V prispevku avtor opisuje novo geografsko varianto asociacije Arunco-Fagetum var. geogr. Acer obtusatum, ki uspeva na strmih hladnih pobočjih v gorskem in deloma zgornjegorskem pasu doline zgornje Kolpe. Razlikovalnica geografske variante je vrsta Acer obtusatum, edafske razlikovalnice pa vrste Omphalodes verna, Euphorbia carniolica, Pulmonaria stiriaca in Erythronium dens-canis. Geografsko varianto členi v tri subasociacije: - fraxinetosum excelsioris, - typicum in - homogynetosum sylvestris. Nova geografska varianta je utemeljenana podrobni primerjavi floristične, fitosociološke in geoelementne sestave ter spektra bioloških oblik rastlin s podobnimi bukovji v preddinarskem fitogeografskem območju Slovenije. In his article, the author describes a new geographic variant of the association Arunco-Fagetum var. geogr. Acer obtusatum growing on the steep cold slopes of the mountain and partly high mountain belt of the upper Kolpa River Valley. The differential species of the geographical variant is the species Acer obtusatum and the edaphic differential species are the species Omphalodes verna, Euphorbia carniolica, Pulmonaria stiriaca and Erythronium dens-canis. He divides the geographical variant into three sub-associations: -fraxinetosum excelsioris, - typicum and - homogynetosum sylvestris. The new geographic variant is based on the detailed comparison of the floristic, phytosociological and geo-elemental structure and on the spectrum of biological plant forms similar to the beech forests in the pre-dinaric phytogeographical area of Slovenia.

New inland locality of Ulva prolifera O. F. Müller [=Enteromorpha prolifera (O. F. Müller) J. Agardh, Enteromorpha salina Kützing] was found in flowing pond in the Kopla valley, near Tulce country (Wielkopolska Region, locality coordinates: 52o20′35″N; 17o04′40″E). Macroalga thallus had been watched since May till August 2008. U. prolifera thalluses reached significant sizes (above 200 cm long). Thalluses of such sizes have not been described in the literature yet. Macroalga thalluses have been differing greatly in respect of its built in relation to all already known see forms. The pond in which this originally see species lived, was filled with very fertilized water. The eutrophia state present in the U. prolifera locality was caused by the flow of contaminated waters from a production plant nearby the pond, floating to it with Kopla river.
