Abstract

We propose a new general model called IPNN - Indeterminate Probability Neural Network, which combines neural network and probability theory together. In the classical probability theory, the calculation of probability is based on the occurrence of events, which is hardly used in current neural networks. In this paper, we propose a new general probability theory, which is an extension of classical probability theory, and makes classical probability theory a special case to our theory. Besides, for our proposed neural network framework, the output of neural network is defined as probability events, and based on the statistical analysis of these events, the inference model for classification task is deduced. IPNN shows new property: It can perform unsupervised clustering while doing classification. Besides, IPNN is capable of making very large classification with very small neural network, e.g. model with 100 output nodes can classify 10 billion categories. 6. Preparation of high breakdown strength meta-aramid composite paper reinforced by polyphenylene sulfide superfine fiber

Abstract

Meta-aramid paper has been widely used in transformers because of its excellent insulation properties and thermal stability. However, with the rapid development of high-voltage transformers, higher requirements are placed on the breakdown strength of meta-aramid paper. In this study, meta-aramid chopped fibers/polyphenylene sulfide (MACFs/PPS) composite paper was prepared by a combination of wet-copying and hot-rolling technology. Then the microscopic morphology, mechanical properties, crystallization behavior, insulation properties, and thermal stability of the MACFs/PPS composite paper were studied and evaluated. The experimental results showed that the breakdown strength of the MACFs/PPS composite paper was as high as 46.46 kV/ mm, which was 2.7 times higher than the famous Nomex T410 insulating paper. Meanwhile, the MACFs/PPS composite paper presented good mechanical properties and thermal stability. This paper provides a simple and versatile method for the preparation of meta-aramid composite paper with high breakdown strength. Abstract

The infrared ship fine-grained categorization technology has wide applications in both civil and military fields. In order to improve the fine-grained categorization accuracy of infrared ships, this paper integrates the channel attention mechanism to design a SE-Resnet module. We use it as the backbone fed into the destruction and construction learning(DCL) framework, which has been proved as one of the most effective fine-grained categorization methods for infrared small object recognition. The experimental results show that our module helps DCL locate key sub-regions, and can further improve the accuracy of fine-grained categorization for infrared ship targets. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Weyl semimetals (WSMs) have attracted great attentions that provide intriguing platforms for exploring fundamental physical phenomena and future topotronics applications. Despite the fact that numerous WSMs are achieved, WSMs with long‐distance distribution of Weyl points (WPs) in given material candidates remain elusive. Here, the emergence of intrinsic ferromagnetic WSMs in BaCrSe2 with the nontrivial nature explicitly confirmed by the Chern number and Fermi arc surface states analysis is theoretically demonstrated. Remarkably, unlike previous WSMs for which opposite chirality WPs are located very close to each other, the WPs of BaCrSe2 host a long‐distance distribution, as much as half of the reciprocal space vector, suggesting that the WPs are highly robust and difficult to be annihilated by perturbations.
