The primary objective of this study is to investigate the effects of Zinc toxicity when fishes are exposed in a controlled environment using two-dimensional correlation spectral analysis. This analysis is superior as subtle spectral changes induced by an external perturbation are not readily noticeable in conventional one-dimensional spectra. A higher decrease in protein and carbohydrates and a lesser decrease in lipids (20%–28%) against the control sample occurs due to Zn toxicity. The lowest value of the bioconcentration factor for Zn shows carbohydrate utilization, which was resolved well in our two-dimensional spectral analysis. Synchronous maps show the predominant changes in protein (1668 cm−1), phospholipids (1771 cm−1), and fatty acids (1707 cm−1). The asynchronous two-dimensional spectra show alteration in phosphodiester stretching of glycogen followed by Amide I. In addition, we explored the importance of principal component analysis coupled two-dimensional spectra analysis which shows weak amide III protein changes. The hetero asynchronous shows well-resolved cross peaks of +(1047, 1389), resulting in improved resolution. Masonry is possibly the primary construction element currently in widespread use throughout the world. Load-bearing masonry building is prevalent in developing countries for home construction. When properly constructed, masonry is frequently a more cost-effective and energy-efficient alternative to reinforced concrete for wall building. In addition to performing the dual roles of supporting weight and enclosing space, structural masonry boasts a high level of fire resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, and exposure protection. The remarkable durability and low maintenance costs are further evident benefits. Masonry has a significant role in building construction, particularly in structures, as it is regarded as the primary component of the building. The eco-friendly solid block is prepared by adding the following by-products like coal ash, granite powder, olivine sand etc., all these ingredients used for manufacturing the solid block are waste materials from various industries. Thus, extensive testing is necessary to assess their load carrying capacity and secant modulus accurately. Masonry prisms were developed with five-layer solid blocks and tested for their stress-strain characteristics and secant modulus and the test outcomes were compared with conventional fly ash cement blocks. Eco-friendly solid blocks offer a persuasive substitute for ecologically conscious approaches to building by preserving structural integrity and functionality while promoting sustainability. Phase change materials (PCMs) are substances that can change their phase at a specific range of temperatures. This is the case in the temperature range and in the event that there is a brief gap between the supply of a particular quantity of energy and the demand for that quantity, these materials come in quite helpful. As a result, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for the military, as well as waste heat recovery and thermal management. The simulation result of this proposed method is developed using Matlab and Simulink, the user is classified using a fuzzy logic control which helps to improve the energy consumption patterns which are they exhibit. Using this proposed method, we can perform several modes of operations which are toogled between the control, which achieves more amount of greater flexibility, also at same time it helps to reduce the usage of number of switches which are placed between various OM's. This is demonstrated by the fact that the fuzzy logic control is used. Therefore, the developed control logic reveals a promising potential for boosting the energy efficiency. The organic aromatic acid 4-Chloroanilinium Bromide (CAB) and 4-Chloroanilinium Thiocyanate (CAT) crystals were grown using solution method in ethanol solvent at room temperature. The crystalline structural parameters of the grown CAB and CAT crystals were determined using single XRD study. The Gaussian 09 programme was applied to determine the molecular geometrical structure and second-order hyperpolarisability value. The linear optical property of the grown crystals was confirmed with the determined energy band gap value from Gaussian 09 programme as well as experimental UV-visible spectrum analysis. The calculated value of second-order hyperpolarisability from Gaussian 09 programme for nonlinear optical property is proved that the grown crystals are suitable candidates for optoelectronic device applications. The biological activity of the grown crystals was proved with antibacterial and antifungal studies and are promising candidates for the development of antibiotic drugs against tested bacterial strains and hence it is suitable for pharmaceutical applications.
