In this thesis was examined the influence of pH on solubility and precipitation of proteins extracted from the flour of the Cannabis sativa L plant. For this experiment was chosen the pH in the range of 3 to 11. Monoecious breeds of canabis USO 31 and Fedora 17 were chosen for this purpose. Laboratory methods were applied after the protein extraction, in order to define the content of nitrate substances which was the highest at pH 11. Protein spectrums were detected by the SDS-PAGE analysis where especially in an alkaline environment, globuline fraction was present at a greater amount than was the albuminium one. The next step was the isoelectric precipitation of extracted proteins within the variances containing high values of nitrate substances. The content of the nitrate substances in the protein extract was spanning between 56,3 % to 92,9 %. Based on the results of the experiment, is is feasible to conclude that Fedora 17, which was extracted at the alkaline pH 11 and isoelectrically precipitate to pH value 5 and 6, contained the highest amount of protein.

Contemporary is Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) considered as a very promising plant whose parts can be used almost completely. Hemp is grown especially for fiber and seed. The plant is good biodegradable, so it causes no problems with waste disposal. The root system is deep and loosens the soil and prevents erosion. Hemp accumulate heavy metals from contaminated soils.To achieve the economic benefit are suitable fertile , deep soils with good nutrient supply and neutral or slightly alkaline reaction. Average seed yield in the Czech Republic is 0.6 t ha-1 and 6-7 t ha-1 stem. This study focuses on summarizing information about the cultivation, fertilization and the possibilities of using hemp.The first part is devoted to the origin, botanical characteristics, morphology and anatomy and principles of cultivation. The second part deals with the chemical composition, effective substances and use of cannabis in various industries. In this work was proposed five years crop rotation period for a variety Bialobrzeskie, grown for seed and stem. Than were selected pre-crops suitable for business without animal production and determined doses of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium fertilizers and suitable harvest mechanization.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the negative trends the Roma minority is facing. The theoretical part introduces the problems of the majority of Roma people in the Czech Republic especially in the areas of employment, housing, education, social services and socio-patological phenomena. The main focus is on the integration strategy. The practical side surveys the personal experience of chosen respondents in the above defined areas, which prevent a successful integration. The conclusion confronts the results of my research with the strategies, which could start positive changes leading to a gradual elimination of differences, tensions and misunderstanding between the Roma population and the majority of society.

Salinity induced by various sodium salts (NaCl and Na2SO4) led to changes in growth parameters that differs depending on used cultivar and pH of applied salt solution. Cultivar Radegast showed the highest sensitivity to salinity that was reflected in a reduction of shoot and root growth, a decrease of tissue water content, an excessive sodium accumulation in shoots and a radical formation of ROS in the root tips. Subsequent experiment using various types of humic acids revealed that technical humic acid (HA; 6.0 mg . l-1), unlike Lignohumát Max, stimulates NaCl-treated plant growth and simultaneously reduces accumulation of sodium in their tissues.HA applied into culture solution is able to induce an enhancement of certain metabolites(syringic acid and lactic acid in shoots, quinic acid and malic acid in roots, andascorbic acid, reduced glutathione, phytochelatin 2 and free amino acids in shoots). However, NaCl caused a decrease of majority free amino acids (except for proline and histidine), phenolic acids and antioxidants in leaves. On the other hand, an increase of lactic acid and quinic acid was observed in roots. Salinity significantly induced oxidative stress; it is evident from the increased activity of antioxidant enzymes (APX, CAT, GR and SOD). HA was able to mitigate NaCl-induced oxidative stress, as also evidenced by fluorescence microscopy. Simultaneously, HA was also able to reduce NaCl-induced excessive accumulation of sodium content in cultivar Radegast.

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one briefly describes a history related to the subject of my thesis. The chapter consists of three subchapters which are divided according to time periods. Chapter two represents a general introduction to the subject of my thesis. This chapter deals with injury and also in general deals with liability insurance and its legal regulation. The second chapter also focuses on principles of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The main part of my thesis is chapter three which examines the current legal regulation in Czech Republic and also contains my views. Third chapter is widely divided. It consists of nine subchapters. The first subchapter explains formation of insurance. The second subchapter characterises an insurance contract. The next one describes an extent of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The forth subchapter deals with the payment of premium and with its calculation. This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of church kindergarten (CK). It deals with the specifics of the CK and differences due to the municipal kindergarten. The aim is to compare sub-areas of management of CK and municipal kindergartens. Based on this I would like to find out whether there are differences between church kindergarten and municipal kindergartens management. The work should expand the awareness of professionals and managers and to facilitate the orientation of the church kindergarten, especially for beginners. Legislation looks at religious schools like private schools, but it is a separate category. In the practical part completion of a questionnaire and guided interview was chosen as the research method. The research focuses on the differences in the areas of local church nursery and municipal kindergarten management. Another endpoint is the view of managers on the church kindergarten. Since these differences are mainly legislative this is rather supplement to the theoretical part, where differences and specific have already been revealed.

The subject of this dissertation thesis is medieval architecture of mendicant orders in Silesia and focuses on convent churches of the Minorites and Dominicans. The chosen subject has not been hitherto treated in detail in specialized literature neither in Polish, German or Czech art history. Mendicant orders in Silesia are studied especially by historians who research into medieval history of these orders and, above all, the formation and development of order provinces. The focal points of the thesis research concern preserved buildings of mendicants orders built in the period between the 13th and 14th centuries. Every individual building is presented as a monograph in the form of an extended catalogue entry. The catalogue of medieval buildings of mendicant orders is the crucial part of this dissertation thesis. In this list, individual buildings are divided according to orders. First, we mention history of individual medieval towns and history of particular convent complexes. Further, we focus on the location of mendicant buildings within medieval urbanism of towns. This study is aimed to the participation, particularly to the participation of seniors. In the theoretical part, there is a small description of senescence and old-age as well as the prognosis of the possible demographic development. Furthermore; the significance of gerontology and geriatrics is mentioned, because of the fact that these sciences enabled the creation and development of the fundamental documents focused on seniors' rights and support of elderly population. The very last part of my study is focused on the participation, its forms and possibilities of application. Principles and goals of participation orientated to seniors are also described. Moreover; participation of seniors is compared with the youngster's possibilities to enforce their interests and needs. In the practical part of the study; the aim was to show how villages and cities in Milevsko region support the participation and especially the participation of seniors. There was the research - if and how seniors use possibilities of a co-partnership within the framework of local structures; and (furhermore) if the size of urban places plays important role in supporting citizens' activity.

This bachelor work is about question of development musical appreciation at nursery school. Theoretical part of this work, that accounts for conceptions : musicalness, aptitude for music and musical skills. The next part my work treat of partition musicalness cradle to six year of children.
