İnşaat projelerinde saha/kontrol mühendisi; şantiye şefi sorumluluğunda çalışan, iş programına göre yapılacak imalatların malzemelerinin, ekipmanlarının, işgüçlerinin önlerinin açılmasını sağlayan, sahada yapılan imalatları başında durarak kontrol eden, günlük üretim ve kontrol raporları hazırlayan, proje ile aplikasyon uygunluklarının kontrollerini yapan, ölçümler/metrajlar hazırlayan ve iş güvenliği tedbirlerinin alınmasını sağlayan teknik elemanlara verilen unvandır. Bir inşaat firmasında istihdam etmek üzere farklı adaylar arasından doğru bir saha mühendisi seçimi yapmak; İmalat kalitesini, projenin yapım süresini ve proje maliyetini direk olarak etkileyecektir. Bu yüzden saha mühendisi seçimi yapılırken birçok kriterin göz önünde bulundurulması gerekmektedir. Bu tip problemlerde seçimlerin doğru olarak yapılması, kriterlerin iyi belirlenmesi ile başlar. Bu çalışmada Düzce ilinde konut yapımında ihtisaslaşmış yapım firmalarının, saha mühendisi seçimlerinde kullanabilecekleri bir hibrit Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yaklaşımının uygulanabilirliği ve performansı araştırılmıştır. Bunun için, saha mühendisi seçiminde hangi kriterlere daha fazla önem verildiğinin belirlenmesi amacı ile bir anket çalışması yapılmış ve Düzce ilinde konut projeleri gerçekleştiren inşaat firmalarına uygulanmıştır. Bu şekilde belirlenen kriterler yardımı ile en uygun adayın seçilmesi için farklı ÇKKV yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ve MOORA yöntemleri; hem ayrı ayrı hem de birlikte uygulanmıştır. AHP ile hem sıralama yapılmış hem de MOORA yönteminde sıralama yapmak için kriter ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Sonuçta bu uygulamaların performansları karşılaştırılmış; sektör profesyonellerine en uygun karar verme yaklaşımı ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Sonuçta hem AHP hem MOORA yönteminde Aday 5 en uygun aday olarak seçilmiştir. Ayrıca hem yapım firmalarının hem de kontrol mühendisi adaylarının; böyle bir işe alım tercihi prosesinde başlıca kriterlerin neler olduğu ve bu kriterlerin birbirlerine kıyasla göreceli önem farklılıklarının neler olduğu hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaları sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Therefore, when choosing a field engineer, many criteria should be considered. In this type of problems, making the right choices starts with determining the criteria well. In this study, the feasibility and performance of a hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that can be used by construction companies specialized in housing construction in Düzce province in field engineer selection was investigated. For this, a survey study was conducted to determine which criteria are given more importance in the selection of field engineers and it was applied to construction companies that carry out housing projects in Düzce. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and MOORA methods from different MCDM methods in order to select the most suitable candidate with the help of the criteria determined in this way; applied both separately and together. Both sorting was done with AHP and criteria weights were determined for ranking in MOORA method. As a result, the performances of these applications were compared; Recommendations have been made to industry professionals regarding the most appropriate decision-making approach. As a result, Candidate 1 was chosen as the most suitable candidate in both AHP and MOORA methods. In addition, both production companies and control engineer candidates; In such a recruitment preference process, it has been tried to ensure that they have information about what the main criteria are and what the relative importance differences of these criteria are compared to each other.

Bu çalışmada, enzim uygulamasının siyah üzüm (ÜS) ve ahududu sularının(AS) fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri, toplam fenolik madde içeriği (TF) vetoplam antioksidan kapasitesi (TAK) üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Meyvelerezilip tülbentten geçirildikten sonra posaları geri ilave edilmiş, %0.1 (v/w)veya %0.5 (v/w) pektinaz enzimi ilave edilerek 40 ve 50 °C’de 1 saat boyunca inkübeedildikten sonra örneklerin pH, titre edilebilir asitlik (TA), briks ve renkdeğişimleri ile TF ve TAK belirlenmiştir.ÜS pH’sı artan enzim konsantrasyonu ve sıcaklıkile, AS pH’sı ise artan sıcaklığa bağlı olarak artmıştır. Enzimatik işlemuygulanan AS briksleri kontrol gruplarına göre artış gösterirken ÜS briksleriazalmıştır. Isıl işlem ÜS şeker içeriğinde kontrol grubuna göre artışa nedenolmuştur. 40 °C’de ÜS ve AS’nin TF ve TAK değerlerioda sıcaklığına göre önemli bir değişiklik göstermezken, 50 °C’de düşüşgöstermiştir. Her iki meyve örneği için 40°C’de %0.5 enzimilave edildiğinde maksimum meyve suyu verimi elde edilmiştir (ÜS için %17, ASiçin %4)., In this study, the effect of enzymepretreatment on the physical and chemical properties as well as total phenoliccontent (TP) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of black grape (GJ) andraspberry (RJ) juices were investigated. For this purpose, fruits were crushedand squeezed with a cheesecloth. After that, remaining pulp was added toobtained juice incubated for 1 hour at 40 and 50 °C after adding 0.1% (v/w) or 0.5% (v/w) pectinase enzyme. Titratable acidity,pH, brix, color difference, TP and TAC of the samples was determined. Anincrease in the temperature increased the pH of the RJ. For GJ, an increase inboth temperature and enzyme increased the pH. Brix of the enzymatically treatedRJ was increased comparing to control groups, but GJ. Heat application causedan increase in the total sugar content of GJ compared to control group. Therewas no significant difference on the TP and TAC values of the GJ and RJ treatedat 40 °C comparing to control group treated at room temperature. However, adecrease was observed at 50 °C. For both juices, maximum yield increase wasobtained when treated at 40°C with 0.5% enzyme concentration (For GJ 17% andfor GJ 4%).

İnfertilite, çiftlerin bir yıl süre ile korunmaksızın haftada iki gün düzenli cinsel ilişkide bulunmalarına rağmen gebeliğin oluşmamasıdır. Son zamanlarda, invitro fertilizasyon tekniklerinin gelişimine bağlı olarak infertilitenin genetik nedenleri üzerine araştırmalar artmıştır. Araştırmamızda Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Tıbbi Genetik Tanı Merkezi'nde Değerlendirilen İnfertilite Olgularına ait Sitogenetik Sonuçlarının Retrospektif Olarak Değerlendirilmesiyle primer ve sekonder infertilite olgularının etiyolojisinde hangi tip kromozom anomalilerinin ve polimorfizmlerin rol oynadığının, gerek tanı ve gerekse bu ailelere preimplantasyon genetik tanı seçeneğinin sunulmasındaki yerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında 2011-2017 yılları arasında infertilite nedeniyle başvuran, bilgilendirilmiş onamları bulunan toplam 469 hasta (234 çift ve 1 erkek hasta) değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda, 469 hastanın 10'unda iki anomali veya polimorfizm araştırıldığı için toplam 479 arşiv dosyası ve rapor incelenmiştir. Her hastanın, rutin olarak periferik kan lenfosit kültürleri ile elde edilen metafazlarına geleneksel tripsin-GTG bantlama yöntemi uygulanmıştır. İleri ve spesifik kromozom analizleri için bazı hastalarda sonuçlar FISH ve MikroArray-CGH teknikleri ile korele edilip rapor edilmiştir. Kromozom anomalisi tespit edilen hastaların eğer varsa diğer sitogenetik analiz sonuçlarına da bakılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında; 2011 yılında 16 hastanın 2'sinde (%12.5), 2012 yılında 90 hastanın 8'inde (%8.9), 2013 yılında 81 hastanın 8'inde (%9.9), 2014 yılında 63 hastanın 16 'sında (%25.4), 2015 yılında 92 hastanın 28'inde (%30.5), 2016 yılında 84 hastanın 45'inde (%53.6), 2017 yılında 53 hastanın 12'sinde (%22.7) kromozom anomalisi ve polimorfizm tespit edilmiştir. 479 olgu ile yaptığımız çalışmada olguların %14'ünde (67/479) 9qh+, %4.6'sında (22/479) diğer polimorfizmler (Yqh+ ve satellit artışları), %4'ünde (19/479) majör yapısal kromozomal anomali, %2.3'ünde (11/479) majör sayısal kromozomal anomali (delesyon, duplikasyon, translasyon, inversiyon) görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, mevcut araştırma projemiz kapsamında yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda infertilite olan hastalarda sayısal kromozom anomalisinin az olduğu fakat önemli oranda yapısal kromozom anomalilerine sahip oldukları ortaya konmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: nfertilite, Sitogenetik, Kromozom Anomalileri Infertility is the inability of the gestation to occur even though the couples have regular sexual intercourse for two days a week without being protected for one year. Recently, researches on genetic causes of infertility expanded due to development of in vitro fetilising techniques. In our study with the retrospectively evaluation of the cytogenetic results of infertility cases evaluated in the Medical Genetic Diagnosis Center of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Medical Faculty, it was aimed to determine the importance of which type of chromosomal anomalies play a role in the etiology of primary and secondary infertility cases both in the diagnosis and on offer of the option of preimplantation genetic diagnosis in these families. Within the scope of the current project, total of 469 patients (234 couples and 1 male patient) with informed consent for diagnostic purposes due to infertility between 2011 and 2017 years were evaluated. At the same time, since two anomalies or polymorphisms were investigated in 10 of 469 patients, a total of 479 archive files and reports were investigated. Conventional trypsin-GTG banding was applied to the metaphases of each patient routinely obtained by peripheral blood lymphocyte cultures. Results in some patients have been reported to be correlated with FISH and MicroArray- CGH techniques for the advanced and specific chromosomal analysis. If available the results of other cytogenetic analyzes were also examined in the patients whom chromosomal anomaly was detected. It has been determined that there are various chromosomal anomalies and polymorphisms in 2 (12.5%) of 16 cases that evaluated for 2011, 8 (8.9%) of 90 cases that evaluated in 2012, 8 (9.9%) of 81 cases that evaluated in 2013, 16 (25.4%) of 63 cases that evaluated in 2014, 28 (30.5%) of 92 cases that evaluated in 2015, 45 (53.6%) of 84 cases that evaluated in 2016 and 12 (22.7%) of 53 cases that evaluated in 2017 in the presented project. In our study with 479 cases; 14% (67/479) 9qh +, 4.6% (22/479) other polymorphisms (Yqh + and satellite increments), 4% (19/479) major structural chromosomal anomalies, 2.3% (11/479) major numerical chromosomal anomalies (deletion, duplication, translation, inversion) have been observed. Consequently, our research showed that the patients with infertility have a few numerical chromosomal anomalies, but significant proportions of structural chromosomal anomalies.Keywords: Infertility, cytogenetics, choromosome anomalies 159

Bu formüllerin geometrik ve cebirsel yorumları ifade edilmiştir. Verilen bir eksen ve açı için Cayley formülü, dik izdüşüm, üstel dönüşüm ve kuaterniyonlar kullanılarak Euler-Rodrigues ve dual Euler-Rodrigues formülleri elde edilmiştir ve formüllerin matrisel formları sunulmuştur.Dördüncü bölümde, 3-boyutlu Minkowski uzayında Euler-Rodrigues formülünün geometrik ve cebirsel yorumları ifade edilmiştir. Euler-Rodrigues formülü, birim uzunluklu bir eksen ve açı verildiğinde, dik izdüşüm kullanılarak eksenin spacelike ya da timelike olma durumuna göre yarı ortogonal bir dönme matrisi ile ifade edilmiştir. Üstel dönüşüm yardımıyla, spacelike, timelike ve lightlike eksenler için Euler-Rodrigues formülünün sınıflandırmaları elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra, dönme ekseninin bulunması için alternatif bir yöntem verilmiştir. Son olarak, 3-boyutlu Minkowski uzayında Euler-Rodrigues formülü timelike bölünmüş kuaterniyonlar açısından ifade edilmiştir.Son bölümde ise, 3-boyutlu Öklid ve 3-boyutlu Minkowski uzaylarında Euler-Rodrigues formülleri için elde edilen sonuçlara yer verilmiştir. This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is devoted to the introduction.The second chapter contains some notions, definitions and theorems which are needed in the thesis.In the third chapter, Euler-Rodrigues formula and dual Euler-Rodrigues formula have been investigated. Geometrical and algebraic interpretations of these formulas have been expressed. Euler-Rodrigues formula and dual Euler-Rodrigues formula have been obtained with the given axis and angle, by using Cayley formula, orthogonal projection, exponential map and quaternions and then matrix representations of these formulas have been presented.In the fourth chapter, geometrical and algebraic interpretations of Euler-Rodrigues formula has been examined in 3-dimensional Minkowski space. For the given with axis of a unit length and angle, Euler-Rodrigues formula has been represented by a semi orthogonal rotation matrix using orthogonal projection depends on the situation that the rotation axis is spacelike and timelike. The classifications of Euler-Rodrigues formula have been gained in terms of spacelike, timelike and lightlike axis with the help of exponential map. Later, an alternative method is given for to find rotation axis. Finally, Euler-Rodrigues formula in 3-dimensional Minkowski space has been expressed in terms of timelike split quaternions.In the last chapter, conclusions which are obtained for Euler-Rodrigues formula are given in 3-dimensional Euclidean and Minkowski spaces. 72

Fats and oils with modified functional and nutritional properties are in high demand in the food industry. The physical characteristics of fats and oils-for instance, those related to their melting and crystallization profiles-are important for food technologists to consider because nutritionists and consumers display great interest in their nutritional properties, based on their composition. The fats and oils industry has extensively used chemical interesterification to alter the physical and/or nutritional properties of fats and oils. However, the random end products of chemical interesterification cannot meet the demand for lipids with specific structures and compositions. The enzymatic process, on the other hand, requires mild reaction temperature and pressure, which is vital for handling unsaturated Fatty Acids (FAs), and has some other advantages as well. Therefore, the enzymatic modification of fats and oils has been a popular topic for the past few decades. However, information on the oxidative stability of such products remains limited. This chapter reviews the newest developments regarding the oxidative stability of enzymatically processed fats and oils. Many researchers have noted that the reduced oxidative stability of fats and oils produced by enzyme-involving steps presents a disadvantage. Many explanations exist for the low oxidative stability of these products. One of them is that a change in lipid structure affects stability by increasing or decreasing the exposure of unsaturated FAs to oxygen as well as the oxygen solubility or diffusivity of sensitive FAs. Bu çalışmada, ondokuz farklı iyonik sıvı (İS), trioleinin lipaz katalizörlüğünde gliserolizi reaksiyonuyla digliserit üretimi için uygunlukları bakımından incelenmiştir. 6 İS'nin diğerlerine kıyasla digliserit üretiminde daha seçici olduğu gözlenmiş ve bu İS'ler ileri incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Etkisi incelen faktörler, substratlar ile İS arasındaki oran, sıcaklık, substratların bibirlerine oranı, ve lipaz türüdür. Faktörlerin reaksiyon üzerindeki etkilerinin, İS'lerin birbirlerinden oldukça farklı özelliklerine ve yapılarına bağlı olarak, her bir İS için farklı olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, hekzan/İS ve ikili İS olmak üzere iki farklı karışım sistemi de denenmiştir. Temsil edici olarak, [TOMA].[Tf2N]/AMMOENG 102 içeren ikili İS sistemi seçilmiş ve tepki yüzey metodolojisi kullanılarak optimize edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, İS ortamında yağların enzimatik gliserolizi yintemiyl digliserit üretilmesi konusunda yapılan ilk çalışma olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Bu amaçla kullanılan organik çözgenler yerine uygun İS ya da ikili İS sistemleri seçilerek daha yüksek ürün seçiciliği elde edilebileceği görülmüştür. In this study, nineteen different ionic liquids (ILs) were tested as a reaction medium for lipase catalyzed glycerolysis of triolein aiming to establish an efficient protocol for diglyceride production. 6 types of the screened ILs showed better product selectivity towards diglyceride and thus were chosen for further investigation. The factors of interest in this study are the ratio between the substrates and IL, temperature, ratio between oil and glycerol, and the type of lipase. It was seen that the effects of the individual factors on the reaction performance differ from case to case due to greatly diversified properties and structures of ILs. Two different binary mixing systems, namely, n-hexane/IL system and binary IL system were also investigated. A representative binary IL system consisting of [TOMA].[Tf2N]/AMMOENG 102 was chosen for optimization by response surface methodology. This study described a first attempt to produce diglyceride by enzymatic glycerolysis of oils employing ILs as reaction media. The results indicated that better product selectivity employing ILs as media, over those by most efficient conventional solvents, could be obtained through selection of proper ILs or/and tuning property by mixing different ILs. 176
