Abstract

Soil contaminated with heavy metals is of little or no use to most living organisms. Even if the soil does not become lifeless, the biocenoses formed on it are characterised by small biomass volume, low speed of biological processes, narrow species composition (biodiversity), weak stability, etc. In addition, agricultural products obtained on contaminated soils are often simply toxic, due to the increased content of heavy metals. We have investigated the impact of Lebedinsky mining and processing plant on the state of soil and vegetation in the zone of its operation. On the large factual material, the regularities of spatial variation are revealed and the character of statistical distribution of heavy metals content in soils and plants of agricultural crops in the technogenic landscape is established.

Abstract

Việc sử dụng các công nghệ phụ gia để sản xuất các bộ phận từ thép không gỉ dạng bột đang gia tăng đều đặn trong những năm gần đây. Ứng dụng công nghệ nung chảy laser chọn lọc từng lớp giúp tiết kiệm vật liệu để sản xuất đến những bộ phận cuối cùng, giảm cường độ lao động trong quá trình sản xuất và thu được các bộ phận có cấu hình khác nhau. Đồng thời, công nghệ phụ gia làm gia tăng độ nhám bề mặt của các bộ phận được sản xuất, vì thế trong hầu hết các trường hợp đều cần gia công hoàn thiện bề mặt của những bộ phận này. Người ta đã chứng minh rằng độ cứng siêu nhỏ của vật liệu mẫu thu được bằng phương pháp nung chảy laser chọn lọc vi hạt của thép 12X18H10T vượt quá độ cứng siêu nhỏ của thép đặc. Độ bền kéo và độ giãn dài tương đối lần lượt là 665 MPa và 53%, điều này là do sự hình thành các pha cứng và cấu trúc hạt mịn trong phương pháp SLM. Bài báo trình bày sự ảnh hưởng của đánh bóng điện phân đến độ nhám của các mẫu phẩm được sản xuất bằng phương pháp nung chảy laser chọn lọc từ bột thép 12X18H10T.
