Presence of methane and ortho/para hydrogen on Uranus and Neptune is observed using high-resolution spectroscopy. The parameters measured are 4-0 S(0) and S(1) hydrogen quadrupole lines and the 6818.9 Angstrom CH4 line. These parameters help in knowing the width of visible atmosphere and tropospheric methane mixing ratio of both Uranus and Neptune.

Presents an experiment to investigate centripetal force and acceleration that utilizes an airplane suspended on a string from a spring balance. Investigates the possibility that lift on the wings of the airplane accounts for the differences between calculated tension and measured tension on the string. (MDH)
