This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of a patient with postoperative pain after surgery for breast cancer. The patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation, appropriate technique of TCM nursing including TCM ointment massage, cupping therapy, TCM medication and emotional care were carried out to relieve the negative emotion and postoperative pain of the patient. Objective To explore the effect of different operating sequences of acupoint application and moxibustion on relieving the pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A (n=30) and group B (n=30). The sequence of operations in Group A was as follows: first applying acupoints, and then conducting moxibustion at the same site for 30 minutes. In Group B, the sequence of operations was as follows: first applying moxibustion for 30 minutes, and then applying acupoints at the moxibustion site. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. This paper observed the effect of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in nursing of a patient with bone arthralgia. After a comprehensive nursing evaluation and diagnosis, the wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and nursing interventions such as basic care, dietary management, psychological care and functional exercise were enhanced during the hospitalization. The Numerical Rating Scale score on pain decreased and Barthel index score increased after treatment, indicating the efficacy of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in relieving pain and improving the quality of life in the patient with bone arthralgia. This paper summarized the effect of hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package in a patient with knee osteoarthritis and related nursing management. Health education, hot compress technique with Chinese herbal medicine package and continuous nursing were carried out to relieve the joint pain symptoms of the. The visual scale of Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC scale) was used as the evaluation standard. The scores of WOMAC scale decreased, the scores of pain, stiffness and daily activity decreased, and the clinical symptoms improved after intervention. In order to promote the development of clinical nursing work in medical institutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), highlight the characteristics and advantages of TCM nursing, and make the innovation and development of TCM nursing in inheritance, under the guidance of Beijing Administration of TCM, Beijing Office of TCM Nursing Ability Improvement Project launched the construction project of "One Syndrome and One Product" specialized nursing demonstration ward in October 2017. In November 2020, the Department of Rheumatology set up a project of “One Syndrome and One Product” for patients with knee osteoarthritis, and carried out a one-year project construction. In the process of implementation, the connotation of nursing service were deepened and expanded, giving full play to the characteristic role of TCM nursing service and providing better nursing service for patients. This paper summarized the health education service system with TCM characteristics, and summarized the problems existing in the implementation process. Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention for arthralgia in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis recruited were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into observation group (n=29) and control group(n=51). The control group was given oral administration of Glucosamine Sulfate, Jintiage Capsules and external application of diclofenac diethylamine emulsion. In the observation group, on the basis of the control group, the bone arthritis exercise was used for intervention. The disease awareness, Body Mass Index (BMI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, WOMAC score and clinical syndrome quantitative score of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the cognitive function scores of 2 groups were significantly increased, and cognitive function score in observation group were higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The VAS score, WOMAC score and clinical syndrome quantification score in two groups were significantly decreased, and lower outcomes of VAS, WOMAC and clinical syndrome quantification were found in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P＜0. 01). The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The application of exercise intervention for arthralgia is potentially effective to increase patient’s awareness, relieve the knee pain, improve the function of the knee joint and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients. (目的 探讨“骨痹操”锻炼在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取80例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象, 分为观察组29例和对照组51例。对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖和金天格胶囊、外用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂; 观察组在对照组的基础上采用“骨痹操”锻炼进行干预。观察并记录2组患者的认知度、BMI值、VAS评分、西安大略大学和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及临床证候量化评分。结果 治疗12周后, 2组患者认知功能评分均增加, 且观察组的认知状况评分明显高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。2组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分及临床证候量化评分均降低, 且观察组VAS评分、WOMAC评分和临床证候量化评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 运用“骨痹操”锻炼对膝骨关节炎患者进行干预, 能明显提高患者认知度, 减轻患膝疼痛, 改善膝关节功能, 缓解患者临床症状。)

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory on ulcerative colitis. Methods Totally 70 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 37) and the control group (n = 33), which all received the oral treatment of Qingchang Wenzhong Decoction and mesalazine granules. In addition, patients in the experimental group were treated with moxibustion therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory, while the control group patients were treated with routine moxibustion therapy for 3 months. The modified Mayo scoring system and symptom efficacy evaluation criteria were used to compare the efficacy differences between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the Mayo score of the two groups was significantly lower (P < 0. 05), and patients in the experimental group showed a lower score than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94. 12%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (81. 82%) (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Moxibustion therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory can improve the severity of ulcerative colitis, relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect, which is worth further promotion.
