Infectious disease cryptosporidiosis is caused by the cryptosporidium parasite, a type of parasitic organism. It is spread through the ingestion of contaminated water, food, or fecal matter from infected animals or humans. The control becomes difficult because the parasite may remain in the environment for a long period. In this work, we constructed an epidemic model for the infection of cryptosporidiosis in a fractional framework with strong and weak immunity concepts. In our analysis, we utilize the well-known next-generation matrix technique to evaluate the reproduction number of the recommended model, indicated by R0. As R0<1 , our results show that the disease-free steady-state is locally asymptotically stable; in other cases, it becomes unstable. Our emphasis is on the dynamical behavior and the qualitative analysis of cryptosporidiosis. Moreover, the fixed point theorem of Schaefer and Banach has been utilized to investigate the existence and uniqueness of the solution. We identify suitable conditions for the Ulam-Hyers stability of the proposed model of the parasitic infection. The impact of the determinants on the sickness caused by cryptosporidiosis is highlighted by the examination of the solution pathways using a novel numerical technique. Currently, immunotherapy is seen to be the most effective cancer treatment. This is especially true while treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a slow-growing B-lymphocyte neoplasm that gradually compromises the immune system. Mathematical modeling is acknowledged as a key technique for analyzing theoretical and practical challenges in this field of cancer research and others. We were inspired to develop a mathematical model because of its dearth in investigations of chemotherapy-induced immunotherapy for CLL. This study effort formulates the dynamics of lymphocytic leukemia utilizing fractional calculus to conceptualize the complex processes of this viral illness. Typhoid fever poses a severe hazard to public health and affects at least 27 million people annually around the globe. It is significant to conceptualize the key factors of the transmission phenomena of this bacterial infection. We formulate a novel epidemic model for typhoid fever with vaccination and carriers via Caputo‐Fabrizio operator. The fundamental results of the model are inspected analytically and the basic reproduction value are then assessed. The Jacobian matrix approach has been used to demonstrate the local stability of the infection‐free steady‐state for R0<1$$ {R}_0<1 $$. We interrogated the uniqueness and existence of the solution of the recommended fractional dynamics of typhoid fever. We illustrated the solution pathways of the recommended system of typhoid fever numerically and demonstrated the dynamics of the infection with variation of different parameters. In this paper, we formulate the dynamics of asthma with smoking and environmental factors classes in the fractional Caputo-Fabrizio (CF) framework to visualize its dynamical behaviour. We delineate the important properties of the CF derivative for the analysis of our model. The model is then analyzed for the basic properties and the uniqueness and existence of the hypothesized asthma system are investigated via the theory of fixed point. It is acknowledged that dengue infection has a significant economic impact due to healthcare costs and lost productivity. Research can provide insights into the economic burden of the disease, guiding policymakers in their allocation of resources for prevention and control interventions. In this work, we structured a novel mathematical model that describes the spread of dengue with the effects of carriers, an index of memory and vaccination. To show the effect of treatment on the dynamics of dengue, we have incorporated medication-related treatment into the system. The proposed dynamics are represented by using fractional derivatives to capture the role of memory in the control of the infection. We introduced the fundamental principles and notions of non-integer derivatives for the analysis of the model; moreover, the existence and uniqueness results for the solution of the system have been established with the help of mathematical skills. The theory of fixed points has been utilized for the analysis and examination of the system. We have established Ulam-Hyers stability for the recommended system of dengue infection. Regarding the numerical findings, a numerical method is presented to highlight the solution pathways for the system of dengue infection. Several simulations have been performed to visualize the contribution of the input parameters of the system to the prevention and control of the infection. Additionally, we confirm the Ulam–Hyers stability of the chikungunya system. To assess the impact of various parameters on the dynamics of chikungunya, we examine solution pathways using the Laplace-Adomian method of disintegration. In this study, we formulate a mathematical model in the framework of the Atangana-Baleanu fractional derivative in Caputo sense to study the transmission of tungiasis. In this formulation, interactions between the human host and the sand fleas are taken into consideration, including factors like infestation rate, incubation duration, and recovery rate. We calculate the basic reproduction parameter for the system, symbolized by R0 with the help of the next-generation matrix technique. A novel numerical scheme for encapsulating the non-local and memory-dependent aspects of the system is conceptualized via the Atangana-Baleanu fractional derivative. Drinking or recreating water that has been polluted with disease-causing organisms or pathogens is what causes waterborne infections. It should be noted that many water-borne infections can also transmit from person to person, by contact with animals or their surroundings, or by ingesting tainted food or beverages. Schistosomiasis is a water-borne infection found in different areas of the globe. Mostly people with this viral infection live in Africa with limited resources and medications. Therefore, investigation of this infection is significant to reduce its economic burden on the society. We formulated a novel epidemic model for schistosomiasis water-borne infection with the help of the Atangana–Baleanu derivative. The rudimentary theory of fractional-calculus has been presented for the analysis of our system. We start by looking at the model solution's non-negativity and uniqueness. The basic reproduction number and equilibria of the hypothesized water-borne infection model are next evaluated. In this paper, we formulate the transmission phenomena of Hand–Foot–Mouth Disease (HFMD) through non-integer derivative. We interrogate the biological meaningful results of the recommended system of HFMD. The basic reproduction number is determined through next generation method and the impact of different parameters on the reproduction number is examined with the help of partial rank correlation coefficient (PRCC) technique. In addition, we concentrated on qualitative analysis and dynamical behavior of HFMD dynamics. The qualitative and quantitative behavior of the model is demonstrated using mathematical skills and numerical techniques. We focused on the analytical analysis of steady flow of nanofluid, viscous dissipation with convective boundary condition in this work. The MWCNT and SWCNT are used to described the nanofluid. A similarity transformation is applied to convert nonlinear PDE from their dimensional form to dimensionless nonlinear ODE. The developed nonlinear ODE for velocity and temperature profiles are solved by using an approximate analytical technique called the homotopy asymptotic method. Dengue fever has a huge impact on people's physical, social, and economic lives in low-income locations worldwide. Researchers use epidemic models to better understand the transmission patterns of dengue fever in order to recommend effective preventative measures and give data for vaccine and treatment development. We use fractional calculus to organise the transmission phenomena of dengue fever, including immunisation, reinfection, therapy, and asymptotic carriers. In addition, we focused our study on the dynamical behavior and qualitative approach of dengue infection. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of the suggested dengue dynamics are inspected through the fixed point theorems of Schaefer and Banach. The infection of dengue is a devastating mosquito-borne infection around the globe that affects human health, social and economic sectors in low-income areas. Therefore, policymakers and health experts are trying to point out better policies to reduce these losses and provide better information for the development of vaccination and medication. Here, we formulated a compartmental model for the transmission phenomena of dengue fever with nonlinear forces of infection through fractional derivative. We established several results related to the solution of our dengue model by using the basic properties of fractional calculus. We determined the basic reproduction number of our fractional-order system, symbolized by R 0 . We established the local asymptotic stability of the infection-free equilibrium of our dengue system for R 0 < 1 , and proved that the infection-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable without vaccination. The threshold dynamics R 0 is tested through partial rank correlation coefficient method to notice the importance of parameters in the transmission of dengue infection. In addition, we have shown the impact of memory on the basic reproduction number numerically with the variation of different parameters. We conclude that the biting rate, recruitment rate of mosquitoes and index of memory are the most sensitive factors, which can effectively lower the level of dengue fever. The dynamical behavior of the proposed fractional system is presented through a numerical scheme to explore the overall transmission process. Thus, it is valuable to identify the most influential parameters in the transmission process for the control of dengue to lessen these losses and to turn down the economic burden of dengue. In this research, we formulate the transmission phenomena of dengue infection with vaccination, treatment and reinfection via Atangana–Baleanu operator to thoroughly explore the intricate system of the disease. Furthermore, to come up with more realistic, dependable and valid results through fractional derivative rather than classical order derivative. The next-generation approach has been utilized to compute the basic reproduction number for the suggested fractional model, indicated by ℛ0; moreover, we conducted sensitivity test of ℛ0 to recognize and point out the role of parameters on ℛ0. In this research paper, a novel approach in dengue modeling with the asymptomatic carrier and reinfection via the fractional derivative is suggested to deeply interrogate the comprehensive transmission phenomena of dengue infection. Dengue fever is one of the most dangerous vector‐borne diseases in the world in terms of death and economic cost. Hence, the modeling of dengue fever is of great significance to understand the dynamics of dengue. In this paper, we extend dengue disease transmission models by including transmit vaccinated class, in which a portion of recovered individual loses immunity and moves to the susceptibles with limited immunity and hence a less transmission probability. We obtain the threshold dynamics governed by the basic reproduction number R0; it is shown that the disease‐free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if R0 ≤ 1, and the system is uniformly persistence if R0 > 1. We do sensitivity analysis in order to identify the key factors that greatly affect the dengue infection, and the partial rank correlation coefficient (PRCC) values for R0 shows that the bitting rate is the most effective in lowering dengue new infections, and moreover, control of mosquito size plays an essential role in reducing equilibrium level of dengue infection. Hence, the public are highly suggested to control population size of mosquitoes and to use mosquito nets. By formulating the control objective, associated with the low infection and costs, we propose an optimal control question. By the application of optimal control theory, we analyze the existence of optimal control and obtain necessary conditions for optimal controls. Numerical simulations are carried out to show the effectiveness of control strategies; these simulations recommended that control measures such as protection from mosquito bites and mosquito eradication strategies effectively control and eradicate the dengue infections during the whole epidemic. AbstractMeasles, a member of the Paramyxoviridae family and the Morbillivirus genus, is an infectious disease caused by the measles virus that is extremely contagious and can be prevented through vaccination. When a person with the measles coughs or sneezes, the virus is disseminated by respiratory droplets. Normally, the appearance of measles symptoms takes 10–14 d following viral exposure. Conjunctivitis, a high temperature, a cough, a runny nose, and a distinctive rash are some of the symptoms. Despite the measles vaccination being available, it is still widespread worldwide. To eradicate measles, the Reproduction Number (i.e. R0<1) must remain less than unity. This study examines a SEIVR compartmental model in the caputo sense using a double dose of vaccine to simulate the measles outbreak. The reproduction number R0 and model properties are both thoroughly examined. Both the local and global stabilities of the proposed model are determined for R0 less and greater than 1. To achieve the model’s global stability, the Lyapunov function is used while the existence and uniqueness of the proposed model are demonstrated In addition to the calculated and fitted biological parameters, the forward sensitivity indices for R0 are also obtained. Simulations of the proposed fractional order (FO) caputo model are performed in order to analyse their graphical representations and the significance of FO derivatives to illustrate how our theoretical findings have an impact. The study presents a meshless computational approach for simulating the three-dimensional multi-term time-fractional mobile-immobile diffusion equation in the Caputo sense. The methodology combines a stable Crank-Nicolson time-integration scheme with the definition of the Caputo derivative to discretize the problem in the temporal direction. The spatial function derivative is approximated using the inverse multiquadric radial basis function. The solution is approximated on a set of scattered or uniform nodes, resulting in a sparse and well-conditioned coefficient matrix. The study highlights the advantages of meshless method, particularly their simplicity of implementation in higher dimensions. To validate the accuracy and efficacy of the proposed method, we performed numerical simulations and compared them with analytical solutions for various test problems. These simulations were carried out on computational domains of both rectangular and non-rectangular shapes. The research highlights the potential of meshless techniques in solving complex diffusion problems and its successful applications in groundwater contamination and other relevant fields. In this research work, we will carry out analytical investigation of MgO–CuO∖H2O, hybrid nanofluid magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) stagnation point flow with the influence of viscous dissipation for enhancement of heat transfer ratio. The flow system takes into account the impact viscous dissipation and transport dependence on the shape factor. Furthermore, velocity and temperature at the stretching surface are also considered in this study. To convert a collection of PDEs to nonlinear ODEs, we applied appropriate transformations. We utilize the Homotopy analysis method (HAM) to solve this set of equations. A physical description is used to simulate and evaluate the structures of flow features such as velocity, skin friction, Nusselt number and temperature profiles in response to changes in developing factors, the effects of different factors on temperature and velocities are shown in the form of graphs. An acute bacterial infection called avian spirochetosis is spread by ticks to a variety of birds. Clinical symptoms can vary greatly and are frequently non-specific. To diagnose a condition, the infectious spirochete must be detected. Here, we structure an epidemic model for the transmission of avian spirochetosis to visualize the interaction between tick and bird populations. The recommended dynamics of avian spirochetosis is illustrated with the help of fractional framework. We inspected the steady-states of the system of the avian spirochetosis for the stability analysis. The next-generation technique is used to evaluate the model's reproduction parameter R 0. The infection-free and endemic steady-state of avian spirochetosis were shown to be locally asymptotically stable under the specified conditions. Through mathematical skills, the positivity of solutions is determined. Additionally, evidence supporting the existence and uniqueness of the avian spirochetosis framework solution has been shown. We conduct modified simulations of the suggested avian spirochetosis system with different input factors to study the complex phenomena of avian spirochetosis under the effect of numerous input parameters. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a life life-threatening and serious infection caused by a virus that attacks CD 4 + T-cells, which fight against infections and make a person susceptible to other diseases. It is a global public health problem with no cure; therefore, it is highly important to study and understand the intricate phenomena of HIV. In this article, we focus on the numerical study of the path-tracking damped oscillatory behavior of a model for the HIV infection of CD 4 + T-cells. We formulate fractional dynamics of HIV with a source term for the supply of new CD4+ T-cells depending on the viral load via the Caputo–Fabrizio derivative. In the formulation of fractional HIV dynamics, we replaced the constant source term for the supply of new CD 4 + T-cells from the thymus with a variable source term depending on the concentration of the viral load, and introduced a term that describes the incidence of the HIV infection of CD 4 + T-cells. We present a novel numerical scheme for fractional view analysis of the proposed model to highlight the solution pathway of HIV. This study investigates analytically the stability analysis of a nonlinear convective boundary layer (BL) flow of the nanofluids GO-EG and GO-W on a shrinking surface in the presence of a magnetic field and viscous dissipation. We provide a second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation (NODE) for temperature distribution (TD) and a third-order NODE for velocity profile (VP) coupling based on the thermophysical characteristics of the base fluid and nanofluid as well as similarity transformations (STs) in the fundamental governing equations of momentum and energy. Pulse vaccination is a repeated vaccination policy, which plays a tremendous role in the global fight against communicable diseases in terms of saving medical resources and decreasing the economic burden. In this article, we propose a dynamic model of dengue infection with periodic transmission functions and seasonality in vector population. Furthermore, we introduce a pulse vaccination strategy in the susceptible host population to examine how frequency and intensity of implementation of this strategy affect the dynamics of dengue infection. We successfully obtained the threshold dynamics by defining the basic reproduction number R0, which is the spectral radius of the next generation operator and governs whether the disease dies out or not. It has been established that the infection-free periodic solution of the proposed impulsive system is globally asymptotically stable if R 0 < 1 and is unstable otherwise. Moreover, we found that the dengue infection is uniformly persistent for the proposed system if R 0 > 1 . Finally, we execute the system numerically to illustrate the piecewise solutions of the proposed system with impulsive vaccination measure and to investigate the influence of different control parameters on the basic reproduction. The finding indicates that a frequent implementation of the vaccination strategy with great intensity and the use of mosquito nets can essentially lead to a decline of new infections. This research paper investigates a two-dimensional couple stress flow of hybrid nanofluid (HN) over a nonlinear stretching surface with heat transfer analysis. HNs are well-known for their exceptional heat transfer properties compared to conventional fluids. The mathematical modeling of the problem involves the formulation of basic governing equations, namely, continuity, momentum and energy equations. To simplify the analysis, a similarity transformation technique is employed to convert the dimensional NLPDEs into dimensionless NODEs. Subsequently, the obtained governing equations are analytically solved using the HAM. The investigation explores the impact of several parameters, including magnetic field inclination, slip parameter, couple stress parameter, nanoparticle volume fraction, nonlinear stretching parameter, EN, thermophoresis parameter and PN. This study presents graphical representations of temperature and velocity distribution to visualize the effects of these parameters on the HN flow. Furthermore, different graphs and tables are employed to explain the impact of the factors on SF and NN. Notably, the results indicate that the HN exhibits significantly enhanced heat transfer properties over the base fluid, particularly under the influence of an inclined magnetic field. In this article, we investigate a tumor-immune and antigen-presenting cells population in the form of a mathematical model. To achieve greater accuracy in understanding the spread of tumor and immune cell populations, we apply the Caputo–Fabrizio (CF) fractional-order derivative. The fixed-point theorems are employed to analyze the uniqueness and existence of the model. The Laplace transform along with the Adomian decomposition approach is used to construct an algorithm for a semi-analytical solution under the CF fractional derivative. The chaotic dynamics of the cancer-immune model are confirmed by the Lyapunov exponents. The article examines how different vaccination protocols can affect tumor dormancy and recurrence. Farmers are trying to adopt new cultivation methods and technologies to produce more and good yield. Low productivity is due to a variety of factors; one of the main reasons is the existence of plant diseases spread by insects and pathogens. Infection in the plants of red chilli via the yellow virus is a current issue for the farmers. Here, we construct a model for the propagation of the yellow virus in the plants of red chilli to investigate the key factors. The proposed model is then presented in the framework of fractional derivative for more accurate findings. By applying the method of next-generation matrix, we determine the basic reproduction number R 0 . The recommended model is investigated for biological meaningful results. Moreover, we focus on the dynamical behavior and qualitative analysis of the yellow virus infection in the plants of red chili. Schaefer and Banach fixed-point theorems are utilized to demonstrate the uniqueness and existence of the solution of the recommended system. We find suitable circumstances for the Ulam–Hyers stability of the recommended system of plants infection. The solution routes are examined using a unique numerical method to highlight the contribution of the input factors on yellow virus dynamics. The economic burden of HIV extends beyond the individual level and affects communities and countries. HIV can lead to decreased economic growth due to lost productivity and increased healthcare costs. In some countries, the HIV epidemic has led to a reduction in life expectancy, which can impact the overall quality of life and economic prosperity. Therefore, it is significant to investigate the intricate dynamics of this viral infection to know how the virus interacts with the immune system. In the current research, we will formulate the dynamics of HIV infection in the host body to conceptualize the interaction of T-cells and the immune system. The recommended model of HIV infection is presented with the help of fractional calculus for more precious outcomes. We introduce numerical methods to demonstrate how the input parameters affect the output of the system. The dynamical behavior and chaotic nature of the system are visualized with the variation of different input factors. The system's tracking path has been numerically depicted and the impact of the viruses on T-cells has been demonstrated. In addition to this, the key factors of the system has been predicted through numerical findings. Our results predict that the strong non-linearity of the system is responsible for the chaos and oscillation, which are so closely related.
