In this research, we synthesized oxazine and thiazine derivatives (3-6). These derivatives of chacone compounds (1 and 2) that synthesized from 4- hydroxyacetophenone and aldehyde derivatives such as, 4-bromobenzaldehyde and 4- chlorobenzaldehyde. These derivatives of chalcone (1-2) reacted with urea to produce oxazine derivatives as 4-[4-amino-6-(4-subsutitedphenyl)-2H-1,3-oxazin-2-yl] phenol (3 and 4) and thiourea to produce 4-[4-amino-6-(4-subsutitedphenyl)-2H-1,3-thiazin-2-yl] phenol (5 and 6). These derivatives were characterization by spectroscopy methods such as, FTIR and 1HNMR. Some compounds (3 and 5) that synthesized tested as Pesticides (anti-dubas) through the spray method and these derivatives killed Dubas and we noted the compound 5 was more active from compound 3 because compound 5 have been S atom in his structure that bonded in active group in dubas by effect on Cholinesterase enzyme in the insect.

One-third of the total waste generated in the world is construction and demolition waste. Reducing the life cycle of building materials includes increasing their recycling and reuse by using recycled aggregates. By preventing, the need to open new aggregate quarries and reducing the amount of construction waste dumped into landfills, the use of recycled concrete aggregate in drum compacted concrete protects the environment. Four samples of PRCC were prepared for testing (compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, density, water absorption, porosity) as the reference mix and (10, 15, and 20%) of fine recycled concrete aggregate as a partial replacement for fine natural aggregate by volume. The mix is designed according to (ACI 327-15) with the specified cylinder compressive strength (28 MPa). The results showed a decrease in mechanical properties with an increase in partial replacement compared to the reference mixture and an increase in water absorption and porosity at 28 days. This is because old cement mortar on the surfaces of fine recycled concrete aggregates leads to higher porosity and water absorption than fine natural aggregates. At 90 days, results improved slightly. This is due to the non-aqueous cement in the recycled fine concrete aggregate.

Otitis media with effusion (OME) is a type of otitis media (OM) characterized by the presence of fluid behind intact tympanic membrane and is one of the most common diseases of early childhood. It is an infectious disease associated with the presence of many pathogenic bacteria in the middle ear of affected individuals. This study was aimed to determine the prevalence of Gram-positive bacteria from the middle ear of OME patients in the population of Southern Punjab, Pakistan. The incidence of OME under comprehensive healthcare setting was investigated in patients who consulted at the department of ear, throat and nose, Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH), Bahawalpur, from December, 2019 to May, 2021. Ear swabs were taken from affected and normal individuals. After culturing bacteria from the ear swabs, microscopic analysis and biochemical tests were performed to characterize the cultured Gram-positive bacteria. Out of 352 patients examined, 109 (30.9%) patients had OME. Age of the participants ranged from 14 to 50 years; individuals between the ages of 14 and 22 years had the highest infection rates, while individuals between 40 and 50 years had the lowest rate of infection. Tympanic membrane perforation, fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain and hearing problem showed association with symptoms of OME. Microscopic analysis and biochemical characterization showed the presence of streptococci and staphylococci in all the studied samples. The most frequently isolated bacteria were Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, and Staphylococcus aureus with percentage of 53.3%, 20% and 13.3% respectively. Enterococcus faecalis (6.6%) and Staphylococcus epidermidis (6.6%) were also identified in the studied samples. This study will help in the better medical administration of OME affected individuals. Resumo A otite média com efusão (OME) é um tipo de otite média (OM) caracterizada pela presença de líquido atrás da membrana timpânica intacta e é uma das doenças mais comuns durante a primeira infância. Trata-se de uma doença infecciosa associada à presença de muitas bactérias patogênicas na orelha média dos indivíduos afetados. Este estudo teve como objetivo determinar a prevalência de bactérias Gram-positivas do ouvido médio de pacientes com OME na população do sul de Punjab, Paquistão. A incidência de OME em ambiente de saúde abrangente foi investigada em pacientes que consultaram no departamento de ouvido, garganta e nariz, Hospital Bahawal Victoria (BVH), Bahawalpur, de dezembro de 2019 a maio de 2021. Cotonetes de orelha foram coletados de indivíduos afetados e normais. Após a cultura das bactérias dos swabs auriculares, análises microscópicas e testes bioquímicos foram realizados para caracterizar as bactérias Gram-positivas cultivadas. Dos 352 pacientes examinados, 109 (30,9%) apresentavam OME. A idade dos participantes variou de 14 a 50 anos; indivíduos entre 14 e 22 anos apresentaram as maiores taxas de infecção, enquanto indivíduos entre 40 e 50 anos apresentaram as menores taxas de infecção. Perfuração da membrana timpânica, febre, tosse, dor de garganta, dor de ouvido e problema de audição apresentaram associação com sintomas de OME. A análise microscópica e a caracterização bioquímica mostraram a presença de estreptococos e estafilococos em todas as amostras estudadas. As bactérias isoladas com maior frequência foram Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes e Staphylococcus aureus com percentuais de 53,3%, 20% e 13,3%, respectivamente. Enterococcus faecalis (6,6%) e Staphylococcus epidermidis (6,6%) também foram identificados nas amostras estudadas. Este estudo ajudará na melhor administração médica de indivíduos afetados por OME.

Severe and moderate osteoporosis is a common disease in the world. It is considered a silent disease that has no clear signs. The current study aimed to evaluate the correlation between Parathyroid Hormone-related Protein (PTHrP) with Vitamin D Bind protein(VDBP) in Osteoporosis and Osteopenia patients in AL-Najaf city /Iraq. To succeed in the desired goal, 100 patients (50 with Osteopenia and 50 with Osteoporosis) participated in this study, on the other hand, fifty healthy individuals were selected as a control group. Serum Parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP), Parathyroid hormone (PTH), Vitamin D Bind protein (VDBP) and Vitamin D were evaluated using the Elisa technique. The study was unique in proving a Positive correlation between parathyroid hormone-related protein and Vitamin D Bind protein in Osteoporosis and Osteopenia patients. inverse correlation between parathyroid hormone and T-score. In addition, the results indicated that there was a significant decrease in the levels of Parathyroid hormone (PTH), Parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP), Vitamin D and Vitamin D Bind protein (VDBP) in patients compared to the control group.

In this paper, ZnO NPs were prepared using D.C high-voltage and high frequency with an output of 6 kHz at two different preparation times preparation (10,12) minutes. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with (FE-SEM) was used to examine the homogenous, compact, and dense surface of the zinc oxide nanoparticles created with apparent grain size determined by (XRD), XRD results explain that the increase of the preparation time from 10 minutes to 12-minute caused an increase in crystallite size. In addition, FE-SEM showed that the increase in the ZnO NPs cluster distribution with particle size increases with increasing the preparation time. AFM was also utilized to determine the degree of cooperation between the surfaces of the zinc oxide nanoparticles, with having a high degree of stability by zeta potential -13.3±1.8mV at 12 minutes.

The presence of construction wastes such as clay bricks, glass, wood, plastic, and others in large quantities causes serious environmental problems in the world. Where these wastes can be used to preserve the natural resources used in construction and reduce the impact of this problem on the environment, it also works to reduce the problem of high loads of concrete blocks. Clay bricks aggregate (AB) can be recycled as coarse aggregate and replaced with volumetric proportions of coarse aggregate by ( 5% and 10%), as well as the use of clay brick powder (PB) by replacing its weight of cement (5% and 10%) and reduced in the manufacture of concrete blocks (blocks). Four mixtures will be prepared and tested to learn how to reuse the brick coarse aggregate ACB and PB powder brick as substitute materials for producing concrete blocks, use the water spray method to treat concrete building blocks (blocks) and check the Dimensions and compressive strength, and absorption.

GPS was originally intended for military usage, but in the 1980s, the US Department of Defense made it available for civilian use. The scientific applications of GPS in the military, community, and commercial sectors are expanding on a regular basis. Agriculture, construction, mining, measurement, package delivery, and logistical supply chain management all benefit from GPS technology. Precision GPS time synchronization is critical for big networks, navigation, finance systems, financial markets, and power grids. Wireless services are impossible to imagine without them. In this paper, we will go over the key aspects of GPS technology as well as a discussion of the systems that use it.

The using of recycled aggregates from construction and demolition waste (CDW) can preserve natural aggregate resources, reduce the demand for landfill, and contribute to a sustainable built environment. Concrete demolition waste has been proven to be an excellent source of aggregates for new concrete production. At a technical, economic, and environmental level, roller compacted concrete (RCC) applications benefit various civil construction projects. Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) is a homogenous mixture that is best described as a zero-slump concrete placed with compacting equipment, uses in storage areas, dams, and most often as a basis for rigid pavements. The mix must be sufficiently dry to support the weight of vibratory machinery while still being sufficiently moist to enough paste binder dispersion throughout the mass for efficient compaction. Limited studies into the use of RCC with fine recycled aggregate not from pavements are figured. This study aims to see how well-recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) perform in RCC mixtures. Also how well waste concrete could be used as a fine and coarse aggregate substitute in roller-compacted concrete pavement mixes, to create a good concrete mix in both wet and firm phases. The test results of mechanical properties showed 10% RCA is similar to those in the reference mix in the compressive strength, a 100% RCA ratio reduces compressive strength by almost 30%. Comparing Reference mix and Recycled concrete by 30% replacement, the compressive strength drops by just 6% when the RCA ratio is 30%.

The ability to produce load-bearing masonry units adopting ACI 211.1 mix design using (1:3.2:2.5) as (cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) with slump range (25-50mm) which can conform (dimension, absorption, and compressive strength) within IQS 1077/1987 requirements type A was our main goal of the study. The ability to use low cement content (300 kg/m3) to handle our market price products since the most consumption in wall construction for low-cost buildings was encouraging. The use of (10 and 20%) of LECA as partial volume replacement of coarse aggregate to reduce the huge weight of masonry blocks can also be recommended. The types of production of the load-bearing masonry units were A and B for (10 and 20%), respectively. Finally, the use of the spray curing method was the more suitable simulation of reality and easier for factory producers, taking into consideration that the increasing curing time from 14 days (recommended in IQS 1077/1987) to 28 days may be led to conversation masonry type from B to A as in R20%-300.

Video anomaly detection in smart cities is a critical errand in computer vision that plays an imperative role in intelligent surveillance and public security but is challenging due to its differing, complex, and rare event in real-time surveillance situations. Different deep learning models utilize a critical amount of training data without generalization capabilities and with long time complexity. In this work, and to overcome these problems, an algorithm for reducing the size of the extracted features have been suggested, and this was done by combining every 15 video frames to generate the new features vectors which will be fed into our classifier model, the values of new features vectors represent the summation of the values of original features vectors got from Resnet50. Finally, the new feature vectors are fed into our classifier model to detect the abnormality. We conducted comprehensive tests on a variety of anomaly detection benchmark datasets to verify the proposed framework's functionality in complex surveillance scenarios. The Numerical results were carried out on the UCF-Crime dataset, with the proposed approach achieving Area Under Curve (AUC) scores of 93.61% on the database's test set.

The necessity for stable DC voltage in both removable and non-removable systems has been considerably desired recently. These systems have to be implemented efficiently in order to be responding rapidly based voltage variations. Under this act, the efficient power can extend the lifetime of the employed batteries in such systems. The presented efficiency can be realized with respect to buck and boost components that were implemented to generate what is called positive Buck-Boost converter circuits. The main functions of the positive Buck-Boost converter are identified by announcing the unchanged situation of output voltage polarity and indicating the level of the voltage rationally between the input and the output. It is worth mention, the positive Buck-Boost converter circuit was simulated based Proteus software, and the hardware components were connected in reality. Finally, the microcontroller type that employed in the proposed system is PIC_16F877A, which realizes the input voltage sensitively to generate Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals in order to feed the employed MOSFET element.

This study aims to prepare cadmium sulfide nanoparticles in two methods, which are the chemical method and the biological method using two types of extracts, green tea, and starch. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by various techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX). The synthesis of crystalline CdS nanoparticles was confirmed by various analytical techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the pattern reveals cubic and hexagonal structures. The average crystal size for the methods respectively is 11.5, 15.9, and 5.67 nm, which have a spherical shape for nanoparticles CdS by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The peaks of cadmium and sulfur emerged in the assay (EDX). The energy gap of the CdS has increased than the energy gap of the bulk CdS, the results were 2.63, 2.88, and 3.06 eV, respectively. This is an evidence of obtaining a nano-material for CDS by these two methods.

The computational complexity of Machine Learning is a mathematical study of the possibilities for efficient learning by computers which is the determination of looking for the best methods to solve a problem. The accuracy of a regression model's predictions must be reported as an error. According to the researchers, the most problematic issue is the lack of a properly defined machine learning assessment. In this research, Various types of machine learning regression algorithms, namely, Linear Regression, Support Vector Regression, Random Forest Regression, and Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network have been used to process and analyze the collected data in terms of comparison of their accuracy and the computational complexity. The applied dataset was collected using IoT sensors seeking an appropriate algorithm that is the fittest to the collected data to design a model system that represents the goal of specific future applications. The result shows that the Random Forest regression has the highest computational complexity and highest accuracy depending on the calculated error metrics (Mean Square Error, Mean Absolute Error, and R Squared score) which are (0.0002, 0.005, and 0.995) respectively. Based on that, Random Forest Regression will be adapted and implemented with the structure of a planned design system.

Objective: This research was performed to assess the quality of different marketed tablets having mefenamic acid (500 mg). The selected tablets are produced by numerous companies and presented in the Iraqi pharmaceutical marketplace. Methods: Different batches of mefenamic acid conventional tablets were exposed for several tests of quality control. These evaluation tests include hardness, weight variation, friability, disintegration time, drug content, and drug dissolution profile. The properties of these quality tests were made conferring to the specification of USP-pharmacopeia. Results: The data of this study indicate that each tablet of mefenamic acid batches conformed to the requirement of USP pharmacopeia, the hardness was (6.87-8.06 Kg/cm2), and the drug content results were (90.666-99.214%) within USP limitation. The data of disintegration time and weight uniformity were agreeable with pharmacopeia and the in vitro release assay showed that the release of each mefenamic acid marketed tablet was highest than (80 %) in 45 min, which reproducing compliance with the USP pharmacopeia's limitation. Conclusion: From this study, it was proved that all of the marketed brands of mefenamic acid tablets meet the standard character in the USP pharmacopeia for in vitro quality control tests.

One of the artificial lightweight aggregates with a wide range of applications is Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate. Clay is utilized in the production of light aggregates. Using leftover clay from significant infrastructure development projects to manufacture lightweight aggregates has a favorable environmental impact. This research examines the expanded clay aggregate production process and the impact of processing parameters on its physical and mechanical qualities. It also looks at secondary components that can be used to improve the qualities of concrete with expanded clay aggregates. The effect of the quantity of expanded clay aggregate on the fresh, hardened, and durability qualities of concrete is also studied. Expanded clay aggregates improve workability, fire resistance, sound insulation, and thermal insulation in concrete. Its inclusion, on the other hand, diminishes concrete's density, strength, elastic modulus, and resistance to freeze-thaw action.

One of the most widely used human behavior detection methods is anomaly detection, which this article covers. Ensuring a person's safety is a crucial task in every community today due to the ever-increasing actions that can be dangerous, from planned crime to harm from an accident. Classic closedcircuit television is insufficient since a person must always be awake and available to monitor the cameras, which is costly. Also, someone's attention tends to decrease after a certain period of time. Due to these reasons, a surveillance system that is automated and able to detect unusual activities in real-time and give sufferers prompt aid is necessary. It should be noted that the identification process must be completed swiftly and correctly. In this paper, we employ a model based on mixes the machine learning (ML) model, namely genetic algorithms with deep learning (DL). In this study's experimentation, the UCF-Crime dataset was employed. The detection accuracy on the testing sample dataset was equal to 89.90%, while the area under the curve (AUC) was equal to 94.58%. The developed models have demonstrated reliability and the ability to achieve the greatest accuracy when compared to models that have already been designed.

There are serious environmental problems in all countries of the world, due to the waste material such as crushed clay bricks (CCB) and in huge quantities resulting from the demolition of buildings. In order to reduce the effects of this problem as well as to preserve natural resources, it is possible to work on recycling (CCB) and to use it in the manufacture of environmentally friendly loaded building units by replacing percentages in coarse aggregate by volume. It can be used as a powder and replacing of percentages in cement by weight and study the effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete and the masonry unit. Evaluation of its performance through workability, dry density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and absorption test, and the experimental results obtained confirmed the possibility of using the recycling of clay bricks waste as aggregates instead of natural aggregates and reducing the weight, as well as recycling clay bricks waste and using it as a powder. It contains suitable pozzolanic that can be used as a supplementary cement material that reduces the cement content in concrete used to produce load-bearing units.

Waste materials might be utilized in various applications, such as sustainable roller compacted concrete pavements (RCCP), to lessen the negative environmental consequences of construction waste. The impacts of utilizing (brick, thermostone, granite, and ceramic) powders on the mechanical characteristics of RCCP are investigated in this study. To achieve this, the waste materials were crushed, grounded, and blended before being utilized as filler in the RCCP. After the mixes were prepared, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, water absorption, density, and porosity were all determined. According to the research results, adding some of these powders, mainly brick and granite powder, enhances the mechanical characteristics of RCCP due to their pozzolanic activity and filler effect. Compared to the reference mixture, the usage of ceramic powder provided satisfactory results. When the thermostone powder is utilized in RCCP, unfavorable results occur, resulting in a reduction in the RCCP's mechanical characteristics.

Uranium concentration was estimated in urine samples of three age groups, G1≤ 30 years, n=28, G2 age range of 31-40 years, n=28, and G3 of age > 40 years, n=32, using two types of detectors CR-39 and LR-115 solid-state nuclear track detector (SSNTD) for results comparison. Results showed that uranium mean level values for CR-39 were 1.961 ±0.08 µg/L, 1.810 ±0.09 µg/L and 1.814 ±0.076 µg/L for G1, G2 and G3 respectively, while the mean values of uranium concentration using LR-115 were 0.972 ±0.07 µg/L, 0.922 ±0.07 µg/L and 1.018 ±0.08 µg/L in G1, G2 and G3 respectively, with significant statistical difference between the results of CR-39 and LR-115 for each age group. Mean level values for females was 2.023± 0.09 µg/L and 1.813± 0.05 µg/L for males using CR-39 and it was 1.105± 0.09 µg/L for females and 0.933± 0.04 µg/L for males using LR-115, with significant statistical difference between results for each gender. It was concluded that G1 ≤ 30 years have the highest uranium pollution, noting that females were more polluted with uranium than males.

Industrial development has recently increased, including that of plastic industries. Since plastic has a very long analytical life, it will cause environmental pollution, so studies have resorted to reusing recycled waste plastic (sustainable plastic) to produce environmentally friendly concrete (green concrete). In this research, producing environmentally friendly load-bearing concrete masonry units (blocks) was considered where five concrete mixtures were compressed at the blocks producing machine. The cement content reduced from 400 kg/m3 (B-400) to 300 kg/m3 (B-300) then to 200 kg/m3 (B-200). While (B-380) was produced using 380 kg/m3 cement and 20 kg/m3 nano-silica sand powder, and 10% plastic waste instead of coarse aggregate. Finally (B-285) included 285 kg/m3 cement and 15 kg/m3 nano silica sand powder and 10% plastic waste replacement for coarse aggregate. All production of concrete masonry unit types. According to IQS 1077 /1987, except (B-200) and (B-285) type B. When increasing the curing age from 14 to 28 days, blocks (B-285and B-380) change from type B to A. The compressive strength of the types (B-400, B-300, B-200, B-380, and B-285) was (9.65, 7.11, 5.35, 6.57, and 5.86) MPa, respectively, at 14 days and (11.98, 9.33, 6.84, 8.62 and 7.64) MPa respectively at 28 days.

The issue of identifying areas of distortion in images is a common problem encountered in digital media processing. Traditional filtering methods often rely on setting thresholds that are dependent on the specific image being processed, leading to imprecise results. Adaptive filters have been proposed as a solution, but they are not without their technical difficulties. This paper presents a study on the effectiveness of the Rayleigh distribution method in identifying distortion areas in images. Monte Carlo estimation was used to estimate the distribution of image content, and the results showed that the Rayleigh distribution is highly efficient at identifying areas of distortion. The filtering process was then applied only to the regions with deformation, while ensuring that all other features of the image were preserved. The novelty of this study lies in the use of the Rayleigh distribution method to identify areas of distortion in images. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of images by using a more precise filtering method that only targets distorted areas. The theoretical framework of this study is based on the application of the Rayleigh distribution method in digital media processing. The approach used in this study involved the use of Monte Carlo estimation to determine the effectiveness of the Rayleigh distribution method. The findings of this study show that the Rayleigh distribution method is highly effective in identifying areas of distortion in images, leading to higher quality images than traditional filtering methods. The research findings have practical implications for digital media processing industries, where the quality of images is paramount. By using the Rayleigh distribution method, images can be processed more efficiently, leading to improved quality and reduced processing time. Socially, improved image quality can have a positive impact on areas such as medical imaging, where accurate and high-quality images are crucial for diagnosis and treatment. Overall, this study offers an original and effective solution to the problem of identifying areas of distortion in images. By using the Rayleigh distribution method, images can be processed more precisely, leading to higher quality results. The use of Monte Carlo estimation provides a solid foundation for future research in this area.

In medicinal chemistry, employing privileged scaffolds provides researchers with a jump start in their search for novel and improved therapeutic agents. The imidazole ring, which has a variety of derivatives that have shown a broad range of biological functions, is one of these scaffolds. A new imidazole(4a-4e) derivatives were synthesized under reflex conditions or ultrasonic irradiation, and identified, by using melting point, FTIR, 1HNMR, 13CMR and mass spectra. The ultrasonic-assisted reactions were compared with the reactions under traditional heating conditions. Then the prepared compounds were investigated in vitro as antidiabetic agents using α-amylase and α- glucosidase assays with the reference drug acarbose at different concentrations (50,100,150,200 and 250µg/mL). All evaluated compounds were found to be more active than acarbose (32% − 63%) against α-amylase with percentage inhibition in the range of (49% -82%).In vitro assays of α-glucosidase activity showed a percentage inhibition ranging from ( 26%-47% ) for 4a ( 21%- 34%) for 4b (24%-44%) for 4c ( 27%-52%) for 4d and ( 29%-48%) for 4e which were lower than that of acarbose (43%-61%) at the concentration (50–200µg/mL), whereas at concentration 250µg/mL the percentage inhibition of 4a,4c and 4d with 56%,58 and 61% respectively, was closer to acarbose 66%. As a result, the investigated compounds may have α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and may be utilized as anti-diabetes agents.

This study indicated that infections with pathogenic–parasitic (PP) causes in healthy controls who do not suffer infertility will be higher than those of infertile women. Correspondingly, in parasitic infections in (protozoa) were prevalent among numerous parts of the world. Developed countries and infertile women were the major burden and infections, for example, the women’s reproductive system through damage to infertile women. There were approximately parasitic infections such as Trichomonas vaginalis could reason cervical tumors, non-anomalous pelvic infections in women and tubal and genital tract abnormalities. Toxoplasma gondii reasons dysplasia of reproductive tract, synthetic disorders and endometriosis for example, intrauterine adhesions.
