As one of the first batch of universities selected as members of national “Outstanding Physician Education and Training Program”,Chengdu Medical College has initiated integrated and organ-based remodeling curriculum since 2016, and set up “Comprehensive Basic Medicine problem-based learning(PBL) Course” for the pilot class of outstanding doctors. Through PBL learning, students are guided to comprehensively apply the basic medical knowledge that they have learned to explain clinical phenomena and mechanisms, connecting the preceding and the following, so as to lay a solid foundation for subsequent clinical learning and realize the continuity and systemization of medical knowledge. After several years of practice. Some experience and achieved good teaching effect have been accumulated.

Pesticide spraying serves as a prevalent segment in crop production for substantial economic and ecological benefits. Nevertheless, the existing pesticide formulations are often plagued by droplets rebounding during the spraying process, and the controlled‐release, photolysis protection, and non‐targeted bio‐friendliness are not inadequately considered. Herein, by combining spinosad (SSD, a model pesticide) with glycyrrhizic acid (GL) as an attractive building block, a supramolecular co‐assembly strategy is employed to elaborate pesticide formulations (GL‐SSD) simultaneously featuring high deposition, controlled‐release, and environmental friendliness. The resulting spherical GL‐SSD nanoparticles (NPs) have an average diameter of 207 nm and show an improved 5.2‐fold photostability compared with commercial spinosad suspension (SSD SC). Upon impacting on hydrophobic surfaces of polytetrafluoroethylene film and cabbage leaf, the droplets of GL‐SSD NPs exhibit superior affinity to the micro/nano structure of the surface. Consequently, the droplet rebounding is inhibited effectively, ensuring high deposition efficiency of droplets on surfaces. In addition, the release of SSD from GL‐SSD NPs can be controlled by pH variation. Indoor toxicity and pot experiments demonstrate that GL‐SSD NPs possess good control efficacy against Plutella xylostella. The work offers an alternative approach for the development of multi‐functional and sustainable pesticide formulations with promising potentials in actual agriculture production. Programmable humidity‐driven actuators can autonomously transform into predefined forms in reaction to environmental stimuli, which are appealing for the creation of intelligent devices. Herein, this study reports a viewable in situ programmed humidity‐driven monolayer actuator consisting of hydrophilic poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), polyacrylamide (PAAm), and tannic acid (TA). Benefiting from the multiple hydrogen bonding of TA with PVA and PAAm, TA acts as a physical cross‐linker to precisely control the modulus distribution of the monolayer film when introducing patterns by TA in the polymer film. Moreover, the physical anchoring effect of TA to PVA and PAAm makes TA molecules highly fluorescent in solid state. The resulting PVA/PAAm/TA film simultaneously exhibits high optical transparency (>80%), good mechanical property (tensile stress at break of 75.0 MPa, Young's modulus of 7.1 GPa), bright cyan fluorescence, and reversible fast humidity‐response (0.04 s) under the relative humidity difference (ΔRH) of 55%. After in‐plane patterning, the film actuator can bend toward controllable directions in response to humidity gradient, and its programmed mode can be viewed by the fluorescence under UV light. This viewable and programmable approach will substantially aid the design of humidity‐driven actuators for applications in the fields of biomimicry, artificial muscles, and intelligent switches. Three new compounds, arneatas A-C (1–3), together with three known compounds (4–6) were isolated from the roots of Arnebia guttata Bunge. The structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data including NMR and HRESIMS. All the new compounds (1–3) were tested for their cytotoxic activity against two glioma cell lines (U118-MG and U373-MG) in vitro after treatment for 48 h. Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against U118-MG and U373-MG glioma cell lines, with IC50 values of 10.4 and 17.5 µM, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
