The Purpose: To examine the state of thrombocytic and coagulation hemostasis among patients with immune microthrombovasculitis. Materials and Method: The study included 75 patients with immune microthrombovasculitis. Among them, rmen - 24 (32%), women - 51 (68%), the average age is 42.4±1.3 years. The control group consisted of 15 practically healthy persons. Results and Discussion: A study of coagulation hemostasis among patients with immune microthrombovasculitis showed the presence of hypercoagulation shift with the increase of fibrinogen concentration, prothrombin index, shortening of the active partial thromboplastin time and blood clotting time, the appearance of hybrid monolith complexes - level increase of D-dimer positive ethanol test. Conclusions: The most common clinical form of IMTV is the skin-joint form of the disease (62.2%), 89.3% of patients were admitted with an acute form of the disease. Women get sick twice as often (67.3%) than men (32.7%), the highest incidence is in the young age group from 18 to 49 years (87.3%). Sustainable development is a guiding principle of modern economic development. It is stipulated by the necessity to reconcile two opposing tendencies – economic progress and environment protection in such a way that will be beneficial not only for current, but future generations as well. Countries incorporate goals of sustainable development in their national policies and legislation as they clearly realize the danger of neglecting environmental problems, which is demonstrated by the authors on the example of disasters and crisis situations worldwide. The authors are convinced that sustainable development of regional economy should be based on a certain institutional framework. They analyze the whole complex of elements and connections between them which institutional framework is comprised of, and come to conclusion that their correlation and complementarity will contribute to harmonious development of the economy of a region with no discrimination against the environment, which exactly corresponds with the goals of sustainable development.

The amount of D-dimer in the mixed saliva of healthy individuals and patients with comorbidities has been investigated. It has been established that the level of D-dimer in saliva increases with age regardless of pathology. The highest values were found in patients with erosive gastritis.

Definition of the most important factors and their combination, causing the disturbances of heart rhythm in patients with the pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, now attracts more and more attention. For this purpose, extensively used the capabilities of multifactorial analysis, which allowed to evaluate the distribution of the pathological factors and their interaction with each other. The objects of the study were complex examination the data of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes (insulin-dependent diabetes-27, non-insulin- dependent diabetes-63). In the mathematical processing of the instrumental methods we analyzed the results of echocardiography, indicators of respiratory function and the results of the Holter ECG monitoring. The use multifactorial mathematical analysis has allowed to establish the most significant pathogenetic factors and their combinations, causing disrhythmogenesis. In patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes with a combinations of right ventricular hypertrophy with a tendency to pulmonary hypertension and respiratory function parameters most commonly observed ventricular arrhythmias. On the occurrence of supraventricular arrhythmia mainly influenced by pulmonary hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.

The study was undertaken to examine 45 patients with Stages IIB-III heart failure (HF) by the classification developed by V. Kh. Vasilenko and N. D. Strazhesko. Thirty patients had laser therapy in addition to the routine treatment, 15 patients served as a control group. The combined drug treatment along with laser therapy in patients substantially improved peripheral circulatory parameters than in the controls. There was a positive dynamics of central hemodynamic parameters as shown by lower left ventricular volumes and higher myocardial contractile and pump functions. Improvement of microcirculatory and central hemodynamic parameters in patients treated with laser occurred in earlier periods of hospital stay than in the controls.
