This article presents the results of a study of the effect of different sterilizers and nutrient media of different composition on the characteristics of the growth and development of garden strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) microplants in vitro. To introduce a plant into a cell and tissue culture, two very important conditions must be met - to choose the right sterilizing solution, its concentration and processing time, and to choose the right balanced nutrient medium suitable for a particular culture. The studies were carried out on two varieties of garden strawberries: Favorit and White Swede. Sterilization of plant material was carried out with two sterilizers - 5% sodium hypochlorite solution and 1% silver nitrate solution. Studies have shown that the largest number of sterile explants was obtained by sterilizing the material with silver nitrate. Subsequently, viable meristems were planted on three nutrient media of different composition. According to the data obtained, it can be concluded that the MS nutrient medium with the addition of cytokinin 6-BAP at a concentration of 1 mg/L turned out to be the best in terms of the multiplication factor, the percentage of survival and the height of microplants..

The research describes the process of a digital approach in teaching a foreign language using various programs, teaching materials and teaching competencies. Recently, at the development of the distance technologies, the aim is to organize the educational process so that it is given the new educational forms, in terms of quality, a result that is at least the same as traditional ones. In addition, there are many questions related to methods of measuring online learning effectiveness, as it provides an opportunity for continuous learning and improvement of the professional activities. Modern changes in modern social life and culture require a restructuring of the training specialists` system, the development of new technologies in education that implement the training of a person with the necessary social and professional competencies. With the development of new information technologies, the range of up-to-date information platforms is expanding; the conditions are created for the formation of a single global information and educational space on their basis. In this regard, the education system is changing and developing. The application of the most suitable MS Teams platform for implementing the educational process and mastering the necessary competencies is considered. The stages and areas for the implementation of the training material are listed in detail. The authors focus on the relevance of achieving the maximum use of various interactive forms of education using innovative technologies and achieving competencies. The paper examines the use of such technologies, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using such technologies. Methods and approaches in distance or online learning for the assimilation of educational material and mastering the necessary competencies are determined. The authors suggest a possible application of distance learning as an additional educational resource.

The variety of the intercultural communication provides the existence of different methods and tools that appear in learning process using the intercultural interaction in preparing future specialists. For understanding the intercultural communication it should be combined the knowledge and understanding another culture language. Moreover, the developing intercultural communication process should be seen in practice if the students have opportunities to develop language skills of the intercultural communication in daily routine or in professional situations conducted at the different learning classes with using modern pedagogical methods. One of the most effective ways of intercultural communication is a motivation to learn a foreign language for special occasions aimed at obtaining professional skills and professional experience. Achieving a high professional level of language training is directly related to the peculiarities of a foreign language culture. The proposed method is based on communicative competence of learners with practical implementation in the professional sphere. The method under consideration makes it possible to give conclusions about necessity for studying a foreign language and pay attention to filling the learning language content using professional direction. Nowadays, the professionals with high level of the foreign language in various fields are highly competitive and indispensable now. The obtained results of the research based on the effectiveness of modern methods` use and application in the classroom for preparing future specialists.

Pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine aspire to develop their innovative medicinal products and successfully introduce them to the global market. However, along with the prospects of increased usage of these pharmaceuticals, there arises a challenge of heightened waste production, making them a part of the over twenty million tons of PPCPs produced annually. Consequently, one of the tasks in producing new pharmaceuticals is the development of methodologies and approaches not only for quality control but also for their determination in the environment matrices. The aim. Develop and validate GC-FID chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of Enisamium iodide and Tilorone dihydrochloride, evaluate their applicability, and compare their "greenness" with the previously developed HPLC method. Materials and methods. The determination of the Tilorone dihydrochloride and Enisamium iodide was carried out by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector using the Rxi-5 ms (30 m long, 0.25 mm outer diameter and 0.25 μm liquid stationary phase thickness). Results. Chromatographic GC-FID methods have been developed for the simultaneous determination of Enisamium iodide and Tilorone dihydrochloride. Optimal sample preparation conditions were established, and a validation process was conducted. A comparison with the previously developed HPLC method was made regarding "greenness." Conclusions. The developed GC-FID methodology is accurate and more environmentally friendly compared to the previously established methods. It can be recommended to determine Enisamium iodide and Tilorone dihydrochloride in the environmental matrices. It is considered environmentally friendly based on the overall GREENness (AGREE) scale, scoring 0.73 (>0.70), which demonstrates the environmentally favourable nature of the proposed analytical approach. Innovative entrepreneurship is a key link in the transfer of innovation, which involves the movement of knowledge from the scientific sphere to the economic sphere in order to transform theoretical knowledge into new products and services that will have a positive effect in increasing social welfare. Innovative entrepreneurship functions in conditions of high turbulence of socio-economic processes, in particular changes in the institutional environment and the development of public administration in Ukraine. And there are certain external and internal restrictions in the process of development of innovative entrepreneurship and some of them are associated with inefficient financial management, which does not allow to create appropriate conditions for the intensification of innovative entrepreneurship. Financial planning is a main component of financial management of any business entity, and combines such elements as: analysis of current financial performance, definition of strategic financial objectives of the entity, development and implementation of the plan financial measures, analysis of the results of implementation of selected financial measures and their adjustment. The aim of the article is to study the methodology of financial planning of innovative entrepreneurship in the institutional environment and public administration, development of an integrated indicator of innovative entrepreneurship effectiveness and forecasting of financial efficiency using methods of economic and mathematical modeling. To conduct the research, empirical data were obtained from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. The specified data characterize the innovative entrepreneurial activity, the economic efficiency of innovation for the period from 2015 to 2020. The collected data made it possible to build a forecast that allows to identify possible changes in the financial efficiency of entrepreneurship, in particular, helps to develop alternative measures. A parabolic trend is used for building a predictive model. The methodology of financial planning of subjects of innovative entrepreneurship in the system of institutional environment and public administration, development of an integrated indicator of effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship and implementation of financial efficiency forecasting using the built economic and mathematical models was analyzed. Analysis of the integrated performance indicator of innovative entrepreneurship indicates that performance is characterized by significant fluctuations. The indicators calculated with the help of economic and mathematical models indicate the positive dynamics of the volume of sold innovative products. Also, positive dynamics is observed in revenues from innovation changes. The indicators calculated using economic and mathematical models indicate positive dynamics of the volume of implemented innovative products, which will amount to 1883.35 million € in 2021 and 2560.34 million € in 2022. Positive dynamics are also observed in the income from innovation activity, so the forecast value in 2021 is 1335.08 million €, and in 2022 - 2016.77 million €. According to forecast data, the profitability index of innovative products in 2021 is 2.63, and in 2022 - 3.71. Assessing the effectiveness of innovation, it is proposed to use an integrated indicator, which was built on the several components. Analysis of the dynamics of the integrated performance indicator for the period 2015 - 2020 reveals significant fluctuations, but since 2019 the effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship is growing.
