The overall purpose of this essay is to investigate how repeated similar wel-fare frauds in the form of benefit crimes according to the Swedish Benefit Crimes Act (bidragsbrottslagen (2007:612)), especially when they are judged to have been systematically committed, are handled within the legal system. By investigating how the phenomenon of systematic crime is expressed, clari-fying the concept of systematics, and analyzing its application in criminal law, the study aims to highlight its importance in counting, classifying, grading, and sentencing crimes of benefit. To investigate the effects of a systematic procedure in the case of repeated similar benefit crimes, e.g. a review of five Court of Appeal judgments is car-ried out. The main question that is addressed is the following: In what way are repeated similar welfare frauds in the form of benefit crimes dealt with under criminal law when they are judged to have been systematically committed? Some central conclusions of the essay are that the difficulties that the assess-ment of systematic crime entails above all arise in the case of graded crimes where systematicity is a qualifying requisite for a grade increase. Benefit crime is an example where systematicity constitutes a qualifying requisite for assessing the crime as serious. Systematic crime is characterized by crimes that are repeated similarly. These conditions are often already reflected in the fact that the perpetrator is prosecuted and punished for several similar crimes. If every crime in a systematic procedure is also assessed as serious due to the system, the number of crimes is taken into account repetitively. Other aggra-vating circumstances, such as special planning, often relate to the entire crimi-nal activity rather than to each crime, which means that even these circum-stances are considered multiple times when each crime is placed in a higher degree of severity. The result of such an assessment is that the crime is valued in a way that does, Det övergripande syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur upprepade likar-tade välfärdsbedrägerier i form av bidragsbrott enligt bidragsbrottslagen (2007:612), särskilt när de bedöms vara systematiskt begångna, hanteras inom rättssystemet. Genom att undersöka hur fenomenet systematisk brottslighet kommer till uttryck och klargöra begreppet systematik och analysera dess till-lämpning inom straffrätten, syftar studien till att belysa dess betydelse vid antalsräkning, rubricering, gradindelning och straffmätning av bidragsbrott. För att undersöka effekterna av ett systematiskt förfaringssätt vid upprepade likartade bidragsbrott genomförs bl.a. en genomgång av fem hovrättsdomar. Huvudfrågeställningen som behandlas är följande: På vilket sätt hanteras upp-repade likartade välfärdsbedrägerier i form av bidragsbrott straffrättsligt när de bedöms vara systematiskt begångna? Några centrala slutsatser för uppsatsen är att de svårigheter som bedömningen av systematisk brottslighet medför framför allt uppstår vid sådana gradinde-lade brott där systematiken utgör ett kvalificerande rekvisit för en gradhöjning. Bidragsbrott är ett exempel där systematiken utgör ett kvalificerande rekvisit för att bedöma brottet som grovt. Systematisk brottslighet kännetecknas av brott som upprepats på ett likartat sätt. Dessa förhållanden återspeglas ofta redan genom att gärningspersonen lagförs och straffas för flera likartade brott. Objective To explore how primary healthcare workers in Sweden experienced and perceived the long-term impact of the pandemic on their work.Design This is a descriptive qualitative study with individual semistructured interviews conducted 2 years after the onset of COVID-19. Data were analysed using an inductive thematic approach.Setting Swedish primary healthcare units in rural and urban locations.Participants 29 healthcare providers (6 registered nurses, 7 assistant nurses, 8 physicians and 8 managers) in Swedish primary healthcare.Results Data analysis yielded three overarching themes: (1) primary healthcare still affected by the pandemic; (2) primary healthcare changes made permanent; and (3) lessons learnt for handling future crises affecting primary healthcare. The participants experienced a high workload, even after the pandemic, and concluded that it would take years to catch up both mentally and workwise. Four lessons were learnt for future handling of crises that might affect primary healthcare: the importance of creating a cohesive primary healthcare management system to provide clarity regarding recommendations for how primary healthcare personnel should work, the need for management support at all levels, restricting and adapting the flow of information for primary healthcare and ascertaining the necessary resources if primary healthcare is to take on additional tasks.Conclusion Two years after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, primary healthcare workers in Sweden experienced that their work was still affected by the pandemic. Our findings highlight the importance of ensuring sufficient recovery time and providing opportunities for reflection on the experiences of primary healthcare personnel. This also includes preparedness for managing the heavy workload and strained energy levels of healthcare workers in the aftermath of a crisis.

Abstrakt Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka och belysa vilka strategier som samhällskunskapslärare i årskurs 7-9 anser vara mest effektiva för att öka elevernas motivation och positiva inställning till lärande. Vår frågeställning: Hur arbetar samhällskunskapslärare för att öka elevers motivation? genomsyrar hela arbetet. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer där fem lärare från olika skolor har intervjuats. Studien inleds med att ge perspektiv på elevers motivation där kopplingar till skolans styrdokument dras. Inledningen följs sedan av tidigare forskning som belyser perspektiv på elevers motivation i skolan, som ger en inblick i forskningsområdet. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna för arbetet är inre och yttre motivation, den didaktiska triangeln och relationskompetens. De här har bidragit med olika dimensioner för att tydliggöra och fördjupa resultatet. Resultatet kategoriseras i stor utsträckning utifrån de kategorier de teoretiska utgångspunkterna skapar: motivation, undervisningsstrategier och relationer. I resultat och diskussion framgår det att elevernas intresse för ämnet, tro på sin egen förmåga och relation till läraren är de stora påverkansfaktorerna på deras motivation.

Studien syftar till att undersöka hur kundtjänstmedarbetare inom bank och försäkringsbolag upplever sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö, samt att undersöka och identifiera orsaker som har betydelse för medarbetarnas motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse på arbetsplatsen. Studien anknyter till två olika teorier. Delvis Karaseks modell om krav-kontroll-stöd samt Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori. Studien är en kvalitativ studie som tillämpats genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna har gjorts med sex respondenter, varav tre varit kundtjänstmedarbetare inom bank och tre varit kundtjänstmedarbetare inom försäkringsbolag. Av resultatet framkom att kundtjänstmedarbetarna upplever ett generellt missnöje över sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Orsakerna till det inkluderar en kombination av höga krav, låg kontroll, och ett delvis bristande socialt stöd. Arbetsmotivationen och arbetstillfredsställelsen påverkas framför allt av omständigheter utöver arbetsuppgifterna. Resultatet har påvisat en relativt låg arbetstillfredsställelse hos kundtjänstmedarbetarna i studien., The purpose of the study is to examine how customer service employees in banks and insurance companies perceive their psychosocial work environment, and to investigate and identify factors affecting employees motivation and job satisfaction in the workplace. The study is grounded in two different theories. Partly Karasek model of job demands, control, and support, and also Herzberg's two-factor theory. It is a qualitative study conducted through semi- structured interviews. Interviews were conducted with six respondents, three of whom were customer service employees in banks and three were customer service employees in insurance companies. The findings revealed a general dissatisfaction among customer service employees regarding their psychosocial work environment. The reasons for this dissatisfaction include a combination of high job demands, low control, and partially lacking social support. Work motivation and job satisfaction are primarily influenced by circumstances beyond the job tasks. The results have indicated relatively low job satisfaction among the customer service representatives in the study.

PURPOSE: The aim of the current study was to explore the construct validity and internal consistency reliability of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)-based original English version of the Hearing and Functioning in Everyday Life Questionnaire (HFEQ) and to revise the HFEQ based on the results. METHOD: This study used a cross-sectional survey design. The data were collected using an online survey. Adults with self-reported hearing disability (n = 513) from the United States were included. The ICF components of body functions, activity and participation, and environmental factors were tested as the underlying structure of the HFEQ using confirmatory factor analysis and then adjusted by triangulation with previous content validation. RESULTS: The results of the current study confirmed the ICF components of body functions, activity and participation, and environmental factors as underlying constructs of the HFEQ. However, after triangulation with previous content validation, fine adjustments were made. The revised version of the HFEQ includes two removed items and a fine-tuned factor structure. CONCLUSION: The results confirm that the structure of the HFEQ aligns with the ICF, and the overall results indicate that HFEQ has acceptable construct validity and internal consistency.

IntroductionSickness insurance systems and their processes have been studied in terms of transparency, comprehensibility and fairness, highlighting the importance of just procedures that make sense to clients. Related research demonstrates differences between groups of clients, pointing towards a social gradient. The concept of social insurance literacy and the Social Insurance Literacy Questionnaire (SILQ) was recently developed and serves as a measure for client's ability to obtain, understand and act on information in a sickness insurance system, relating to the comprehensibility of the information that the system provides.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to investigate social insurance literacy among clients on sick leave and its associations with perceived justice, being granted sickness benefits and background factors.MethodsThis was a questionnaire study with clients on sick leave in Sweden. In the selection process 3993 clients were invited, of which 1173 recently had their sickness benefits withdrawn. Those who answered the SILQ (n = 1152) also answered a perceived justice measure and accepted sharing register data from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Data were analyzed through regression analysis.ResultsThe findings demonstrate that clients' perceptions of system comprehensibility and the status of their sick leave case was significantly associated with perceived justice, and being granted sickness benefits, while their individual abilities to obtain, understand, and act on information had lesser influence.ConclusionsThe system's ability to provide understandable information seems more important than clients' abilities to comprehend it. Interactions between two proteins are often mediated by a disordered region in one protein binding to a groove in a folded interaction domain in the other one. While the main determinants of a certain interaction are typically found within a well-defined binding interface involving the groove, recent studies show that nonspecific contacts by flanking regions may increase the affinity. One example is the coupled binding and folding underlying the interaction between the two transcriptional coactivators NCOA3 (ACTR) and CBP, where the flanking regions of an intrinsically disordered region in human NCOA3 increases the affinity for CBP. However, it is not clear whether this flanking region-mediated effect is a peculiarity of this single protein interaction or if it is of functional relevance in a broader context. To further assess the role of flanking regions in the interaction between NCOA3 and CBP, we analyzed the interaction across orthologs and paralogs (NCOA1, 2, and 3) in human, zebra fish, and ghost shark. We found that flanking regions increased the affinity 2- to 9-fold in the six interactions tested. Conservation of the amino acid sequence is a strong indicator of function. Analogously, the observed conservation of increased affinity provided by flanking regions, accompanied by moderate sequence conservation, suggests that flanking regions may be under selection to promote the affinity between NCOA transcriptional coregulators and CBP.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur förskolläraren påverkar i kommunikation med barn och hur de möjliggör barns delaktighet och inflytande under samlingen. Frågeställningarna som studerades var: Vad har pedagogen för uppfattningar om delaktighet och inflytande? Hur planeras samlingen för att främja barns delaktighet och inflytande? Hur möjliggör pedagogen barns delaktighet och inflytande i samlingen? I studien har semistrukturerade intervjuer med förskollärare samt observationer av samlingen använts för att samla in empiri. Empirin samlades in på två olika förskolor. Teoretisk utgångspunkt för studien har varit barndomssociologi. Resultatet visade att begreppen delaktighet och inflytande är komplexa och nära besläktade. Det visar också att pedagogerna inte uttryckligen eller skriftligt planerar för delaktighet och inflytande i samlingen, men det finns ändå hela tiden med i pedagogernas tankesätt. I samlingen synliggjordes hur pedagogens kommunikation med barnen påverkade deras grad av delaktighet. Kommunikationen som genererar mest delaktighet för barnen, där barn och pedagog befinner sig på samma nivå och tillsammans för samtalet framåt, visade sig vara sällsynt. Resultatet visade även att barns inflytande påverkas av pedagogens bemötande och samlingens utformning. För att främja barns delaktighet och inflytande under samlingen ses medvetenhet kring vad begreppen innebär och samsyn i arbetslaget som viktiga komponenter för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för barnen.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree of performance anxiety that occurs in high school students who play sports. Sports and physical activity have a good effect on our body both physically and mentally. Health improves which can help us with everyday life. For high school students who play sports, it can be a lot with school and training at the same time, that you can feel pressure on yourself. That pressure can lead to stress and anxiety, which can negatively affect the athletes. In the study the research questions investigated the degree of performance anxiety in the sports high school students. Try to see if there is any difference in the degree of performance anxiety between girls and boys. If it differs from training and competition situations but also if there is a connection with stopping sports due to performance anxiety. We have carried out a case study and used a quantitative analysis method. There, a survey has been sent out and the processing of the data has been done with the help of SPSS. The results show that it is common to experience performance anxiety in connection with sports and it differs a little by gender. Girls are found to be more affected by performance anxiety than boys. It also shows that during competition, high school students are more affected by performance anxiety than training. The results also show that there is a connection between performance anxiety and quitting sports. The conclusion we can draw is that there is performance anxiety in high school students who play sports. They differ slightly between genders and occasions, depending on competition or training. If you stop your sport, we can see that performance anxiety can be a factor in students.

Bakgrund: Kommunikation är en viktig del för ett fungerande teamarbete inom vården och sjuksköterskan har en stor del i detta. För att vården ska fungera på ett optimalt sätt och vara säker behöver kommunikationen som både är icke-verbal och verbal fungera korrekt. Ömsesidig respekt och samarbete är två av de viktigaste komponenterna som krävs för ett lyckat operationsresultat. Patientsäkerheten kan hotas när kommunikationen mellan professionerna blir lidande. Motiv: Det är få studier som beskriver kommunikationen mellan operationssjuksköterskan och operatörer i operationssalen. Mer forskning inom detta område kan öka förståelsen för varandras olika professioner, underlätta arbetsbördan samt utveckla vården. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa operationssjuksköterskors upplevelser av kommunikation med operatörer i operationssalen på Norrlands universitetssjukhus. Metod: Detta var en empirisk studie av kvalitativ design med webbenkäter. Webbenkäterna analyserades med induktiv kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Analysen resulterade i tre kategorier ”God kommunikation”, ”Bemötande på operationssalen”, ”Bristande kommunikation” samt tretton underkategorier. Konklusion: Patientsäkerheten kan förbättras då missförstånd i kommunikationen mellan operationssjuksköterska och operatörer kan undvikas. Detta genom att patienten kan vara i fullt fokus vilket kan leda till minskade vårdskador samt minskade kostnader för samhället då vårdtiderna för patienterna minskar. Mer forskning inom området kommunikation vore önskvärt för att utveckla sjukvården samt för att få en större förståelse för de olika professionernas utmaningar inom sjukvården.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka vilka utmaningar och möjligheter som forskning pekar på för att kunna anpassa undervisningen till varje elev utifrån elevernas egna lärande. Uppsatsen syftar även till hur den individanpassade undervisningen kan se ut i ämnet samhällskunskap. I bakgrund tas lärarens uppdrag upp samt vilka regler och lagar som styr hur undervisningen ska se ut. I resultatet behandlas individanpassning och individualisering, lärare och elev, utmaningar med individanpassning, lärarens dilemma samt individanpassning i samhällskunskapen att tas upp. Metoden som har använts är en systematisk litteraturöversikt av olika avhandlingar och artiklar, samt någon läromedelsbok. Utifrån det empiriska materialet från resultatet kan man sammanfattningsvis se att lärare stöter på olika problem i att individualisera sin undervisning beroende på bristande resurser samt att styrdokumenten för samhällskunskap inte alltid går att förena med individanpassning. Det finns även en bristande kunskap och erfarenhet i hur läraren ska anpassa sin undervisning på bästa sätt. Avslutningsvis finns det heller ingen specifik lösning på hur lärare ska göra för att kunna nå upp till dem målen som sätts av olika myndigheter för att det inte finns tillräckligt med resurser och kunskaper.

Orsaken till att denna studie genomförts var för att framhäva det ojämnställda förhållande som råder i svenska företagsstyrelser. Vidare har uppsatsskribenterna studerat om förekomsten av kvinnor i svenska företagsstyrelser påverkar företagens CSR-ranking. Detta grundades i tidigare studier som har visat att så är fallet. Studien har tillämpat en kvantitativ undersökning med en deduktiv ansats eftersom den grundats på tidigare forskning och teorier. Critical Mass teorins kritiska massa har använts som brytpunkt vid urskiljande av de två grupperna som därefter jämfördes. Critical Mass teorin innefattar att en styrelse som omfattas av tre eller 30 procent kvinnor har ett större arbete med hållbarhetsbaserade aktiviteter. Genom statistiska beräkningar i form av oberoende t-test har skillnader undersökts mellan två typer av företag; de som uppnår teorin om den kritiska massan mot de som ej uppnår den kritiska massan. För att täcka de två varianterna av Critical Mass teorin, har två oberoende t-tester genomförts för att testa detta. Det resultat som studien åstadkommit var att det, i de båda fallen, fanns statistisk signifikanta skillnader mellan grupperna av företag. Det indikerar på att förekomsten av kvinnor i svenska bolagsstyrelser påverkar företagens CSR-ranking. Trots att studien genererat ett starkt resultat går det inte säga att förklaringen till enökad CSR-ranking endast ligger till grund av en högre närvaro av kvinnliga styrelseledamöter. Andra definitioner av mångfald kan även de ha en inverkan. Andra statistiska undersökningar som gjorts är av deskriptiv art som syftar till att besvara hur företagsstyrelser är sammansatta samt hur hög närvaro av kvinnor som finns. Den deskriptiva statistiken visar även svenska börsnoterade företags genomsnittliga CSR-ranking., The reason that this study was conducted is to study whether Swedish listed companies with greater representation of women on the board have a higher CSR-ranking. The study has applied a quantitative investigation with a deductive approach since it is based on previous research and theories. The Critical Mass theory´s critical mass has been used as a breaking point, which states that a board that is composed of three or 30 precent women has a greater work with sustainability-based activities. Through statistical calculations in the form of independent t-test, differences have been investigated between two types of companies; those who fulfill the theory of the critical mass versus those who do not fulfill the critical mass. The result that the study has accomplished is that there is statistically significant difference between the groups of companies. Furthermore, the results of the study show that it is possible to claim covariation between the presence of female board directors and increased CSR-ranking. Other statistical research that has been conducted are of descriptive nature which aims to answer how Swedish listed companies’ boards are composed and how high the presence of women is. The descriptive statistics also show the average CSR-ranking of Swedish listed companies.

Matematikundervisningen i Sverige är i hög grad läromedelsstyrd och valet av läromedel påverkar vilken undervisning eleverna får ta del av. Utbudet av läromedel är stort och ett av de läromedel som de senaste åren har blivit populärt är Singma. Singma är ett läromedel inspirerat av matematikundervisningen i Singapore, ett land som har haft höga resultat på internationella kunskapsmätningar. Syftet med följande uppsats är att synliggöra hur fem lärare som undervisar i matematik i årskurs 1–3 upplever läromedlet Singma. Intentionen är att uppsatsen ska bidra med kunskap som kan ge lärare en mer nyanserad bild av ett läromedels styrkor och svagheter. Materialet består av fem kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer med lärare som arbetar med Singma i årskurs 1–3. Studien är inspirerad av fenomenologi och datamaterialet har analyserats enligt en fenomenologisk sjustegsmodell. Resultatet visar att lärarna upplever att Singma främst ger dem stöttning i att planera och genomföra undervisning som utvecklar elevernas begrepps-, problemlösnings-, resonemangs- och kommunikationsförmåga. Singma stöttar även i att planera och genomföra undervisning i helklass och grupper. Resultatet visar att läromedlet främst ger upphov till utmaningar när det gäller elevernas självständiga arbete. Lärarna upplever att eleverna har svårt att arbeta självständigt på grund av att uppgifterna består av mycket text och stor variation. Slutsatsen är att Singma är ett läromedel som stöttar lärare som vill att matematikundervisningen till stor del ska bestå av gemensamt arbete. Läromedlet stöttar även lärare som vill att undervisningen ska utgå från konkret material och visuella representationer., Mathematics education in Sweden is to a high degree controlled by teaching materials and the choice of teaching material influences which education the students will receive. The range of teaching materials is large and one of the teaching materials that lately has become popular is Singma. Singma is a teaching material inspired by mathematics education in Singapore, a country that has had high results on international knowledge tests. The aim of this study is to depict how five teachers who teach mathematics in grades 1–3 experience the teaching aid Singma. The intention is that the essay will contribute knowledge that can give teachers a nuanced picture of the strengths and weaknesses of a teaching material. The data consists of five qualitative, semi-structured interviews with teachers who work with Singma in grades 1–3. The study is inspired by phenomenology and the data has been analyzed according to a phenomenological seven-step model. The results show that the teachers experience that Singma mainly provides them with support in planning and implementing teaching that develops students' conceptual, problem-solving, reasoning and communication skills. Singma also supports planning and implementing whole class and group activities. The results show that the teaching material mainly gives rise to challenges when it comes to the students' independent work. The teachers feel that the students find it difficult to work independently because the tasks consist of a lot of text and great variety. The conclusion is that Singma is a teaching material that supports teachers who primarily want the mathematics lessons to consist of whole class and group activities. The teaching material also supports teachers who want the teaching to be based on concrete material and visual representations.
