Based on the base formula, the effect of different emulsifier systems on the performance of essence milk was studied, and the acne-removing conditioning effect of essence milk including 4 active ingredients of acne-removing factor EG, SkinClean AC, SkinRelax LC, and ProNature FX were comprehensively evaluated, the final formula of the essence milk was determined, and then the physical and chemical properties of acne-removing conditioning essence milk prepared under the formula was determined. The results showed that acne-removing conditioning essence milk was prepared by using refreshing mixed fat as the oil phase, S2/S21 (m(S2) : m(S21) =1.0 : 1.5) as emulsifier, the acne-removing factor EG as active component, and the dosage of the three was 8.50%, 3.00% and 8.00% respectively, together with the proper amount of moisturizer, thickener, chelating agent and preservative, it had mild performance, good stability, and ideal acne-removing effect. Through two-step emulsification method, the multiple emulsions were firstly prepared with paraffin as internal oil phase, Tween-80 as hydrophilic emulsifier and gelatin as thickener, and then were used to encapsulate Vitamin C. The effect of various parameters on the stability of multiple emulsions was investigated by determining the volume changes after centrifugation and the encapsulation changes of Vitamin C during two weeks. These factors included the species and amount of emulsifier, the dosage ratio of two phases, emulsion temperature, homogenization speed and the dosage of polymer, three of which were most influential. The optimal formula and preparation process were obtained through orthogonal experiment, that was, Tween-80 and P135 as foreign and internal emulsifiers, respectively, the mass ratio of Tween-80 was 2%, the dosage of external phase was 1.0, and the emulsification temperature was 45 °C, homogeneous speed was 2000 r/min, gelatin dosage was 0.5%. Under this condition, the relative volume ratio of multiple emulsions was 0.966 4, the performance was stable, and the encapsulation rate of Vitamin C could reach 98%, and the multiple emulsions had a satisfactory package stability. The nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ( AEO9 ) was selected with the compound of three commonly used anionic surfactants (sodium lauryl ether sulfate (AES), sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12) to prepare a destaining liquid with surfactant and hydrogen peroxide as main decontaminating ingredients. The effect of surfactant type, dosage and hydrogen peroxide dosage on decontamination of destaining liquid was studied, and its stability was investigated. Compared with similar hot products in the market from two aspects of the detergency and whether it caused the fading of col¬ored fabrics, the results showed that: the best formula for destaining liquid was 30% (If there was no specific reference, it refered to the quality score.), hydrogen peroxide (6.0% ), K12 (0.468 3%), AEO9 (0.0417%), 95% ethanol (9.0%), disodium EDTA (1.5%), flavor (appropriate amount), citric acid (appropriate amount) and deionized water (added to 100%); The destaining solution prepared according to the formula was left for 1 week, the decontamination effect did not change significantly, and it was always a colorless and transparent solution with no delamination and good stability. The ability of the decontamination spray to remove orange juice and coffee was slightly stronger that of Beckman decontamination pen, the ability to remove tomato juice and vegetable juice was slightly weaker, when it was used to the fabric color decontamination.
