Education is changing to digital education so we force to act with good behaviour. Nowadays, text mining is to be challenged for educationists. This paper addresses the ethical behaviour of avoiding text mining in digital education in the twenty-first century such as have explained how to act with ethical behaviour in others' text data in the current situation. This article advises following ethical behaviour in an educational text message, information, materials, etc. Further, this article explains what text mining is and how to use it with ethical behaviour. We will hope that text mining protection will get to everyone in future. Beginning with an overview of text data mining, this paper concludes with how to play with good behaviour.

The author has investigated the learning style of the students and behavioral change in the learner and also when they note the persistence of this change. Learning happens in stages, and at each stage, students learn in different ways. Difficulties that arise at home, schooling are often due to differences in learning styles. It has been proposed that teachers should assess the learning styles of their students and adapt their classroom methods to best fit each student's learning style. These possessed learning styles play a vital role in deciding their level of achievement. This achieved test score determines their future career. The ambitions and aspirations of our students are largely governed by their learning skills adopted by the students. There is no significant difference between XI and XII standard higher secondary school students in their learning styles in the dimensions. This study will be more fruitful when suggestions given by the investigator are applied for further study and it will be of great help for those who want to study further in this field.

Abstract The interferon stimulated gene 15 (ISG15), a ubiquitin like protein and its conjugates have been implicated in various human malignancies. However, its role in ovarian cancer progression and metastasis is largely unknown. In high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), ascites is the major contributor to peritoneal metastasis. In this study, we identified significantly elevated ISG15 protein expression in HGSOC patient ascites, ascites derived primary ovarian cancer cells (POCCs), POCC small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) as well as metastatic tissue. Our results demonstrates that ISG15 increases exocytosis in ascites‐derived POCCs by decreasing the endosome‐lysosomal fusion, indicating a key role in sEV secretion. Further, knockdown (KD) of ISG15 resulted in a significant decrease in vesicles secretion from HGSOC cells and in vivo mouse models, leading to reduced HGSOC cell migration and invasion. Furthermore, our pre‐clinical mouse model studies revealed the influence of vesicular ISG15 on disease progression and metastasis. In addition, knockdown of ISG15 or using the ISG15 inhibitor, DAP5, in combination therapy with carboplatin showed to improve the platinum sensitivity in‐vitro and reduce tumour burden in‐vivo. We also found that ISG15 expression within sEV represents a promising prognostic marker for HGSOC patients. Our findings suggest that ISG15 is a potential therapeutic target for inhibiting progression and metastasis in HGSOC and that vesicular ISG15 expression could be a promising biomarker in the clinical management of ovarian cancer. Significance: High‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) has high morbidity and mortality rates, but its progression and metastasis are still poorly understood, and there is an urgent need for early detection and targeted therapies. Our study presents novel findings that implicate ISG15‐mediated vesicular proteins in the advancement and spread of HGSOC. These results offer pre‐clinical evidence of potential new molecular targets, prognostic markers and therapeutic strategies for HGSOC that could ultimately enhance patient survival.

Load balancing problem is important in cloud computing for effectively managing the cloud resources. It entails distributing incoming network traffic or computational workload among numerous servers so that no single server is overburdened, hence improving resource utilization, increasing throughput, and decreasing response time Load balancing is critical for cloud systems to achieve high availability and fault tolerance. Even though in the recent times there are various load balancing algorithms available in balancing the load across the nodes or the virtual machine It has set backs interms of task migration, response time, throughput and fault tolerance. This research aims in eliminating such drawbacks and a Bio Inspired Improved Lion Optimization Meta-Heuristic Approach is been created for solving the load Balancing issues in the Cloud. This Meta-Heuristic approach has better exploration and exploitation rate when compared with other Bio Inspired Algorithms and it does not get struck into local optima during the search process of identifying the underutilized node. This proposed work is been implemented in Cloud Sim and its performance is going to be evaluated against the bench marks that are identified from the literature

A sierpinski carpet fractal antenna with Defected Ground Structure (DGS) is unveiled. The fractal dimensions had paved the way for numerous applications. Fractal technique is applied to the patch and rectangular slot is made in the ground plane which acts as a DGS. The DGS disturbs the shield current and improves the performance of designed antenna. Dimension of designed antenna is 52 × 71 × 5.1 mm3. Rogers RO4350 substrate and coaxial feed technique are utilized in the design. The projected antenna is simulated and fabricated with the resonant frequency of 2.45 GHz. Commencing from the outcome of the projected antenna, it is evident that 23% wider Bandwidth, 13% increment in Gain, improved Return Loss of 15% and 26% VSWR are obtained compared to existing work. The measurements attained by fabricated antenna endow with excellent conformity to the simulated design.

Abstract Bee's honey is one of the greatest natural gifts to humankind, and Indian Ayurveda emphasises the various applications of honey, viz. obesity, burns, cuts, wounds, dermatitis etc. However, all the applications of honey are based on their chemical composition, but they vary depending upon the botanical, geographical origins, and bee feed. With this background, the current study aimed to evaluate the quality of honey produced by the stimulative diets ingested by honey bees (Apis mellifera). At the onset, stimulative diets were served to honey bees for 1 year, and an adequate volume of honey samples was collected before and after the ingestion of stimulative diets. After that, the honey samples were used to study the antioxidant activity and antibacterial potential as per standard protocol. The results revealed that the antioxidant activity of post-feeding honey samples exhibited a higher rate, i.e., 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) (Pre-feeding: 88.06 ± 0.214 and post-feeding: 91.79 ± 0.609 μmol/litre), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) (Pre-feeding: 20.55 ± 0.336 and post-feeding: 29.01 ± 1.114%), and ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) (Pre-feeding: 0.296 ± 0.039 and post-feeding: 0.396 ± 0.001 mg TE/100 gm). Similarly, a high rate of antibacterial efficiency was shown in post-feeding honey samples against E. coli at a concentration of 800 µg/mL. It was shown with considerable antibacterial activity against Salmonella enterica as well. Overall, we have demonstrated honey's antioxidant and antibacterial effects and may have therapeutic potential as honey.

Biocompatible conversion of chitosan and chitosan/silica hybrid coating were prepared to enhance the biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of biodegradable AZ31 Mg alloy. The coatings were optimized and analysed with potentiodynamic polarization, SEM, ATR-IR and XPS studies. Potentiodynamic polarization studies, revealed that the coatings exhibited high corrosion resistance. The surface morphology of the Ch-3/Si coating showed small globular rough structure. The presence of functional groups was confirmed by ATR-IR. For a better understanding of chitosan/silica hybrid coating, the chemical states were examined by XPS studies. The in-vitro bioactivity of the coated samples was evaluated in Earle's solution, which formed a dense layer of coral-like structure and calcium-deficient apatite with less stoichiometric ratio than the hydroxyapatite. In-vitro cell culture studies exhibited a good cell proliferation rate and the fabricated Ch-3/Si coating was found to be non-hemolytic. The bacterial studies proved that Ch-3/Si coating possessed inherent antibacterial activity.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and the medical field has opened a wide range of possibilities. Currently, the role of AI in the medical field is limited to image analysis (radiological and histopathology images), identifying and alerting about specific health conditions, and supporting clinical decisions. The future of lung cancer screening, diagnosis, and management is expected to undergo significant transformation with the use of radiomics, radiogenomics, and virtual biopsy. AI can also help physicians diagnose and treat a variety of respiratory illnesses, including interstitial lung diseases, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pleural diseases such as effusion and pneumothorax, pneumonia, pulmonary artery hypertension, and tuberculosis. AI can also help in the automated analysis and reporting of lung function tests, polysomnography, and recorded breath sounds. Through robotic technology, AI is set to create new milestones in the realm of interventional pulmonology. A well-trained AI may also offer new insights into the genetic and molecular mechanisms of the pathogenesis of various respiratory diseases and may also assist in outlining the best course of action with the horizontal integration of patients' digital health records, digital radiographic images, digital pathology images, and biochemical lab reports. As with any technology, doctors and researchers should be aware of the advantages and limitations of AI, and they should use it responsibly to advance knowledge and provide better care to patients.

The efficiency of a Parabolic Trough (PT) Solar Power Plant heavily relies on its thermal performance. Modern technology has allowed for the creation of more efficient methods of producing steam and of collecting solar energy for thermal power generation. Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) built and tested an 11.1 m2 parabolic trough concentrator (PTC). A system that generates steam indirectly by using concentrating solar power (CSP) is examined. The study examined absorbers' thermal properties, thermal efficiency of combined thermal exchangers, concentration ratio, heat efficiency, and steam generation to determine their influence on energy efficiency. The experimental findings display that 557.85 watts of energy are absorbed by the PTC receiver. The PT solar plant system has a thermal energy efficiency of 25 to 29 % and a concentration factor of about 200 on average. The parabolic trough concentrator generates a maximum of 9.1 kg.h-1 of steam.

Road traffic accidents (RTAs) are the most common cause of chest injuries. In this case report, a 17-year-old male presented with left-sided chest pain and hemoptysis after an RTA. Radiological investigations showed a left-sided pneumothorax with multiple cavities in the left lower lobe of the lung and surrounding ground glass opacities, which was suggestive of pulmonary lacerations. We managed the patient conservatively and followed up after 1 month. The computed tomography thorax showed near-complete radiological resolution after 1 month. In all patients with injuries to the chest, we have to suspect pulmonary lacerations, which can present with cavities in the lung parenchyma, and manage them accordingly. As demonstrated in this case, a pulmonary laceration following a RTA can present with pulmonary cavities. Hence, this should be kept in mind during the management of the patient with a chest wall injury.

The estimation of acrosomal integrity is crucial for predicting the fertility of spermatozoa. The semen quality analysis demands assessment techniques to be reliable, quick and easy to perform for routine application in semen station. A study was conducted to assess the acrosomal integrity of Kangayam cattle and Salem Black goat using Giemsa stain and modified Trypan Blue-Giemsa stain. For this procedure, 70 numbers of frozen semen straws of Kangayam bull and Salem Black bucks were stained. The staining quality and acrosomal integrity were assessed at the interval of 3, 5 and 24 hours interval up to 5 days, and evaluated as acrosomal intact and non-intact spermatozoa. In Kangayam bull semen, the quality of the staining was good and better in trypan blue – Giemsa stain than Giemsa alone but for Salem Black buck semen Giemsa showed better staining quality than trypan blue – Giemsa combination. However, the working solution of Giemsa once prepared can be used for 4 days but the trypan blue-Giemsa stain can be used for only 24 hours once prepared. Hence, stain is required to be prepared on daily basis for routine semen evaluation in semen stations. As a conclusion trypan blue – Giemsa staining method is recommended for better staining of acrosome in bull semen and Giemsa alone in Buck semen. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
