Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) is a lesion characterized by the proliferation of endothelial cells within the lumen of the vessel, it was first described by Masson in 1923.The pathogenesis of Masson's tumor is still unknown, currently the most accredited hypothesis is the reactive 1. Clinically and symptomatologically it can have different presentations, it is, therefore, of fundamental importance to make a correct differential diagnosis. Diagnosis is mainly based on histological criteria. Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia usually occurs in the skin and subcutaneous tissues, less commonly in the skeleton. The present is the fifth case of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia of the mandible.

Backgrounds. The objective of the present research was to systematically revise the international literature about the genetic biomarkers related to oral cancer (OC) evaluating the recent findings in clinical studies. Methods. A comprehensive review of the current literature was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines by accessing the NCBI PubMed database. The authors conducted the search of articles in the English language published from 2008 to 2018. The present systematic review included only papers with significant results about correlation between wound healing, genetic alteration, and OC. Prognostic capacity of genetic markers was not evaluated in vivo. Results. The first analysis with filters recorded about 1884 published papers. Beyond reading and consideration of suitability, only 20 and then 8 papers, with case report exclusion, were recorded for the revision. Conclusion. All the researches recorded the proteomic and genetic alterations in OC human biopsy cells. The gene modification level in the different studies, compared with samples of healthy tissues, has always been statistically significant, but it is not possible to associate publications with each other because each job is based on the measurement of different biomarkers and gene targets. Further investigations should be required in order to state scientific evidence about a clear advantage of using these biomarkers for diagnostic purpose.

The aim of this study is to present a repository (Italian Recording for the Appropriate Management of Odontoiatric Patient, IRAMOP) for the registration of dental services performed on patients referred to five Italian universities, in relation to orthodontics, surgical dentistry, dental implantology, periodontal and endodontic specialties. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Individual clinical programmed pathways are hereby described, indicating procedures, protocols and associated pharmacotherapy. All operators following the recent clinical recommendations for dentistry, published by the Ministry of Health, will be able to record on a shared platform the data related to the provided services and the clinical response obtained in each individual treatment. Drug therapies, clinical and surgical procedures and used protocols will be recorded into a common database. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS. All collected and processed data will provide important insights into the correct approach to dentistry, including both therapeutic procedures and drug therapies. Post treatment assessments will be recorded by operators not only in relation to the clinical evaluation, but also according to patient's reports in terms of perceived pain measured by the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). In this invention is described a method that foresees the iso-lation of a new subpopulation of stem cells derived form dental pulp, whose differentiation is osteoblasts lead to the subsequent production and employment of a bone tissue, called LAB (Living Autologous Bone). Specifically, the invention describes: 1) the isolation of stem cells from the pulp of deciduous and permanent teeth and of dental genns, obtained from human subjects; 2) the growth of these cells in vitro, under specific conditions that allow the isolation of a cellular sub-population, which, after differentiation in osteo¬blasts, is able to produce in vitro an extracellular matrix, identical to that detectable in bone tissue; 3) the use of this selected and differentiated celi population in arder to produce autologous bone tissue in vitro, containing vital osteoblasts; 4) the preservation of the LAB under conditions which guar¬antee cellular vitality; 5) the use of the LAB in donor patients to reconstruct bone tissue, as required in the daily practice in dentistry, maxillo-facial surgery and orthopedics.

The centrocytic and centroblastic lymphoma is the most frequent variety of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and represents a lymphoproliferative pathology affecting lymphatic structures: lymph nodes, spleen and bone marrow. Cases with an extranodal localisation are not infrequently documented. Histological analysis reveals the structure of the neoplasm in follicular-like nodular formations represented by a dual cell population identifiable in small-sized cell elements (centrocytes) coexisting with voluminous, rounded cells with chromatin positioned behind the nuclear membrane and with a pronounced nucleolus (centroblasts).
