Abstract

In order to reduce the incidence of occupational disease accidents in coal mines, according to the characteristics of occupational disease accidents in coal mines, the study of occupational disease emergency plans was carried out, and the preparation of emergency plans could be divided into four links: disaster evaluation methods, emergency organization and management, emergency response procedures and preventive measures. Taking a mine in Guizhou Province as an example, the role and effectiveness of coal mine occupational disease emergency plans in the process of occupational disease prevention and rescue were discussed. The results show that disaster evaluation is the basis of emergency plans, emergency organization and management is the core of emergency plans, emergency response procedures are the main body of emergency plans, and preventive measures are the focus of emergency plans. Handling occupational accidents in coal mines in strict accordance with the emergency plan can reasonably improve the effectiveness of the emergency plan.

41. Study on effective extraction radius of bedding borehole under the impact of normal fault

Abstract

The reasonable effective extraction radius of borehole is the key to ensure gas extraction effect. However, the research of effective extraction radius mainly focuses on the measurement method of effective extraction radius of borehole, and there is a lack of research on the effective extraction radius of borehole under special geological conditions of normal fault. Taking a coal working face in Guizhou as the engineering background, the fluid-solid coupling model is established, and the variation law of effective extraction radius of bedding borehole without fault impact is analyzed by means of mutual verification between numerical simulation and borehole gas extraction method. The results show that when the gas is extracted for 120 days, the effective extraction radius of the numerical simulation is 3.10 m, and that of the field test is 2.93 m. The field results are basically consistent with the numerical simulation results, which verifies the reliability of the fluid-solid coupling model. By using multi-physics field coupling simulation software, the variation law of effective extraction radius of bedding borehole under the impact of normal fault is analyzed. The results show that within a certain extraction time range, when the borehole is at a certain distance from the normal fault, the gas pressure curve will have a hump-like distribution, and the peak interval is about 3.5 m. The effective extraction radius of the borehole near the normal fault increases with the increase of the distance from the fault. The impact of the normal fault on the effective extraction radius of the borehole is within 70 m from the fault. Combined with the analysis results under the impact of normal faults, the spacing of gas drainage boreholes near the normal fault is arranged in sections under the premise of ensuring the extraction effect and not prolonging the extraction time. Within 30 m from the fault, the boreholes are densely arranged, and the spacing between the boreholes should not be greater than the effective extraction radius (1.83 m) when the distance from the fault is 10 m. Within the range of 30-70 m from the fault, under the condition of ensuring safety, the spacing of boreholes can be appropriately increased. After 70 m from the fault, the spacing can be gradually restored to the borehole spacing layout of bedding boreholes without the impact of the normal fault.

Abstract

Simple Summary: In poultry production, fasting can remodel ovarian function and thereby delay the aging process of chickens. However, this approach may induce various stresses on the intestinal health of chickens. So, intestinal injury, the microbiome, and the metabolome were analyzed individually and integrated to elucidate the impact of the intestinal flora on intestinal injury during fasting-induced molting (FIM). The findings revealed that fasting led to intestinal villus atrophy, inflammation in the intestines, and disruption of gut microbiota and metabolites. During the fasting period, intestinal injury is associated with an increased abundance of Escherichia_Shigella and related metabolites Citrulline and Sterobilin, as well as a decreased abundance of Ruminococcaceae_UCG-013 and Lactobacillus and related metabolites Lanthionine and reduced Glutathione. This provides an experimental basis for improving the gut microbiota and reducing intestinal inflammation during the FIM process. Fasting-induced molting (FIM) is a common method used to improve the laying performance of aged laying hens. Nevertheless, this approach may impose various stresses on chickens, such as disruptions in intestinal flora and inflammation issues within the intestines. However, the impact of an imbalance in intestinal flora on intestinal health during the FIM process remains elusive. Therefore, intestinal injury, the microbiome, and the metabolome were analyzed individually and integrated to elucidate the impact of the intestinal flora on intestinal health during the FIM process. The findings indicated that fasting resulted in a notable reduction in villus height and villus/crypt ratio, coupled with elevated levels of intestinal inflammation and permeability. During the fasting period, microbiota compositions changed. The abundance of Escherichia_Shigella increased, while the abundance of Ruminococcaceae_UCG-013 and Lactobacillus decreased. Escherichia_Shigella was positively correlated with Citrinin and Sterobilin, which lead to intestinal inflammation. Ruminococcaceae_UCG-013 and Lactobacillus exhibited positive correlations with Lanthionine and reduced Glutathione, thereby reducing intestinal inflammation. This study screened the intestinal probiotics, Ruminococcaceae UCG-013 and Lactobacillus, that influence gut health during the fasting period, providing an experimental basis for improving gut microbiota and reducing intestinal inflammation during the FIM process.
