The article examines the use of the word combination “da vsio ravno” by modern native speakers of Russian using examples from the Russian National Corpus. This combination includes the polyfunctional word “da”, which can act as an adversative conjunction and particle, and the polyfunctional unit “vsio ravno”. With the help of the word combination “da vsio ravno”, a contradictory argument is introduced into the statement, which refutes the circumstances and facts stated above; the problem of the impossibility or difficulty of positive influence on people is often conveyed; a “pessimistic” scenario of concessive semantics is presented. Most often, the combination connects parts of a complex sentence, can act as a separate sentence, and function at the beginning of a parcel. The rich constructive, semantic, and functional possibilities of the word combination “da vsio ravno” demonstrate the active development of morphological means of the modern Russian language, the emergence and consolidation of new derivative polyfunctional units in it.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a reality of our lives and is used in all fields of human activity. An important problem associated with AI and actively being developed in science and culture today is the problem of potential threats that in the understanding of people come from it. The main social dangers, or threats to society according to members of society, generated by AI, are the threats of unemployment, cybercrime, cyberterrorism, cyberwar, the enslavement of people by machines and their physical destruction of humanity. Since the reasons for the emergence fear of computers in the public consciousness are objective (knowledge of the harm already caused to people by technology related experience) and subjective (psychological characteristics of a person), these fears can only be called only partially true.

The article is the first attempt to consider the content, style, language of the poems by one of the contemporary poets – Ilya Nikolaevich Vorobyov (Ilya Kisychev). It is noted that the work of I. Kisychev unfolds in a broad historical and literary context, continuing the traditions of Great Russian poetry. I. Kisychev’ poems implementation form and their representation to the viewer is inherent in a synthetic character: the author performs his poems in the form of songs with a guitar and also as songs of the multi-instrumental acoustic rock group “Kisychev Band”. The figurative and expressive means as tropes and figures, which form the basis of I. Kisychev’s poems style, are analysed by the author. It is noted, that despite the importance of tropic means for the poet’s aesthetics, the phenomena of syntactic stylistics prevail, forming the author’s original textual space in which various meanings are conveyed to the reader both directly and implicitly.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the image of a person of a different nationality, who is created in his works by the modern Russian science fiction writer Oleg Divov. Based on the analysis of the author’s three novels, “The Best Solar Crew,” “Technical Support” and “Elephants’ Homeland,” his original attitude to the problem of the national and ethnic affiliation of a person is revealed. The aim of the study was to analyze the image of a person of a different nationality in the books of O.I. Divov and to represent a person of a different nationality in the context of the image of the “Other”. The tasks were set to identify the author’s treatment of the image of a person of a different nationality, to detect interpretations of this image in various works. The scientific novelty of the study was provided both by the novelty of the text material introduced into the scientific circulation, and by the approach to the problem of the image of the “Other” in modern literature from the point of view of the optionality of observing the principles of tolerance and political correctness, more precisely, new ways of observing these principles. In the reviewed works of the writer, heroes of different nationalities appear, and the national differences between them are not hidden, but, on the contrary, stand out in relief, are brought to the fore. Representatives of each of the nationalities (Russians, Jews, Germans, Americans, French, Chukchi, and others) are portrayed as people with undeniable merits, and at the same time – ironically, with humor. The writer does not demonstrate any stable national preferences: in the novel “The Best Solar Crew”, Russians are glorified first of all, and in the novel “The Land of Elephants” – the Chukchi. Despite ridicule, reflecting the stereotypical perception of a particular nation, the description of none of them becomes nationalistic. The author creates an original concept of perception of heroes of a different nationality, opposing the popular in modern culture of tolerance, showing the importance of national differences and the uselessness of silencing them.

The article analyzes how the image of women is realized in the semantic system of modern Russian comparisons. The subjects and the objects of comparisons were analyzed. The image of a woman in politics, culture, advertising, literature, language is actively considered by modern researchers, but in the figurative sphere of comparative constructions it has not yet been subjected to research. The study is conducted on the material of more than 6 thousand comparative constructions, selected by the continuous sampling method from various modern texts in Russian. Subject in the comparative construction – that compares with a woman; object – something with which a woman is compared. It is noted negativization of image of women in the perception of modern linguistic personality, which found its reflection in the modern komparativ. Negative evaluation is often expressed in the form of humorous utterances, jokes, which at the same time reduce the degree of negativity. It is interesting that comparative constructions, the objects of which are women, are most often emotional, expressive, bright and attract attention, which indicates a special, indifferent attitude of the language personality to the image of a woman. Language data show that one of the main qualities of a woman presented in the content of a comparative is weakness, which is especially pronounced when comparing a woman and a man. Comparisons are different, when the language personality appeals to the images of women of different ages: the girl as the object of comparison often symbolizes innocence, the girl is erotic, and the elderly woman is caring. Comparison of women with the objects of the objective world in comparisons points to the reification of woman’s image, attitudes towards women as things with material value. Such traditional components of the image of women as love, care, beauty, strength rarely actualized through comparative constructions. Such qualities of women, as a weakness, effeminacy, helplessness, strife, cantankerous character, curiosity, greed, etc. are emphasized more often. There is a commitment to the language personality to stylistic and connotative reduce the significance of the image of women, mocking towards him. The main indicator of a dynamics of social women’s image, reflected in language, there is a amplification in it negative components.

The article examines modern literature about the village from the point of view of the place of birth of the authors and the place of action in their works. The purpose of the article was to identify the features of modern prose about the countryside, determined by the geography of their creation. The research was carried out using historical-genetic, sociological, biographical, descriptive and other methods. The greatest attention was paid to the works by V.V. Lichutin, B.P. Ekimov, A.V. Novoseltsev, A.G. Bayborodin, M.A. Tarkovsky, V.O. Avchenko, L. Beloivan and others, and the analysis was carried out from the point of view of reflection in the prose of the authors' data on geographical realities and a special local perception of reality. It is noted that many components of the narrative depend on geographic affiliation, which influences the formation of a specific picture of the world of a particular writer, on his social and life experience, largely related to his place of residence. The strongest segment of modern literature about the village is the northern text, which is demonstrated by the following of writers who turned to the theme of the village, the traditions of “village prose”. In addition, the literature about the village, created in the south of Russia, in Siberia and the Far East, is highlighted. It is concluded that in the literature about the village, the geographical factor turns out to be very strong and more significant than in other thematic layers of modern Russian literature, since it is in the texts about the village that authors are most focused on expressing their geographical preferences, analysing reality that has a local colouring. Geographical realities shape the originality of works about the modern village and create a unique context for their creation.

The article discusses the language features of Internet communication, which is conducted by the users of intellectual content of the social network VKontakte – members of online communities of fairly educated and cultural people (the groups “Intellectuals”, “Science”, “Philosophy | Psychology | Self-development”, “I love Russian language”, “Engineer of human souls”, “DDT club”,“Leningradost”, “Russian classics”, etc.). The purpose of the article was to identify the linguistic and figurative features of the statements of users of this content. The use of various language means of speech intellectualization – borrowed, outdated, terminological vocabulary is noted. Communicators ‘need is a language game and the use of its various varieties: “Albanian” language (spelling game), elements of spoken vocabulary, vernacular and thieves’ argot, occasionalisms (stylistic game), puns (lexical and grammar game), etc. In the analyzed segment Internet communications are distinguished by various means of transmitting emotions – graphic (repetition of letters and punctuation marks, emoticons), lexical (vulgarisms), and others. Negative attitudes toward mistakes, obscene vocabulary, vulgarism, “Olban” language are characteristic. Literacy for users of intellectual content is a necessity and is naturally reflected in their speech, rather free from taboos in form and content. It is concluded that there are special communities in the Internet, within social networks, whose members are intelligent people and strive to communicate using the rich resources of the Russian language at all levels, creatively and responsibly approaching the language. Expanding the idea of the language of Internet communication, which may be different and depends on the intellectual level of communicants.
