Based on the trade data of specific oilseed crops from 2002 to 2021, this paper analyzes the trade characteristics of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and oil flax seeds by using GL index, BI index and Thom & McDowell index, and then summarizes the main forms of specific oilseed crops industry trade in China. The influencing elements of intra-industry trade are examined using a panel Tobit model, and appropriate countermeasure recommendations are made to ensure the security of China's specific oilseed crops business. The results indicate that in recent twenty years, the trade of China's specific oilseed crops industry is mainly inter-industry trade, and it is the primary source of trade increment. In the composition of intra-industry trade, the level of vertical intra-industry trade is greater than that of horizontal intra-industry trade. Through the empirical analysis of the factors affecting intra-industry trade, it is known that the differences in consumption preferences, products and trade distance have a significant impact on intra-industry trade of specific oilseed crops. In order to improve the trade level of China's specific oilseed crops industry, stabilize inter-industry trade and promote intra-industry trade, it is suggested that comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the domestic effective supply level of specific oilseed crops, implement differentiated development strategy, enhance the anti-risk ability and international competitiveness of China's specific oilseed crops industry, coordinate the effective connection between industrial policy and trade policy, ensure the safety of China's specific oilseed industry and promote its healthy and sustainable development. IQGAP1 is a scaffolding protein that can regulate several distinct signaling pathways. The accumulating evidence has demonstrated that IQGAP1 plays an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression. However, the function of IQGAP1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) has not been thoroughly investigated. In the present study, we showed that IQGAP1 was overexpressed in ESCC tumor tissues, and its overexpression was correlated with the invasion depth of ESCC. Importantly, by using RNA interference (RNAi) technology we successfully silenced IQGAP1 gene in two ESCC cell lines, EC9706 and KYSE150, and for the first time found that suppressing IQGAP1 expression not only obviously reduced the tumor cell growth, migration and invasion in vitro but also markedly inhibited the tumor growth, invasion, lymph node and lung metastasis in xenograft mice. Furthermore, Knockdown of IQGAP1 expression in ESCC cell lines led to a reversion of epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) progress. These results suggest that IQGAP1 plays crucial roles in regulating ESCC occurrence and progression. IQGAP1 silencing may therefore develop into a promising novel anticancer therapy. This paper analyzes the impact of FDI on China's domestic industry by empirical research using the data of china from 2000 to 2009, compares the differences of FDI's spillover effect between the labor--intensive industries and the technology--intensive industries, and analyzes the reasons from the foreign capital's scale, density and the technology gap, etc. The results show that FDI has positive effects on both the development of the domestic industry and its upgrade of industrial structure, but there is still ascending space. Objectives: To investigate the clinical sub-phenotype (SP) of pediatric acute kidney injury (AKI) and their association with clinical outcomes., Methods: General status and initial values of laboratory markers within 24 hours after admission to the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) were recorded for children with AKI in the derivation cohort ( n =650) and the validation cohort ( n =177). In the derivation cohort, a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression analysis was used to identify death-related indicators, and a two-step cluster analysis was employed to obtain the clinical SP of AKI. A logistic regression analysis was used to develop a parsimonious classifier model with simplified metrics, and the area under the curve (AUC) was used to assess the value of this model. This model was then applied to the validation cohort and the combined derivation and validation cohort. The association between SPs and clinical outcomes was analyzed with all children with AKI as subjects., Results: In the derivation cohort, two clinical SPs of AKI (SP1 and SP2) were identified by the two-step cluster analysis using the 20 variables screened by LASSO regression, namely SP d 1 group ( n =536) and SP d 2 group ( n =114). The simplified classifier model containing eight variables ( P <0.05) had an AUC of 0.965 in identifying the two clinical SPs of AKI ( P <0.001). The validation cohort was clustered into SP v 1 group ( n =156) and SP v 2 group ( n =21), and the combined derivation and validation cohort was clustered into SP1 group ( n =694) and SP2 group ( n =133). After adjustment for confounding factors, compared with the SP1 group, the SP2 group had significantly higher incidence rates of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and death during the PICU stay ( P <0.001), and SP2 was significantly associated with the risk of death within 28 days after admission to the PICU ( P <0.001)., Conclusions: This study establishes a parsimonious classifier model and identifies two clinical SPs of AKI with different clinical features and outcomes.The SP2 group has more severe disease and worse clinical prognosis.
