Exercise rehabilitation has been proven as a promising intervention for recovery of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction. Based on the analysis of individual’s condition, early exercise rehabilitation plan should be designed systematically and logically to reduce the mortality due to acute myocardial infarction, prevent complications, promote the early rehabilitation and improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life of the patient. This paper summarized the status quo of exercise rehabilitation and its research status, potential problems and clinical practice in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention, and provided reference for the establishment of exercise rehabilitation plan after percutaneous coronary intervention. To make better integration of curriculum thinking education and undergraduate college innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper takes the data of resources related to curriculum thinking education and undergraduate college innovation and entrepreneurship education, inputs them into a multi-sensor information fusion based on Bayesian estimation, calibrates the data and eliminates invalid data. The optimal fusion number is determined by calculating the confidence distance measure of the sensor readings. Build a web-based teaching collaboration platform based on information fusion. To verify that the built teaching collaboration platform can integrate resources such as teaching contents and teaching objectives of both, thus achieving educational reform. The simulation results show that the number of students who choose to start their own business is 1,150 more than those who do not use the platform, and the success rate of starting a business is 36% higher than those who do not use the platform when the web-based teaching collaboration platform is used to educate students on curriculum thinking and politics and innovation and entrepreneurship in undergraduate colleges and universities. From the above results, it is clear that the built platform can promote the cultivation of innovative talents in undergraduate colleges and universities.

It is the fact that the complicity of structural details and loading conditions makes a great challenge of metal structure design.One of the most important aspects is to numerically predict the metal yield and failure behavior under complex stress state in a high accuracy.However,experimental results have revealed that the traditional von Mises criterion can not accurately predict yield behavior of metal under complex stress states.In order to improve the accuracy,a yield criterion modified by stress state parameters of triaxiality and Lode angle is proposed in this paper.Then modified yield criterion is implemented into ABAQUS/explicit with VUMAT user’s subroutine and applied to numerical analysis of 2024-T 4 coupons.Numerical and experimental results show that the proposed yield criterion can improve the prediction accuracy of metal yield under complex stress state than traditional von Mises criterion.

Objective To explore the feasibility of curettage combined with fenestration for jaw classic ameloblastoma treatment and to provide a basis for improving the treatment of classic ameloblastoma. Methods Twenty-two patients with jaw classic ameloblastoma admitted to Liuzhou People’s Hospital from 2016 to 2019 were selected. They were treated by curettage combined with fenestration. Monthly follow-up visits were conducted after surgery, and orthopantomography was performed for reexamination to observe the recovery of bone and whether there was recurrence. Results Tumors were completely scraped off in 22 patients, no pathological fracture occurred, and no wound infection occurred after surgery. After 1 to 3 years of follow-up, 19 patients showed excellent bone recovery in the original tumor area, and no recurrence was observed. Three patients relapsed and underwent a second curettage combined with fenestration, and the bone at the original tumor site recovered well. During the 12-month follow-up, no tumor recurrence was observed. After the second curettage combined with open surgery, the bone at the original tumor site recovered well. Eight patients underwent dental implants to repair dentition defects one year after surgery. Conclusion Curettage combined with fenestration is a convenient and effective treatment for jaw classic ameloblastoma.

concept and the continuum damage mechanics, a two-level non-intrusive coupling strategy for fatigue analysis procedure is developed to efficiently and accurately predict the fatigue damage of critical details in a large structure. Coupled multi-scale models including the global structure (coarse mesh) and local details (fine mesh) are involved to evaluate fatigue damage in local details and their effect on the global structure. In this method, the fatigue analysis in critical region is divided into two levels – the local boundary condition update and the local fatigue analysis. In the first level, the external cyclic load is transferred from global scale to the local scale. And in the second level, the local fatigue analysis driven by the local cyclic boundary is carried out. The computational procedure of this two-level analysis can be fully coupled, semi-coupled or uncoupled according to different scenarios. Furthermore, the low-cycle fatigue damage is studied and the corresponding fatigue life predictions are simulated on a plate with a central circular hole under cyclic load. The results reveal that the present method greatly improves the numerical efficiency and accords well with the traditional FE analysis with global fine mesh.
