria in M2 and M3 play an important role in degrading complex dietary components.

This research concerns itself with increasing the accuracy of random projections used to quickly approximate the inner products of data vectors from a given dataset by adding additional information, namely, adding and storing more extra known vectors to the given dataset and associated information. We show how the variance of estimated inner products is reduced as more vectors are added, how variance reduction is related to the geometry of the dataset and moreover, the asymptotic behaviour of the variance as the number of extra vectors added goes to infinity. We provide the formulae governing the estimate of inner products for adding arbitrarily many extra vectors. Lastly, we demonstrate how to efficiently implement the computations of the estimates by showing we can use pre-computed and stored values for most of the computations. Numerical simulations are conducted to support the analytical results.

On the basis of single factor experiments, the process conditions of enzyme extraction of high oleic peanut elaiosome were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM) and the components of the elaiosome were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows： pH 5.5,liquid-solid ratio 6∶1 (mL/g), enzyme dosage 440 U/g, enzymolysis time 90 min, enzymolysis temperature 60 ℃.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of high oleic peanut elaiosome reached 49.30%, which was consistent with the predicted value.For high oleic peanut elaiosome, the crude fat content was(60.14±3.75)%, and the crude protein content was (8.06±0.63)%.The composition of fatty acid of high oleic peanut elaiosome was not significantly different (p＞0.05) with the raw peanuts.The characteristic intrinsic proteins in high oleic peanuts elaiosome were oleosin and steroleosin and the total contents of these two proteins were nearly 80%.
