Summary: Based on the digital three‐dimensional (3D) panoramic technology of sequence pictures, the static pictures are stitched together to form a 360‐degree panoramic image, which can truly reproduce the real scene. Panoramic images are widely used, making this technology a hot spot in the research of virtual reality technology. This paper completes the research content of the application value of the digital 3D panorama, the key technology of digital 3D panorama technology, and the design and display of 3D panorama campus through practical application. This article comprehensively introduces the hardware equipment of panoramic technology and the technical requirements of panoramic image acquisition in the field of practical application, and combines the actual cases to systematically produce panoramic image stitching, panoramic image generation, and virtual roaming campus construction; 3D panoramic technology is a brand‐new form of viewing images, discussing and studying the artistic expression of 3D panoramic images, and researching its innovative application in visual communication art. In this paper, the chromaticity calibration of digital camera and projection equipment is used to eliminate the coupling difference between the two; then estimate the spectral reflectance of the three‐color channel of the object and separate the specular reflection component and the diffuse reflection component, at the same time correct the color and specular reflectance of the object itself, and analyze the influence of reflection on the color of the projection light source. This article describes the design ideas and key technologies of the school's 3D panoramic walkthrough system, describes in detail the process of the system from demand analysis to system design and finally realization, and focuses on the production method of panoramic images and the main functional modules in the walkthrough system. At the end, the system was tested, and the existing problems were analyzed, and solutions were provided. The fuzzy preference relation with self-confidence (FPR-SC), whose elements are composed of the degree to which an alternative is preferred to another and the self-confidence level about the preference degree, is a useful tool for decision makers to express their preference information over alternatives. In this paper, an extended logarithmic least squares method (LLSM) is first proposed to derive a priority weight vector from an FPR-SC, based on which the multiplicative consistency of an FPR-SC is further defined and two algorithms are devised to improve the multiplicative consistency of an unacceptably consistent FPR-SC. Furthermore, we develop a novel approach to two-sided matching decision making with FPRs-SC based on the LLSM and the proposed consistency improving algorithms. Eventually, the feasibility and effectiveness of the two-sided matching decision making approach are demonstrated by an example for the matching of knowledge suppliers and knowledge demanders. Denitrification, as both origins and sinks of N 2 O, occurs extensively, and is of critical importance for regulating N 2 O emissions in acidified soils. However, whether soil acidification stimulates N 2 O emissions, and if so for what reason contributes to stimulate the emissions is uncertain and how the N 2 O fractions from fungal (f fD ) and bacterial (f bD ) denitrification change with soil pH is unclear. Thus, a pH gradient (6.2, 7.1, 8.7) was set via manipulating cropland soils (initial pH 8.7) in North China to illustrate the effect of soil acidification on fungal and bacterial denitrification after the addition of KNO 3 and glucose. For source partitioning, we used and compared SP/δ 18 O mapping approach (SP/δ 18 O MAP) and acetylene inhibition technique combined isotope two endmember mixing model (AIT-IEM). The results showed significantly higher N 2 O emissions in the acidified soils (pH 6.2 and pH 7.1) compared with the initial soil (pH 8.7). The cumulative N 2 O emissions during the whole incubation period (15 days) ranged from 7.1 mg N kg -1 for pH 8.7-18.9 mg N kg -1 for pH 6.2. With the addition of glucose, relative to treatments without glucose, this emission also increased with the decrement of pH values, and were significantly stimulated. Similarly, the highest N 2 O emissions and N 2 O/(N 2 O + N 2 ) ratios (rN 2 O) were observed in the pH 6.2 treatment. But the difference was the highest cumulative N 2 O + N 2 emissions, which were recorded in the pH 7.1 treatment based on SP/δ 18 O MAP. Based on both approaches, f fD values slightly increased with the acidification of soil, and bacterial denitrification was the dominant pathway in all treatments. The SP/δ 18 O MAP data indicated that both the rN 2 O and f fD were lower compared to AIT-IEM. It has been known for long that low pH may lead to high rN 2 O of denitrification and f fD , but our documentation of a pervasive pH-control of rN 2 O and f fD by utilizing combined SP/δ 18 O MAP and AIT-IEM is new. The results of the evaluated N 2 O emissions by acidified soils are finely explained by high rN 2 O and enhanced f fD . We argue that soil pH management should be high on the agenda for mitigating N 2 O emissions in the future, particularly for regions where long-term excessive nitrogen fertilizer is likely to acidify the soils., (Copyright © 2022 Elsevier Ltd. Herein, we report a highly sensitive colorimetric sensor for the detection of heparin based on its anti-aggregation effect of the PDDA-gold nanoparticle colloidal system. PDDA-induced non-crosslinking aggregation of gold nanoparticles is firstly investigated and the phenomenon of heparin mediated color recovery is then observed, which can be used to indicate the concentration of heparin. This method is proved to be highly sensitive and selective.
