The method of internal distillation (in situ retorting) and internal treatment for extracting shale oil is one of the modern methods developed with good economic quality but at a higher cost. Therefore, the net of fossil oil can be considered alternative energy. Hydrocarbon-rich hydrogen turns into oily shale, which distills by heat and turns into gases and petroleum liquids suitable for use as fuel. The fumes from burning oil shale are considered cancer-causing, so advanced treatment is required before extraction. As the temperature increases, the speed of oil extraction increases dramatically, but at 510°C, the production rate begins to decline. Oil extraction produces more than gas; the highest production peak is around 550 h. The permeability is closely proportional to the oil producers, and the permeability is inversely proportional to the highest temperature in the case of high heat through the combustion of coal with oxygen internally. The type of oil shale is affected by the surrounding environment and the temperature of the earth’s crust.

Parallel manipulators have a rigid structure and can pick up the heavy objects. Therefore, a parallel manipulator has been developed based on the cooperative of three arms of a robotic system to make the whole system suitable for solving many problems such as materials handling and industrial automation. The three revolute joints are used to achieve the mechanism operation of the parallel planar robot. Those revolute joints are geometrically designed using an open-loop spatial robotic platform. In this paper, the geometric structure with three revolute joints is used to drive and analyze the inverse kinematic model for the 3RRR parallel planar robot. In the proposed design, three main variables are considered: the length of links of the 3RRR parallel planar robot, base positions of the platform, and joint angles' geometry. Cayley-Menger determinants and bilateration are proposed to calculate these three variables to determine the final position of the platform and to move specific objects according to given desired trajectories. The proposed structure of the 3RRR parallel planar robot is simulated and different desired trajectories are tested to study the performance of the proposed stricter. Escherichia coli is gram negative bacteria and represents a typical resident of the digestive systems of both humans and animals. The stability and equilibrium of the luminal microbial flora are significantly influenced by E. coli. The Escherichia coli uropathogenic-specific protein (Usp) represents type of genotoxins produced by uropathogenic E. coli rather than fecal E. coli isolates. In the current study E. coli was isolated from urine and stool and usp gene was detected in it. Sensitivity test was evaluated by using different types of antibiotics and the usp gene was detected by PCR in all bacterial isolates. Antibiotics sensitivity test showed variable degrees of sensitivity and resistance. High percentage of sensitivity was achieved against amikacin (86%) and that for ciprofloxacin, ceftazidime, gentamicin and tobramycin it was 80%. Whereas trimethoprim and aztreonam showed 64% and 60% sensitivity respectively. In this study, most isolates were resistant to amoxicillin 92%; while they showed different degrees of resistance against other types of antibiotics (from tetracycline 62% to amikacin 4%). The frequency of multi drug resistant (MDR) bacteria was about 64 % (32 isolates), 30 from urine and 2 from the stool. The results showed that usp gene was found in 26 bacterial isolates (52%), whereas other 24 (48%) isolates didn’t have this gene. It was concluded that source of bacterial isolates carry usp gene was urine, with the exception of one isolate from f stool, and E. coli recorded as multidrug resistant bacteria (MDR). Background: Type 2 diabetes is characterized by hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia. Diabetes mellitus is common worldwide because an average adult's bloodstream has 100 milligrams per deciliter of glucose at five to ten grams. Diabetes-related renal and cardiovascular diseases are more expensive and medically burdensome. One common bone disease is osteoporosis, characterized by weakening bones that increase fracture risk, causing discomfort, impaired function, and lower quality of life. Aim: This study aims to evaluate some biochemical variables for diabetic female patients (Calcitonin, Ca, Vitamin D, ALP). Methods: The study included blood samples from 120 women. The samples were classified into two groups, a control group with 40 samples and a group of diabetic patients with 80 samples. The study was conducted at the Endocrinology and Diabetes Center in Maysan Governorate from January 2023 to April 2023. The women's samples were medically checked by a diabetes specialist and were diagnosed with diabetes, and some of them are obese according to (BMI and HbA1c) levels. Pregnant women and smokers were excluded. The ELISA method using a SUNLONG calcitonin kit was used to determine the serum level of calcitonin; the (Ca, ALP) kits manufactured by A15 BioSystems were used to determine calcium and Alkaline Phosphatase, while Vitamin D used a VIDAS kit. Results: The current findings revealed a significant effect (p<0.05) in all variables in D.M. patients that were detected compared to the control group (The control group was chosen on the basis that individuals are free of diabetes, obesity, and other chronic diseases and within the age group 20-65 years). The results show a significant decrease in Calcitonin and Calcium (p<0.05), and non-significant differences in Vitamin D and ALP (p>0.05) in D.M. patients, which was detected in comparison with the control group concentrations. Discussion: The current study's findings indicate that calcitonin reduces circulating calcium, leading to the theory that its physiological role in hypercalcemia may be involved in returning average serum calcium concentrations. A vitamin D shortage compromises pancreatic beta cells' ability to secrete insulin in response to glucose, pancreatic cells express vitamin D receptors that bind to the active circulating form, 1,25 (O.H.)2D. Conclusions: The study underscores the significant changes in calcitonin and calcium levels in diabetic female patients compared to healthy controls, suggesting the need for careful monitoring of these biochemical variables in diabetes management. Background: The human body needs minerals and micronutrients. It is important to estimate the micronutrients (Fe+2, Mg+2, Mn+2, Zn+2, Cu+2, K+, Na+) in the serum of female patients with diabetes mellitus (T2DM) as needed for insulin and glucose metabolism, especially zinc, manganese, and magnesium, which activate insulin receptor sites. Aim: Estimate the micronutrient concentrations by (µg/mL) and determine their effects on insulin resistance and diabetes mellitus. Methods: The study was conducted at Maysan Province Endocrinology and Diabetes Center from January to April 2023. It included 120 women aged (20 - 65) years separated into two groups. The control group included 40 healthy women, and the patient group included 80 women with diabetic mellitus (T2DM). The IBM SPSS Statistics and the t-test were used to compare the two groups. Results: The results showed a statistically significant difference at the level (P<0.05) for the average concentration of Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Potassium, and Sodium, while Iron concentration was a non-significant decrease at (P>0.05) in the patients with (T2DM) compared with the control group. The concentration of micronutrients in diabetes mellitus and healthy groups was Na+ > Cu+2 > Zn+2 > Mn+2 > Fe+2 > K+ > Mg+2 and Na+ > Cu+2 > K+ > Mg+2> Fe+2 > Zn+2 > Mn+2 respectively. In the T2DM group, the trace element with the highest observed concentration was the Sodium ion, while Manganese (Mn+2) had the lowest concentration. Conversely, in the control group, Sodium (Na+) showed the highest concentration and Magnesium (Mg+2) the lowest. Discussion: Sodium had the greatest micronutrient content in both the control and T2DM groups. Micronutrient differences may affect insulin resistance and diabetes. Conclusions: The variation in the micronutrient concentration was statistically significant between the diabetes mellitus and control groups, except for Iron, demonstrating the complex relationship between micronutrient levels and metabolic disorders. A Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic detection considers a critical and challenging task for the medical practitioner. The coronavirus disease spread so rapidly between people and infected more than one hundred and seventy million people worldwide. For this reason, it is necessary to detect infected people with coronavirus and take action to prevent virus spread. In this study, a COVID-19 classification methodology was adopted to detect infected people using computed tomography (CT) images. Deep learning was applied to recognize COVID-19 infected cases for different patients by employing deep features. This methodology can be beneficial for medical practitioners to diagnose infected patients. The results were based on a new data collection named BasrahDataset that includes different CT scan videos for Iraqi patients.
