With the continuous development and maturity of artificial intelligence, its application in many industries has gradually deepened, which has caused many ethical problems. This paper analyses the engineering ethical dilemma in the development of artificial intelligence from the aspects of intelligent robots, self-driving technology, killer robots and public information security, and further explores the causes of related problems. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, including strengthening the supervision of artificial intelligence technology and products, enhancing the moral responsibility of scientists and engineers, strengthening international cooperation and building a human-machine fate community. The analysis of ethical problems and Countermeasures in artificial intelligence technology will help to solve the dilemma faced by AI technology in the development process to a certain extent.

Based on literature review, firstly, the work analyzed the necessity and main features of venture capital promoting green innovation of entity industry. Greenization of venture capital was the key to promote green innovation of entity industry. Secondly, the mechanism that venture capital promoted green innovation of entity industry was analyzed through model construction. The results showed that construction of ecological civilization as well as market competition and regulations were preconditions of transforming ordinary venture capital into green venture capital; they were also the precondition of venture capital promoting green innovation of entity industry. Thirdly, theoretical and empirical studies were conducted on effects of venture capital for green innovation of entity industry. Recommendations were proposed for venture capital to promote green innovation of entity industry. Empirical studies showed that venture capital could more effectively enhance the green innovation capacity of Chinese entity industry than bank loans. To exert the role of venture capital in green innovation of entity industry, the development of venture capital should be accelerated in a larger scale. Meanwhile, Chinese venture capital industry should be promoted for green transformation, thus more venture capital can be transformed into green venture capital.

In directional well, horizontal well and extended reach well, there is a common problem that cuttings bed is easy to form in the process of drilling in highly deviated section. To solve this problem, an Effective Hydro Clean Drill Pipe (EHCDP) is designed, and the flow characteristics of the annular flow field under the action of EHCDP are analyzed by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation technology. On this basis, the key structural parameters affecting the swirl characteristics of EHCDP are studied. The results show that when the number of spiral grooves is 3, the axial and tangential velocities of annular fluid in spiral groove section will be greater, which is conducive to carrying and removing cuttings. Compared with the inclination angle of spiral groove with 1000 mm lead, that of spiral groove with 500 mm lead is larger, which has more obvious stirring effect on flow field, and the effect of cuttings removal is better. In addition, the spiral groove with 90 degree groove angle is more conducive to cuttings removal than the spiral groove with 30 degree groove angle. The results can provide a basis for the selection and optimization of structural parameters of spiral groove.
