Investigating the moisture migration during the wood drying process can help improve wood utilization. Single-sided nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology facilitates such investigation with its advantage in conducting one-dimensional measurements along different directions of wood, allowing for the detection of moisture transfer at different depths along the axial and transverse directions during the wood drying process. This research focused on Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica wood, on which a glue sealing technique was employed to ensure that the moisture only transfers along the axial or transverse axis, and the apparent transverse relaxation time (T2app) was utilized to delve into the changes of moisture content at various depths during the drying process. The results showed that at the first 2 hours of the drying process, there was a little free water near the evaporation surface of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica wood, followed by a scarcity of free water during the drying process, and a noticeable moisture content gradient was observed near the evaporation surface. When the moisture transferred along the axial direction, the farther the moisture was away from the evaporation surface, the more uniform the moisture distribution was. When the moisture transferred along the tangential direction, the farther the moisture was away from the evaporation surface, the more obvious the moisture difference in each layer was. By single-sided NMR technology, it is possible to ascertain the moisture content of wood at various depths, thereby offering a theoretical framework for revealing the migration mechanism of water within wood.

Objective To understand the current status of humanistic care in clinical nursing teaching, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 170 clinical nursing teachers were selected. Caring Ability Inventory and the general information questionnaire were used to investigate clinical nursing teachers. Results A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed, and 164 were effectively recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 96. 47%. The humanistic care behavior score of clinical nursing teacher was (100. 90±12. 97). Univariate analysis revealed that the dimension of respectful and connectedness was influenced by marital status, professional titles, years of working and years of clinical teaching(P＜0. 01), dimension of knowledge and skill was influenced by education level and whether having children(P＜0. 01), and dimension of assurance was influenced by marital status and whether having children(P＜0. 01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level and whether having children were influencing factors of teachers’ knowledge and skill in humanistic care practice, which explained 4. 80% of the variation. Conclusion The level of humanistic care behavior in clinical nursing teacher is at a medium level, which is related to marital status. The level of humanistic care behavior in clinical nursing teacher is associated with whether having children, years of working, years of clinical teaching, professional titles, education level and other factors. Nursing managers should take targeted measures to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic care ability in clinical nursing teachers. In this study, time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance (TD-NMR) technology was employed to explore the moisture state and spin-spin relaxation (T2) characteristics of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) wood-plastic composites during the moisture absorption and water absorption process. The moisture resistance and water repellency of PMMA wood-plastic composites were compared and analyzed. The experimental samples were PMMA wood-plastic composite material produced by impregnated methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer polymerization. Firstly, the NMR T2 test was carried out on the dry PMMA wood-plastic composite, and then the moisture absorption and water absorption experiments were carried out respectively, and the mass of the specimen and its T2 signal were measured at intervals. The results showed that the moisture absorption rate and water absorption rate of PMMA wood-plastic composite were lower than those of untreated wood, and PMMA had good moisture resistance and water resistance. When the impregnation concentration of MMA was 100 % and the impregnation time reached 24 h, the moisture absorption rate of wood-plastic composites was lower than 15% under the constant temperature of (40±0.2)℃ and relative humidity of (96.4±0.4)%, and the water absorption rate of water-absorbing specimens at room temperature was lower than 30%. At the same impregnation time, with the increase of impregnation concentration of MMA, the moisture absorption rate and water absorption rate of PMMA wood-plastic composites decreased significantly, and the T2 peak area decreased gradually. This indicates that the PMMA inside the wood-plastic composite material contributes to preventing water from entering.

Glucagonoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor of α cells of the pancreas. The tumor excessively secretes glucagon and causes glucagonoma syndrome.70%-90% of patients with glucagonoma will develop necrolytic migratory erythema (NME). We reported a patient of glucagonoma syndrome who was presented to the dermatology outpatient clinic with a 2-year-history of recurrent erythema and scaling on the skin migrating throughout the body. A skin biopsy was performed and resulting features matched with NME, whilst imaging examinations suggested a soft tissue density tumor present in the tail of the pancreas with somatostatin receptor expression and laboratory tests found an elevated levels of serum glucagon. After the diagnosis was confirmed, the patient was treated with surgical resection of the glucagonoma and the skin eruptions resolved rapidly in 4 days. Meanwhile, we reviewed relevant literature published in recent years and summarized its clinical characteristics in order to improve its understanding by clinicians, including clinical manifestations, laboratory and imaging examinations, diagnosis and treatments.

Methods that use motion capture data to analyze human behavior are highly interpretable and offer significant advantages in vision-based dance step analysis. In this study, we propose a fusion feature extraction method that describes the rotational information embedded in the skeleton and combines the advantages of single-skeleton feature extraction and Li group feature extraction methods for recognition. The feasibility and validity of the proposed model are verified by conducting recognition experiments on BVH data of classical dance steps performed by subjects. In the ablation experiments, the average accuracy of the classical dance step recognition model based on fused features for step movement recognition is improved by 3.01% and 1.86% compared with the neural network model and the Lie group network model, respectively. It has been proven that adding rotation information to skeletal features can effectively differentiate 3D motion trajectories in similar dance steps. Furthermore, the dance movement trajectories derived from this model are very clear and can be utilized to direct the correct joint point positions throughout the movement. The recognition accuracy of the fusion feature extraction-based recognition method for all seven classical dance basic foot positions is greater than 90%, which reflects the accuracy of the proposed machine vision model in recognizing classical dance steps.

In recent years,ransomware is becoming increasingly prevalent,causing serious economic losses.Since files encrypted by ransomware are difficult to recover,how to timely and accurately detect ransomware is a hot point nowadays.To improve the timeliness and accuracy of ransomware detection,this paper analyzes the behavior of ransomware family and benign software in the early stage of operation and proposes a ransomware early detection method based on deep learning(REDMDL).REDMDL takes a certain length of application programming interface(API) sequence that is obtained by software running at the initial stage as input,combines word vector and position vector to vectorize the collected API sequence,and then constructs a convolutional neural network-long short term memory(CNN-LSTM) neural network model for early detection of ransomware.Experimental results show that REDMDL can accurately determine whether the software is ransomware or benign within seconds after it star-ting to run.

To explore the causes and nursing strategies of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) removal difficulty in senior elderly patients. A senior elderly patient with PICC difficulty for removing was analyzed comprehensively. The main reasons for the difficulty of removal were the adhesion of the catheter tip to the wall of superior vena cava, the change of anatomical structure of the vein and the loss of elasticity of the catheter after repeated pulling. The senior elderly group has some characteristics different from the general patient group, such as long-term bed rest, limb loss, long-term intravenous parenteral nutrition and so on, During the use of PICC, attention should be paid to abnormal changes of catheter, consult with specialist nurses in time, and solve problems with multidisciplinary consultation when necessary, so as to avoid difficulties in removal caused by improper maintenance and improper removal operation and serious complications caused by removal failure. This paper summarized the nursing management for a long-term bedridden elderly patient with nasal feeding diet complicated with various diseases. During the daily oral care, the patient swallowed the mouth care straw tip (silicone foreign body) accidentally. Given the old age and poor gastrointestinal function of the patient, targeted intervention was implemented followed by precisely locating foreign body. Comprehensive nursing measures including biochemical index monitoring, medication care and prevention of complications were carried out to ensure the successful removal of the foreign body (本文总结1例高龄、合并多种疾病且长期卧床的鼻饲饮食患者发生异物吞食事件的护理体会。老年人群胃肠功能减弱, 通过检查定位异物位置, 针对性采取消化道异物处理方式, 同时注意生化指标监测、用药以及并发症预防等细节护理, 以促进异物顺利排出体外。)

Lithium niobate (LN), as a nonlinear material with a large nonlinear susceptibility, has been widely employed in second harmonic generation (SHG) up to ultraviolet (UV) frequency range due to its broad low-absorption window. In nanophotonics, it is possible to harness the Mie resonances associated with the single dielectric particles to boost the nonlinear light–matter interactions. Here, we fabricate single Mie-resonant LN nanospheres on a SiO2 substrate via the femtosecond (fs) laser ablation technique. By exploiting the magnetic dipole (MD) Mie resonance, UV SHG from the LN nanosphere is significantly enhanced with a measured conversion efficiency of 4.45 × 10−8 under the excitation of an fs laser at 750 nm. The single LN nanospheres achieved in this work could serve as Mie resonators for building nonlinear nanophotonic devices such as frequency converters and quantum light sources, etc.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) applied in guided bone regeneration (GBR) for severe bone deficiency in the anterior maxilla. Methods Forty patients with bone defects in the anterior maxilla were chosen to be treated with GBR, 20 patients were treated with CGF applied in GBR as the observation group, and the other 20 patients were treated only with GBR as the control group. The evaluation of wound healing was performed after the operation, and bone augmentation was evaluated half a year after the operation. Results The first-stage healing rate of soft tissue wounds in the observation group was 100% and 75% in the control group, and the primary healing rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P=0.017). The changes in bone width of the observation group were （3.70 ± 0.28） mm, and those of the control group were （2.96 ± 0.16） mm. The bone augmentation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P=0.000). Conclusion CGF applied in GBR has a good effect on bone augmentation for severe bone deficiency in the anterior maxilla.

Objective This study investigated the effects of interleukin ⁃ 1β (IL ⁃1β) on human synovial fluid ⁃de⁃ rived mesenchymal stem cells (hSFMSCs) in the temporomandibular joint. Methods hSFMSCs from synovial fluid sam⁃ ples of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) patients were cultured in vitro. hSFMSCs were divided into three groups with different concentrations of rhIL⁃1β in complete medium (α⁃MEM cell culture medium + 10% FBS + 1× GlutaMAX): 0 ng/mL IL⁃1β group, 1 ng/mL IL⁃1β group and 10 ng/mL IL⁃1β group. Changes in the rate of colony formation, growth curve, cell cycle and apoptosis of hSFMSCs under IL ⁃ 1β stimulation were evaluated. The osteogenic, adipogenic and chondrogenic potential of the cells were also determined using histochemical and real ⁃time fluorescence quantitative PCR methods. Results No significant differences in growth or proliferation capacity were observed in any IL⁃1β⁃stimu⁃ lated group in comparisons of the colony ⁃formation rate (F = 0.665, P＝0.548), growth curve (F＝0.001, P＝0.999), cell cycle (FG1＝0.773, PG1＝0.503; FS ＝0.636, PS ＝0.562) or apoptosis (F＝0.196, P＝0.827) of the cells. However, the multidifferentiation capacity of hSFMSCs was affected in the inflammatory environment. Mineralized nodule and lip⁃ id clusters decreased significantly, and the gene expression levels of runt⁃related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2), osteo⁃ calcin (OCN), peroxisomal proliferative receptor G2 (PPARG2) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) were suppressed significant⁃ ly in IL⁃1β⁃mediated induction medium (P < 0.05). In general, cartilage pellets formed in all the IL⁃1β⁃mediated chon⁃ drogenic differentiation groups. The gene levels of sex⁃determining region Y⁃related high⁃mobility group box⁃9 (SOX9) and collagen II were decreased (P < 0.05), while that of matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP13) was increased significant⁃ ly in the presence of IL⁃1β (P < 0.05). Conclusion IL⁃1β directly affects the multidifferentiation potential of hSFM⁃ SCs but not their cell growth or proliferation ability.

Temporomandibular joint is the pivot joint system in oral and maxillofacial chewing system, bearing the intricate function such as speaking and chewing movement. During the process of derangement or functional impairment of temporomandibular joint, there are some changes in radiograph or the synovial fluid physical and chemical proper⁃ties. Besides，the variation of intra⁃articular pressure also reflects the pathological mechanism and course of temporo⁃ mandibular joint disorders. This article will review our related researches on intra⁃articular pressure of temporomandibu⁃ lar joint in the last 30 years，including the fluctuating rule，its significance of intra⁃articular pressure in TMJ and the effect of that on the joint physiopathology and biomechanics，to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular disorders.
