Objective To explore the correlation between erythrocyte distribution width (RDW), medium molecular fragment of osteocalcin N segment (N-MID OC)/ special sequence β carboxy-terminal peptide of collagen I (β-CTX) ratio and the risk of hip fracture in elderly women. Methods A total of 731 female patients over 60 years old who were hospitalized in Sichuan Orthopedics Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected. There were 375 cases with fracture and 358 cases without fracture. The clinical baseline data were collected. Binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between RDW-CV, N-MID OC/β-CTX ratio and hip fracture in elderly women. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that age, RDW-CV, N-MID OC/β-CTX, calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) levels were risk factors for hip fracture in elderly women. The values of RDW-CV and N-MID OC/β-CTX were divided into three levels in equal proportion after ordering from small to large, and the results showed that the higher the RDW-CV and the lower the N-MID OC/β-CTX ratio, the higher the risk of hip fracture in elderly women (P＜0.05). According to receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC), both single test and combined test may be used to diagnose fracture, but combined test may improve the diagnostic performance, with area under curve (AUC) of 0.729, sensitivity and specificity of 60.53% and 75.42%, respectively. Conclusions RDW-CV and N-MID OC/β-CTX ratio are associated with hip fracture in elderly women.

【Objective】 Acidified biochar has been used as a soil conditioner to improve properties of saline-alkali soils. This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the effect of acidified biochar amendment on water and salt movement in saline-alkali soil. 【Method】 Infiltration experiment was conducted using columns repacked with saline-alkali soil taken from a cotton field to the depth of 40 cm. The soil was amended with acidified biochar at a ratio from 1% to 5%. Soils without biochar amendment (CK1) and amended with 2% of non-acidified biochar (CK2) were taken as the control. The movement of wetting front, changes in soil pH, soil salt content, soil alkalinity and soil desalination in each treatment were measured and analyzed. 【Result】 The pH value of the soil amended with acidified biochar was significantly lower than that of the soil in CK1 and CK2, with pH value decreasing with the increase in acidified biochar application. With acidified biochar application increasing, soil alkalinity decreased first followed by an increase, with soil alkalinity being the least when acidified biochar application ratio was 2%. Soil desalination in the 0-50 cm of soil layer and salt accumulation in the 50-70 cm of soil layer both increased with the increase in application of unacidified biochar and acidified biochar. Overall, soil desalination was the best in soil amended by 2% of acidified biochar. 【Conclusion】 Amending soils by acidified biochar was more effective to improve the properties of saline-alkali soil than amending with non-acidified biochar. Among all treatments we compared, amending the soil by 2% of acidified biochar was most effective in improving soil properties.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the exposure levels and health risks of aflatoxins （AFT） in dried chili and chili powder sold in Shandong Province.MethodsAFT in chili and chili powder samples were determined using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry， and aflatoxin exposure was calculated using the point evaluation method.ResultsThe detection rate of AFTB1 was the highest in the 120 samples of dried chili and chili powder investigated， at 21.7% （26/120）. The proportion of samples exceeding the national standard limit was 8.3% （10/120）； the qualification rate was 91.7% （110/120）. The detection rate of AFTB2 was 19.2% （23/120）， that of AFTG1 was 5.0% （6/120）， and that of AFTG2 was 0.8% （1/120）. ObjectiveTo analyze the improvement of fall prevention cognition and compliance among high-risk fall patients after the introduction of project-based nursing model. MethodsA total of 86 patients admitted in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table, with 43 patients in each group. The control group implemented the routine nursing scheme, and the observation group implemented the project-based nursing mode. At the end of the first week after the intervention, the self-developed fall prevention cognitive questionnaire and fall prevention compliance behavior investigation table were used to investigate the fall prevention cognitive system and the compliance of the patients. ResultsThe cognitive score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. The score of fall prevention compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group［（81.7±3.7）pointsvs（63.8±2.4） points,t=26.615, P＜0.01］. The nursing satisfaction in observation group was significant higher than that in control group (95.4%vs79.1%, χ2=5.108, P＜0.05). ConclusionThe application of the project-based nursing model to the high-risk fall population can improve the individuals fall prevention cognitive system and improve their compliance to fall prevention behavior.

Background and purpose: Alternative splicing plays a crucial role in the functions and regulation of complex proteins such as cell proliferation, growth, apoptosis and differentiation, and can cause the occurrence and development of various diseases, including cancer. Currently, the functions and molecular mechanisms of most alternative splicing factors are not clear. The purpose of this study was to explore the differential splicing target genes of KH-type splicing regulatory protein (KHSRP) in lung adenocarcinoma and their correlation with prognosis and immune cell function. Methods: Screening downstream differential splicing target genes of KHSRP was carried out through high-throughput variable splicing sequencing. We analyzed the expressions of KHSRP downstream differential splicing target genes in lung adenocarcinoma through cancer databases Tumor IMmune Estimation Resource (TIMER) and the University of Alabama at Birmingham cancer data analysis portal (ULCAN). We also analyzed the correlation between the expression of differential splicing target genes downstream of KHSRP and prognosis through Kaplan database. The correlation between downstream differential splicing target genes of KHSRP and immune cell function was analyzed through the TIMER immune module. Results: NUMB endocytic adaptor protein (NUMB), adducin 3 (ADD3) and LIM and calponin homology domains 1 (LIMCH1) were key downstream variable splicing target genes of KHSRP. NUMB, ADD3 and LIMCH1 were all expressed at low level in lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissue. Low expressions of NUMB, ADD3 and LIMCH1 in lung cancer leaded to poor prognosis. NUMB, ADD3 and LIMCH1 were positively correlated with immune cell function. Conclusion: In lung adenocarcinoma, NUMB, ADD3 and LIMCH1 are differential splicing target genes of KHSRP, their low expression levels indicate poor prognosis, and they are positively correlated with immune cell function.

In order to improve the motion performance of compliant robots, a rotary series elastic actuator (SEA) based on arc helical springs is designed. The proposed SEA can be used to provide a wide range of flexible torsion by the combination of multi-stage rotary structures. The inner and outer double layers of springs with different stiffness are connected in series. The dynamic model of the flexible joint with the proposed SEA is established. The control law for the flexible joint is derived by the backstepping algorithm. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed SEA and the control law, the dynamic performance of the flexible joint with interference torques is simulated by Matlab and Adams. The results show that the controller can overcome the interference force and restore the balance state of the flexible joint within 0.59 s，which verifies the effectiveness of the designed elastic actuator structure and control law.

Objective·To summarize and analyze the clinical and genetic characteristics of adult cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy(ACALD ).Methods·The data of eight patients with ACALD who attended the Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from June 2018 to September 2022 were collected and comprehensively analyzed. Clinical data included age at onset, duration of disease, family history, present history and physical examination. Imaging examinations included magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the cranial, cervical spine and thoracic spine. Laboratory tests included serum very-long-chain fatty acids (VLCFA), adrenal cortical function and genetic test. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Moca) were used to assess patients′ cognitive function.Results·A total of 8 male patients with ACALD were included in this study. Ageat onset ranged from 23 to 40 years old with an average age of (32.75±5.80) years, and the disease duration ranged from 4 to 59 months. Patients′ first symptoms were highly variable. Three patients showed memory loss and cognitive dysfunction, two showed irritability and personality change, one showed mental and behavioral abnormalities, one showed dysarthria and ataxia, and one showed persistent dizziness, occipital numbness and insomnia. All the patients had multiple white matter demyelination lesions, and white matter demyelination in parietal occipital lobe and posterior corpus callosum was the most common. Enhancement MRI showed patchy Gd-enhancement of partial lesions in three cases. In two patients, magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed that choline (Cho) peak increased and N-acetyl-aspartate (NAA) peak decreased. Serum VLCFA levels of C26, C24/C22 and C26/C22 were elevated in six patients who underwent serum VLCFA examination. Seven patients underwent adrenal cortical function testing, of which six experienced adrenal cortical dysfunction. Six patients were cognitively impaired, four of whom had decreased MMSE and MoCA scores, and two of whom were unable to cooperate with the assessment due to severe cognitive impairment. Eight different ABCD1 gene mutations were identified, among which c.1750delC (p.H584Tfs*52) and c.160_170delACGCAGGAGGC (p.T54Lfs*137) were novel mutations.Conclusion·The initial symptoms of ACALD vary, among which memory loss and cognitive dysfunction are the most common. White matter demyelination lesions in the parietal and corpus callosum pressure are the most common, and imaging abnormalities precede neurological symptoms. The clinical features of the disease are hair thinning and skin pigmentation, and the biochemical features are elevated serum VLCFA and adrenal insufficiency. Missense mutations are more common in the ABCD1 gene, and exons 1 and 6 are the hot mutant exons in Chinese.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase with deletion and non-deletion of the argininosuccinate synthesis gene (ASS gene) on the derivative chromosome 9. Methods The clinical data of patients with CML initially treated with imatinib and BCR/ABL1/ASS1 3-color fusion probe to detect ASS gene deletion were analyzed. The patients were divided into deletion group (n=27) and non-deletion group (n=92). Clinical characteristics, treatment effects, and prognosis were analyzed. Results The average age of 119 patients was 37.22±12.72 years old. The sokal score differed between the deletion and non-deletion groups (χ2=4.304, P=0.038). No statistically significant difference in other general characteristics was found (P > 0.05). The 3-month CCyR rate, 6-month CCyR rate, and BCR-ABLIS≤ 1% rate in the deletion group were lower than those in the non-deletion group (P < 0.05). The median follow-up of 119 patients was 35.0 (3.0-60.0) months. The PFS in the deletion group was lower than that in the non-deletion group (χ2=4.293, P=0.038). Overall survival was not significantly different between the two groups (χ2=0.008, P=0.931). Conclusion The deletion of the ASS gene in patients with chronic CML is related to the poor efficacy of imatinib treatment, poor prognosis, and high risk of disease progression.

Emerging evidence has demonstrated that ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 J1 (UBE2J1) exerts pivotal function in many cancers. UBE2J1 was reported to be dysregulated in endometrial cancer (EC). This study was designed to further investigate the regulatory character and mechanism of UBE2J1 in EC. Bioinformatic tools and databases were used to analyze gene expression pattern and gene expression correlation in EC tissues, and the prognosis of EC patients. Gene expression was evaluated by reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Western blot was used for protein level detection. In vitro cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry analyses and TUNEL assays. In vivo cell apoptosis was evaluated by detecting Bax and Bcl-2 expression in tumor tissues via immunohistochemical and western blot analyses. In this study, UBE2J1 knockdown promoted cell apoptosis in EC cells and in mouse models of EC. PI3K and AKT expression is positively correlated with UBE2J1 level and is related to poor prognosis of EC patients. UBE2J1 knockdown repressed the PI3K/AKT pathway both in vitro and in vivo. UBE2J1 downregulation decreased MDM2 expression, but increased p53 expression. MDM2 overexpression reverses the promotion of UBE2J1 knockdown on cell apoptosis in EC. Overall, UBE2J1 knockdown induces cell apoptosis in EC by inactivating the PI3K/AKT signaling and suppressing the MDM2/p53 signaling.

【Objective】 Biochar has been widely used to amend degraded soils to improve their quality and fertility. The aim of this paper is to investigate the change in hydraulic properties of clay soils after being amended by cotton biochar. 【Method】 The experiment was conducted in repacked columns, with soil in the top 20 cm being amended by biochar at weight ratio 0 (C0), 1% (C0), 2% (C2) and 4% (C4), respectively. Each biochar amendment was associated with three irrigation treatments: 4 200 (W1), 5 100 (W2) and 6 000 m3/hm2 (W3). For each treatment, we measured the advance of wetting front in the column, cumulative infiltration and infiltration rate, as well as water distribution in the soil. 【Result】 Biochar amendment enhanced water infiltration, with the enhancement increasing with biochar application amount. Compared with C0, C1, C2 and C3 increased initial infiltration rate, average infiltration rate, steady infiltration rate by 6.5%, 22.8% and 32.0%; 6.9%, 16.8% and 21.4%; and 1.4%, 38.6% and 40.9%, respectively. After the infiltration front crossed the top 20cm of soil layer, compared to C0, C1, C2 and C3 increased the cumulative infiltration by 5.0%, 6.0% and 9.8%, and soil water content at the column bottom by 1.2%, 4.5% and 6.3%, respectively. Overall, the cumulative infiltration increased with biochar application amount. On average, approximately 63.6%, 53.3% and 46.6% of the irrigated water in W1, W2 and W3 was stored in the soils, and the capacity the top 20 cm of soil layer to hold water increased with the biochar application amount. 【Conclusion】 Amending clay soil by cotton-stalk biochar improved its ability to store and infiltrate water. The improved ability of the amended top 20 cm soil layer was positively correlated with biochar application amount. Water percolation and evaporation was affected by irrigation amount more than by biochar amendment. Our results have implications for improving physical quality and productivity of clay soils.

Objective To observe the effect of Tonifying deficiency and Zhengqi porridge on immune function reconstruction of HIV/AIDS patients with Qi deficiency. Methods Sixty (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/ Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome)HIV/AIDS patients admitted to the center for Disease Control and prevention in Huichuan District of Zunyi City were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table. All patients received the highly active anti-retroviral therapy, and those in the treatment group were given Tonifying deficiency and Zhengqi porridge. The CD4+ T-cell count was measured before, 3 months and 6 months after intervention. The Effective reconstitution of immune function was analyzed. Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the immune reconstitution in the treatment group was better than that in the control group for patients with CD4+ T-cell count of 100-500/mm3 (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Tonifying deficiency and Zhengqi porridge can promote the reconstruction of immune function in HIV / AIDS patients with Qi deficiency and help to restore immune function. (目的 探讨补虚正气粥对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染及艾滋病(AIDS)气虚型患者的免疫功能恢复作用。方法 选择遵义市汇川区疾病预防控制中心60名HIV/AIDS患者, 随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组, 各30例。对照组按传统方法进行HAART(高效抗反转录病毒)治疗, 治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用补虚正气粥。于干预前、干预后3个月和干预后6个月比较两组患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数值和免疫功能重建有效率。结果 对于干预前CD4+T淋巴细胞计数100～500个/mm3的患者, 在介入3个月和6个月, 治疗组免疫功能的恢复较对照组好(P＜0. 05)。结论 补虚正气粥对HIV/AIDS气虚型患者免疫功能重建有促进作用, 有助于免疫功能的重建。)

The influences of aging on the structure and properties of quartz fiber and its polyimide composites (QW280/AC721) were studied by the artificial accelerated thermal-oxidative aging experiments. The results show that after aging at 300 ℃ for 150 h, the tensile strength of quartz fiber is significantly reduced with the retention ratio of only 44%, which is ascribed to the oxidation and decomposition of the surface wetting agent of the quartz fiber. However, due to the protective effect of polyimide resin on the fiber, the mechanical properties of the polyimide composites have a high retention rate. After aging at 300 ℃ for 150 h, the modulus of the composites shows no obvious change, the retention ratios of tensile strength at room temperature and at 300 ℃ are above 75% and 91% respectively, and the retention ratios of bending and interlaminar shear strength are both above 85%. The dielectric properties of the composites are stable upon the high temperature treatment. After the thermal-oxidative aging at 300 ℃ for different time periods (0-150 h), the dielectric constant in the frequency band of 7-18 GHz remains in the range of 3.5-3.8, and the dielectric loss tangent is lower than 5×10−3.

The popularity of mobile devices and the emergence of English vocabulary APPs have greatly enriched English learners’ vocabulary learning approaches. However, there are various vocabulary APPs in the current market, with different functional positioning and learning effects. This study takes Zhimi APP as the research object, focusing on the effect of its application in junior high school English vocabulary learning. Guided by Informal Learning Theory and Multimodal Theory, the author explores the influence of Zhimi APP on students’ English vocabulary learning by setting up experimental class and control class. English vocabulary learning based on Zhimi APP can effectively improve students’ vocabulary learning effect and help them develop good learning habits, which is worth recommending to English learners as an extracurricular auxiliary tool for vocabulary learning.

With the aging of the population, the decline of human body function leads to the decline of limb flexibility, and the severe cases lose the ability to walk. Research shows that the lower limb exoskeleton can assist human walking. In this paper, a lower limb exoskeleton is designed, which can collect the energy of the healthy side of the lower limb and release it when the affected side of the lower limb walks. The unilateral lower limb is used to compensate the movement of the affected limb, assist walking, and realize the collection, management and migration of human motion energy. The results showed that the root mean square value of rectus femoris decreased by 10%, and the EMG integral value of lateral gastrocnemius muscle decreased by 12%. The effect of exoskeleton on lower limb muscles is obvious. The walking assisted exoskeleton can provide auxiliary tension for lower limb movement and reduce muscle activity.

This study investigated the effect of microRNA mir-548ar-3p on cigarette smoke extract (CSE)-induced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). High-throughput sequencing was performed on peripheral blood from smoking COPD patients and non-smoking individuals with normal pulmonary function, and miR-548ar-3p RNA, possessing large differential expression was selected. Experimental groups were divided into control, experimental model (EM), EM+mimic miRNA, negative control (NC) and EM+miR-548ar-3p groups; an empty vector or miR-548ar-3p mimic was transfected into human bronchial epithelial (HBE) cells. A COPD model was established by treating HBE cells with CSE. Cell viability, apoptosis and solute carrier family 17 member 9 (SLC17A9) protein expression were examined by cell counting kit-8, flow cytometry and Western blotting, respectively. Because of the double-heterogeneity (DH), dispersed particle-type systems cannot be described by traditional neutronic programs, and the volumetric homogenization method (VHM) will bring reactivity calculation deviation because of ignoring the spatial self-shielding effect of the particles. In this article, the relationship between the reactivity calculation deviation and the optical length of dispersed particle-type fuel and different types of burnable poisons is analyzed. Also then, it was proposed that the influencing factors of reactivity calculation deviation can be integrated to a physical quantity named theoretically modified optical length containing the influencing factors mentioned earlier. In addition, the DH physical boundary has forward that, when the theoretically modified optical length is larger than 10−4, reactivity calculation deviation of volumetric homogenization method will be larger than 100 pcm, and the DH of the dispersed particle-type systems should be considered.

The vertical root distribution and rooting depth are the main belowground plant functional traits used to indicate drought resistance in arid and semiarid regions. The effects of the slope aspect on the aboveground traits are visible but not the belowground deep root traits. We aimed to investigate the fine root traits of the locust tree (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) planted on southerly and northerly aspects, and the variations in the rooting depth in regions with different rainfall, as well as assessing how deep rooting, might affect the response to drought in a loess region. We selected three study sites with different rainfall amounts, with six sampling plots at each site (three each with southerly and northerly aspects). Soil core samples were collected down to the depth where no roots were present. The locust trees tended to develop deeper fine roots rather than greater heights. The tree height and diameter were greater for locust trees on northerly aspects, whereas trees on southerly aspects had significantly deeper rooting depths. Fine root traits (root length, root area, and root dry weight density) were higher in the southerly aspect for both Changwu and Ansai, but lower in Suide. The ratio of the root front depth tree height ranged from 1.04 to 3.17, which was higher on southerly than northerly aspects, and it increased as the rainfall decreased. Locust tree growth traits (belowground fine root and aboveground tree height) were positively correlated with the mean annual rainfall. The soil moisture content of the topsoil decreased as the rainfall decreased, but the pattern varied in the deep layer. Our results suggest that the variations in the belowground rooting depth under different slope aspects may be related to plant survival strategies. The vertical extension of the rooting depth and tree height may be key functional traits that determine plant growth in drought-prone regions.

Background and Aims: Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) is the primary target of lipid-lowering therapy in coronary artery disease (CAD). But some patients with the normal levels of LDL-C still suffer from CAD progression and malignant outcomes (e.g., major adverse cardiovascular events [MACEs]), and the mechanism is unclear. The previous prospective studies demonstrated that the remnant cholesterol (RC) and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) were capable to predict the risk of CAD. This study evaluated the association between RC and non-HDL-C with the risk of CAD.Methods: In our study, 12,563 patients were enrolled. We categorized patients into four concordance/discordance groups according to the median of RC, LDL-C, and non-HDL-C. Then, we performed a propensity score matching (PSM) strategy. The unadjusted and adjusted multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate the relationship between the lipid concentrations.Results: In this study, 8,658 (68.9%) patients were male with a median age of 61 (54 and 67) years. The multivariate logistic regression showed the odds ratio (OR) of RC was 1.952 (CI = 1.276–2.988, p = 0.002). The OR of the low RC/high LDL-C group was 0.626 (CI = 0.504–0.778, p < 0.001) and the OR of the low RC/high non-HDL-C group was 0.574 (CI = 0.462–0.714, p < 0.001). The p-values for interaction between the RC and hypertension, diabetes were both < 0.001.Conclusion: Our study showed a significant association between the RC and CAD. The level of RC was more capable to reflect the risk of CAD than LDL-C and non-HDL-C. There was an interaction relationship between RC and age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, in CAD. But we did not find whether there was a relationship between the non-HDL-C and CAD.

89Sr is bone seeking radio pharm acoustical used for palliation of bone pain from osseous metastases. However, due to its high production requirements, the domestic market of 89Sr is mainly dependent on imports, and the cost of drugs is high. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new low-cost production methods.From the characteristics of production process and elements themselves, this paper studies the method of using the active PWR nuclear power plant, putting the target into the guide pipe of fuel assembly for blessing, and carrying out the 89Sr programming production without affecting the normal operation of the nuclear power plant.In this paper, a Monte Carlo code is used to simulate the radiation of lithium carbonate into the core of Qinshan nuclear power plant during one fuel cycle (about 480 days). The variation of the main isotopes with the irradiation time, and impurity of Sr isotopes after the radiation, and the isotope yield and impurity are given. The results show that the relevant parameters meet the requirements of drug quality, and the production of Sr isotopes using PWR nuclear power plants is feasible. The production method studies in this paper is applicable to most commercial pressurized water reactor unclear power plants in China, which can greatly reduce the production cost of medical isotope 89Sr, and help to promote the development of domestic isotope production technology.

Objective To compare the sensitivity and specificity of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) in detection of aldosterone and renin, and to explore the optional detection methods and indicators for screening primary aldosteronism (PA). Methods A cross-sectional study was carried on 60 PA patients (with males accounting for 53.3% and at a median age of 50 years) diagnosed in our department from January to October 2018. Another baseline-matched 82 patients with essential hypertension (with males accounting for 50.0% and at a median age of 50 years) and 114 healthy controls (males accounting for 38.6% and at a median age of 46 years) at the same period were also recruited in this study. The plasma aldosterone concentration and renin concentration/renin activity were measured by CLIA and RIA respectively. The screening value of the 2 methods was evaluated by correlation analysis. Meanwhile, the plasma aldosterone concentration, plasma renin concentration (or activity), ratio of aldosterone/direct rennin concentration (ADRR), ratio of aldosterone/plasma rennin activity (ARR) and 2 combined indicators were measured by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, to calculate sensitivity and specificity and determine the optimal cut-off point. Results There was a high correlation between plasma renin activity and direct renin concentration (r=0.880 4, P < 0.001), but the correlation between plasma aldosterone concentration measured by the 2 methods was not good (r=0.365 0, P < 0.001). The sensitivity of ADRR was the highest (91.53%) among all screening indices, and the specificity of diagnosis was significantly improved by combining plasma aldosterone concentration (CLIA, 96.49%). Among PA at an average age of 50 years, ADRR screening cut-off point was 12 (pg·mL-1)/(μU·mL-1), and ARR screening cut-off point was 20 (ng·dL-1)/(ng·mL-1·h-1). Conclusion CLIA is superior to RIA in detection of screening indices for PA. The diagnostic specificity of combined plasma aldosterone concentration (CLIA) and ADRR indices is the best.

Based on wavelet transform, the blasting vibration signals are analyzed here. For millisecond blasting, the blasting effect is mostly affected by the actual delay time. Local characteristics of the analyzed signals could be highlighted by the wavelet transform. The simultaneous initiation of large explosive quantity could be avoided by the use of multistage detonators, while the vibration resistance effect could be better. For the same level of detonator segment, the larger the arranged time interval, the less the possibility of initiation at the same time, which is not conducive to the vibration resistance. Therefore, it is suggested to use high-level detonators with detonating cord or high-precision digital electronic detonators to minimize the initiation error. Furthermore, by identifying the delay time using wavelet transform, the interval delay time of different detonator segments could be obtained. Moreover, the nominal delay time, actual delay time, and interval delay time are further compared and analyzed. It is suggested that the millisecond delay series of detonators should be selected in the whole section blasting, and the segment should be jumped as much as possible, so as to increase the secondary breakage time. Detonators with longer interval delay time should be avoided to the full.

In order to solve the problem of uncomfortable wearing shoes caused by foot type or shoe type of consumers, a virtual shoe test system is developed based on computer graphics knowledge. If the online shoe test has problems, it can provide personal customization for consumers. Firstly, the shoe database is constructed to store shoe last model and key parts data for data comparison and fast data query. Secondly, the method based on OBB and AABB bounding box and plane fitting is proposed. Based on the foot bottom surface, combined with the foot shape law and foot skeleton composition of Chinese people, the automatic extraction of key data and the automatic matching of foot and shoe last are realized. Finally, the OpenGL function is realized in the MFC program, and the 3D visualization of shoes and boots is realized. The mouse control function is added to the system, which improves the human-computer interaction experience.
