By integrating TiO2 with rare earth upconversion nanocrystals (NaREF4), efficient energy transfer can be achieved between the two subunits under near‐infrared (NIR) excitation, which hold tremendous potential in the fields of photocatalysis, photodynamic therapy (PDT), etc. However, in the previous studies, the combination of TiO2 with NaREF4 is a non‐epitaxial random blending mode, resulting in a diminished energy transfer efficiency between the NaREF4 and TiO2. Herein, we present a fluorine doping‐mediated epitaxial growth strategy for the synthesis of TiO2‐NaREF4 heteronanocrystals (HNCs). Due to the epitaxial growth connection, NaREF4 can transfer energy through phonon‐assisted pathway to TiO2, which is more efficient than the traditional indirect secondary photon excitation. Additionally, F doping brings oxygen vacancies in the TiO2 subunit, which further introduces new impurity energy levels in the intrinsic band gap of TiO2 subunit, and facilitates the energy transfer through phonon‐assisted method from NaREF4 to TiO2. As a proof of concept, TiO2‐NaGdF4 : Yb,Tm@NaYF4@NaGdF4 : Nd@NaYF4 HNCs were rationally constructed. Taking advantage of the dual‐model up‐ and downconversion luminescence of the delicately designed multi‐shell structured NaREF4 subunit, highly efficient photo‐response capability of the F‐doped TiO2 subunit and the efficient phonon‐assisted energy transfer between them, the prepared HNCs provide a distinctive nanoplatform for bioimaging‐guided NIR‐triggered PDT. The catalytic therapy based on the nanozymes has received increasing interest in cancer treatment. However, the catalytic capabilities of standalone nanozymes are relatively limited, necessitating the development of a nano‐bio composite system that integrates both nanozymes and natural enzymes. This construction often inevitably leads to interference between natural enzyme and nanozymes, resulting in reduced synergistic performance. Herein, a cascade catalysis system featuring the "core@paratroopers" structure is proposed, wherein hollow manganese dioxide (HMnO2) serves as "core" and ultra‐small hybrid single‐micelle (H‐micelle) encapsulated with glucose oxidase (GOx) as "paratroopers" (H‐micelle‐GOx). The outer SiO2 layer of the H‐micelle can effectively protect the GOx. Under hypoxic conditions, HMnO2 reacts with endogenous H2O2 to produce O2, thereby enhancing the catalytic efficiency of GOx for starvation therapy. Simultaneously, the generated H2O2 boosts the catalytic efficiency of HMnO2, accelerating local O2 generation and alleviating tumor hypoxia. Additionally, this system exhibits rapid degradation in the tumor microenvironment characterized by high glutathione (GSH) expression, facilitating the release and deep penetration of the ultra‐small H‐micelle‐GOx "paratroopers" within the solid tumor. The synthesis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with diverse geometries has captivated considerable interest due to their manifestation of novel and extraordinary properties. While much progress has been made in shaping regular polyhedral single-crystal MOFs, the creation of more complex, topologically intricate nanostructures remains a largely unexplored frontier. Here, we present a refined site-specific anisotropic assembly and etching co-mediation approach to fabricate a series of hierarchical MOF nanohybrids and single-crystal MOFs. This approach yields ZIF-8&mSiO 2 nanohybrids with diverse topologies, alongside derived single-crystal MOF nanoparticles exhibiting intricate morphologies such as hexapods, nested nanocages, and octopods. Our method involves the selective growth of six mSiO 2 nanoplates on the {100} facets of ZIF-8 nanocubes, forming the cubic-shaped ZIF-8&mSiO 2 nanohybrids, with the concurrent etching of the {110} facets of initial ZIF-8 nanocubes. By fine-tuning this balance between the growth and etching, we achieved precise morphological control, transforming cubic nanohybrids into intricate hexapods nanohybrids. Additionally, secondary epitaxial growth of homo- or hetero-MOFs on these hybrids led to ZIF-8&mSiO 2 &MOF composites with six mSiO 2 inlays. Finally, selective alkaline etching of the mSiO 2 compartments result in single-crystal MOF nanoparticles with unprecedented and sophisticated morphologies, such as hexapods, nested nanocages, octopods. Emulsion interface engineering has been widely employed for the synthesis of nanomaterials with various morphologies. However, the instability of the liquid-liquid interface and uncertain interfacial interactions impose significant limitations on controllable fabrications. Here, we developed a liquid-nano-liquid interface-oriented anisotropic encapsulation strategy for fabricating asymmetric nanohybrids. Specifically, functional nanoparticles such as magnetic nanoparticles, lanthanide fluorescent nanoparticles, and Au nanorods were anisotropically encapsulated by mesoporous polydopamine (mPDA). In this emulsion system, the wetting behavior of functional nanoparticles at the water/oil interface could be manipulated by the stabilizer of the emulsion (surfactant), leading to the anisotropic assembly of mPDA shell and resulting in various nanostructures, including core-shell, yolk-shell with small opening, ball-in-bowl, and multipetal structures. Due to their structural asymmetry, inherent magnetic properties, and photothermal properties, the ball-in-bowl structured Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 &mPDA nanohybrids, serving as proof of concept for nanomotors, demonstrated effective penetration of bacterial biofilm and promotion of infected wound healing.
