This paper combines the synergistic development logic of the accounting professional group, modeling the virtual simulation accounting professional group practical training scene through 3DMAX software, followed by particle swarm algorithms for scheduling the practical training resources, accountants into the virtual workplace roles through the system guidelines to complete the practical training tasks, and solving the target position so as to realize the human-computer interaction. The results of the application of the practical training system in actual teaching show that the unemployment of accounting practitioners in 2023 is as high as 12.71%, and the high unemployment rate pushes the accounting profession to reform in the direction of virtual simulation and real training. The southeast of the Anza Basin in Kenya, located in the East African Rift System, has developed a very thick Mesozoic and Cenozoic sedimentary cover. However, the low level of exploration in this area restricts us from understanding its structural system and evaluating its oil-gas exploration potential. In this study, we processed and interpreted the gravity anomaly data obtained from the study area based on our understanding of its structural characteristics, and the conclusions drawn from the results are as follows. Under the influence of dextral shear stress of the central Africa shear zone, large-scale NW-oriented basement faults and small-scale NE-oriented caprock faults developed in the study area with the latter cutting off the former. The basement depth of the study area varies greatly and is characterized by "one uplift between two depressions". The very thick Mesozoic and Cenozoic cover layer was deposited in depressions. Controlled by the NW-tensional fault as well as the NE-fault developed along the structural weak zone, the study area is divided into four tectonic units: the eastern depression, the central uplift, the southern uplift and the western depression, showing the structural pattern of the "east-west zone and north-south block".

Complete remission of colorectal cancer (CRC) is still unachievable in the majority of patients by common fractionated radiotherapy, leaving risks of tumor metastasis and recurrence. Herein, clinical CRC samples demonstrated a difference in the phosphorylation of translation initiation factor eIF2α (p‐eIF2α) and the activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4), whose increased expression by initial X‐ray irradiation led to the resistance to subsequent radiotherapy. The underlying mechanism is studied in radio‐resistant CT26 cells, revealing that the incomplete mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization (iMOMP) triggered by X‐ray irradiation is key for the elevated expression of p‐eIF2α and ATF4, and therefore radio‐resistance. This finding guided to discover that metformin and 2‐DG are synergistic in reversing radio resistance by inhibiting p‐eIF2α and ATF4. Liposomes loaded with metformin and 2‐DG (M/D‐Lipo) are thus prepared for enhancing fractionated radiotherapy of CRC, which achieved satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in both local and metastatic CRC tumors by reversing radio‐resistance and preventing T lymphocyte exhaustion. The smoke back-layering length is a crucial parameter for evacuating people in both road and subway tunnel fires. This study investigates the fire hazard induced by carriage fire in inclined metro tunnels under natural ventilation. The parameter 'transition slope' is defined to measure the smoke flow from the carriage head in the upstream direction to the tunnel or not due to the stack effect of the tunnel slope. The aim of this paper is to analyse the effects of changes in cross-section, downstream length, tunnel slope, and carriage side-door coupling on smoke behaviour characteristics by experiment and simulation methods. A piecewise function expression between dimensionless smoke back-layering length, downstream length, and tunnel slope for carriage fires in an inclined tunnel under natural ventilation is proposed by theoretical analysis. At the same time, a 1:15 scale model experiment was conducted to initially analyse the characteristics of smoke movement. Following this, full-scale numerical simulations were employed to complement the model experiment and quantify the principles governing smoke movement. The experimental results show that the tunnel slope has a significant effect on the smoke back-layering length. In contrast, the influence of the heat release rate was found to be relatively minor. In addition, simulation results show that the tunnel slope has no significant effect on the smoke back-layering length when the fire location is approximately 20 m from the train head, and the tunnel slope is in the range of 2.29° ∼ 3.43° (4% ∼ 6%). For small tunnel slopes, smoke spreads in the tunnel, and the smoke back-layering length produced by the virtual fire source shows a different law from the previous study model. Finally, the correlation coefficient of the piecewise function in theoretical analysis is fitted by combining the experimental and numerical simulation results. Practical application: This study provides valuable insights into the practical implications of controlling and mitigating the impact of fires in inclined metro tunnels. By understanding the critical role of tunnel slope and providing a quantitative tool for smoke spread law assessment, this study contributes to the enhancement of safety measures and the protection of lives in tunnel environments during fire incidents. The influences of the slope composition on both sides of the variable slope point and the opening numbers of the exhaust vent on the smoke diffusion and the smoke and heat exhaust efficiency in V-shaped tunnel were investigated by the numerical method. The results showed that for the asymmetric V-shaped tunnel, increasing the number of exhaust vents on the large slope side can improve the smoke and heat exhaust efficiency, but control the smoke in a smaller rang is relatively difficult. The corresponding smoke exhaust vent opening strategy should be drawn up in accordance with the composition of the slope of the V-shaped tunnel and the goal of the smoke control system in practice.

The turbine floor of the main plant is an important part in an underground pumped storage hydropower plants.The health of personnel and the safe operation of equipment are endangered due to high space humidity and water seepage through the walls. In this paper, numerical simulations were used to study the thermal and humidity environment of the main plant turbine floor in summer. Two working conditions with and without the dissipation of humidity are computed and compared. The psychrometric chart was also used to analyze the air treatment process in the turbine floor. Results show that the air temperature decreases by 28% and the relative humidity increases by 34% when considering the effect of the moisture dissipation source. The results of temperature and humidity analyzed by the psychrometric chart are similar to those of numerical simulation. And validition of the numerical method is conducted . The research results have a reference significance for predicting the relative humidity distribution of the turbine floor and the arrangement of dehumidification devices at design stage .

In this paper, numerical simulations are conducted to study the smoke diffusion characteristics in the V-shaped slope tunnel with different slopes. The smoke diffusion characteristics and the ceiling temperature distribution with three kinds of heat release rates (HRR) and three kinds of slopes are considered without mechanical ventilation. The simulation results show that the smoke diffusion symmetrically on both sides of the symmetrical V-shaped tunnel. The smoke diffusion speed is mainly affected by the HRR, while it is less affected by the slope. The smoke diffusion speed increases with the increase of HRR. The maximum ceiling temperature increases with the increase of HRR and decreases with the increase of slope. The HRR is constant, the ceiling temperature decreases with the increase of the slope within 150 m away from fire source. Beyond 150 m from fire source, the ceiling temperature distribution are in opposite tendency and the overall temperature has a little difference between both sides of V-shaped tunnel.
