Introduction.The study of the influence of chemical composition of materials on their mechanical properties is most often realized through modeling. This approach makes it possible to establish a one-to-one correspondence between composition and properties in the form of the obtained regression equations. The estimation of the magnitude of the coefficients of the equations allows us to determine the degree of influence of chemical composition elements of the materials on mechanical properties. It is therefore proposed to use this approach to evaluate the effect of chemical composition of S420M on its strength. Materials and methodology. The chemical composition and the tensile strength σв of the S420M structural steel were varied within the limits of the ДСТУ EN 10025-4 standard for metal products. Using a technique of experiment planning, a fractional replica of the 24 experiment matrix was implemented. The results of the experiment. Multiparametric regression equations for the estimation of the tensile strength depending on the percentage of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, niobium and vanadium were obtained. The greatest impact on the tensile strength, depending on the percentage, is 125,25 carbon, 29,50 − manganese, 29,50 − chromium, 24,50 − vanadium and 16,50 − molybdenum. The calculation of the effect of the elements of the chemical composition on the strength was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the coefficients of the obtained mathematical model. Thus, the approach to the prediction of the strength limit of S420M steel is implemented, which allows to control its performance during production by changing the chemical composition. The performance of the model is confirmed by the statistics of Fisher and Kochren. Conclusions. On the basis of the analysis of the influence of the chemical composition of S420M steel on its ultimate strength, a mathematical model of forecasting within the ДСТУ EN 10025-4 standard was obtained. The analysis of the coefficients of the model made it possible to rank the elements of the chemical composition of steel, depending on the "weight" of their percentage. The implementation of this approach allows us to predict the performance of steel strength in the process of its production by selecting the chemical composition., Введение.Исследование влияния химического состава материалов на их механические свойства чаще всего реализуется путем моделирования. Такой подход позволяет установить взаимно однозначное соответствие между составом и свойствами в виде полученных уравнений регрессии. Оценка величины коэффициентов уравнений позволяет определить степень влияния элементов химического состава материалов на механические свойства. На предел прочности наибольшее влияние в зависимости от процентного содержания 125,25 оказывает углерод, 29,50 − марганец, 29,50 − хром, 24,50 − ванадий и 16,50 − молибден. Расчет влияния элементов химического состава на прочность осуществлялся на основе анализа коэффициентов полученной математической модели. Таким образом, реализован подход к прогнозу предела прочности стали S420M, что позволяет в процессе производства контролировать ее показатели путем изменения химического состава. Работоспособность модели подтверждена статистическими показателями Фишера и Кохрена. Выводы. На основании анализа влияния химического состава стали S420M на предел ее прочности получена математическая модель прогноза в пределах стандарта ДСТУ EN 10025-4. Анализ коэффициентов модели позволил провести ранжирование элементов химического состава стали в зависимости от «веса» их процентного содержания. Реализация данного подхода позволяет прогнозировать показатели предела прочности стали в процессе ее производства путем подбора химического состава., Вступ. Отримано багатопараметричне рівняння регресії оцінки межі міцності залежно від процентного вмісту вуглецю, кремнію, марганцю, фосфору, сірки, хрому, нікелю, молібдену, ніобію та ванадію. Таким чином, реалізовано підхід до прогнозу межі міцності сталі S420M, що дозволяє в процесі виробництва контролювати її показники шляхом зміни хімічного складу. Працездатність моделі підтверджена статистичними показниками Фішера і Кохрена. Висновки. На основі аналізу впливу хімічного складу сталі S420M на межу її міцності отримано математичну модель прогнозу в межах стандарту ДСТУ EN 10025-4. Аналіз коефіцієнтів моделі дозволив провести ранжування елементів хімічного складу сталі залежно від «ваги» їх процентного вмісту. Реалізація такого підходу дозволяє прогнозувати показники межі міцності сталі в процесі її виробництва шляхом підбору хімічного складу.

This article presents a statistical analysis of the vulnerabilities of modern software. The vulnerabilities were analyzed by error types and CVSS severity. The actual task of the security service of any organization is to protect against external and internal threats. During attacks, cybercriminals use means and methods to penetrate the infrastructure, anchor in it and hide the traces of attacks. Stages of attacks are carried out through the exploitation of both those already found by information security specialists, but not fixed in the attacked infrastructure, and using undetected vulnerabilities called "zero-day vulnerabilities." Statistical analysis of vulnerabilities will help information security specialists and software developers understand which testing and which errors need to spend more time. To reduce the amount of manual work, it is common practice for specialists to use automatic scanning tools. But vulnerability scanners have costs (false positives and false negatives), so the data obtained during the scan must be rechecked manually.

Over many decades, constructing genetically and phenotypically stable lines of neural stem cells (NSC) for clinical purposes with the aim of restoring irreversibly lost functions of nervous tissue has been one of the major goals for multiple research groups. The unique ability of stem cells to maintain their own pluripotent state even in the adult body has made them into the choice object of study. With the development of the technology for induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and direct transdifferentiation of somatic cells into the desired cell type, the initial research approaches based on the use of allogeneic NSCs from embryonic or fetal nervous tissue are gradually becoming a thing of the past. This review deals with basic molecular mechanisms for maintaining the pluripotent state of embryonic/induced stem and reprogrammed somatic cells, as well as with currently existing reprogramming strategies. The focus is on performing direct reprogramming while bypassing the stage of iPSCs which is known for genetic instability and an increased risk of tumorigenesis. A detailed description of various protocols for obtaining reprogrammed neural cells used in the therapy of the nervous system pathology is also provided.

Запропонована обчислювальна схема представляє собою ітераційний процес, на кожному кроці якого будується вершинна розмітка.Щоб адаптувати задачу до вигляду, який дозволяє застосувати модифікацію алгоритму Кана-Мункреса, пропонується розглядати дводольний граф, на якому будується досконале паросполучення з максимальною вагою ребер.

Influenza infections continue to present a major threat to public health. Traditional modes of influenza vaccine manufacturing are failing to satisfy the global demand because of limited scalability and long production timelines. In contrast, subunit vaccines (SUVs) can be produced in heterologous expression systems in shorter times and at higher quantities. Plants are emerging as a promising platform for SUV production due to time efficiency, scalability, lack of harbored mammalian pathogens and possession of the machinery for eukaryotic post-translational protein modifications. So far, several organizations have utilized plant-based transient expression systems to produce SUVs against influenza, including vaccines based on virus-like particles. Plant-produced influenza SUV candidates have been extensively evaluated in animal models and some have shown safety and immunogenicity in clinical trials. Here, the authors review ongoing efforts and challenges to producing influenza SUV candidates in plants and discuss the likelihood of bringing these products to the market.
