Introduction/Main Objectives: Model The leadership style of regional heads during the COVID-19 pandemic requires a compelling lead character because to deal with the problems felt by each region, and it must be different so that public responses and criticisms must be carried out quickly and accurately has a priority scale for work effectiveness. Novelty: This study analyzes the leadership style of the regional head in Indonesia, namely the Governor, by taking a case study in the Riau Islands Province (Kepri) during the COVID pandemics. Research Method: The research method used is qualitative with relevant secondary data. Finding/Results: The results of data analysis with software NVivo 12, so that obtained are easy to explain descriptively by analyzing the theory and concept triangulation approach. Conclusion: The results show that the determination of Secondary Data Coding is more on the leadership of Ansar Ahmad in the COVID-19 pandemic as Governor Kepri. In addition, researchers also found that Ansar Ahmad’s leadership style as Governor Kepri greatly influenced the characteristics of leadership style and influential leadership style, which tested with the Jaccard Cluster approach on the strong relationship between communication, awareness, and integrity in carrying out the vision and mission as regional head during a COVID-19 in Kepri Province.

High accuracy and a real-time system are priorities in the development of a prosthetic hand. This study aimed to develop and evaluate a real-time embedded time-domain feature extraction and machine learning on a system on chip (SoC) Raspberry platform using a multi-thread algorithm to operate a prosthetic hand device. The contribution of this study is that the implementation of the multi-thread in the pattern recognition improves the accuracy and decreases the computation time in the SoC. In this study, ten healthy volunteers were involved. The EMG signal was collected by using two dry electrodes placed on the wrist flexor and wrist extensor muscles. To reduce the complexity, four time-domain features were applied to extract the EMG signal. Furthermore, these features were used as the input of the machine learning. The machine learning evaluated in this study were k-nearest neighbor (k-NN), Naive Bayes (NB), decision tree (DT), and support vector machine (SVM). In the SoC implementation, the data acquisition, feature extraction, machine learning, and motor control process were implemented using a multi-thread algorithm. After the evaluation, the result showed that the pairing of the MAV feature and machine learning DT resulted in higher accuracy among other combinations (98.41%) with a computation time of ~1 ms. The implementation of the multi-thread algorithm in the pattern recognition system resulted in significant impact on the time processing.

- Abstract
Disaster management is an early awareness to reduce the risk of potential disasters, especially floods in the community. This study aims to analyze implementing policies in Tanjungpinang Flood Disaster Risk Reduction. The research object was chosen because Tanjungpinang, on a land geographical location, is smaller than the sea area and can potentially be a disaster threat in an archipelagic area. Analysis of Policy implementation using Edward III Model. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach—the data obtained using secondary data with analysis of relevant training techniques. The study results indicate that four factors in the Edward III model have several weaknesses in the Tanjungpinang Flood Disaster Risk Reduction findings. The factors in question are the lack of cooperation in the bureaucratic structure on a large scale. The resources used have not met the standardization with the minimal involvement of resources in improving the quality of both technical and non-technical. Communication still has a good intensity between the stakeholders involved, so the participating actors are still running fast following the flood disaster management program in Tanjungpinang City. Furthermore, lastly, the attitude of the implementer or disposition has their respective ego-sectoral so that the participation between stakeholders in its implementation is less effective. Researchers provide additional recommendations or alternatives that need to strengthen policy implementation with a community empowerment approach so that people gain insight into disaster awareness involved in disaster management programs, primarily floods in Tanjungpinang City, for the future on a sustainable basis.

14. Analysis of Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province During the Covid-19 Pandemic

- Abstract
Employee performance is a result achieved by employees in their work according to certain criteria that apply to a particular job. Employee performance is a function of the interaction between ability and motivation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using secondary data and data analysis using a triangulation approach of relevant facts and logic. The analysis shows that employee performance is not optimal due to the lack of supporting facilities that are not focused on performance budgeting. Because during the COVID-19 period, the focus was only on recovering the national economy so that services at the Provincial Secretariat were not optimal. Then the change in performance culture during the COVID-19 pandemic made employees have to understand information systems and technology in providing public services as a form of service innovation in the future.

This community service activity takes the object of the Sumber Agung home industry in Petoran, Jebres, Surakarta. The main purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to the owners of the Sumber Agung home industry in making simple financial reports, with the hope that business management will be able to separate business finances from personal finances. So that in managing the tempeh chips business, it can be seen in real terms in running their business, because they already have financial statements, although they are still simple. The problem faced, the tempe chips business that has been involved so far, is not able to show in real terms how much profit is earned per week or per month. This fact encourages the service team to do service with training methods and assistance in making simple financial reports. The training was carried out several times to the owner, then the team was still providing assistance, so that the owner was really able to make financial reports. The training is carried out in stages, starting with the steps of preparing transaction documents, recording financial transactions, separating transactions into ledgers, making work sheets, making capital changes, making trial balances and making profit and loss statements. As a result of this training and mentoring activity, the Sumber Agung home industry is able to make simple financial reports so that business management and business development can be seen in a real and correct way according to accounting rules. The output of this service activity is an article on service activities published in the National Accredited Journal

The measurement of the operating lamp light on the operating table is very necessary so that the light rays do not glare during surgery and pathological conditions can be recognized easily without any shadows. This study aims to design a tool to measure light intensity equipped with automatic distance measurement. The design of this tool uses an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 to measure the distance between the light source and the sensor module and the MAX44009 sensor to measure the light intensity of the operating lamp displayed on the TFT screen. The design of the tool has been tested on operating lamps. In this study, measurements were made on two light sources, namely the GEA brand operating lamp in the Operating Room RSIA Putri Surabaya and lamps in an Electromedical Engineering Workshop on the Surabaya campus. The results of measurements when using a lamp in an electromedical engineering workshop in Surabaya with the distance between the module and the light source using a 75 cm roll meter, it is known that the error value is 0.0127% for a distance of 100 cm as much as 0.0045%. The module error value when measuring the intensity of light between the tool and the lamp in the electromedical engineering workshop with a roll meter distance setting of 75 cm gets an error value of 0.082% lux and at a roll meter distance of 100 cm, the lux error value is 0.055%. The design of a lux meter that is equipped with a proximity sensor can measure the intensity of light and the distance between the device and the light source and can assist in the learning process with a more effective Luxmeter design that will help Electromedical Technician in testing operating lamps in hospitals become more efficient

Abstrak : Kota Serang mengalami perubahan fungsi dalam waktu relatif sangat singkat. Semula Serang merupakan kota kecamatan. Pada Tahun 2000, saat Provinsi Banten mekar dari Provinsi Jawa Barat, Serang berubah menjadi ibukota provinsi Banten. Pada Tahun 2007, Serang berubah lagi menjadi kota otonom. Perubahan tatus dari bukan kota menjadi kota berakibat pada perubahan orientasi pembangunan wilayah dari perdesaan menjadi perkotaan, sehingga lahan pertanian beririgasi teknsi yang subur terancam terkonversi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan penggunaan lahan kota Serang sebelum menjadi ibukota provinsi Banten, setelah menjadi ibukota provinsi Banten dan setelah menjadi kota otonom, dan memprediksi perubahan penggunaan lahan kota Serang hingga Tahun 2030 saat berakhirnya RTRW. Perubahan penggunaan lahan dianalisis melalui metode tumpang susun peta penggunaan lahan tahun 1993-2000, tahun 2000-2007, dan 2007-2016. Prediksi perubahan penggunaan lahan dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak NetLogo Versi 5.3.1 dengan transisi perubahan penggunaan lahan tahun 2000-2007. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lahan sawah secara terus menerus mengalami pengurangan, dan sebaliknya lahan permukiman mengalami peningkatan. Laju perubahan pada Tahun 1993-2000 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan periode Tahun2000-2007 dan Tahun 2007-2016. Pada Tahun 2030 luas lahan sawah akan tersisa 6.679,85 ha dan lahan permukiman berkembang menjadi 6.316,96 ha. Bila tidak dilakukan pengendalian, lahan sawah diperkirakan akan habis terkonveri pada tahun 2068.

X-ray radiation is used to diagnose the human body. Two parameters are often used as settings when using this machine. The first is the KV value, and the second is the mA value. If an error occurs in the kV setting, it will cause inappropriate image quality, so that it will provide inaccurate information in patient examination. Likewise with the presence of excessive doses to the patient's body. To ensure that the KV value that comes out is in accordance with the settings on the machine consul, invasive and non-invasive measurements can be carried out. Non-invasive is becoming an easy standard to do. Several types of equipment on the market and research results have been widely used for this non-invasive activity. The problem is that currently the existing tools still use detectors at an expensive price. The purpose of this study was to design a low-cost non-invasive x-ray KVmeter detector using an LED detector and test the ability of the detector at each point of collimation.. The method used in this study is to stump the detectors placed at 4 ends of the collimation 20 cm apart. The data is taken by doing x-ray exposure at a distance of 60 cm. The module measurements were carried out under 80 mA exposure conditions for 1 second and a collimation area of 20 x 20 cm. X-ray exposure settings were performed at 40kV, 50kV, 60kV, and 70kV settings. The module measurement results are compared with the x-ray machine setting values. From the comparison results, the smallest error rate on Sensor 2 is 0.83% while the highest error is on S5 of 26.43%. The results can be concluded that the LED phosphor can capture x-rays, but the detector is weak due to interference from ambient light. The results obtained from the detector itself are still less stable and linear. In future research, stability and linearity will be built using a mechanical design that reduces ambient light interference.

19. Analysis of the Geiger Muller Ability on the Effect of Collimation Area and Irradiation Distance on the Dose of X-Ray Machine Measurements

- Abstract
Radiation cannot be felt directly by the five human senses. For the occupational safety and security, a radiation worker or radiographer is endeavored to receive radiation dose as minimum as possible, which is by monitoring the radiation using a radiation measuring device. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of collimation area and irradiation distance on x-ray dose measurement using Geiger Muller. In this case, the author tried to make a dosimeter by using the Muller Geiger module and displayed it on a personal computer. This research employed Muller Geiger sensor to detect X-ray dose and velocity, Arduino for data programming, Bluetooth HC-05 for digital communication tool between hardware and personal computer, and personal computer to display the reading. Current research was conducted using Pre-Experimental research design. Based on the results of data collection and comparison with the standard tool, it can be concluded that the greater the tube current setting (mA), the greater the dose and rate of radiation exposure at a distance of 100cm with 50KV and 70KV settings, and a distance of 150cm with 50KV settings. However, it is inversely proportional to the measurement results at a distance of 150cm with a 70KV setting. The results of this study are further expected to determine the ability of Geiger Muller to measure the dose to the irradiation distance or collimation area and can be used as a reference for further research in this field.

20. ECG Simulator Based on Microcontroller Equipped with Arrhythmia Signal

- Abstract
Electrocardiograph (ECG) is one of the diagnostic sciences that is often studied in modern medicine, used to detect damage to the components of the heart or disorders of the heart rhythm called arrhythmias. The purpose of this research is to develop an Electrocardiograph simulator that is equipped with arrhythmia. The main design consists of an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller, MCP4921 DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) circuit, a network resistor, and a sensitivity selection circuit. The MCP4921 type DAC converts the digital signal data into analog data which will then be forwarded to the resistor network circuit as a signal formation for each lead. The basic signal image data used for the formation of normal Electrocardiograph and arrhythmias were taken from the Electrocardiograph recorder using Phantom Electrocardiograph. Based on the readings on the Beat Per Minute setting of the module to the Beat Per Minute printout on the Electrocardiograph recorder, the error rate value for the Normal Sine Rhythm parameter is 0.790% for Beat Per Minute 30, 0.383% for Beat Per Minute 60, 0.535% for Beat Per Minute 120, 0.515% for Beat Per Minute 180 and 0.593% for Beat Per Minute 240. The error rate for the Arrhythmia parameter is 2.076% for ventricular tachycardia Beat Per Minute 160 and 0.494% for Supraventricular Tachycardia Beat Per Minute 200. The design of the Electrocardiograph simulator can simulate the signals of the human body and it can be used as a medium in the learning process in the world of health

Respiratory distress in neonates is one of the biggest problems encountered on a daily basis. Respiratory distress looks like rapid breathing in a newborn. CPAP Bubble is the right treatment in this case. Rise time is the time for airway pressure to reach the maximum standard value. A fast time value can make it possible to bring the breath pressure to a standard level. This study aims to analyze changes in setting flow to rise time using a gasboard sensor 7500E on a CPAP bubble device. The main advantage of this proposed method is that the results are displayed in the form of graphics, portable and there is data storage. This design uses a Gasboard 7500E sensor as a detector of oxygen concentration, a TFT LCD as a graphic display and an SD Card as data storage. The data collection is in the form of the average rise time of oxygen concentration followed by changes in its rate. Data were taken five times with three different CPAPs. The results showed that the increase in the rate affect the rise time of the CPAP oxygen concentration.

Spectrophotometers generally use a halogen lamp as a light source that passes through a filter (wavelength) according to the material to be analyzed. This study aims to analyze the ability of the LED as a light source on a spectrophotometer. In this study, the authors have determined blood sugar parameters as the test material. So that the determination of the wavelength of the LED as a light source must be adjusted to the specifications of the wavelength in the reagent manual procedure used. In the BAV Greiner Glucose Reagent procedure, the allowable wavelength is between 500 - 570 nm with a cuvette thickness of 1 cm. Measured against the reagent blank by the endpoint method. From this reference, the author uses an LED light source with a wavelength of 530 nm, Epistar brand green. The module in this study consisted of a 530 nm LED lamp as a light source, then a lens was added to focus the light beam from the 530 nm LED. The author also adds a Slit / Aperture or it can be called a small hole so that the light passing through is focused at one point of the circle and is passed to the cuvette. The results of the absorption of light will be received by the light sensor (photoresistor) and the data is processed by Arduino and the results are displayed on the display. From the results of this study, the value ranges error from 1% to 3% when a comparative test is carried out with the Analyticon type Biolyzer100 spectrophotometer with 6 different samples and is repeated 5 times each. From these data, it is found that the LED with a wavelength of 530 nm is effective as a light source for checking blood sugar.

- Abstract
The heart sound produced in some cases of the disease shows a certain pattern. The purpose of this study was to design an electronic stethoscope for cardiac auscultation with the following display. The contribution in this study is being able to show certain patterns that can be diagnosed in the sound signal. So that the pattern can be known when there is a heart disease disorder, an electronic stethoscope will be made for auscultation of the next display, making it easier for users to diagnose heart disease. The heart sound is obtained from the mechanical activity of the heart which is tapped by a condenser mic. The heart sound will be held in a pre-amp circuit, then the filters used are High Pass Filters and Low Pass Filters with an interrupted frequency of 20-95 Hz. The output of the filter circuit will enter the booster circuit. Then it will be processed by the microcontroller. In processing the data that will be displayed on Nextion and Speaker, the author uses Arduino Mega. Based on the test, it can be seen that the digital filter has a slight error rate because it removes the most noise, while in the analog filter there is still a lot of noise. The results of the research that has been done can be implemented using a system that really supports the needs.

Losing a lot of blood during surgery using a conventional scalpel is something that is highly avoided. The purpose of this study is to replace the conventional scalpel with a tool that utilizes a high frequency whose duty cycle is regulated and then centered at one point. Researchers take advantage of the effect of heat generated by high frequencies which are centered at one point so that it can be used for the process of surgery and coagulation in body tissues so as to minimize the occurrence of a lot of blood loss. Researchers use a high frequency of 350 KHz which is set with a duty cycle of 6% on 94% off and is equipped with 3 levels of power selection and uses forceps as a medium to concentrate high frequencies at one point. The module design consists of a 350 KHz frequency generator, a pulse control circuit to adjust the duty cycle, a power control circuit as a power setting, a driver circuit to combine the frequency with the set power so that different outputs are obtained according to the settings, and an inverter circuit to increase the voltage. In this study, after measuring using an oscilloscope in the driver circuit, the average output amplitude at each low, medium, and high setting was 27.25 Vpp, 28 Vpp, and 28.625 Vpp. The results showed that the bipolar electrosurgery unit (coagulation) module as a whole can replace conventional scalpels so that it can minimize the occurrence of a lot of blood loss during surgery. However, the frequency generator and power selection need to be improved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menilai relevansi citra merek, kepercayaan merek, dan harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Bentuk penelitian ini yakni survei. Sensus pengguna Shopee di kota Klaten. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni mereka yang berdomisili di Klaten yang pernah berbelanja online di marketplace Shopee yang mana jumlahnya tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 100 responden. Strategi pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner. Pendekatan analisis data memakai analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwasanya citra merek mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap pilihan pembelian di marketplace Shopee di Kota Klaten. Kepercayaan merek tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap pilihan pembelian di marketplace Shopee di Kota Klaten. Harga sangat berpengaruh terhadap pilihan pembelian di marketplace Shopee di Kota Klaten.

30. A Low Cost Baby Incubator Design Equipped with Vital Sign Parameters

A baby incubator is a heating device for premature babies so that the baby's temperature matches the temperature in the mother's womb. Premature babies are babies born in abnormal conditions where the baby's body size is below average or the gestational age has not reached 9 months. The aim of this study was to create a compact system at a low cost in an infant incubator. Apart from stabilizing the temperature, it can also calculate the premature baby's heart rate and oxygen saturation value. The contribution of the system being built can detect the early symptoms of congenital abnormalities so that abnormalities detection becomes more practical. The temperature stability in this system uses a threshold system, where the sensor readings are compared with the set point value. Meanwhile, the SpO2 system uses a finger sensor attached to the baby's finger to detect oxygen saturation and heart rate. The signal from the sensor is processed in a signal conditioning circuit consisting of an astable circuit, filter and amplifier, LPF, and demultiplexer. Based on the results of testing and measurement, the difference produced by this tool is only 0.13 - 0.182 ° C. The biggest error in the system is 0.517%. Measurement of skin temperature was carried out on 10 respondents with an average value of 34.825 ° C. so that the difference generated from this tool is only 0.175 ° C, the difference on the Humidity parameter is 0.21%. The average BPM reading of respondent 1 was 81 beats per minute and the average SpO2 value was 97%. The average BPM reading of respondent 2 was 83 beats per minute and the average SpO2 value was 98%. You can see that the module with the Arduino control system can work automatically and is able to adjust the stability of the baby incubator according to the settings. In addition, the BPM and SpO2 systems are within tolerance so they can be used for patient measurements

Alat ukur berat dan tinggi badan dilengkapi penilaian status gizi balita merupakan suatu alat yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui berat dan tinggi badan serta menentukan status gizi balita. Tujuan menentukan penilaian status gizi adalah apabila terjadi penyimpangan status gizi pada balita dapat segera diberi tindakan agar kondisi balita tidak memburuk. Dasar utama dalam penelitian status gizi balita menggunakan metode Antropometri. Penulis ingin membuat sebuah modul yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran pada balita dengan parameter tinggi badan. Pembuatan modul ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Arduino sebagai pengontrol utama. Sensor tinggi badan menggunakan variabel resistor (potensiometer). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan jenis After Only Design. Pada hasil pengukuran tinggi badan didapatkan rata-rata % error maksimal sebesar 0.35 % dan rata-rata errornya sebesar 0.093%. Untuk penelitian lebih lanjut alat dibuat portabel yang tidak membutuhkan catu daya langsung dari PLN dan ditambah dengan penyimpanan, agar data status gizi balita bisa disimpan dan dilihat kembali.

Human limb amputation can be caused due to congenital disabilities, accidents, and certain diseases. Amputation caused by occupational accidents is a frequent occurrence in developing countries. Meanwhile, amputation caused by certain diseases such as diabetes Miletus is also the leading cause. The need for prosthetic hand is increasing along with the increase in those two factors. Several researchers have developed prosthetic hands with advantages and disadvantages. Research on prosthetic hands, which are useful, low power, and low cost, is still a major issue. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the various designs of prosthetic hands, specifically on the sensor, control, and actuator systems. This paper collected several references from proceedings and journals related to the design of the prosthetic hand. The results show that the EMG signal is widely used by some researchers in controlling prosthetic hands compared to other sensors, following the force-sensitive resistor (FSR) sensor. To control prosthetic hands, some researchers used a threshold system with a value of 20% of the maximum voluntary contraction (MVC), and several other researchers used a pattern recognition model based on the EMG signal feature. Moreover, In the mechanical part, the open-source prosthetic hand model is more widely used than the fabricate prosthetic hand. This is due to the cost required in the prosthetic hand design is cheaper than a fabricated one. The results of this review are expected to provide a recommendation to researchers in the development of low cost, low power, and practical prosthetic hands.

Premature babies who are born alive before 37th week of gestation or babies born with weight criteria of less than 2500 grams need to be treated in an infant incubator because they are very susceptible to viruses in open spaces and will provide protection to newborns by providing premature babies stable temperature and humidity. Stable temperature regulation is needed to prevent hypothermia or hyperthermia that will occur in premature babies. Care of the baby in an infant incubator causes the separation of mother and baby. Mothers who have premature babies are found to lack trust in caring for their babies compared to mothers who have term babies. The purpose of this study was to analysis of temperature on baby incubator control system. In order to get a stable and precise temperature, the temperature sensor is positioned according to the standard of the baby incubator at the hospital. This research uses LM35 and DS18B20 temperature sensors which will be processed using Atmega 328 Microcontroller and will be displayed on a PC (personal computer). Based on the measurement results obtained an average value of min difference for sensor readings on the LM35 has the largest value of 0.22°C and the average max value difference has the largest value of 0.38°C and the average value of the min difference for the sensor readings on the LM35 has a value the largest is 0.39°C and the average difference in the value of max has the largest value that is 0.55°C. It can be concluded that the LM35 sensor is better than the DS18B20 sensor because it has smaller oscillations and also good accuracy. The results of this study can be implemented in infant incubators in accordance with established standards and can be produced at affordable prices in the domestic market.

Masa anak balita merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami kurang gizi salah satunya adalah stunting. Stunting menggambarkan status gizi kurang yang bersifat kronik pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sejak awal kehidupan. Masalah gizi terutama stunting pada balita dapat menghambat perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat ukur berat dan tinggi badan dilengkapi penilaian status gizi balita, tujuan menentukan penilaian status gizi adalah apabila terjadi penyimpangan status gizi pada balita dapat segera diberi tindakan agar kondisi balita tidak memburuk. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mengukur berat dan tinggi badan balita, dari data berat dan tinggi badan tersebut dapat diketahui status gizi pada balita. Agar dapat mengetahui penilaian status gizi balita, dasar utama dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Antropometri. Penulis ingin membuat sebuah modul yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran pada balita dengan parameter tinggi badan. Dalam perancangannya, modul ini menggunakan Arduino sebagai pengontrol utama. Sensor yang digunakan adalah variabel resistor (potensiometer) yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi tinggi badan balita lalu dikirim oleh modul bluetooth HC-05 ke PC untuk dilakukan pembacaan dan hasilnya ditampilan dalam bentuk penilaian status gizi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tinggi badan balita pada modul diperoleh error maksimal sebesar 0.35 % dan rata-rata errornya sebesar 0.093%. Alat ini dapat diimplementasikan pada pemantauan pertumbuhan berat dan tinggi balita.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat ukur berat dan tinggi badan dilengkapi penilaian status gizi balita. Penilaian status gizi diperlukan apabila terjadi penyimpangan status gizi pada balita dapat segera diberi tindakan agar kondisi balita tidak memburuk. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mengukur berat dan tinggi badan balita. Dari data berat dan tinggi badan dapat diketahui penilaian status gizi balita. Dasar utama dalam penelitian status gizi balita menggunakan metode antropometri. Pembuatan modul ini dirancang dengan menggunakan arduino sebagai pengontrol utama. Sensor berat badan menggunakan sensor load cell. Output load cell akan dikuatkan oleh modul HX711 lalu diolah oleh arduino, kemudian akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk penilaian status gizi. Berdasarlan hasil pengukuran berat badan pada 5 balita menggunakan sensor loadcell diperoleh error maksimal 0.32% dengan rata rata error sebesar 0.132%. Alat ini dapat diimplementasikan pada pemantauan pertumbuhan berat dan tinggi balita.

Kehilangan banyak darah saat dilakukannya tindakan pembedahan dengan menggunakan pisau bedah konvensional merupakan hal yang sangat dihindari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menggantikan pisau bedah konvensional dengan alat yang memanfaatkan frekuensi tinggi yang diatur duty cycle-nya kemudian dipusatkan pada satu titik. Peneliti memanfaatkan efek panas yang dihasilkan oleh frekuensi tinggi yang dipusatkan pada satu titik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk proses tindakan pembedahan dan pemotongan (cutting) pada jaringan tubuh sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan banyak darah. Peneliti memanfaatkan frekuensi tinggi sebesar 350 KHz yang diatur dengan duty cycle sebesar 100% on serta dilengkapi dengan 3 tingkatan pemilihan daya dan menggunakan forceps sebagai media untuk memusatkan frekuensi tinggi pada satu titik. Rancangan modul terdiri dari pembangkit frekuensi 350 KHz, rangkaian pengatur pulsa untuk mengatur duty cycle, rangkaian pengatur daya sebagai setting daya, rangkaian driver untuk menggabungkan frekuensi dengan daya yang disetting sehingga didapatkan output yang berbeda sesuai dengan setting, dan rangkaian inverter untuk menaikkan tegangan. Pada penelitian ini, setelah dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan osiloscope pada rangkaian driver, didapatkan output amplitudo rata-rata pada setiap setting low, medium, dan high sebesar 14 Vpp, 19.5 Vpp, dan 22.5 Vpp.

- Abstract
This community service activity takes the object of the Sumber Agung home industry in Petoran, Jebres, Surakarta. The main purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to the owners of the Sumber Agung home industry in making simple financial reports, with the hope that business management will be able to separate business finances from personal finances. So that in managing the tempeh chips business, it can be seen in real terms in running their business, because they already have financial statements, although they are still simple. The problem faced, the tempe chips business that has been involved so far, is not able to show in real terms how much profit is earned per week or per month. This fact encourages the service team to do service with training methods and assistance in making simple financial reports. The training was carried out several times to the owner, then the team was still providing assistance, so that the owner was really able to make financial reports. The training is carried out in stages, starting with the steps of preparing transaction documents, recording financial transactions, separating transactions into ledgers, making work sheets, making capital changes, making trial balances and making profit and loss statements. As a result of this training and mentoring activity, the Sumber Agung home industry is able to make simple financial reports so that business management and business development can be seen in a real and correct way according to accounting rules. The output of this service activity is an article on service activities published in the National Accredited Journal

Thoracic Suction Pump is a medical device used in the medical world to carry out the action of sucking fluid in the thorax cavity, then the liquid that has been sucked will be accommodated in a vacuum tube. Thoracic Suction Pump this model uses a DC voltage motor that is controlled by a motor driver by giving Pulse width modulation that comes from a minimum system circuit. In the use of this tool, the compiler uses 4 pressure selection modes, namely -5, -10, -15, and -20 kPa which is done by pressing the Push button Up and Down for selection of pressure. After the pressure is selected, the pressure value will appear on the 2 x 16 LCD display. This study used a pre-experimental type with One group post test design research design. After measurements and calculations are obtained the results of the pressure values are read by the MPXV4115V sensor which is obtained the biggest error at maximum pressure with the setting of -10 obtained an average value of 2.78% error, in the -5 setting obtained an error value of 2.70%, in the settings -20 obtained an error value of 1.59%, and the smallest error in the setting of -15 obtained an error value of 1.09%.For the minimum pressure error the biggest error value with the setting of -10 is 0.33% error, the setting of -15 is 0.20%, the error-setting is 0.19%, and the smallest error is set - 20 obtained an error value of 0.18%.

The purpose of this study is to compare the marine management authority exercised by local governments based on the laws and regulations that have been in effect since the establishment of the local government law to the current local government law. This type of study is library research with a statutory, comparative, and historical approach. All information and data obtained are then collected and analyzed according to the topic of study. The conclusion of this study shows that the authority for marine management owned by local governments has only been in effect since Law No. 22 of 1999, Law No. 32 of 2004, and Law No. 23 of 2014. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskemas Kecamatan Punung. Uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan stres kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kecamatan Punung Kabupaten Pacitan.

- Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, mengambil obyek home industry Sumber Agung di Petoran, Jebres, Surakarta. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada pengelola home industry Sumber Agung agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan tehnologi informasi, dalam upaya mengelola dan mengembangkan usahanya, serta membantu memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, khususnya pada aspek pemasaran produk.Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi, antara lain: 1) pada masa pandemi covid 19 penjualan kripik tempe mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan, sekitar 50%. 2) proses pengirisan tempe hanya dilakukan secara manual, padahal dalam kondisi normal dapat menghabiskan bahan baku kedelai 70 kg/hari, akibatnya tidak efisien dalam produksi, 3) pemilik belum memahami makna pentingnya branding dan packing. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan pendampingan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan penyuluhan pada home industry Sumber Agung. Secara tehnis dengan mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial (whatsapp, facebook dan instagram) dan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memahami branding dan packing. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini, facebook yang digunakan ”Kripik Sumber Agung” dan instagram yang digunakan “Sumberagungsolo”. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, artikel pengabdian yang dimuat di Jurnal Pengabdian Terakreditasi Nasional. Kata kunci: kripik tempe, pendampingan, sosial media

48. Rancang Bangun Waterbath Dilengkapi Pemantauan Distribusi Suhu

- Abstract
Waterbath merupakan peralatan laboratorium yang digunakan untuk inkubasi sampel melalui media air atau cairan khusus yang bisa mempertahankan suhu pada kondisi tertentu selama selang waktu yang ditentukan. Untuk memakasimalkan kinerja waterbath, perlu adanya indikator deteksi level air sebagai pengaman volume air agar heater tidak sampai rusak dan safety control yang bertujuan agar suhu di dalam waterbath tidak melebihi suhu yang telah ditetapkan serta adanya sistem monitor suhu yang digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa suhu terdistribusi secara merata. Modul ini menggunakan thermostat dan level air sebagai safety control. Sensor level air digunakan sebagai deteksi level air dengan indikator LED. Penulis menggunakan microcontroller arduino uno sebagai pengendali sistem safety heater berupa level air serta monitor distribusi suhu. Hasil data pengukuran suhu waterbath didadapatkan nilai error paling besar pada titik 1 sebesar 1,51% pada suhu 37˚C, pada titik 2 sebesar 1,36% pada suhu 37˚C, pada titik 3 sebesar 1,12% pada suhu 37˚C, pada titik 4 sebesar 1,81% pada suhu 37˚C. Nilai tersebut masih di bawah batas toleransi error sebesar 5%. Nilai error terendah pada setiap titik sensor adalah saat suhu setting 60˚C. Hal itu dikarenakan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai suhu setting lama sehingga pembacaan sensor suhu DS18B20 semakin konstant dan tepat.

Eye vision is a person's visual acuity examination that is usually done using a snellen chart. Snellen chart is a poster that contains a number of letters that are different on each line with the letters getting closer to the bottom lines. Eye vision examination using a normal snellen chart is done at a distance of 6 meters because someone is considered normal if he is able to read on the 20/20 line in feet or 6/6 in meters. Snellen chart control android is an electronic snellen chart that controls the light transfer using Android. Commands originating from the mitapp application on android are sent to the bluetooth HC-05 module in the minsys Atmega16 circuit. Atmega 16 was chosen because it has a sufficient number of pins to control the displacement of the lights used by 23 lights. The appearance of the mitapp application has been adjusted to the letters contained in the snellen chart, making it easier for operator to correct the results of the readings that have been performed by the eye vision patient.

Waterbath is a device used to create a constant temperature. This tool is used to incubates in microbiology analysis. Temperature is maintained according to the desired range. The heating element is controlled by the heater driver. This module is created by using Arduino Atmega 328 as a minimum system and time controller, Using a PID controller as temperature control, and using a DS18B20 sensor as a temperature sensor. The design of this study uses pre-experimental methods after only design research. The measurement results are done by comparing the module with a standard measurement instrument that produces the biggest % error in setting temperature of 37 ˚C which is equal to 1.21%, it is related to the boundary between water temperature and temperature setting too short which is affected by the DS18B20 temperature sensor reader that need time, to get a stable temperature reading. The minimum % error located at 60 ˚C, because to reach the temperature setting needs a long time so that DS18B20 the sensor reading is stable of setting temperature which is equal to 0.11%. The value % error of the timer is 3.4 % which the amount of the error is affected by the number of DS18B20 which is used and the delay from the microcontroller. Based on the results obtained this module can be used properly because still on the maximum limit error value less than 5%.
