The results of a reconnaissance survey using direct-prospecting technology of satellite images and photographs frequency-resonance processing within some areas of coal basin and shale gas production in China, France, Ukraine, USA, Argentina, England, UAE are presented. The data of the local areas reconnaissance surveying within coal basins show the possibility of detecting oil, condensate and gas deposits in the deep and ultra-deep horizons of cross-section underneath coal deposits. Materials of experimental studies at the Fuman oil field site and the Luntan-1 deep well drilling site indicate the potential possibility and feasibility of direct-prospecting methods using in the process of selecting the most optimal sites of the deep exploratory wells for oil and gas drilling. Helium deposits may be discovered at an ultra-deep well drilling site in the Taklamakan Desert at depths of over 7120 m. By detailed scanning of this cross-section interval, the depths of helium accumulations in the reservoirs can be determined. The deep channels for fluids, chemical elements and minerals migration, filled with 1-6 groups of sedimentary rocks, were found in all surveyed shale gas production sites. The received measurement data of the work carried out can be considered as additional evidence in favor of the concept of deep (abiogenic) synthesis of hydrocarbons, including those in shale formations. Within the survey site in England a significant number of local zones of visible hydrogen degassing are located. It is advisable to conduct additional research on these sites in order to study these local zones in more detail. Experimental studies within area of shale oil in the Williston Basin also confirmed the presence of hydrocarbon deposits in the deep horizons of cross-section. It is advisable to carry out detailed geological exploration work in order to search for hydrocarbon deposits in coal and shale basins in various regions of the world! To the east of Williston Basin, a large cluster of basalt volcanic structures with hydrogen and living (healing) water, as well as the process of hydrogen and phosphorus migration into the atmosphere were revealed by instrumental measurements. In general, the materials of the experimental work carried out can be considered as additional evidence in favor of the volcanic model of formation of structural elements and the external appearance of the Earth's surface, as well as deposits of ore and combustible minerals and water. The research results indicate the feasibility of using mobile technology of frequency-resonance processing and decoding of satellite images and photographs for the detection and localization of oil and gas accumulation zones within large blocks and local areas. The use of super-operational and low-cost directprospecting technology will significantly speed up the exploration process for oil, gas, natural hydrogen and ore minerals, as well as reduce the financial costs of its implementation. The results of testing mobile direct-prospecting technology for frequency resonance processing of satellite and photo images at the geological objects of various types in the region of Australia and New Zealand are presented. Investigations of a reconnaissance nature were carried out in the areas of ring structures (craters) Gosses Bluff, Wolfe Creek, Ilkurlka and Yarrabubba, in the local areas of drilling exploratory wells for hydrocarbons within offshore and onshore, on area of active volcano and several lakes location and within some blocks for natural hydrogen searching. The mobile and low-cost technology includes modified methods of frequency-resonance processing and decoding of satellite images and photo images, vertical electric-resonance sounding (scanning) of a cross-section, as well as a method of integrated assessment of the prospects of oil and gas potential of large prospecting blocks and license areas. Separate methods of this direct-prospecting technology are based on the principles of the "substance" paradigm of geophysical research, the essence of which is to search for a specific substance - oil, gas, gas condensate, gold, zinc, etc. The results of experimental research studies of a reconnaissance character allow us to conclude that mobile direct-prospecting technology of satellite images and photo images frequency-resonance processing can be used to study the deep structure and determine (establish) the genesis of ring structures, study volcanoes of various types, as well as search for combustible and ore useful minerals in various regions of the globe. The proven technology allows filling the studied crosssection with specific rocks (sedimentary, metamorphic and magmatic), as well as identifying areas on the surface and intervals in the cross-section that are promising for ore and combustible minerals prospecting. The super-mobile methods can be used to assess the prospects for oil and gas (ore) potential of large exploration blocks and local areas (including those put up for auction), to select the optimal locations (sites) for laying exploration and production wells, assessment of the prospects for discovering oil and gas deposits in the deep and super-deep horizons of cross-section, prospecting and localization of zones with deep channels location, through which the chemical elements, fluids and mineral matter migrate into the upper horizons of cross-section. Using experimental studies of mobile exploration technology, which includes modified methods of frequency-resonance processing, decoding of satellite and photographic images, vertical electron resonant scanning of the geological section, and the method of integral assessment of oil and gas content, the authors identified the potential of large prospecting blocks and licensed areas within the Shakal and Halabja blocks in Kurdistan. In the Shakal exploration area, the authors received oil responses from 3 intervals: 1) 2771-2794 m, 2) 2795.3-2815.45 m, and 3) 2834.40-2854 m in limestone sections. In Halabja exploration area, oil responses were obtained from 12 intervals: 1) 297-311.5 m, 2) 328-330 m, 3) 1190-1260 m, 4) 2018-2020 m, 5) 2059-2061 m, 6) 2132-2133 m, 7) 2192-2201 m, 8) 2249-2276 m, 9) 2307-2310 m, 10) 2317-2321 m, 11) 2326-2329 m and 12) 3310-3340 m. These results suggest that the proposed alternative exploration model can provide a more direct means of assessing the hydrocarbon potential of large exploratory areas, even before other geophysical investigations provide detailed information on possible targets. The new results of the frequency-resonance technologies application for the study of the sources and processes of seeps and pockmarks formation in the Arctic and the North Sea are considered. The study of the methane seeps and pockmarks fields shows that the intensity and dynamics of their formation depend on the inflow of gas fluids from deep sources because of a result of active degassing processes. The use of FR-sounding technologies allows us to remotely determine the spatial regularities of intense gas emission zone formation and the probable depth of geological sources of migration. The seep and pockmark field study results confirm the crust-mantle gas fluids' influence on the nature and degassing processes features in the structures of the continental margins. Modern degassing centers' studies have confirmed the presence of zones of active migration of gases into the atmosphere, which is an important factor in the dynamics of global climate change processes. The experience of FR- technologies used in the fields of methane seeps and pockmarks study in the structures of the Arctic polar seas showed their versatility and the possibility of their use in the study of gas emissions in structures of different regions. The results of a survey in the reconnaissance mode of large prospecting blocks, local areas and hydrogen degassing zones in Great Britain are presented. Experimental studies were carried out with the aim of additional approbation of direct-prospecting methods and improvement the methodology of their application in exploration process for oil, gas natural hydrogen and living water, as well as the deep structure of Earth structural elements studying. The investigations have been conducted with using the mobile and low-cost technology, that include modified methods of frequency-resonance processing and decoding of satellite and photo images, vertical electric-resonance sounding of a cross-section, as well as a method of integrated assessment of the prospects of oil and gas potential of large prospecting blocks and license areas. The developed super-mobile direct-prospecting technology has provided the authors with a unique opportunity to conduct a huge number of experiments in various regions of the globe. Frequency-resonance processing of the Western Antarctica Rift System satellite images and photographs with separate active volcanoes and large volcanic provinces was fulfilled out to study the volcanic structures genesis. New experimental data made it possible to obtain new frequencyresonance rocks characteristics of the deep channels of individual structures filling, to estimate the location and depth of the volcanic structure's roots and melts - sources of the volcanic provinces' magmatism. The research results show the existence of a complex magma-gas-fluid system consisting of a series of magma chambers. The roots of many volcanoes are located in the molten rock layer at a depth of 195-217 km. This melt zone can "break through" with rocks of deeper (up to depths of more than 700 km) channels of fluid migration. According to the frequency resonance studies data, channels with different formation depths are filled with basalts, kimberlites, ultramafic rocks and various groups of sedimentary rocks. The volcanic structures with roots at various depths presence suggests their regular relationship with the processes of tectonic activation in this region that have occurred over the past 500 million years. The automated fitting method was applied to the modelling of gravity and magnetic anomalies. This technique allows us to use for interpretation the observed components of gravity and magnetic fields and their linear transformations, the geoid anomalies, and the course gradient data of magnetic fields. The software is based on the optimization of the sum of square differences between measured and modelled field components. The universal approximation procedure for parametrization of anomalous sources allows us to describe effectively different elements of the modelled space. The optimization procedure for the minimization of objective functions includes gradient-based algorithms and singular value decomposition technique.
