Grain temperature is one of the most important factors that affect the safety of grain storage. In order to reveal the distribution rule of grain storage temperature field in semi-underground double-storey squat silos(SUDSSS), the mathematical analysis models of the grain piles of the ground squat silo and the underground silo are established respectively in this paper, and the validity of the models is verified by the field test results. A numerical model of the SUDSSS was established. Through numerical analysis, the temperature field variation rule of the grain pile during the 1-year static storage of the SUDSSS after low-temperature grain storage was acquired by numerical analysis. The research demonstrates that the grain temperature within 2 m of the above-ground part of the SUDSSS close to the silo wall varies significantly because of the influence of the outside air temperature, and the temperature from 10.62 to 27.37 ℃. The grain temperature in the underground part is in a quasi-low temperature state all the year round, and the average temperature does not exceed 17 ℃ of the temperature in the underground constant temperature zone. At the beginning of the winter, a heat accumulation area will be formed in the upper storey of the ground between 1 ~ 3 m from the warehouse wall in a short period of time, leading to a large temperature difference in the grain pile near the warehouse wall, and then the temperature in the peripheral area will slowly decrease, forming a ‘hot core and cold skin’, and the thermal insulation measures of the silo wall can effectively reduce the influence of temperature on the grain temperature. The highest grain temperature in the upper storey in summer is about 3.86 ℃, lower than that of the shallow silo without thermal insulation. The research results can provide technical support for the popularization and application of the SUDSSS.

The intelligent customer service dialog model is centered on human-machine dialog, which has good prospects for commercial applications in multiple domains. In this paper, we use the Siamese-LSTM model to do vectorization of questions in the FAQ question and answer database to get the semantic representation vector of sentences, and then use the approximate retrieval algorithm to index the question and answer database and perform approximate nearest-neighbor retrieval of the query. After completing the question query, migration learning is employed to create a mapping between input questions and human responses, enabling the model to produce sentences that are similar to human responses. Tests show that the task success rate gradually stabilizes around 0.80 at about the 100th round and fluctuates up to around 0.986 after that. For the average number of conversation rounds, migration learning improves the conversation efficiency of intelligent customer service, and the average number of conversation rounds gradually stabilizes at about 150 rounds and eventually stabilizes at about 4.2 rounds as the number of training rounds increases. The transfer learning strategy helps machine responses to be as close to human responses as possible.

Airborne system is developing towards the direction of integration, intelligence and automation. The integration of the system is usually realized by the way of cross-linking of the system. The cross-linking relationship among systems is complex, and the number of cables is large, which can increase the complexity of the whole airborne system. Requirements for hardware resources of the airborne system are very high, and the contradiction between the high demand for the integrated airborne system and the slow upgrade speed of hardware resources appears. The demands for intelligent airborne systems are also developed. A distributed cloud-edge-terminal intelligent architecture for airborne system is proposed, which combines cloud-edge-terminal technology, distributed network control technology and distributed integrated modular avionics system technology. The architecture is reasonably constructed through cloud management platform, edge control platform and terminal platform, and is configured with high-speed secure real-time network and container software technology. The architecture proposed in this paper can increase the degree of integration of the multi-aircraft airborne system while without increasing the whole aircraft complexity. The architecture can meet the requirement of the new technologies application such as artificial intelligence, information fusion, large data processing, and the expansion of new functions.

In this study, beef was marinated with different low-sodium salt substitutes and heated and aged by employing superheated steam roasting and traditional roasting to investigate the effects of the various substitutes on the physicochemical properties, texture profile, sensory properties, volatile compounds, microstructural characteristics, and safety of cured and aged beef. Twenty kilograms of beef were arbitrarily divided into five treatments and pickled with different low-sodium salt substitutes. The results revealed no significant differences in saltiness, physicochemical characteristics, texture profile, or volatile compounds between the T2 and T3 and T1 (100% NaCl, T1; 75% KCl + 25% NaCl, T2; 50% KCl + 50% NaCl, T3) samples. Furthermore, the T4 and T5 (50% NaCl + 25% KCl + 20% MgCl2 + 5% CaCl2, T4; 100% yeast extract, T5) samples had lower saltiness than the T1 sample. The plasmolysis percentage and osmotic pressure of the T2 and T3 samples were lower than those of the T1 sample. Therefore, reducing sodium by substituting NaCl with 50% KCl or 75% KCl maintained an acceptable sensory and safety profile for beef consumption.

Data quality management includes both theory and technology, as well as practice and management. Through data quality management, enterprises can obtain high-quality data, which is an important prerequisite for developing data products, providing data services, and realizing the value of data. It is also the core goal of enterprise data governance. This article first reviews and compares the relevant theories of data quality management; Then summarize the data quality practices carried out by typical case enterprises; Finally, based on the theory and practical cases of data quality management, valuable experiences for data quality management are proposed, and prospects for data quality management are presented.

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the Malocclusion Impact Questionnaire (MIQ) of Chinese version among Chinese teenagers, through the verification and evaluation of the Chinese version. Methods According to the standard procedures of the international quality of life assessment program, the MIQ was translated, back translated, adapted and updated culturally, and the Chinese version was established. The 161 teenagers with the first orthodontic treatment were included. This patient group was assessed for oral health-related quality of life by the Chinese version of the MIQ and Children's Perception Questionnaire (11-14 years old). The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the MIQ were evaluated statistically by Spearman and factor analysis. Results A total of 161 valid questionnaires were collected. The internal consistency Cronbach's α of the Chinese scale was 0.887. The correlation coefficient between items and the scale ranged from 0.000 1 to 0.824. Background: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects human health worldwide. Our objective was to explore the correlation between urinary retinol-binding protein (URBP) and NAFLD. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 445 NAFLD patients and 911 healthy controls. The URBP level and other parameters were measured. Results: The URBP level (expressed by the RBP/creatinine ratio) was higher in the NAFLD patients compared with the non-NAFLD patients. The urinary RBP/creatinine ratio was an independent risk factor for NAFLD after univariate and multivariate regression analysis, with the or values of 2.271 (1.795-2.872, P < 0.001) and 2.338 (1.775-3.080, P < 0.001), respectively. The prevalence of the urinary RBP/creatinine ratio (groups 1, 2, 3, 4) was 20.0%, 17.3%, 27.3%, and 35.4%, respectively (P < 0.001), and the prevalence of NAFLD in the high urinary RBP/creatinine ratio group was significantly higher than that in the low urinary RBP/creatinine ratio group. Conclusions: Our results revealed that the urinary RBP/creatinine ratio was an independent risk factor for NAFLD.

Data security compliance management is the fundamental premise that data application does not infringe on the interests of countries, enterprises and individuals. It is an important foundation for realizing the driving role of data elements. Based on the data security compliance management practices of typical enterprises at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the excellent practices of leading demonstration enterprises, and proposes six key strategies for enterprise data security compliance, including classification of typical data application scenarios, analysis of key links of data security compliance application, formulation of data security compliance application management system and standards, optimization of data security compliance application process mechanism, formulation of whole-process management measures of data security compliance, and improvement of data security compliance guarantee mechanism, as to provide references for the research and construction of enterprise data security compliance management system.

Combining digital twin with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, a new idea for smart mine construction based on digital twin + AI was proposed. Development path of smart mine technology was explored, and characteristics, application fields and development trends of digital twin technology were studied, and it was pointed out that digital twin is an inevitable trend of digital mine development. The theoretical framework of smart mine based on digital twin + AI was proposed, and mine digital twin model was constructed which includes mine full element physical entity, mine information physics fusion layer, mine digital twin model, mine twin data interaction layer, mine application intelligent service layer from bottom to top. Ubiquitous perception, collaborative control and intelligent decision-making and optimization of the intelligent mine can be realized based on the model. Starting from actual application requirements, key technologies such as smart mine model construction technology, smart mining digital twin technology, mine intelligent control technology, mine equipment fault prediction, and human-computer interaction based on digital twin were discussed. By studying the application of digital twin in smart mine, it provides ideas for the application of AI technology in smart mine and theoretical reference for the construction of new engineering discipline in smart mine in the future.

Maleic anhydride was used to functionalize the graphene oxide (GO). The prepared functionalized GO was used to modify the bismaleimide (BMI) resin and the carbon fiber/BMI composites. The structure and properties of the composites were characterized. The results indicate that the maleic anhydride molecules are successfully grafted onto the GO surfaces. Due to the introduction of functionalized GO, the tensile strength, elastic modulus, blending strength, impact strength and glass transition temperature of the BMI resin were substantially improved. The impact fracture morphologies show that brittle fracture is transformed into ductile fracture after modification; moreover, the interfacial adhesions of carbon fiber/BMI composites were also enhanced obviously. The ILSS of composites increased from 84.0MPa to 104.6MPa after modification.

The emerging food additive, xylo-oligosaccharide (XOSs), was prepared through enzymatic hydrolysis of hemicelluloses isolated from press lye. Two of the three experimental enzyme preparations presented favourable effects, while the other one consisting of the nominal enzyme preparations with high enzyme activity was found to have poor catalytic effects. The conversion of xylan exceeded 40% and the selectivity for XOSs reached 90% when the temperature, hemicellulose concentration, dosage of enzymes, and hydrolysis time were 40 °C, 100 g/L, 1 ku/g, and 4 h, respectively. Xylo-oligosaccharide preparation through enzymatic hydrolysis of hemicelluloses isolated from press lye was proved to be a feasible process to utilize the by-product of the lye regeneration, which will substantially improve the economy of the lye regeneration and recycling.Supported by Science and Education Integration Program of Henan University of Technology. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) have been used for treating tissue injury, and preactivation enhances their therapeutic effect. This study is aimed at investigating the therapeutic effect of activated ADMSCs by IL-1β on the intestinal ischaemia-reperfusion (IR) injury and exploring potential mechanisms. ADMSCs were pretreated with IL-1β in vitro, and activation of ADMSCs was assessed by α-SMA and COX-2 expressions and secretary function. Activated ADMSCs was transplanted into IR-injured intestine in a mouse model, and therapeutic effect was evaluated. In addition, to explore underlying mechanisms, COX-2 expression was silenced to investigate its role in activated ADMSCs for treatment of intestinal IR injury. When ADMSCs were pretreated with 50 ng/ml IL-1β for 24 hr, expressions of α-SMA and COX-2 were significantly upregulated, and secretions of PGE2, SDF-1, and VEGF were increased. When COX-2 was silenced, the effect of IL-1β treatment was abolished. Activated ADMSCs with IL-1β significantly suppressed inflammation and apoptosis and enhanced healing of intestinal IR injury in mice, and these effects were impaired by COX-2 silencing. The results of RNA sequencing suggested that compared with the IR injury group activated ADMSCs induced alterations in mRNA expression and suppressed the activation of the NF-κB-P65, MAPK-ERK1/2, and PI3K-AKT pathways induced by intestinal IR injury, whereas silencing COX-2 impaired the suppressive effect of activated ADMSCs on these pathway activations induced by IR injury. These data suggested that IL-1β pretreatment enhanced the therapeutic effect of ADMSCs on intestinal IR injury repairing via activating ADMSC COX-2-PGE2 signaling axis and via suppressing the NF-κB-P65, MAPK-ERK1/2, and PI3K-AKT pathways in the intestinal IR-injured tissue.

Serological diagnosis of brucellosis is still a great challenge due to the infeasibility of discriminating infected animals from vaccinated ones, so it is necessary to search for diagnostic biomarkers for differential diagnosis of brucellosis.

Coal samples of six outburst coal seams in coal-rich areas in Guizhou province were taken as research objects to analyze size grade of pore, fractal dimension, fractal characteristics and relationship between the fractal characteristics and gas adsorption or coal permeability by use of liquid nitrogen adsorption experiment and mercury intrusion experiment. The experimental results show that pores of the coal samples with different grades have good fractal characteristics, which can show porosity and pore distribution characteristics. The fractal dimension can be used to quantitatively analyze pore characteristics of coal samples. There is a positive correlation between the fractal dimension of micro pore of the coal samples and gas adsorption value. Gas adsorption capacity of coal samples in different coals is quite different. The fractal dimension of small pore reflects simple pore structures of coal samples and pore similarity among coal samples. The fractal dimensions of medium pore, large pore, pore fracture and micro fracture show that pore distribution trend of each coal sample is similar. Pores with some size grades develop badly, so measure for increasing the permeability of coal seam are needed to improve gas drainage effect.

The transportation is gradually integrated into the circulation system of bulk goods, and developing and growing. Transportation has the advantages of high efficiency, high quality and green environment, In time, efficiency and cost than the traditional bulk transport has certain advantages. This paper analyzes the cost of logistics transportation network, which mainly includes transportation cost in transit, transit cost, time cost of cargo transportation and special cost. This paper discusses in detail the transportation cost, transit cost, time cost and carbon consumption cost of different transportation modes in the process of “scattered transformation”, and constructs the optimization model of” scattered transformation “transportation network with the least comprehensive transportation cost including the above costs.

In order to analyze influence of coal particle size on initial speed of methane diffusion, the relationship of particle size and initial speed of methane diffusion of coal samples with different moisture content was tested by use of WT-1 type initial speed of methane diffusion tester. The coal samples were collected in No.4 coal seam in a coal mine with different particle sizes of less than 7 mesh, 7-10 mesh, 10-18 mesh, 18-35 mesh and different moisture content of natural drying, drying, 3%, 5% and 7%. And the initial speed of methane diffusion of coal samples of natural drying and drying for 5 h were tested, which were with different particle sizes of less than 7 mesh & 35-60 mesh,7-10 mesh & 35~60 mesh, and 10-18 mesh & 35-60 mesh under different proportion of 6∶1,5∶2,4∶3,3∶4,2∶5 and 1∶6. The experimental results show that initial speed of methane diffusion of coal samples with different moisture content increases as the particle size decreases, and the particle size smaller, the increasing trend is more obvious; the proportion of coal particles with small particle size in coal seam larger, the initial speed of methane diffusion of coal samples is larger.
