Currently, the main solution for braking systems for underground electric trackless rubber-tired vehicles (UETRVs) is traditional hydraulic braking systems, which have the disadvantages of hydraulic pressure crawling, the risk of oil leakage and a high maintenance cost. An electro-mechanical-braking (EMB) system, as a type of novel brake-by-wire (BBW) system, can eliminate the above shortcomings and play a significant role in enhancing the intelligence level of the braking system in order to meet the motion control requirements of unmanned UETRVs. Among these requirements, the accurate control of clamping force is a key technology in controlling performance and the practical implementation of EMB systems. In order to achieve an adaptive clamping force control performance of an EMB system, an optimized fuzzy proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller is proposed, where the improved fuzzy algorithm is utilized to adaptively adjust the gain parameters of classic PID. In order to compensate for the deficiency of single-close-loop control and adjusting the brake gap automatically, a cascaded three-closed-loop control architecture with force/position switch technology is established, where a contact point detection method utilizing motor rotor angle displacement is proposed via experiments. The results of the simulation and experiments indicate that the clamping force response of the proposed multi-close-loop Variable Universe Fuzzy–PID (VUF-PID) controller is faster than the multi-closed-loop Fuzzy–PID and cascaded three-close-loop PID controllers. In addition, the chattering of braking force can be suppressed by 17%. This EMB system may rapidly and automatically finish the operation of the overall braking process, including gap elimination, clamping force tracking and gap recovery, which can obviously enhance the precision of the longitudinal motion control of UETRVs. Continental shale in China is a key exploration target with regard to unconventional hydrocarbons. Systematic research on the mineral composition, organic geochemistry, and hydrocarbon mobility has been performed in the Da'anzhai (J1dn) lacustrine shale oil reservoirs, clarifying the factors controlling shale oil accumulation. The results suggest that J1dn consists of three sub-members, with an organic-rich interval developed within the second sub-member. Three types of lithological associations have developed within the organic-rich interval: Type 1 represents the interbedding relationship between shale and shell limestone and Type 2 represents shale with intercalated limestone, followed by Type 3. The brittleness index of the J1dn continental organic-rich shale is relatively low. The porosity of the Da'anzhai lacustrine shale ranges between 0.5% and 10.5% (average value of 5.89%). The porosity is predominantly due to inorganic pores, with a small amount being attributable to nanoscale microfractures and organic pores. The average porosity of the shell limestone is only 1.2%, but fractures at the micron and centimeter scales are well developed. The organic matter in the J1dn continental shale is mainly II1–II2, with maturity in the oil generation stage. The average oil saturation of the J1dn continental shale is 3.15%, with most samples having oil saturation of less than 4%. The J1dn continental shale has great exploration potential with regard to shale oil. Type 1 shale oil is affected by multiscale fractures, including bedding fractures, and has the best mobility. The high hydrocarbon generation capacity of lacustrine shale, coupled with the multiscale fractures within shell limestone and shale, is the principal controlling factor for hydrocarbon enrichment. The Ediacaran Dengying Formation fourth member in Central Sichuan Basin is the deep dolomite gas reservoir with the largest natural gas reserves in China, providing an excellent example for understanding the effect of hydrothermal silicification on deep dolomite reservoir quality. By integrating petrology, geochemistry and physical property measurement, this study aims to reveal the genesis of different quartz phase and their corresponding diagenetic events, and to discuss the temporal relationship of diagenetic events and their effects on the quality of deep dolomite reservoir in Dengying fourth member. Three phases of quartz cement are identified in Ediacaran Dengying Formation deep dolomite reservoirs of Central Sichuan Basin as follows: (1) first‐stage quartz filled in primary reservoir spaces, (2) second‐stage quartz mainly filled in secondary reservoir spaces, and (3) third‐stage quartz filled in secondary reservoir spaces with Mississippi Valley‐Type minerals. By analysing petrographic and temporal relationships between these fabrics, it is suggested that the first‐stage quartz precipitated during the syndiagenetic stage, the second‐stage quartz precipitated during middle diagenetic stage, and the third‐stage quartz precipitated during middle diagenetic stage as well. Silicification during syndiagenetic stage is characterized by replacement of cryptocrystalline quartz and cementation of first‐stage quartz within matrix dolomite (MD). After syndiagenetic silicification, the mineral composition of the MD changed from magnesium calcium carbonate to silica, and the later constructive diagenetic alterations were almost ineffective. The distribution of syndiagenetic silicification during syndiagenetic stage gradually decreases from the platform‐interior to the platform‐margin. The second‐stage and third‐stage quartz cements, derived from two‐stage hydrothermal silicification in the middle stage, are both destructive for reservoir preservation. This study, combined with coeval vapour–liquid inclusions Th data and thermal‐burial models, constrains the time of the second‐stage quartz to ca. 403–408 Ma, suggesting an hydrothermal silicification related to the Caledonian movement. The pore‐throat structure and fluid mobility are the key factors of tight sandstone reservoir classification and evaluation. Taking the Jurassic Shaximiao Formation tight sandstone reservoir in Central Sichuan Basin as an example, 19 samples were analysed by casting thin sections, scanning electron microscopy, high‐pressure mercury injection and nuclear magnetic resonance to clarify the pore‐throat structure, the fluid motility and its controlling factors. The results show that the pore type of Shaximiao Formation tight sandstone reservoir consist of intergranular pores, dissolved pores and a few microfractures. Based on the feature of capillary pressure curve, the pore‐throat structure was classified into three types, corresponding to different movable fluid characteristics. The Type I has large pore and throat radius, good pore‐throat connectivity, small fractal dimension, weak reservoir heterogeneity and strong fluid motility. The distribution range of pore‐throat radius is mainly from 0.3 to 1.1 μm and the average movable fluid porosity (MFP) and movable fluid saturation (MFS) are 6.04% and 49.93%. The Type II has poor pore‐throat sorting, weak fluid motility and the distribution range of pore‐throat radius is 0.01–0.03 μm and 0.2–0.8 μm. The average MFP and MFS of Type II are 1.13% and 14.3%. The Type III has the smallest pore‐throat radius and the largest fractal dimension, corresponding to the most complex pore‐throat structure, which lead to the worst fluid mobility. The average MFP and MFS are 0.49% and 12.76%. The fluid mobility of the tight sandstone reservoir is affected by physical properties and pore‐throat structure. The reservoirs with large pore‐throat size, good connectivity between pore and throat, and low heterogeneity have higher MFP and saturation. Moreover, the mineral compositions have different effects on fluid mobility of the tight sandstone. This article concentrates upon the adaptive secure containment control problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear multi‐agent systems with the output constraint requirements under denial‐of‐service (DoS) attacks. At first, to overcome the difficulty that the tracking performance of the nonlinear multi‐agent systems under the DoS attacks is disturbed seriously, a novel adaptive secure containment control approach is presented by applying a DoS attacks detection mechanism and introducing the barrier Lyapunov functions, which enables the system to achieve the security control objective that the output of each agent eventually converges to the convex hull spanned by the dynamic leaders' outputs, while never violating the output constraints. Then, a state estimator is designed, which reconstructs the immeasurable states of the multi‐agent systems and approximates the completely unknown nonlinearities arising from the agents. In addition, the dynamic surface control technique is used to solve the "explosion of complexity" problem. It is demonstrated that the proposed anti‐attack controller ensures that all the signals of the closed‐loop system are semi‐globally uniformly ultimately bounded. The Xixiangchi Formation is a significant replacement stratum for natural gas production of deep marine carbonate in the Sichuan basin, which is mainly composed of grain shoal. Basic characteristics and corresponding major controlling factors of the Xixiangchi reservoir are of great importance for hydrocarbon exploration, but the diagenesis sequence and evolution of the reservoir are poorly understood because of their complexity. Based on core and thin-section observations, cathodoluminescence (CL), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and microbiologically induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) data, it is suggested that the Xixiangchi reservoir is comprised of medium crystalline dolostone and grain dolostone in the Central Sichuan basin, with an average porosity of 3.6% and 2.2%, respectively. The corresponding pore-throat type is an intercrystalline pore with a flaky throat and a dissolved intergranular pore with a necking throat. The majority porosity ranges from 2% to 4% (with a distribution frequency of 64.9%), but the permeability distribution is relatively scattered (with a distribution frequency between 10% and 30%). The capillary pressure curve of medium crystalline dolostone is characterized by coarse skewness, relatively flat plateaus, low displacement pressures, and high mercury saturation at relatively low injection pressures. The capillary pressure curve of grain dolostone is characterized by fine skewness, which exhibits relatively poor connectivity and a small value of median pore radius. The deposition of intraplatform grain shoals determines the original property of the Xixiangchi Formation reservoirs. Destructive diagenesis, including compaction and multistage cementation, decreases the physical properties of the Xixiangchi reservoir. Based on comprehensive analyses of occurrence, petrological observation, pore structure and geochemistry, the different reservoir characteristics and reservoir evolutionary pathways between different oolitic shoal reservoir types of the Feixianguan Formation on the west side of the Kaijiang‐Liangping Trough have been studied. There exist three stages of high‐energy slope break belts in the Feixianguan period, the corresponding three stages of oolitic shoals gradually migrating in the direction of the trough. Three types of oolitic shoal reservoirs, namely, residual‐oolitic dolomite, mold‐oolitic dolomite and sparry oolitic limestone, were formed during sedimentary‐diagenetic evolution, the pore types being intergranular dissolved pore, mold pore (or intragranular dissolved pore) and residual intergranular pore, respectively. The petrology, physical properties and pore structure of the different types of oolitic shoal reservoirs are quite different. Residual‐oolitic dolomite reservoirs have the best quality, while sparry oolitic limestone reservoirs have the poorest. Combined with analyses of trace elements, rare earth elements and carbon‐oxygen isotopes, it is suggested that the formation of residual‐oolitic dolomite reservoirs is jointly controlled by penesaline seawater seepage‐reflux dolomitization and hydrothermal dolomitization. Mold‐pore oolitic dolomite reservoirs are controlled by penesaline seawater seepage‐reflux dolomitization and meteoric water solution. The burial dissolution of organic acid not only further improves the reservoir qualities of previously formed oolitic dolomite reservoirs, but also preserves residual intergranular pores in the sparry oolitic limestone reservoirs. The characteristics of non-connected pores of four Longmaxi shale samples from the southern Sichuan Basin of China were investigated from the studies of pore size distribution (PSD), pore volumes, pore types using helium pycnometry [gas injection porosimetry (GIP) and GRI (Gas Research Institute) method], nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), nuclear magnetic resonance cryoporometry (NMRc), and spontaneous water and oil imbibition experiments. GRI porosity on particle sizes less than 5 mm sample and a 2 MPa helium injection pressure provides information on the total porosity, including both non-connected and connected pores. GIP porosity using core plugs only measures connected pores which extend to the surface of the sample accessible by helium. So the difference between GRI and GIP porosities is used to estimate the volumes of non-connected pores. And the volumes of non-connected pores accounts for 17.5%–40.3% of the total pore volume. For NMRc test results, total pore volume increases with sample size decrease, and the great difference of pore volume with a pore diameter range from 5 nm to 31 nm between small cylinder sample and 0.15–0.075 mm crushed sample is caused by non-connected pores opened. With a decrease of length for cubic samples, the increase in volume and rate of oil imbibition is greater than that of water imbibition, indicating that the non-connected pores are considered to be mainly oil-wet. In addition, the percentage of non-connected pores has a good correlation with TOC (total organic carbon) content. Therefore, this evidence implies that non-connected pores are mainly within the organic matter. NMR tests at different drying temperatures and a NMRc experiment provide a quantitative classification of the shale pore system which indicates that the exploitable pore diameters are larger than 4.25 nm. So non-connected pores with a diameter of 5–31 nm could be effectively exploited if connected by fracturing. The more the non-connected pores are opened, the better the pore connectivity of shale reservoir will be, with a less possibility of water blocking. In the process of shale gas development, attention should be paid to the interaction between fracturing fluid and rock components in order to release more non-connected pores. Therefore, to increase shale gas extraction efficiency, more effort should be directed towards identifying natural, and creating induced, porosity. • Non-connected pore fractions of the studied shale are obtained from complementary approaches. • The shale pore system was quantified using NMR and NMRc methods, with measurable pore diameters down to 4.25 nm. • Non-connected pores, which are mainly in organic matter, constitute 17–40% of total pore volume and have diameters of 5~31 nm. It is urgent for automated electric transportation vehicles in coal mines to have the ability of self-adaptive tracking target constant deceleration to ensure stable and safe braking effects in long underground roadways. However, the current braking control system of underground electric trackless rubber-tired vehicles (UETRVs) still adopts multi-level constant braking torque control, which cannot achieve target deceleration closed-loop control. To overcome the disadvantages of lower safety and comfort, and the non-precise stopping distance, this article describes the architecture and working principle of constant deceleration braking systems with an electro-mechanical braking actuator. Then, a deceleration closed-loop control algorithm based on fuzzy neural network PID is proposed and simulated in Matlab/Simulink. Finally, an actual brake control unit (BCU) is built and tested in a real industrial field setting. The test illustrates the feasibility of this constant deceleration control algorithm, which can achieve constant decelerations within a very short time and maintain a constant value of − 2.5   m / s 2 within a deviation of ± 0.1   m / s 2 , compared with the deviation of 0.11   m / s 2 of fuzzy PID and the deviation of 0.13   m / s 2 of classic PID. This BCU can provide electric and automated mine vehicles with active and smooth deceleration performance, which improves the level of electrification and automation for mine transport machinery. On the basis of the core description, thin sections, and geochemistry data, we characterized the Lower Silurian Longmaxi marine shale in the Changning area in the south Sichuan Basin. Ten lithofacies were identified in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi marine shale: (a) massive silty shale (Lithofacies A); (b) laminated siliceous calcareous shale (Lithofacies B); (c) calcareous shale (Lithofacies C); (d) silty dolomitic shale (Lithofacies D); (e) argillaceous siltstone (Lithofacies E); (f) siltstone (Lithofacies F); (g) laminated silty shale (Lithofacies G); (h) silty calcareous shale (Lithofacies H); (i) argillaceous lime shale (marl) (Lithofacies I); and (j) bentonite (Lithofacies J). Obvious heterogeneity occurred in different lithofacies in terms of mineralogy, total organic carbon (TOC) content, porosity, permeability, pore surface area, total pore volume, and total gas content. Among these lithofacies, Lithofacies B has the highest porosity (5.4%), pore surface area (12.79 m2/g), total pore volume (0.015 cc/g), TOC content (4.37%), total gas content (3.4 m3/ton), and relatively high brittle minerals, suggesting great shale gas potential. Lithofacies A, C, and D have a relatively high brittle minerals, porosity, pore surface area, total pore volume, TOC content, and total gas content, which means that these 3 lithofacies show relatively good potential for shale gas. The rest of the lithofacies have low brittle minerals content, porosity, pore surface area, total pore volume, TOC content, and total gas content, representing poor shale gas potential. When femtosecond laser pulses pass through a trapped polystyrene bead, water breakdown is induced even though the energy of laser pulse is much lower compared to the threshold value of breakdown when the femtosecond laser directly irradiates in water. In an optical tweezers system, the output signal of a photodiode quadrant detector and the temperature in a sample cell are two key factors for the quantitative measurements of mechanical properties of living biological objects such as cells, organelles and macro-molecules. In order to enhance the output of a quadrant detector and effectively control the temperature in a sample cell, the dependence of the temperature in the sample cell and the output of the quadrant detector for different illumination conditions are studied. The results show that appropriate illumination conditions can ensure both nearly constant temperatures in the cell and the desired output signal, which provides for the possibility of high precision and damage-free analysis of living biological objects. The direct measurement of the Mandel parameter of weak laser pulses, with 10 ns pulse duration time and the mean number of photon per pulse &nmacr; being approximately 0.1, is investigated by recording every photocount event. With the Hanbury Brown and Twiss detection scheme, and not more than one photon per pulse being detected during the sample time by single-photon counters, we have found that the single mode diode laser with driving current lower than the threshold yields a sub-Poissonian statistics. In addition, when the diode laser driving current is much higher than the threshold, it is validated that the Mandel parameter QC of the Poissonian coherent state is nearly -&nmacr;/2. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) shows promise in tumor treatment, particularly when combined with nanotechnology. This study examines the impact of deep learning, particularly the Cellpose algorithm, on the comprehension of cancer cell responses to PDT. The Cellpose algorithm enables robust morphological analysis of cancer cells, while logistic growth modelling predicts cellular behavior post-PDT. Rigorous model validation ensures the accuracy of the findings. Cellpose demonstrates significant morphological changes after PDT, affecting cellular proliferation and survival. The reliability of the findings is confirmed by model validation. This deep learning tool enhances our understanding of cancer cell dynamics after PDT. Advanced analytical techniques, such as morphological analysis and growth modeling, provide insights into the effects of PDT on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, which could potentially improve cancer treatment efficacy. A nondestructive and noncontact method to trap and manipulate a microparticle in solution is proposed by utilizing femtosecond laser-induced nonlinear phenomena. A 90 μm diameter polystyrene bead in solution was trapped and manipulated by scanning femtosecond laser pulses around it, which was ascribed to shockwave, cavitation bubble, and jet flow. The maximum mechanical force exerted by laser irradiation was estimated to be over 1 μN. Sedimentary environment can be restored qualitatively or semi-qualitatively by using elements or element combinations that are sensitive to paleoenvironment conditions. By measuring the major elements, trace elements and rare earth elements of 23 shale samples collected from coring wells in the Central Nanpanjiang Basin, we discussed the paleoenvironment conditions, including paleo-water depth, redox conditions, paleoclimate and provenance. La and Co contents indicate that the paleo-water depth in the Central Nanpanjiang Basin gradually deepened during the Late Permian. The ratios of U/Th, Uau, V/Cr, Ni/Co and V/Sc suggest that the Central Nanpanjiang Basin was in an oxic condition in the Late Permian, which was stable during the Permian Longtan and Dalong depositional periods. C-value (Climate index value) and binary diagrams of Sr/Cu and Ga/Rb show that the Central Nanpanjiang Basin was characterized by a warm and arid climate during the depositional of the Permian Longtan Formation, a warm and humid climate in the lower part of the Dalong Formation, and a warm and arid climate again in the upper part of the Dalong Formation. The chemical index of alteration (CIA), plagioclase index of alteration (PIA), index of chemical variability (ICV), and Th/U and K/Rb values can indicate the geological tectonic settings of source regions. From the Longtan period to the Dalong period, the small CIA amplitude and relatively stable ICV indicate that chemical weathering in the source area was constantly slighty weak. However, Th/U increased significantly but PIA increased slightly in the lower Dalong Formation, indicating an obvious climate change in the early deposition of the Dalong Formation. In addition, the geochemical discrimination calculation and plots show that the provenance of the studied shales was related to felsic volcanic rocks and the tectonic settings of the Upper Permian shale source areas in the Central Nanpanjiang Basin were mainly oceanic island arc and continental arc. Organic-rich continental shale, widespread in the Sichuan Basin during the deposition of the Jurassic Dongyuemiao Member (J1d), is considered the next shale hydrocarbon exploration target in southern China. To identify a shale gas sweetspot and reduce exploration risk, it is of great significance to determine the organic matter (OM) enrichment mechanism of J1d shale. In this study, based on sedimentological characteristics and organic matter content, high-resolution major and trace elements were systematically analyzed to demonstrate terrigenous influx, paleoredox, paleosalinity, paleoproductivity, and paleoclimate. The 1st section interval of the J1d 1st submember is dominated by shallow lake subfacies, while the other intervals have the characteristic of semideep to deep lake subfacies. The 1st submember interval of J1d lacustrine shale is characterized by the warmest-humid paleoclimate, strongest weathering degree, highest terrigenous input, moderate paleoproductivity, and paleoredox condition. Within the Dongyuemiao 1st submember, the 4th section interval has the highest paleoproductivity and the most oxygen-deficient condition in bottom water. During the deposition period of the 2nd submember, the sedimentary environment turned to a cold-dry paleoclimate, weak weathering degree, low terrigenous input, low paleosalinity, and high paleoproductivity. Under the background of semideep and deep lake, the terrigenous OM input plays the most critical role in controlling OM enrichment. Moreover, the high primary productivity of lake surface water and the suboxic condition of lake bottom water contribute to the formation of relatively higher TOC lacustrine shale interval in the 4th section of 1st submember. Hydrothermal mineral assemblages and related hydrothermally enhanced fracturing are common in the Precambrian Dengying Formation of Central Sichuan Basin. Petrographic and geochemical analyses of core samples show that the hydrothermal dolomite reservoirs of Dengying Formation consist of four main types of pores in the reservoir facies. These include: 1) hydrothermal dissolution vug (or pore), 2) intercrystalline pore, 3) residual inter‐breccia vug (or pore), and 4) enlarged dissolved‐fracture. There are three different fabrics dolomite in hydrothermal dolomite reservoirs, namely, saddle dolomite, fine‐medium dolomite and micritic dolomite. Micritic dolomite is the original lithology of host rock. Saddle dolomite with curved or irregular crystal faces was directly crystallized from hydrothermal fluids (average temperature 192°C). Fine‐medium dolomites are the products of recrystallization of micritic dolomite, resulting in abnormal geochemical characteristics, such as slight depletion of δ18O, significant enrichment of Mn‐Fe and 87Sr/86Sr, and positive Eu anomaly. A model for the distribution of various hydrothermal dolomite reservoir facies is proposed here, which incorporates three fundamental geological controls: 1) extensional tectonics and tectono‐hydrothermal events (i.e., the Xingkai Taphrogenesis of Late Sinian‐Early Cambrian, and Emei Taphrogenesis of Late Permian), 2) hydrothermal fluid storage in clastic rocks with large thickness (e.g., Nanhua System of Chengjiang Formation and part of Doushantuo Formation), and 3) confining bed for hydrothermal fluids (such as, the shale in Qiongzhusi Formation). The supply of hydrothermal fluid is critical. Large basement‐rooted faults and associated grid‐like fracture system may function as the channels for upward migration of hydrothermal fluid flow. The intersection of the above‐mentioned faults (including the conversion fault), especially transtensional sags above negative flower structures on wrench faults can serve as a key target for future hydrocarbon exploration. In this work, we explore the possibility of employing big data in recommendation systems. We have proposed a simple recommendation system framework BDRSF (Big Data Recommendation System Framework), which is based on big data with social context theories and has abilities in obtaining the Recommender based on the idea of supervised learning through big data training. Its main idea can be divided into three parts: (1) reduce the scale of the current recommendation problems according to the essence of recommending; (2) design a rational Recommender and propose a novel supervised learning algorithm to get it; (3) utilize the Recommender to deal with the later recommendation problems. Experimental results show that BDRSF outperforms conventional recommendation systems, which clearly indicates the effectiveness and efficiency of big data with social context in personalized recommendation. To lay a foundation for alleviating the influence of mining shaft deformation (MSD) on the guide rail (GR) and monitoring the shaft deformation state, this paper studies the deformation law and mechanism of the guide rail under the MSD. Firstly, a spring is used to simplify the interaction between the shaft lining and surrounding rock soil mass (SRSM) under MSD, and its stiffness coefficient is deduced by the elastic subgrade reaction method. Secondly, a simplified finite element model is established based on spring element, the stiffness coefficient is calculated by the derivation formula, and its effectiveness is verified. Finally, the deformation law and mechanism of GR are analyzed under different types and degrees of MSD, and the deformation characteristics are studied under the disconnection between the shaft, bunton and guide rail. The results show that the established finite element model can better simulate the interaction between the shaft lining and SRSM, and the calculation efficiency is greatly improved. The guide rail deformation (GRD) has a strong ability to characterize MSD and owns the distinctive feature corresponding to different types and degrees of MSD and the connection state. This research can provide reference and guidance for the shaft deformation monitoring and the maintenance and installation of the GR, and also lays a groundwork for studying operation characteristic of hoisting conveyance under MSD. Self-piercing riveted (SPR) joints in automobiles inevitably suffer from corrosion damage and performance reduction. In this work, the influence of salt spray corrosion on the mechanical properties of TA1-Al5052 alloy SPR joints was studied. The TA1-5052 SPR joints were prepared and salt spray tests were carried out for different durations. The static and fatigue strengths of the joints after salt spray corrosion were tested to analyze the effect of salt spray duration on the performance of the joints. The results show that the joints' static strength and fatigue strength decrease with prolonged salt spray time. The salt spray duration affects the joint's tensile failure mode. The tensile failure without corrosion and with a short salt spray time is the fracture failure of the lower aluminum sheet, and the tensile failure of the joints after a long time of salt spray corrosion is the failure of the rivets. The fatigue failure form of the SPR joint is the formation of fatigue cracks in the lower aluminum sheet, and salt spray time has little effect on the fatigue failure form. Salt spray corrosion can promote the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks. The fatigue crack initiation area is located at the boundary between the lower aluminum sheet and the rivet leg. Currently, there are no suitable means to measure the composite vibration response of mine hoisting rope. However, machine vision-based measurement technology is a potential way to solve this problem. Therefore, a non-contact and non-intrusive stereovision method is proposed to obtain the 2D vibration displacement of a moving hoisting rope. In this methodology, a novel 3D digital image correlation (DIC) method that combines digital image processing (DIP) algorithm with 2D-DIC algorithm is developed, and the method can simplify the procedure of rope target stereo matching in two synchronous image sequences. In order to confirm the correctness of the stereovision method, some free vibration responses of a rope are measured in a hoist experimental system. Test results demonstrate that the stereovision measurement technique can keep satisfactory consistency with the laser displacement sensor for vibration data identification. [Display omitted] Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) encompasses a spectrum of pathologies, ranging from steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The factors promoting the progression of steatosis to NASH are still unclear. Recent studies suggest that mitochondrial lipid composition is critical in NASH development. Here, we showed that CDP-DAG synthase 2 (Cds2) was downregulated in genetic or diet-induced NAFLD mouse models. Liver-specific deficiency of Cds2 provoked hepatic steatosis, inflammation and fibrosis in five-week-old mice. CDS2 is enriched in mitochondria-associated membranes (MAMs), and hepatic Cds2 deficiency impaired mitochondrial function and decreased mitochondrial PE levels. Overexpression of phosphatidylserine decarboxylase (PISD) alleviated the NASH-like phenotype in Cds2f/f;AlbCre mice and abnormal mitochondrial morphology and function caused by CDS2 deficiency in hepatocytes. Additionally, dietary supplementation with an agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα) attenuated mitochondrial defects and ameliorated the NASH-like phenotype in Cds2f/f;AlbCre mice. Proactive fault management is an important problem in many areas of data management, including cloud computing, big data, vision, machine learning and especially for the cross-domain research of distributed computing and AI (Artificial Intelligence). Unfortunately, most real-world online failure prediction is facing the problem that the used data are difficult to label although the failure prediction should be a supervised learning problem. We observe that, in many cases, the large-scale unlabeled data can be classified through feature extraction and clustering for available prediction, and thus ideas from their combination can be brought to bear. Based on this, we have proposed an online failure prediction framework approach UDFP (Unlabeled Data based online Failure Prediction). It introduces the clustering analysis method based on the combination of the KNN (k-nearest neighbor) and the modularity idea to achieve prediction modeling. It is shown analytically that UDFP can mitigate a supervised learning problem for failure prediction in our situation to some extent. As evolutionarily conserved organelles, lipid droplets (LDs) carry out numerous functions and have various subcellular localizations in different cell types and species. In avian cone cells, there is a single apically localized LD. We demonstrated that CIDEA (cell death inducing DFFA like effector a) and microtubules promote the formation of the single LD in chicken cone cells. Centrins, which are well-known centriole proteins, target to the cone cell LD via their C-terminal calcium-binding domains. Centrins localize on cone cell LDs with the help of SPDL1-L (spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1-L), a previously uncharacterized isoform of the kinetochore-associated dynein adaptor SPDL1. The loss of CETN3 or overexpression of a truncated CETN1 abrogates the apical localization of the cone cell LD. Simulation analysis showed that multiple LDs or a single mispositioned LD reduces the light sensitivity. Collectively, our findings identify a role of centrins in the regulation of cone cell LD localization, which is important for the light sensitivity of cone cells. Multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's disease (AD), and other neurodegenerative diseases of central nervous system (CNS) disorders are serious human health problems. Rho-kinase (ROCK) is emerging as a potentially important therapeutic target relevant to inflammatory neurodegeneration diseases. This is supported by studies showing the beneficial effects of fasudil, a ROCK inhibitor, in inflammatory neurodegeneration diseases. MS is an autoimmune disease resulting from inflammation and demyelination in the white matter of the CNS. It has been postulated that activation of Rho/ROCK causes neuropathological changes accompanied with related clinical symptoms, which are improved by treatment with ROCK inhibitors. Therefore, inhibition of abnormal activation of the Rho/ROCK signaling pathway appears to be a new mechanism for treating CNS diseases. In this review, we extensively discussed the role of ROCK inhibitors, summarized the efficacy of fasudil in the MS conventional animal model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), both in vivo and in vitro, and highlighted the mechanism involved. Overall, the findings collected in this review support the role of the ROCK signaling pathway in neurodegenerative diseases. This investigation was primarily to establish assessment criteria for axial fluctuations of head sheaves in a multi-rope friction mine hoist. Large axial fluctuating displacements of head sheaves can excite intense transverse vibrations in inclined ropes, which can result in dangerous collision between two adjacent ropes. A coupled dynamic model was established and then validated by experimental tests and numerical simulations. In this case, it can be concluded that double rotational frequency of head sheave is the primary excitation frequency and rope tension can change the resonance frequency range. Finally, to avoid large transverse displacements of inclined ropes in a multi-rope friction hoist, based on response–excitation displacement curves, assessment criteria for axial fluctuating displacements of head sheaves were established. To lay the foundation for monitoring the mine vertical shaft deformation and mitigating its influence on the guide rail, this paper studies the deformation law of the guide rail and its interaction mechanism with the shaft under non-mining action. Firstly, the correction coefficient is introduced into the settlement equation, and its compression modulus is inverted by the particle swarm optimization (PSO). Secondly, the relationship between the elastoplastic interface of the vertical additional force (VAF) and the bottom aquifer (BA) water head is deduced, and then its distribution law varied with water head is obtained. Finally, a finite element model using spring elements to simplify the interaction between the shaft and surrounding rock-soil body is established to analyze the shaft deformation law, its interaction mechanism with the guide rail, and the guide rail deformation rule in different connection states. It can be obtained from the analysis results that using the improved settlement equation as the PSO objective function weakens the influence of compressive modulus with the change of soil settlement, and enhances the calculation precision on the BA settlement, so that the deduced relationship between the bottom aquifer water head and the elastoplastic interface of the VAF is consistent with the actual soil settlement and deformation laws. The spring element can effectively simulate the interaction between the shaft and rock-soil body, which makes the action mechanism between them to consistent with the actual situation. Owing to the vertical compression deformation of the shaft, the force direction on the guide rail subjected to the shaft varies with the position, which bears the vertical upward force in the upper section, the vertical downward force in the middle section and the vertical upward force in the lower section. There are obvious differences in the deformation laws of the guide rail corresponding to different connection states, disconnected positions and non-mining shaft deformation, which exist a certain regularity corresponding their respective states. The guide rail mainly produces the fluctuating deformation along the bunton direction, and its amplitude and range increase with the non-mining shaft deformation. All in all, the guide rail deformation can reflect the state of itself, the shaft and the connection between them, which can provide reference and guidance for the monitoring of the shaft deformation and the safety of the mine hoisting system. Materials possessing high two photon absorption (TPA) are highly desirable for a range of fields, such as three-dimensional data storage, TP microscopy (TPM) and photodynamic therapy (PDT). Specifically, for TPM, high TP excitation (TPE) brightness (σ × ϕ, where σ is TPA cross-sections and ϕ is fluorescence quantum yield), excellent photostability and minimal cytotoxicity are highly desirable. However, when TPA materials are transferred to aqueous media through molecule engineering or nanoparticle formulation, they usually suffer from the severely decrease of quantum yield (QY). Here, we report a convenient and efficient method for preparing polymer-encapsulated quantum dots (P-QD). Interestingly, the QY was considerably enhanced from original 0.33 (QDs in THF) to 0.84 (P-QD in water). This dramatic enhancement in QY is mainly from the efficiently blocking nonradiative decay pathway from the surface trap states, according to the fluorescence decay lifetimes analysis. The P-QD exhibits extremely high brightness (σ × ϕ up to 6.2 × 106 GM), high photostability, excellent colloidal stability and minimal cytotoxicity. High quality cellular TP imaging with high signal-to-background ratio (> 100) and tissue imaging with a penetration depth of 2200 μm have been achieved with P-QD as probe. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
