Moyamoya disease is mainly caused by stenosis or occlusion of the terminal internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery, and proximal middle cerebral artery, and an abnormal vascular network is formed near the stenosis or occlusion of vascular lesions. Moyamoya disease can lead to a series of complications such as transient cerebral ischemia, cerebral infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage, which have been reported in the literature. Eye involvement with moyamoya disease is relatively rare in the literature. This article introduces a case of central retinal vein occlusion in a teenager related to moyamoya disease. The patient was only 16 years old and suddenly suffered from vision loss in the left eye. After detailed ophthalmological examination, she was diagnosed with central retinal vein occlusion in the left eye. In order to find the exact cause, we conducted head and neck CTA and brain DSA examinations on the patient, and finally found that the main cause of central retinal vein occlusion in this patient was moyamoya disease, which indicated that central retinal vein occlusion in young people may be caused by moyamoya disease in the early stage. This discovery has great clinical significance, for characteristic manifestations of the eye, suggesting that examination of moyamoya disease is a routine item for such patients, so as to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, in order to avoid cerebral infarction, cerebral palsy, and serious or even life-threatening complications such as bleeding.

Objective To investigate the potential mechanisms of sulfate sodium (DS) on suppressing human gastric cancer cells (HGC-27) invasion and migration through regulating M2 tumor-associated macrophages (M2-TAMs). Methods (1) In vitro experiment: Differentiation of human monocytes (THP-1) into M0 macrophages was induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA). Interleukin 4 (IL-4) and interleukin 13 (IL-13) were used to activate M0 macrophages into M2 macrophages. Immunofluorescence and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of CD163, a specific marker of M2-TAMs. HGC-27 cells were divided into 4 groups, including the control group, DS group, M2 group (co-culture of M2 and HGC-27 cells) and M2+DS group (co-culture of M2 and HGC-27 cells treated with DS). Transwell and scratch tests were performed to detect the invasion and migration ability of HGC-27 cells. (2) Animal experiment: 24 nude mice were randomized into control group (n=12) and DS group (n=12). After 24 h intraperitoneally injecting HGC-27 cells, mice were treated with DS (DS group) or saline (control group) through intraperitoneal injections. Later, mice were sacrificed after 14 days. The number of nodules induced by peritoneal implantation of gastric cancer cells was counted and the omentum tumor tissue was collected to examine CD163 expression levels using immunohistochemistry. (3) Human gastric cancer tissue: Clinical gastric cancer samples were collected; the expression of CD163 and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) were detected by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. Results (1) In vitro experiment: The expression of CD163 in successfully induced-M2 macrophages was increased; DS could inhibit the polarization of M0 to M2 macrophages; Compared with M2 group, M2+DS group could significantly reduce the invasion and migration ability of HGC-27 cells which was already enhanced by M2-TAMs (P＜0.001). (2) Animal experiment: Compared with Control group, the number and volume of metastatic nodules implanted in the abdominal cavity in DS group were significantly decreased, and the expression of CD163 in omentum tumor tissue in DS group was significantly lower (P＜0.001). The treatment of subcutaneous abscess caused by drug-resistant bacteria is facing great difficulties and receiving more attention. In this work, we employed BSA-CuS nanoparticles as a photothermal reagent to apply photothermal therapy (PTT) to combat drug-resistant bacteria in vitro and subcutaneous abscess in vivo. The BSA-CuS nanoparticles were found to be stable and biocompatible without cytotoxicity toward NIH3T3 and 4T1 cells. In vitro experiments showed that three species of drug-resistant pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans, could be effectively sterilized under co-incubation with BSA-CuS nanoparticles and then irradiation with 1064 nm NIR laser via tissue penetration. BSA-CuS nanoparticles together with 1064 nm NIR laser irradiation could also effectively diminish subcutaneous abscesses caused by drug-resistant bacteria on mice under PTT and depth PTT without causing any serious side effects and organic damage in vivo.That is OK, thank you!

A dearomative tandem spiro-cyclization reaction of N-[(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl]methacrylamide derivatives with sulfinate sodium in the presence of AgNO3 and K2CO3 is reported, which produced sulfonylated spiro[indole-3,3'-pyrrolidines] in medium to excellent yields. The characteristics of this transformation contain good functional group tolerance and ease of operation.

This study aimed to assess the fish species composition in Xixuan Island coastal waters and confirm the applicability of DNA barcoding in fish identification. Fish samples were caught with a gill net in December 2016 and in January, February, April, May and June 2017, and the fish species in these samples were analyzed and identified via both traditional morphological methods and DNA barcoding (mitochondrial 12S rRNA). The sample contained 1,357 individuals, the majority of which were Tridentiger barbatus (829 individuals). A total of 154 individuals were selected for DNA barcode analysis, and 147 sequences were obtained. A total of 35 species, which belonged to six orders and 16 families, were accurately identified. One species was identified to the genus level (Repomucenus), and only one was identified to the family level (Moridae). Most of the species belonged to Gobiidae (12 species). With the exception of those in Moridae, the identified species were commonly detected on the Zhejiang coast. The average Kimura two‐parameter (K2P) distances within species, genera, families, and order and between orders were 0.15%, 4.44%, 14.96%, 20.37%, and 26.20%, respectively. The intraspecific K2P distance was markedly greater than the interspecific distance. The A + T content (55.41%) was higher than the G + C content (44.58%). Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that individuals belonging to the same species were clustered together and could be clearly distinguished. Mitochondrial 12S rRNA can be effectively used for juvenile and adult fish identification and has good application prospects in fish species identification. The investigation and species identification of small fish collected monthly from Xixuan Island coastal waters are conducive to understanding the distribution characteristics and species composition of fish in the Zhoushan coastal area.

Soil spectral information differ across different land use types. Understanding the appropriate modeling methods for different land use types can efficiently and accurately invert soil organic carbon content. We collected 248 samples from forest, cultivated land and orchard in the north-central part of Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province. First, original spectral reflectance curves were reduced noises with Savitzky-Golay (SG) filter. Then 10 nm resampling method was used to reduce data redundancy. We used partial least squares regression (PLSR), support vector machine regression based on grid search method (GRID-SVR) and support vector machine regression based on particle swarm optimization (PSO-SVR) to construct the inversion models of soil organic carbon content. The results showed that when constructing a single land-use type inversion model, RPD of the PLSR method for forest, cultivated land and orchard was 1.536, 1.315 and 1.493 respectively. RPD of GRID-SVR method increased 0.150, 0.183 and 0.502 than that of PLSR method, respectively. The PSO-SVR method had higher accuracy, with RPD being 20.8%, 10.0% and 2.7% higher than GRID-SVR for forest, cultivated land and orchard, respectively. The RPD of forest and orchard were 2.036 and 2.049, which well predicts soil organic carbon. The RPD of cultivated land was 1.647, which can make a rough estimate of soil organic carbon. The PSO-SVR model had the best prediction effect on soil organic carbon of different land use types, with the prediction accuracy of soil organic carbon content in forest and orchard being close and higher than cultivated land. Soil nutrition diffed acorss different land use types, which affect the prediction of soil organic carbon content. Models for inversion of soil organic carbon should be constructed separately for different land use types.不同土地利用类型下土壤光谱信息存在差异,了解不同土地利用类型下合适的建模方法可以高效准确地进行土壤有机碳含量反演。本研究以江西省奉新县中北部林地、耕地和园地3种土地利用类型共248个土壤样本为对象,首先对土壤原始光谱反射率曲线使用Savitzky-Golay(SG)滤波去噪并进行10 nm重采样减少数据冗余,之后采用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)、基于网格搜索法的支持向量机回归(GRID-SVR)和基于粒子群算法的支持向量机回归(PSO-SVR)3种方法分别构建土壤有机碳含量的反演模型。结果表明: 构建单一土地利用类型反演模型时,PLSR方法在林地、耕地和园地的相对分析误差(RPD)分别为1.536、1.315和1.493,采用GRID-SVR方法时,其RPD分别提升0.150、0.183和0.502。采用PSO-SVR方法时精度最高,相较GRID-SVR方法,其林地、耕地和园地的RPD分别提高20.8%、10.0%和2.7%,林地和园地的RPD分别为2.036和2.049,可以极好地预测土壤有机碳含量,耕地的RPD为1.647,可以对土壤有机碳含量进行粗略估测。PSO-SVR方法对不同土地利用类型土壤有机碳反演效果最优,林地和园地土壤有机碳含量的反演精度相近且高于耕地。研究区不同土地利用类型对土壤有机碳含量的反演结果存在一定的影响,今后可以考虑在反演土壤有机碳时分不同土地利用类型进行建模。.

The numerical broaching force is calculated to improve deformation of the processed round tank .This paper uses the planer to make cutting tests that are carried out in shaping machine to simulate the wheel broaching process and measures the cutting force in the experiment. After analyzing the unit numerical cutting force of GH4698 broaching is finally obtained. It provides a simple method to calculate the cutting force of wheel groove machining.

Under the same condition of hot-pressing diffusion welding,the thickness of diffusion interface layer with aluminum sheets by previous cold rolling (1.25µm) is thicker than non-cold rolling(924nm),increasing by 35.28%. Ti-Al laminated composite anodes by using hot-pressing diffusion welding showed better performances than the industrial titanium.The oxygen evolution anode showed the best performance by holding at 833 K for 2h under the pressure of 6MPa.This will play a role in the energy saving.

Ti-Cu laminated composites were fabricated by means of vacuum hot pressing (VHP). The Ti-Cu interfacial reaction was studied to observe the microstructural changes. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Disperse Spectroscopy (EDS) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) were used to observe morphology and analyze phase composition of interfacial reaction zones. With increasing the holding time, the thickness of the reaction zones varies from 12μm to 16μm. The results show that there are 5 binary intermetallic compounds (Cu4Ti, Cu4Ti3, CuTi, Cu3Ti2, CuTi2) observed in the Ti-Cu diffusion couples held at 1073 K for 1h, 1.5h, 2h and 2.5h respectively under the pressure of 10MPa.

Pb-Sn-Al (PSA) laminated composite electrode materials were prepared by means of vacuum hot pressing (VHP), through introducing a medium Sn for solving the immiscibility of Pb and Al. Compared to traditional Pb-(1.0%)Ag alloy electrode, zinc eletrodeposition experiments showed that the cell voltage was reduced by at least 120 mv, the polarization potential of electrode was decreased by 13.2%, the current efficiency was higher 1.3% and the surface morphology of cathode zinc was better and smoother as well as zinc crystals smaller and more dense, while the experiment of the resistance test also showed that the resistance was reduced by at least 50%, therefore, Pb-Sn-Al (PSA) laminated composite electrode materials have lower cell voltage, as well as excellent conductivity, which would have good prospect in development and application in zinc hydrometallurgical industry in the future.
