High field intensity electromagnetic radiation effect test is difficult to simulate in large-scale space, and the existing bulk current injection (BCI) technology has a limited application of the nonlinear system test. Starting from the coupling mechanism of shielded wire, an analysis model about the response of the equipment under test (EUT) is built-in radiation and injection conditions. In addition, the equivalent corresponding relationship originates between the injected excitation source voltage and the radiation field intensity. The basis for obtaining the source of the injection excitation and performing extrapolation tests is found, and the test method of BCI replacing high field intensity electromagnetic radiation is developed. Subsequently, the passing-through load and communication station tests are performed to verify the theoretical derivation and the test method. As indicated from the research results, the BCI is capable of accurately replacing the high field electromagnetic radiation effect test of the EUT, and the maximum test error reaches 2.7 dB, capable of satisfying the actual needs of the project.

Hot bridge wire electroexplosive devices (EEDs) are widely used as starting elements in aerospace and other fields. Their thermal ignition process and safety testing technology have always been a focus of research. In this paper, we construct a temperature rise model for a hot bridge wire EED by using the law of conservation of energy, and the temperature response of the bridge wire and the reagent is obtained. According to the theoretical and numerical analysis, the sensitive criterion for a hot bridge wire EED is given, and the simulation process for the critical ignition current is designed. Based on this process, the law of the influence of the bridge wire and reagent parameters on the ignition of a hot bridge wire EED was studied. The research results show that a first derivative of the reagent temperature with respect to the radial distance of greater than zero is a sensitive criterion for the ignition of a hot bridge wire EED with high accuracy. Compared with traditional numerical methods, the proposed process makes the acquisition of the critical ignition current more precise and programmable due to the use of sensitive criteria. In addition, the following significant features are noted: the critical ignition current first increases as the square root of the bridge wire radius and then linearly; the square of the critical ignition current increases linearly with the activation energy of the reagent; there is rapid exponential decay of the critical ignition current with increasing reagent combustion heat; asymptotic values are present. In engineering use, it is possible to conveniently design the ignition characteristics of a hot bridge wire EED by changing the radius of the bridge wire. This study serves as a foundational work for the safety testing of hot bridge wire EEDs and can provide theoretical guidance for the safety testing, actual production and use of hot bridge wire EEDs.

To simplify the operation steps of bulk current injection (BCI) instead of high field radiation test and ensure the error is within the controllable range, the analysis and calculation model of the response of the equipment under test (EUT) has been established without a current probe under radiation condition and a current probe under injection condition. The engineeringly equivalent method of bulk current injection replacing high field intensity radiation test is proposed and verified by test. The research results show that the equivalent test error can be controlled within 1dB, which meets the actual requirements of the project.

In unshielded two-wire circuits of weapon systems, the equipment at both ends of the cable needs to be tested at the same time. The theoretical model of substituting double bulk current injection (DBCI) for high-intensity radiated field (HIRF) electromagnetic radiation is established, which aims to calculate the relationship between the injection excitation voltage source and the radiation field intensity. Additionally, the conditions required for linear extrapolation is clarified. Subsequently, the test method of using DBCI for the HIRF radiated susceptibility (RS) is proposed. Next, the verification of the CST studio and the pass-through load test are performed. All results shows that the test method can avoid the influence of the impedance parameters of the two equipment at both ends, which can be applied to nonlinear terminals for the HIRF RS test.

A homogeneous C60 tri-diethyl malonate membrane was fabricated by a facile electro-spinning method. Comprehensive characterizations of its assembling structure, such as SEM, TEM, TGA, UV-vis, and FTIR, were carried out. Different fullerene derivatives show different assembling characters during the electrospining process. Notably, C60 tri-diethyl malonate with close-knite structures can form a stable structure after removing the assistant polymer of PVP. The antibacterial experiments of C60 tri-diethyl malonate membrane were performed, and the results revealed that this membrane owns excellent antibacterial activity.
