This paper aims to build a system of innovation and entrepreneurship education model in colleges and universities. Focusing on the analysis of measurement variables and structural variables in SEM, the evaluation model of college innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed under the analysis process based on the structural equation model. The path diagram of the standardized solved structural equation model of practice teaching evaluation is outputted through software correction, and the standardized weights of evaluation are determined by combining the structural equation of college innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching quality evaluation. Apply the evaluation principles to test whether the evaluation model is reasonable. By analyzing the form of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, the evaluation is conducted according to the structural equation formula to find out the shortcomings in practice for improvement and refinement. The results show that in the dimension of practical teaching preparation, (H1) corresponds to effect coefficients of 0.47, 0.47, 0.60 and 0.53, and the percentages of students who receive innovation and entrepreneurship education courses very systematically are 3.5%, 5%, 6% and 9%. Most of the students were very satisfied and satisfied with the innovation and entrepreneurship courses, with 45% and 40%.

Promoting entrepreneurship of high quality in the context of digitization is an important support for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, and it is a necessary way to achieve fuller employment and employment quality. In this paper, starting from the hypothesis of correlation, we analyzed the reliability and validity of the design of the questionnaire. The fuzzy DEMATEL-SEM model was constructed by combining structural equation modeling and fuzzy decision-making experimental method, which can be utilized to realize the exploration of the correlation between entrepreneurial psychological needs, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. The quantitative validation of the data is carried out through linear analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and model analysis. The results show that the two-tailed significance test result of the importance of entrepreneurial psychological needs and entrepreneurial motivation is less than 0.01, the mean value of R2 of the model between entrepreneurial psychological needs and entrepreneurial performance of college students is 0.6355, and the direct effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance is 0.766. There is a clear positive correlation between entrepreneurial psychological needs, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance, and universities and colleges need to fully carry out entrepreneurship education activities to enhance students’ entrepreneurial awareness.

Background: CWC27-related spliceosomeopathy is a rare autosomal recessive disorder with only 14 patients have been reported. It is characterized by retinal degeneration, short stature, skeletal anomalies, and neurological defects. We described the clinical features of a Chinese patient with CWC27-related spliceosomeopathy and identified the pathogenic variant. Methods: The affected subject underwent detailed ophthalmic examinations. Systemic abnormalities were assessed, including body height, craniofacial morphology, oral cavity, hands, feet, hair and skin. Genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood and sequenced by next-generation sequencing. Sanger sequencing was performed for validation and segregation. Results: The patient had poor vision, nyctalopia and nystagmus from childhood. Fundoscopy revealed extensive chorioretinal atrophy with numerous scattered greyish pigmentation. Severe circular areas of macular atrophy were observed. Optical coherent tomography showed reduced retinal thickness with nearly absent ellipsoid zone and retinal pigment epithelium. In addition, craniofacial abnormalities, short statue, brachydactyly, dental anomalies, cafe-au-lait spots, scant hair, absent eyebrows and thin eyelashes were documented. Genetic analysis revealed a novel homozygous novel small deletion c.1133delG(p.G378Efs*12) in CWC27 (NM_005869.2). Conclusions: We present a patient with early-onset retinitis pigmentosa and marked syndromic features. A novel CWC27 pathogenic variant was identified. Our findings broaden the clinical and mutation spectrum of CWC27-related spliceosomeopathy, and could be helpful in diagnosis of this rare disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For the expansion soil slope in the JiangHuai area before the disposal of the neglect of expansion of the weak defects and slope disposal after the poor long-term stability of the current situation. This study investigates the ability of ecological slope protection technology to cope with the destabilizing geohazard of expansive soil slopes. Analyzing the collapse reasons of weak expansive soil slopes in the JiangHuai region based on the reinforcement project of expansive soil slopes along highways in the JiangHuai region, combined with actual engineering research, a "storage-resistance" water regulation ecological prevention and control technology is proposed. The feasibility and sustainability of the ecological slope protection technology is discussed in terms of its principles and influencing factors, and the protection effect is verified by combining numerical simulation and field test methods. Research findings suggest that the "storage-resistance" technology effectively prevents rainwater infiltration, particularly under light rain conditions, with continuous blocking capability. Under rainstorm conditions, it can prevent infiltration for about 4 h, significantly enhancing slope stability. Slope rate variations show no significant impact on reinforced slope stability, with maximum deformation occurring at the slope's foot after rainfall. Reinforcement plans should prioritize strengthening support at the slope's base. Proper selection and optimization of technical parameters can lead to more economical and sustainable solutions while extending protection time. Field trials confirm the suitability of the "storage and blocking" water regulation ecological control technology for the JiangHuai region, particularly where light rain prevails. These findings suggest that ecological control techniques for expansive soil slopes can effectively regulate slope moisture changes and reduce the geohazard risk of expansive soil slope instability. On 8 June 2017, a heavy storm struck the parallel ridge-valley area of western Chongqing, resulting in serious urban waterlogging and landslides, which led to severe impacts on infrastructure and damage to private property. Based on high-resolution optical satellite images, this paper comprehensively identified the landslides triggered by this rainfall event, and established a corresponding landslide database. The database takes the landslide area density and landslide number density as the main indicators, and combines the lithology characteristics to analyze the spatial distribution of landslides. The results show that this event triggered 487 landslides in an area of 583 km2, involving an area of about 485,587 m2, accounting for about 0.083% of the study area. The average landslide number density is 0.84 num/km2, the highest value of landslide number density can reach 55.6 num/km2, and the maximum landslide area density is about 6.4%. These landslides are mainly distributed in the southern foothills of the Huaying Mountain, especially in the weak interlayer lithology area. The database provides scientific reference and data support for exploring the mechanism of landslides in western Chongqing and reducing the risk of landslide disasters under the background of rapid development of local society. The collapse of goaf is one of the most serious geological disasters in cities where underground mineral resources are mined. The ground subsidence caused by the goaf limits the social and economic development of the area, while also endangering the safety of residents and property near the mining area. At present, support and grouting treatment methods are commonly used for the treatment of goaf. The cost of support treatment is relatively high, and it is difficult to control the collapse of the deeper goaf. Grouting treatment is suitable for conducting detailed investigations of underground spaces. The cost of complete grouting is high, and the timing of grouting termination is difficult to control. This paper aims to explore the optimization of grouting efficiency in the treatment of underground subsidence in goaf areas using the reserved pillar mining method. Through the stability calculation of the goaf pillars and roof, it can be concluded that the goaf pillars are unstable pillars under current conditions and are prone to damage under load interference. At present, surface subsidence has occurred in the goaf and requires treatment. Consider the comparison between the collapse control effect under different grouting rates and the complete grouting, and ultimately select the condition of 90% grouting rate to achieve the control effect. Reservoir impoundment induces a large amount of cumulative deformation of landslide body, leading to damage to the geological environment. Due to many yearly cycles of reservoir water fluctuation, the cumulative deformation of landslides tends to be stable, showing a self-adaptive deformation phenomenon. The study of the self-adaptive deformation mechanism is very important for evaluating landslide stability and achieving the safe operation of hydropower stations. To study the mechanism of self-adaptive deformation, two sets of physical models were used to monitor the groundwater, earth pressure, and cumulative deformation of landslide under periodic fluctuations of the reservoir water level. The results showed that the soil consolidation compaction, release of sliding stress, and increase in permeability are the three main factors of the self-adaptive deformation of landslide accumulation. The overall permeability decreased first and then increased, the front permeability increased greatly, and the middle and rear permeability decreased. A newly developed microseismic (MS) monitoring system was employed in the Tianshan-Shengli tunnel to detect MS activities and then predict and provide early warning of rockburst disasters. The system not only has the advantages of accuracy of artificial analysis but also real-time analysis and warnings. The positioning accuracy for MS events is approximately 5-10 m. A new sensor installation scheme was proposed to achieve fast sensor installation and recovery, taking advantage of semicircular steel tubes and hose clamps. In addition, the rockburst risk level prediction criteria adopted multiple evaluation indexes such as MS event energy and moment magnitude and number, and it revealed that the evolution of maximum energy has a good positive correlation with that of maximum moment magnitude through analyzing the monitored MS events. It also showed that the rockburst generally occurred 2 days after the rock mass was exposed by the tunnel boring machine (TBM) tail shield and belonged to the delayed rockburst category, according to the field statistical results. The preliminary application cases indicated that the rockburst prediction and early warning based on MS monitoring agree with the site survey results. The characteristics and hysteresis of seepage are critical for assessing the stability of creeping soil landslides after reservoir impoundment. First, field and laboratory tests were conducted to obtain the saturated permeability coefficient of 396 soil landslides within the Three Gorges Reservoir area and trends among these results were obtained through basic statistics. Second, geological surveys show that these soil landslides are mainly composed of mixed soil-rock structures. Thus, a pressure plate instrument was used for estimating the soil-water characteristic parameters of this unsaturated soil-rock mixture. Finally, the seepage characteristics and hysteresis of the soil landslides was analyzed through numerical simulation based on obtained permeability parameters. The results of this research show that the permeability level of the soil landslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is, in overall terms, good and moderate, and the permeability of the soil landslides has certain spatial distribution characteristics. Also, it was found that the parameters a and m of the unsaturated Fredlund-Xing model became larger with increasing gravel particle size, dry density, and plasticity index of the soil particle; all with decreasing gravel content. Behavior of the n parameter shows an opposite trend. Furthermore, more than 90% of landslides show seepage hysteresis as their hysteresis parameter is less than 35. Finally, it was found that the hysteresis coefficient and slope gradient are the key parameters conditioning the hysteresis of soil landslides.

Uneven settlement phenomenon is very easy to occur in the sandy pulverized ground stratum, the underground pipe corridor longitudinal and transverse stiffness difference is obvious, so that it is easy to crack and deformation due to uneven settlement in this type of stratum. This paper carries out research on uneven settlement and cracking and deformation of Qihe tube corridor, analyzes the reasons leading to uneven settlement and the factors affecting the deformation and cracking of the tube corridor, and provides guidance for foundation treatment and tube corridor repair and mixing and reinforcement. It was found that the concrete structure of the corridor itself had exposed reinforcement, pockmarks and holes, and that cracks on the structure of the corridor sprouted and expanded from these defects. Defects and damages on the concrete structure of the pipeline corridor are contributing factors to the deformation and cracking of the members, and the uneven settlement of the foundation is the main initiating factor for the cracking and deformation. The analysis of the numerical simulation results of similar underground pipeline corridors is carried out, and it is found that the simulation results are consistent with the deformation characteristics of the Qihe pipeline corridor, which further supports the conclusions of this paper. The main stratigraphic factors contributing to the inhomogeneous settlement were found to be the water-rich and loose bodies in the lower part of the strata, as revealed by the physical means and the experimental verification boreholes. The Daguangbao (DGB) landslide was the largest landslide that was triggered by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake with a magnitude of Ms8.0. The sliding surface of this landslide was constrained on a bedding fault 400 m below the ground surface. Seismic records show that the landslide suffered not only from strong horizontal but also vertical ground shaking that was almost equal to the horizontal component. In this study, to reveal the landslide triggering mechanism of the DGB landslide, this study ignores the steep dipping tension fracture section and the leading edge-locking section of the trailing edge of the DGB landslide, and the geological model of the large optical package landslide is generalized into a block model with the bottom controlled slip soft zone as the interface. Based on the improved Newmark method that considers vertical ground motion, the three-way seismic acceleration data and the shear strength parameter of the sliding surface being taken as a variable are used to calculate the cumulative permanent displacement of the slider. Then, by considering the cumulative permanent displacement ratio of vertical seismic acceleration or not and the cumulative permanent displacement ratio value considering the inertial force as the index, the response characteristics of the cumulative permanent displacement of the block-to-vertical ground motion and inertial forces were analyzed. The results show that both the horizontal inertial force and the vertical acceleration significantly increased the permanent displacement. The permanent displacement is 4.9 cm when considering the vertical acceleration, whereas it is only 2.0 cm without taking this into account. The contribution of vertical acceleration is significantly enlarged (87.8–90.7%) by the decreasing of the internal friction angle of the slide surface, while it is less influenced (5–27.4%) by the cohesion. Compared with the lower shear strength parameter of the sliding surface, the contributions of vertical acceleration and inertial force to the permanent displacement are more obvious when the shear strength parameter of the sliding surface is higher. When ϕ > 18°, the D/D* is greater than 1, and the maximum D/D* reaches 7. The fast accumulation event of permanent displacement is triggered in the concentration stage of the seismic energy release. In the DGB landslide area, 50% of the energy is released within 30–50 s, as indicated by the acceleration peaks recorded at the nearest seismic station, Qingping station.
