Abstract Background Severe muscle stiffness (SMS) in dogs with hypercortisolism (HC) is uncommon. Objectives To evaluate signalment, presentation, treatments, and long‐term outcomes of dogs with concurrent HC and SMS. Animals Thirty‐seven dogs.
