The cobalt-containing products of an enterprise were selected as the object of this study. The separation effect of Cyanex 272 on Zn and Co was studied through a pilot test. The results showed that Cyanex 272 had a high extraction rate for Zn at pH 3–3.4, up to 99.8%. The extracted Zn2+ was enriched in the organic phase, and the Zn2+ in the organic phase was extracted back into the aqueous phase in the stripping stage by adding strong acid. Addition amounts of strong acid of 50 g·L−1, 80 g·L−1, and 100 g·L−1 were set. The results showed that the addition amounts of 80 g·L−1 and 100 g·L−1 could significantly reduce the pH of the back-extraction solution and effectively enrich Zn2+ in the solution. There was a large amount of Zn2+ in the back-extraction solution, which could be used twice to prepare zinc carbonate products through neutralization and precipitation. By comparing the extraction effect, economic cost, and resource loss under different strong acid addition amounts, it was found that the 80 g·L−1 strong acid addition amount was more suitable for the actual production process. It is often difficult to close and repair irregular wounds such as gums with traditional dressings that have a fixed shape, while injectable hydrogels that can be molded in situ offer tremendous advantages in treating complex, large wounds and can better seal or fill a variety of irregular wounds. While the majority of injectable hydrogels developed in current research have poor mechanical properties and biocompatibility and obstacles to clinical applications, this paper reports an injectable hydrogel that can be molded in situ with appropriate mechanical properties, excellent biocompatibility, and antibacterial activity. Under UV irradiation, a methacrylate-gelatin/poly-(vinyl alcohol) loaded with copper ion cross-linked tannic acid nanoparticle (GelMA/PVA-TA/Cu2+NPs) precursor solution could rapidly gel within 45 s and adhere stably to the wound tissue by topological adhesion and hydrogen bonding. Through hydrogen bonding and physical entanglement, TA/Cu2+NPs are anchored in the GelMA/PVA interpenetrating network to form the GelMA/PVA-TA/Cu2+NPs composite hydrogel. This injectable hydrogel, which can quickly achieve photocurable in situ molding, can not only achieve closure and repair of irregular wounds but also has appropriate swelling characteristics, absorbing tissue exudate and blocking bacteria, while providing a good moist environment for wounds and continuously promoting wound healing. Cytotoxicity tests and wound healing experiments have shown that GelMA/PVA-TA/Cu2+NPs injectable hydrogels have good biocompatibility and wound closure and repair ability and have promising applications in the treatment of irregularly wounded orifices. Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion in treating post-stroke aphasia through meta-analysis., Methods: Major Chinese and international databases were searched from their inception to December 2023. The search terms included "randomized controlled clinical studies on acupuncture treatment for stroke-related aphasia". After screening by specialists, the selected studies were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software., Results: A total of 1,900 documents were retrieved, of which 10 studies involving 848 cases met the inclusion criteria and were included in the meta-analysis. The results indicated that traditional Chinese acupuncture could enhance the effectiveness of language rehabilitation training both as a standalone treatment and in combination with other assessment measures. Acupuncture improved the clinical effectiveness of language rehabilitation training for patients with post-stroke aphasia (RR = 3.75, 95% CI [2.54, 2.55], P < 0.00001). When combined with language rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture significantly improved patients' comprehension (MD = 0.95, 95% CI [0.89, 1.02], P < 0.00001), repetition (MD = 0.82, 95% CI [0.76, 0.88], P < 0.00001), reading (MD = 1.95, 95% CI [1.89, 2.01], P < 0.00001), and spontaneous speech abilities (MD = 10.90, 95% CI [9.56, 12.23], P < 0.00001), compared to the control group., Conclusion: Acupuncture improves the clinical efficacy of language rehabilitation training for stroke-related aphasia. It also enhanced patients' comprehension, repetition, and spontaneous speech abilities more effectively than monotherapy. Introduction: Revealing individual characteristics is supportive for identifying individuals in forensic crime. As saliva is one of the most common biological samples used in crime scenes, it is important to make full use of the rich individual information contained in saliva. The aim of this study was to explore the application of the microbiome in forensic science by analysing differences in the salivary microbiome and metabolome of healthy individuals with different dietary habits., Methods: We performed 16S rDNA sequencing analysis based on oral saliva samples collected from 12 vegetarians, 12 seafood omnivores and 12 beef and lamb omnivores. Non-targeted metabolomics analyses were also performed based on saliva samples from healthy individuals., Results: The results showed that the dominant flora of vegetarians was dominated by Neisseria (belonging to the phylum Proteobacteria), while seafood omnivores and beef and lamb omnivores were dominated by Streptococcus (belonging to the phylum Firmicutes). NDMS-based and cluster analyses showed that vegetarian dieters were significantly differentiated from meat dieters (seafood omnivores and beef and lamb omnivores), which may be related to the fact that high-fiber diets can create a different salivary flora structure. Variants were also detected in salivary metabolic pathways, including positive correlations with Lipid metabolism, Amino acid metabolism, Carbohydrate metabolism, and Nucleotide metabolism in vegetarians, and correlations in seafood omnivores.
