13. 画像誘導炭素線治療におけるPatient Handling Systemに対する位置決めQA

Abstract

【目的】QST病院では、画像誘導炭素線治療として、Patient Handling System (PTH)を用いて、治療が行われている。本研究では、このPTHについて紹介し、定期的に実施しているQAの１年間の結果について報告する。【方法】PTHは、患者支援システム（固定具、ロボットアーム治療台）、患者セットアップ用X線システム 、レーザー等からなり、主に患者の画像の取得、幾何学的精度の維持、運動管理、および治療過程全体のサポート機能を有する位置照合用システムである。このPTHに関するQAでは、照射室レーザー、直交X線イメージングシステムやロボットアーム治療台の位置精度を確認する。今回、2018年4月から2019年3月までのQA結果(測定誤差)について解析した。【結果】 垂直と水平のレーザー位置精度については、最大±0.5mmと+0.5mmであった。位置照合装置の位置精度は、垂直X線管球のY方向は最大-0.1 mm、水平X線管球のZとY方向は、最大±0.1と-0.4 mm、回転系は最大+0.1degであった。垂直FPDのXとY方向は最大±0.1mmと最大+0.1mm、水平FPDのZとY方向は最大±0.1mmであった。位置照合装置と炭素線照射装置の両座標系の整合性に関しては、XとY方向は最大±0.3mm、Z方向は最大-0.4 mm、回転系は最大±0.1deg、アイソセンター位置精度の最大標準偏差は0.5 mm未満であった。【結語】 画像誘導炭素線治療として治療に用いられているPTHに関するQA結果を評価し、PTHに関する高精度な位置精度を確認できた。, 日本放射線腫瘍学会 第32回学術大会

19. Stochastic Petri Net model of distributed process system with repair and its behavior analysis

Abstract

Stochastic Petri Net is applied to model a shift processing system with repair and of distributed processing configuration, in which the states of the modeled system can be defined with ease. Moreover, the behavior of the system can be identified more accurately by executing the behavioral analysis of the system with distinction between regeneration point and non-regeneration point in the context of a Markov Renewal Process when making the state definition for the modeled system. The limiting probability of the mean first passage time to the initial state in the system is obtained with the behavioral analysis of the system. Finally, the behavior of the system from the normal state to the next normal state is shown by introducing the Gamma distribution and the exponential distribution as concrete firing time distributions of each transition in the numerical example. Abstract

Petri Net is very descriptive and flexible in modeling systems of concurrency and asynchronization. In this paper, it is used to model a co-operative motion system. A Markov Renewal Process with some non-regeneration points is applied to analyze the probabilistic behavior of the modeled system. Finally, measurement values such as availability and performability are defined, and their numerical examples are given.

Abstract

This paper proposes a smart device-based personalized learning environment. The learning environment comprises a smart device, a learning content provider, and analytical functions regarding learners' learning outcomes and biological data. The preferred learning style of proposed learning environment is to learn by making use of mobile and wearable devices used in daily life. Therefore, the goal of learning services in the proposed learning environment is to provide educational services appropriate to a learner's learning state during learning by analyzing merged learning outcomes and biological data. This paper also presents the design and an experiment scenario of the prototype system to verify the feasibility of a proposed learning environment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
