В работе представлены результаты исследования трех физиологических маркеров когнитивной перегрузки: диаметр зрачка, мощность альфа- и тета-ритмов, а также поведенческие (успешность запоминания) показатели когнитивной перегрузки. This study presents such physiological markers of cognitive overload as pupil diameter, the power of alpha and theta rhythms, as well as its behavioral (successful memorization) indicators.

Целью данного обзора является анализ методик диагностики СДВГ у взрослых пациентов. Исследования показывают нарушение исполнительных функций у детей с СДВГ, однако не так много работ посвящено изучению исполнительных функций у взрослых. Помимо этого, в оценке и измерении исполнительных функций отсутствуют нейропсихологические маркеры. The aim of this review is to analyze diagnostic tools for ADHD in adult patients. There are large body of literature on executive functions impairment in ADHD children; however a lack of researches is account to the study of executive functions in adults. Furthermore, there are no neuropsychological markers in the assessment and measurement of executive functions.

The article presents a study of the relationship of executive functions, such as attention control and selective attention, with working memory capacity. The result of the study is a latent variables model that describes the relationship of these three constructs. В работе представлено исследование связи исполнительных функций, таких как контроль внимания и селективное внимание, с емкостью рабочей памяти. Результатом исследования является модель с латентными переменными, описывающая взаимосвязь трех конструктов.

The article presents an overview of studies that use electrocardiography (ECG) to identify markers of psychophysiological reactions of emotional states, working memory performance, cognitive load, etc.

Cognitive overload can be defined as the excess of information to be retained over the available working memory resources. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of such psychophysiological indicators as pupil diameter and rhythmic brain activity can help describe the mechanisms of cognitive overload. Когнитивная перегрузка может быть определена как превышение объема информации, который требуется удерживать, над объемом доступных ресурсов рабочей памяти. Сравнительный анализ динамики таких психофизиологических показателей как диаметр зрачка и ритмическая активность мозга может помочь описать механизмы возникновения когнитивной перегрузки.

Two pilot studies of children with profound damages of central nervous system were conducted by using eye-tracking. Design of electroencephalographic event related potentials (ERP) study is proposed. We aimed to test different approaches for diagnostic of this clinical group using eye-tracking and electroencephalography. First study was an attempt to adopt classical diagnostic tool with verbal instruction to presentation on tablet with integrated eye-tracker. The result of this study reveals that it is impossible to use standard tools for very impaired children. Furthermore, we proposed several factors that could be crucial for eye-tracking tasks performance. In the second study we tried to avoid tasks that require verbal instruction and voluntary control. Visual search task and Posner cuing task were presented trough tablet with integrated eye-tracker. No reliable records of gaze were obtained in this study. Planning study is developed for using of ERP for diagnostic. We proposed that ERP passive oddball paradigm may allow us to examine psychological state and cognitive process of children. In the end we discussed the conditions and requirements for both approach application in diagnostic children with severe multiple developmental disorders. В статье представлены результаты двух пилотных исследований детей с тяжелым поражением центральной нервной системы, проведенных с использованием айтрекинга. Спроектирован дизайн исследования с применением электроэнцефало-графических потенциалов, связанных с событием (ПСС). Целью работы стало тестирование различных подходов к обследованию данной группы лиц с использованием айтрекинга и электроэнцефалографии. В первом исследовании сделана попытка использовать классический диагностический инструментарий, предъявленный на планшете со встроенным айтрекером и вербальными инструкциями. Результат этого исследования показал, что использование стандартных инструментов для данной категории детей крайне неэффективно. Кроме того, был выявлен ряд факторов, которые могут иметь решающее значение при выполнении заданий, предполагающих отслеживание взгляда. Во втором исследовании была сделана попытка избежать заданий, требующих вербальных инструкций и произвольного контроля. Задача визуального поиска и задача с периферической подсказкой Познера были предъявлены через планшет со встроенным айтрекером. В этом исследовании также не было получено надежных записей взгляда. Спроектированное исследование предполагает использование ПСС. Мы выдвинули гипотезу, что применение oddball-парадигмы позволит изучить психологическое состояние и когнитивные процессы данной группы детей. В заключении статьи обсуждаются условия и требования, необходимые для проведения обследования детей с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями развития.

Статья поступила в редакцию 12.09.2018 г. Предметом данного исследования была связь между слежением за взглядом и коммуникативными навыками детей с 10 до 14 месяцев. Слежение за взглядом оценивалось методом айтрекинга, коммуникативные навыки измерялись с использованием опросника Мак-Артура (MacArthur CDI). Не было обнаружено значимых корреляций, кроме отрицательной корреляции между слежением за взглядом у детей в 10 месяцев и активным словарным запасом у этих детей в 14 месяцев. The topic of the research was connected to the interrelation between gaze following and communicative skills speaking about children from 10 to 14 months. Gaze following behavior was assessed by eye tracker and communicative skills were measured by CDI MacArthur. There were no correlations between observed variables except negative correlation between gaze following in children at the age of 10 months and active vocabulary in children at the age of 14 months.

The article presents data obtained as the result of studying of the socialemotional development in preterm and full-term children at the two years by the Bayley Scales of Social-Emotional Development. The statistical analysis shows that there are neither significant influences of prematurity nor sex. В статье приведены результаты исследования социально-эмоционального развития недоношенных и родившихся в срок детей с помощью шкал социально-эмоционального развития ребенка Бэйли в возрасте двух лет. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об отсутствии отставания недоношенных детей в социальном и эмоциональном развитии. Preclinical prediction of autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) is one of the priorities of current research. Children at risk of ASD develop an atypical visual perception profile early in their lives, which influences their visual responsiveness, distribution of attention, and social orienting. In this study we have compared the oculomotor behavior in an infant at familial risk of ASD with data from two 10-month infants with typical development. The SMI RED500 eye tracker was used for acquisition. Most parameters of visual perception in the at-risk infant were found to differ significantly from these of the controls. The strategy of visual search in the at-risk infant was generally less successful (13% of attempts vs 31% and 56% in the controls) with a tendency to focus predominantly on social stimuli (50% of the total gaze time). The said changes together with longer fixation duration (576.41 ms vs 527.77 and 386.72 ms in the two controls), lower saccadic frequency (1.74 counts/ms vs 1.84 and 2.18 counts/ms), and shorter scan path length (2774.24 px vs 3612.58 and 3985.43 px) may result in difficulties in switching tasks and processing information.
