Use Geomagic Qualify software, take the distance between the measure point and the surface model as the main evaluation index, respectively evaluate the quality of the shoe last surface reconstructed by tradition surface modeling way and quickly surface modeling approach, through 3D comparison, 2D comparison and special point comparison, get the 3D deviation chart and the error percentage distribution list, through the analysis and comparison of the charts, the two ways of surface reconstruction method are in line with the requirements of the surface, select the appropriate method of surface reconstruction according to the different requirements of surface reconstruction quality, provide the reference basis to surface measurement and surface reconstruction of other models.

The key techniques of reverse engineering include data acquisition, data processing and model reconstruction.In this paper, with the automobile rearview mirror shell for example, scan the rearview mirror shell surface by laser scanner; then carries on the data processing to point cloud data(data processing include point cloud data registration, joining together and polygon stage processing). On the basis of data processing, fitting NURBS surface by Geomagic Studio software, thus completing surface reconstruction; Finally through the NC machining simulation, gets CNC programming, and to make the rearview mirror surface reconstruction and the numerical simulation.

It takes the mouse surface for example and introduces the general process of reverse engineering combining with the advantage of Pro/E and Mastercam,including using CMM for the data acquisition, using Pro/E for data preprocessing and model reconstruction, using Mastercam for processing the cavity and arranging actual processing on CNC with wax model to achieve the End-entity. Thereby, it provides a practical approach on reverse engineering for complicated product.

In traditional single-screw worktable system, the system is always subjected with torque because the driving force and force-bearing point of the workpiece always change with the processing path, so its performance may be affected. Therefore, the scheme of dual-screw worktable system is put forward and modal analysis with ANSYS Workbench is made by taking DVG850 high-speed vertical machining center worktable system for example. Then four alternatives of the machine are proposed based on the position of screw and guide.Through modal analysis of different parameters of the system, we ultimately select the dual-screw worktable system with highest performance (Screws place inside of the guide and horizontal distance of the two screws is 310mm.) as the optimalizing plan. This provides a reliable reference for further study on dynamic analysis of worktable system.

First of all, in the cutting parameters optimization, according to the different processing conditions, optimization variables selection is different, including production efficiency the objective function and the constraint conditions of the machine tool. And then using genetic algorithm to build a high-speed processing parameters optimization model. The mathematical model explores the best solution through the software Matlab, and gets the optimal combination between the parameters of each cutting; high speed machining cutting parameters provides the reference for the choice of the user. Through the optimization of the comparison of the before and after that, using genetic algorithm cutting parameters optimization, mach inability got obvious improvement, in order to ensure the quality of processing also achieve the maximization of the production efficiency.

Also machine can operate on slopes with good lubrication. This will undoubtedly make significant and effective contribution to a further development of more advanced congeneric product.

So the research on the drying section has attracted much attention at home and abroad. In view of the traditional steam dryer shortcomings, this paper first introduces two kinds of improvement measures —— the tubulator bar and the siphon which can improve the efficiency of the traditional steam dryer. With the development of the paper industry, domestic and international research on the new type of paper drying technology has achieved some success. Then, we analyse their working principle and characteristic, and conclude that multi-channel dryer has a broad research and application prospects.

To deflection yoke for example, completed digital design and assembly of the deflection yoke based on Top-down, and completed the NC processing by using numerical control machine tool

The finite element model of worktable system is created and modal analysis is made with ANSYS Workbench by taking DVG850 high-speed vertical machining center worktable system for example. We make modal analysis of single-screw strength general reinforcement worktable system and get the natural frequency and the vibration mode.Then in order to improve the system's natural frequency, the scheme of dual-screw worktable system is put forward. Also natural frequency and vibration mode is got. Finally, it is proved that the performance of dual-screw worktable system is significantly better than the single-screw one. This provides a reliable reference for further study on dynamic analysis of worktable system.

In this paper, it is analyzes process parameters’ influence on the chip deformation, tool life, machined surface quality and the stability of cutting systems in high speed machining. It provides important reference of the choice of cutting parameters for high-speed machining user.

In this paper, according to the principle of reverse engineering, first, we got experimental data by three coordinate measuring machines. Then carried on the data processing and surface reconstruction so as to complete the space surface mold design, final the numerical control simulation is performed in the software.

In order to meet high-speed machining center’s overall performance requirements, there are four different worktable structures established in SolidWorks, and they are carried out static analysis in ANSYS Workbench to calculate their static stiffness, so that find out the best structure. In meeting the worktable stiffness, the best structure is optimized in ANSYS Workbench, then the worktable’s quality reduces 8.43% in the original foundation and the cost also decreases, which is a basis for worktable’s dynamic performance analysis.

The main structure of DVG850 high-speed vertical machining center is instructed in the paper, the solid 3D model of the machine is established by SolidWorks, and then improted into ANSYS Workbench to do static and dynamic analysis. Firstly, the static analysis of high-speed vertical machining center is studied to get the deformation figures. From the analysis of the deformation figures, we can find the locations of weak static stiffness. Next, the modal analysis is studied and the order of natural frequencies we need are obtained. Through the analysis of the vibration modes of this machine tools, its relative weaker parts are pointed. Finally, The structure of the machine tools is improved according to the analysis results. The static and dynamic characteristics of the improved structure are apparently better than that of the original design. It makes a base for optimized design and remanufacturing. .

The aluminum alloy honeycomb structure used in the structural design of high-speed machine tool table to reduce the worktable’s quality, so that the inertial force generated from fast-moving reduced too. The new worktable and the original one both carried out static analysis and modal analysis by ANSYS Workbench respectively. From the result’s comparison, we can know that the new structure worktable’s static and dynamic performance are both better than the original one. The machine tool table’s machining accuracy has been raised.

DVG850 high-speed machining center worktable is taken as research object, in order to meet the overall performance requirements of the high-speed machining center, 3D model of worktable is established in SolidWorks. Static analysis and modal analysis are carried out in ANSYS Workbench, and then the worktable is optimized in topology optimization module of ANSYS Workbench. According with the analysis results, the worktable structure has improved. The improved worktable keeps the original’s static performance, and enhances the dynamic performance; however, its quality is lighter than original structure by 23.2 kg.
